Hello. I have used the site as it is 100% legitimate and it pays money to users all over the world without problems. The method of work is suitable for anyone who does not have experience on the Internet, as they are some questionnaires that will answer them and many other tasks. When you reach $ 30, which is the minimum payment, you can withdraw the money and you will receive it in a few days. Also, the technical support is great and very helpful and answers you as soon as possible so I advise you to work on the site. Thank you.

Terrible platform that has you answer hundreds of questions and then provides no rewards. Upon sign up you complete a survey, then you receive emails about surveys you may qualify for. Most of the time you don't qualify, though, and they have no obligation to compensate you in points or real dollars. I was 50+ questions into a survey when I was told the survey was full and I wouldn't be getting paid for it (and all I expected was a dollar!!) Absolutely terrible experience - do not waste your time! Cancelled my membership after 3 days.

I get emails all day and for the last 2 weeks, every single one gets all my answers, then says I'm not qualified after spending 15 minutes. The pre-qualification questions should be upfront, not after all that time, ONCE you have my input!!! So frustrating that I invested my time to be completely used for my information, only to take it and compile statistics they needed. It's a scam to tell people they will exchange information for a minimal payment, only to be scammed. The odds are against you, IF you get through to the end of a survey, that it will be worth your time! Look for legitimate sites that value your feedback. VINDALE is not one of the sites with integrity and disregards your time, to gain your input.

They were trying to make me answer a lot of questions just to tell I was not qualified or the survey was already finished. Absolutely no respect to client's time and nerves. I guess they expect me to follow their promises as donkey follows a carrot. They were asking me for a lot of personal information from what bank I use and how much I have in investments to the maker and year of my car. Questions about household income and occupation made me laugh. Obviously wealthy and educated people will not waste precious time to answer mostly meaningless questions for 50 cent. I suspect that most of participants are working part-time or unemployed.

When I was making myself an account this company asked me if I am unfortunate and frustrated woman who need an astrologist. Seriously? They expected me to subscribe on some junk science mumbo-jumbo and presented it in an insulting manner. Obviously they treat survey takers as losers and do not even try to hide it. So do yourself a favor. Get yourself a job. Cause this is not a job. This is a waste of time.

Want to get paid for taking surveys?? Consider these facts:

1. it is easy to sign up for
2. you will get flooded with surveys, in the beginning
3. all surveys always ask the same 5-7 questions
4. surveys are formatted in goofy formats that take a LONG time
5. surveys may ask 75 questions, with MANY repeated questions
6. survey may say "we are done, thank you"
7. then, survey may toss you out and PAY NOTHING
8. Vindale WILL NOT DO A THING ABOUT THAT
9. vindale will say that is "normal"
10. if you complain on the feedback forms you are tossed
11. vindale will cause you to be placed in their "fraud" ranking
12. you will go from 30 - 50 surveys per day to NONE AT ALL
13. you will try to get surveys but will only get their "aw, man" reply
14. if you happen to do enough to get more than $50 in your account, they will pay.
15. to be paid, you MUST "verify" your account. then they will pay
16. they will pay once a month and only in $50 increments.
17. you have $51.17, they will pay $50.
18. you have $99.23, they will pay $50
19. you have $101.22, they will pay $100. dont worry, you wont get more than $50/month.
20. surveys take your info and sell it. dont think so? they do.
21. I NEVER got SPAM, after signing up with vindale - I GET 100s/ day
22. mostly porn crap, "** buddies" and that sort of **.
23. often, the SPAM is DIRECTLY related to recent surveys.
24. THEY ARE SELLING YOUR INFO.
25. don't like or want this? Try "Survey Junkie", SJ pays just as well or better.
26. Survey Junkie is a little more fair and pays more easily at any dollar amount.
27. get paid by SJ before you reach $49 or you will need extra approval
28. you will need to get your account verified by SJ

29. Vindale is a BS ripoff site. Run away and pass this info along to others.

Totally unethical and would not pay the reward I had coming. It takes an excessive amount of time to complete enough surveys to get paid, then when you finally get there they say you did something wrong and don't pay.

They say $5 for 10 minutes! Ha. More like $1.27 for a half hour. Then you get emails from at home work sites. Need I say more? Don't believe the Hype! I was fooled once before. They don't pay more bs!

Over 6 months I did over $40 worth of surveys, soon as when over $40 they send me notification that their website got infected by virus, my whole screen was flashing with all kinds of warnings, and I never heard from them again. Tried to contact them but there was never any replay.

These guys are a scam. I'll get an email telling me it's for tobacco and I'll get $1.10 for it. I click the link & I'm taken to a "mystery" survey for 37 cents. And it's ALWAYS the same survey! I've taken the SAME survey 8 times! Also, when I joined, it was a payout for every $20... Now it's $50. Don't bother with them.

Been doing surveys for a couple weeks. Got to almost $29.00 need to get to $50 for a payout. Now even though open surveys right away they are already filled and when I try to find other surveys I get error something happened. I tried 4 different laptops. I get same message. Sounds like a scam.

