The website glitches & orders any quantity it wants & you can't cancel even if you attempt to seconds later. I have to have my bank dispute the charges for boxes I didn't order. I contacted them and they refused to fix the quantity even though nothing shipped & I requested them not to ship. After contacting support they refused to stop shipment & charging me anyway. A hot mess, run!

They all look standing around talk and then the team lead likes to put one person on bending up the entire backstalk and it's hard to do that when there's stuff in the third row where you bend items...

I will NEVER…. EVER waste another penny on Walmart again. If Walmart had a product on sale for $10 and Amazon had the same product for $50 I would go with Amazon. Why? Amazon guarantees their PRODUCTS; not old, defective, or broken, Amazon guarantees their DELIVERY; not dropped off with anyone in the general area, Amazon guarantees their CUSTOMER SERVICE; not some shady (we won't take any responsibility) policy, that says we won't even give you our name, really, really?? I don't know when Walmart turned the corner but they have fallen so far into darkness and the abyss that they don't even know what LIGHT or RIGHT is.…even if LIGHT and RIGHT both ran up and put the company in a choke hold. Beware, don't waste your TIME, MONEY or ENERGY on Walmart, the company is damaged goods.

FedEx and Walmart are horrible irresponsible delivery companies! I have had UPS, FedEx and USPS deliver my packages to the wrong address, and even UPS and FedEx say they can't deliver my items because they were damaged in transit, and I have had damaged broken, ripped-open packages delivered from FedEx! Months ago Ebay and Target kept saying on their sites that my order was delivered, but there was *nothing* outside my front or back door apartment building. I told them that I was telling them the truth and about a week later a maintenance man knocked on my door and said he had two packages for me that were delivered to the wrong building next door!

Walmart, FedEx, and Amazon.com delivery drivers have also delivered my items to the wrong building and took a picture of a blank wall of my outside apartment building so you can't even see what the if it's the wrong building #! A Walmart delivery person even took a picture of the wrong apartment on the first floor and delivered my package there and I live on the third floor! Then someone left my package outside my apartment door many days later and thankfully I did get refunds sometimes.

I have complained to all of these stores and delivery carriers about this too. On Pissed Consumer, Hissing Kitty, Site Jabber, and Trust Pilot, UPS, FedEx, and USPS have only 1-star ratings, and 1000's of customer complaints, USPS got a 2 on a few of them and Walmart also gets 1000's of bad customer complaint reviews on these sites. Sometimes a nice neighbor or maybe another delivery person with these services leaves my package outside my apartment door many days or even about a week after I never received it when the carriers and stores I bought the items from said they were delivered.

Just the last 3 days FedEx kept saying 3 days in a row that they were going to deliver my package, a $40 dress from Walmart.com from about 10 in the morning until around three in the afternoon, then that changed and they claimed by the end of the day, this is now three days in a row they changed it to delayed and Pending! I even spoke with a FedEx customer service agent on Saturday the second day and he claimed they had too many packages the day before but he reassured me that I my package would be delivered by the end of the day, but I never got it on Sunday either! And now the item is out of stock too. On July 31, I finally got the dress.

And now the item is out of stock too, a Walmart representative said he was giving me refunds for this and another recent order of 6 items that they claimed were delivered to me about a week ago but I never received them and the picture the delivery guy took, you couldn't even see what building it was and there was no package visible in the picture and I called and told this to a Walmart customer service representative and he said, "Yeah you can't see what building number it is and there is no package in the picture either."

This customer service agent was nice and said they often have complained about these FedEx drivers not doing their jobs right, I told I have too, including complaining to Walmart, and he said, "But why would items from the store be delayed like this?" And then he said that many times they don't have delivery drivers show up to do their job. I said, "Yeah they don't have enough good help." He claimed he gave me a refund for both missing orders but when my items were refunded, it always showed this on Walmart's site where my orders are.

Another customer service agent I spoke to about this a few days later offered to give me a discount promo code but I said no because I was falsely accused in the past of often trying to get compensation and promo codes when I didn't ask for them I only spoke up about the bad service experiences I had, and most of the time they offered a justified refund. This customer service agent said that I could wait until August 1 for my order to be delivered, so I said ok, their website days later still says delayed order.

Well on July 31, I ordered 3 packages of sugar-free cookies and 2 minutes later the site said my items were canceled, falsely accusing me after carefully reviewing my account of a series of return violations and also said while future orders from this account will also be canceled I'm always welcome to shop in store. I don't drive and I also have a bad painful permanent lower back condition too so I can't carry or lift heavy bags or bend over. This is the second time Walmart wrongly unjustly flagged my account falsely accusing me of often asking for promo codes and compensation many months ago, a very nice customer service agent said, "They shouldn't have flagged your account and shouldn't have told you that", and he said he can see that I have been a good customer and have given them 1000's of dollars worth of business for over two years.

