I placed an order for Simparica Trio (44.1-88 lbs. - 6 tablets) to be shipped to the US on 2/21 after reading reviews on shipping, etc. I couldn't find information if I needed to provide my pet's vet prescription, so I contacted them via email on their site asking that question and didn't receive a response back. Their site says if you email during business hours I should get a response back in a few hours. I didn't want to delay shipment if the prescription was needed, so I contacted them via phone on the afternoon of 2/24.

BudgetPetCare.com will not stop spamming me. I have been trying to be removed from their marketing list for literally YEARS. I have repeatedly emailed them with for email removal and they still send me multiple spam emails weekly. More than frustrating.

No company can beat Budget Pet Care for price on Seresto flea collars. I have bought them for a few years now and always receive them quickly. They have always sent them to me with good expiration dates too.

Tried to cancel order just placed because I did not get a confirmation email and site will not let me complete cancellation. Waiting for them to respond so I do not need to go through bank to resolve.

I been ordering from this site for years just as needed and it was affordable. Even was telling other people but not so much anymore. They went up on their prices and took away free shipping. I will not recommend them to no one. If I wanted to pay high price I can get the same thing at walmart and other stores chewy and amazon. You always get free shipping with prime and not mention take longer to get your product. Amazon don't take that long.

I have been using their website for 5 years. Aside from extended shipping times due to being shipped from overseas (either Switzerland or Sweden - postmark from my last order), their prices are great and I've never had any problems with packaging or product quality. When other US pet websites are charging more than double the price for some products, It's great to be able to find a company that's not trying to price gouge their customers. Due to shipping taking 10-14 days, I just place my order when I give my dogs the last 30 day dose.

I placed an order for a year's worth of heart worm medication, paid in full. Then in two days I received an email stating that the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I haven’t received the refund yet but they offered no explanation as to why they did this. I tried to call the 800 number but it stated that it was outside of their business hours, the email was from a ‘do not reply,’ address.

I bought three collars for my dog in March 16. I started checking my dogs. They had ticks on them. It was live kill them. They have fleas so these collars are no good or I got three bad collars and I got did not get my money's worth. Paul

I have been receiving scheduled shipments of 3 Bravecto chews (PINK) for my extra-large dog for the last 18 months. The dog weight on the box is listed as 40 - 56 kg. This bothers me as we use English in the United States. Apart from this complaint, the chews work well.

Not legit prescription medications for pets. Illegal in the US. When I received them, I had to destroy them because there was no prescription attached, my vet was not contacted and I wasn’t sure if they were counterfeit. Buyer beware. They won’t let you post a review on their site if it has a one star rating so you won’t see the negative.