VINDALE surveys are owned now by a completely different company than years past, they get paid regardless for every survey that keeps you occupied for 30 seconds or more, even though most of the time participants will get a message stating you don’t qualify etc., and this is so they won’t have to pay you (but they still get paid).

Finally, participants that provide sensitive information have no protection as your information is constantly being sold to third party companies, including credit bureaus and bill collectors. Unfortunately it seems as though companies such as this have been getting away with fraud and should be stopped. It’s best for anyone that’s been a victim, to contact Consumer Affairs, State Representatives, Attorney General and or a consumer law firm to further investigate. Vindale's customer service is also fake, it’s an overseas outfit that use fake, American names in order to further confuse the survey participants. I’m in the process of starting a class action suit against this unscrupulous company!

You can make good survey money on Vindale, but watch out if anything goes wrong. Their customer support sucks. It used to be that if you complained about an issue they'd look up your history, see that your complaint was legit, and then issue a credit. No longer! Now (Rikki in Support), you must supply proof in the form of a screenshot. Come on! Usually when the problem occurs, it's too late for a screenshot. They tell you to react quickly, because surveys close. In reality, (no proof of this yet) surveys are timed and if you move too quickly, you'll finish the survey and be disqualified. Bad support. Be careful!

I cashed out on the 6th of December 2019. I emailed Vindale about payment. All I got was payout is Thursday of Friday. Vindale ignores PayPal invoices, Vindale is stubborn and severely lazy to pay you fast. Vindale likes to make you suffer wait for almost a week a whole 7 days or more for them to send your payment to paypal which is very upsetting. People have bills to pay, And vindale does not care what so ever. My advice when you get paid from vindale the 1st time it's quick, Upon your 2nd $50 payment they get dirty and makes you wait a whole week or more to get paid. Stay away from vindale, Their payment times are severely slow and you don't need that trifling headache. Go with survey companies that pay you quickly like Survey Junkie.

Was getting surveys up to 11.00 then most of them did not qualify. Then when you are 20 min in a survey at the end it says did not meet the survey qualifications. It seems they got what they wanted for free. Plus I was disqualified due to my location. That question was the 3rd question. It should of stop back then. Notified Vindale of this happening but no response.

I recently started back up with Vindale Research after a 3 year break. Three years ago it was great and I had PayPal and it was fine. At that time they paid after you accumulated $10. Now I am just angry. Took lots of surveys and then after $9.52 problems. I started to notice no more funds. Next survey I took I made a screenshot of the Survey number and the confirmation page. Waited a week and no increase in funds. I submitted the information to Customer service if that is what you want to call it and got A response from MARVIN with a statement that I need to wait for the funds to clear. I had hoped they would research what I sent. Took a few more surveys, screenshots and no money, submitted, no Marvin. I am done wasting my time! Vindale has to take some responsibility. It may be their unscrupulous clients causing the problem. This is disappointing as 3 years ago it was fun and payout was quick.

Signed up 3 days ago have got 72 surveys, of those was not eligible but for 2 of the 20 I tried. Wasted my time because most took 10 -15 minutes for the survey to kick me out. I also have noticed a very uptick of spam mail and spam calls. As this is the only new service I have signed up with in many months I BELIEVE, that they have sold my information to some third party which Vindale claims they will not do.

I thought Vindale was going to be one of the better survey sites, some of the companies they work with are even worse than them. I stuck with vindale for 3 months and made a whopping 10$. (Around 50 surveys finished and probably double that of the ones I couldn't finish because I was disqualified after wasting 15 minutes! Although that's normal for many survey sites.)

I was kicked out of my account after 2 months of being inactive (5months on vindale in total), I went to log in and couldn't. I guess 3 months of work was really for absolutely nothing. You'd be better off collecting cans and selling junk than you would making any decent money off of vindale. Btw this isnt the only survey site I have tried but sadly it is one of the better sites. No survey site will ever get more than 3 stars from me. 5-10 cents for 20-60minutes of work is slave labor. (HELLO CHINA!) They have the occasional dollar survey and even show you 5$ surveys but I was never able to receive anything when I tried those. -gone lucid

Add my name to the list of Scammed survey takers. I powered through all the crap surveys and false payment amounts and quickly got through to $50.00 amount. When I first tried to get paid, even though the account window showed $50 THEIR payment window showed less so suddenly I DIDN'T qualify for payment. Powered through a bunch more getting kicked out of survey after survey, but they don't know about ME, I'm RELENTLESS, got to $55.01, NOW the payment center message says that my PayPal account status shows as "unverified". They must not know about me, like I said, I'm going to my local news scambuster and putting them on blast. Anybody else who's been scammed, you should do the same! Not everything that's faced can be changed but NOTHING can be changed unless it is faced.

I have been participating in taking surveys for over 15 years. I also used to be a supervisor at a market research firm a long time ago. I know how these surveys work. I chose Vindale Research because survey review sites gave them high ratings. I now know in hindsight that the survey review sites are paid affiliate links so a lot of the reviews are biased. I have put in a lot of time and effort to try to stay patient and conduct surveys proficiently and per instructions. Unfortunately, like many companies these days, I think that Vindale uses Outsource customer service Representatives. The problem with this is that there is a communication or cultural barrier.