Even when I didn't receive an item or two, I was always honest and told customer service that I received all of the other items in the order. I even called them and told them to charge me if after many days I didn't receive an item, and then sometimes eventually got it, there were times when they delivered it to the wrong address but then either another delivery person or a kind neighbor put it outside my third floor apartment door. I have had items not only missing in my Walmart grocery orders, but wrong items I never even ordered in the delivery order! I have to wait until August 2 for the Walmart customer Account review department's response about this very unfair situation.

Went to my Walmart Pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was ready. Took several visits before I could get in. The lines were long and could not wait, standing is difficult. Got in line first only one prescription was ready. I will come back, oh no they had to fill it out. Wanted to wait it took 2 minutes to fill the prescription, made me get in line to wait 10 people in line. Did some shopping came back he asked me if I was cutting in line and there was no one in line “Look”. Drive thru was closed indefinitely all of a sudden which is what I usually used. Might be looking elsewhere for my prescriptions. In the past drive-thru they have always given me excellent service.

I use to review the products I order online in a very respectful manner and being very objective in my comments, but today I was trying for several minutes to review on my PC, an item that I recently received from Walmart and I liked very much, but I received this error message "The user trying to submit review is opted out". I tried other items and I continued receiving the same message, so I contacted Customer Services by Chat and the person who I chatted with could not explained to me why I was receiving that error message because he didn't find anything wrong.

I tried also with my mobile but I receive the same message "The user trying to submit review is opted out". So, now I realized that maybe Walmart block reviews from honest reviewers when they are not favorable to the product. I am a very honest woman and I don't use bad words or offensive language in reviews or in my regular daily language and I never have done that in my very, very long existence, so the only reason I can think of is that Walmart doesn't like and don't accept honest reviews and I'm wondering how can I trust a Company that don't accept honest reviews, from honest reviewers.

I ordered tires on the Walmart website based on what the website suggested for my make and car. When I arrived to have the tires installed (I had an appointment), I was told tires would not fix and they could not refund or cancel tire order. Went back and forth 4 times between customer service (super rude employees) and Auto shop. Each one sending me to the other department. In the end, no refund, no tires. Do NOT order tires from Walmart unless you want to donate money to them, You will not get your tires or money back, just lots and lots of excuses.

James ** was extremely helpful & professional. He listened to our needs and concerns with the cost of frames and lenses and suggested what he felt would be the best for us. After looking at other places, it wasn't only the cost but it was James that made us decide to purchase through Walmart Vision Center with James.

Participating in December 2022 I had Devoted insurance and $200 to buy a pair of glasses. I went to the Walmart in South Euclid, Ohio and purchased a pair of glasses. I didn't want any bells and whistles, but the optician said I could get anti-glare etc at no extra cost. I definitely didn't want to spend anything over the $200 and he knew this.

On March 28th, 2023 I received a bill for $58, as the total cost it seems, was $258. My insurance wouldn't cover anything over $200, as I already knew and the extras were not free as I was told. I called customer service at Walmart and they decided that they would review the case and if they determined I owed the $58 they would send me another bill. I told them I didn't care if they sent me another bill or not because I'm not paying for it. Is this the kind of con game the optical department is told to pull? Does the Walton family not have enough billions of dollars? It doesn't matter to me because I'm never going back to Walmart again for any eyeglasses!

I have been harassed by employees, shoppers and drivers repeatedly at the Wilton, NY Walmart. It is otherwise a nicer Walmart, so I am sorry they do not have better control over their store environment and ethics of the employees. I have had people approach me and say lewd things, and comment on my clothing, etc. **. One guy in electronics literally started a harassing conversation with me where he was grinning and joking, while talking about knowing a veteran who died from suicide. He is grinning and laughing while talking about this subject in an unsolicited conversation with me. On the same trip, as I entered a section of the store, someone else started making loud joking "vomit" noises (for an extended period of time) in the aisle I was entering. It really left me feeling that this place is a disgrace. The prices are not even that much cheaper than smaller stores at this point, so I'm going elsewhere. Walmart needs to clean things up.

Walmart started selling their own beauty box subscription a few years ago. The boxes ship once each season and contain sample-size or full-size beauty and cosmetics products sold in Walmart stores.

    • Customized by age: Walmart has two versions of their beauty box, one for those over 35 and over (the Classic box) and one for those under 35 (the Trendsetter box). Consumers enter their ages when they sign up for a subscription.

    • Coupons: Most months, these beauty boxes include coupons for a few of the items included so customers who like those products can save on full-size versions.

    • Price: The Walmart Beauty Box is only $5, so consumers who would like to order a beauty box can try out the trend for a very low price.

    • Seasonal: Walmart ships four beauty boxes each year, one each season. Consumers who don’t want to try new cosmetics or beauty products every month may prefer this schedule.

    • Second box: Consumers who want more than one box can add a second one to their order. They can also set it up for a different age group to receive a Trendsetter and a Classic box.