Also, these representatives are responding to issues with cut and paste responses even if you give a very detailed and well-thought-out email. I have conducted quite a few surveys with Vindale and the problem is it not being qualified. Surprisingly, I've qualified for most unlike other survey sites where you are kicked out. The problem is that I'm not being credited for surveys that tell me I have completed them and been credited. I think this has to do with login credentials with Vindale Research. They will send you tons of email links for surveys in your email, and when you click on them it goes directly to the survey. You finished the survey, it says you are credited, and then when you go to check your balance, it asks you to log in.

Well it looks like the client received their data, but you didn't receive your money! Also, the survey companies really need to lower their Cash Out threshold. Do they realize how much time and patience it takes for Consumer to dedicate their time to take one of these surveys? Survey review sites make it seem like you can earn 10 bucks an hour conducting the surveys. That is quite honestly laughable. You be lucky if you made about a dollar an hour. I would suggest that the management at Vindale take a good look at their customer service representatives and look at the responses they are giving to people. They are generic cut and paste responses.

The second thing is you need to look into your account crediting system to where users aren't credited even though you sent a direct link to their email because of some sort of login issue you have. I hate to give only two stars but this needs to be brought to your attention. I shouldn't spend 30 minutes of my time conducting a survey, and then another 30 minutes giving you a long, detailed and drawn-out email explaining why I should be credited only to have a customer service representative tell me that it was on my end. It comes to the point where these survey companies are taking advantage of consumers. Our time and our opinions are valuable! A lot more valuable than you think.

Yes, in my experience you will get your money when eventually you reach US$50, but it is also a fact that the survey invitations always offer at least $0.75 but usually over $1, then you are redirected to a survey (often with no way of finding out what the reward is) and you spend 20 minutes to earn $0.31 or similar. Now I only try to complete surveys if they offer at least $0.75, and there are very few of them. I am very dubious of the many 5 star reviews on this and on other sites, where reviewers claim that Vindale is wonderful and they are making lots of money. First of all I very rarely qualify for a survey, secondly in the last year I have possibly completed a survey with a reward of a dollar or more at the most once or twice - I certainly wouldn't be able to make more than a dollar or so per week.

The pay out on Vindale Research now requires you to have a PayPal account which in fact I do. I have been trying for around 2 weeks to verify this with Vindale. I don't know if something is wrong with the site or what. I have sent numerous emails to Vindale and no one has reached out to me yet. I have verified my PayPal account with many other different companies with no trouble at all and don't think it should be this frustrating to be verified on Vindale's site. I have a 50 dollar pay out waiting verification and just need some assistance from them. I read in their blog that they could just send me a paper check like has been done in the past and I would be fine with that. Thanks.

I went through the same bologna being booted out after answering ALL questions-survey after survey after survey.... The profit is definitely one sided. Then I was bombarded with emails stating there are surveys ready to be taken. I refuse to waste any more precious time on this joke.

I have spent over 20 minutes giving detailed and open ended answers to survey questions for Vindale research, and then without warning they screen you out of the survey. I think they are collecting lots of data from their surveys, without actually paying people.

Do not sign up with this survey company. It asks a lot of questions to qualify for a survey, just to deny you. Wasted 10 minutes of stupid questions just to be told I didn't qualify. I'm not sure what they are looking for because I didn't qualify for so many of the surveys. If you complain to the company, they unsubscribe you.

I took 3 surveys, after taking each one I was notified that the survey was no longer available, so I guess I gave them 3 surveys for free. And I didn't earn a cent. I've attempted these survey scams with several survey companies and each one is a scam, my suggestion is if you need to make money get a real job, or just enjoy giving your time away for free.

I have been on this site for a couple of months now and while I have cashed out once they make it very hard to reach the 50 dollar payout. I will sit and get into surveys and then be kicked out without any type of incentive. This will be an ongoing report so I will keep all updated. I have found that other sites like Survey Junkie and Swagbucks are way easier to deal with when receiving payment and surveys. I had money in my account when I was informed they they will not be sending checks out anymore and they wouldn't even send out my balance. In my opinion they just don't care. I have found other sites to be way more understanding and helpful with higher potential earnings.

My account was closed for no apparent reason. Customer service do not respond to my emails and I have sent many. I have heard that they don't even pay you when you request payout. I had $13+ accumulated but given the time spent trying to get my account reinstated yet no response whatsoever I have just given up on this company. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Signed up to Vindale several months ago. Started to attempt surveys and discovered it is a total scam. Many many surveys offered. Completed numerous surveys only to discover that at the completion of the survey the replies were not accepted - zero payment. Numerous surveys offering a few cents reward only to discover questions were still appearing after well over 20 minutes. After several months one has been able to obtain just $9.00! Then discovered that one can only receive payment when $50.00 has been achieved. THIS EQUATES TO APPROXIMATELY OVER TWO YEARS BEFORE ANY LIKELY ACHIEVEMENT OF $50.00 IS REACHED. This is a total and utter scam and should be avoided at all costs.
