    I WISH I had read the reviews before I trusted this company with my money. Almost two weeks and only answer, "shipping delayed by carrier". I ask for a refund and said they would not refund my money unless the shoes did not arrive. This is a stall to keep my hard earned money. I have lost it. I live on a fixed income and this hits hard. Shame on TOMS! They take your money and the SERVICE STOPS. Very poor company, with no respect for their customers. I can't imagine the problems I will have if the shoes ever show up. I am contacting my legal people.

    My first experience with Toms. Ordered 2 men’s canvas slip ons, (dark gray and navy), same style different colors. Used on-line sizing chart and my canvas men’s shoes arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Feel great. Very pleased! Free shipping at this price. Watch for periodic offers. So far, made well with more substantial details/support compared to an almost identical looking slip-on of a different brand name I’ve worn almost daily for about 8 months. Have read some negative reviews about durability so I’ll see how that goes and get back on here. These are shoes to wear for casual, summer wear, perfect for semi -dressy or casual shorts, pants, blazers or a run to the store or beach. Very versatile. I wear this style all the time, including long walks, casual bike rides, etc. but I don’t abuse them and avoid potential stains. Perfect for everyday FL.

    This is a classy and sophisticated look for men’s canvas slip-ons on which strangers always comment. Classic and timeless. Not the usual “clunkier” canvas shoe for men. Generally very hard to find this style. Foot feels great-sewn in pad, etc. Very comfortable plus they keep my feet very cool. Have never worn socks with them. Again a very sophisticated yet understated design. Darker colors are much easier to keep clean. If they’re durable over time, and I LIVE in them everyday in FL, I’ll be a very steady customer as nothing really beats this fine style/design at this price. I would say style over utility if that’s your objective on this shoe but I must admit, I’ll wear the hell out of these in the end -let you know how it goes!

      I used to love Toms. I have about 10 pairs. Although in the last 5 or so years the quality has changed for the worse. The materials are stiff and terrible not wearing well. I have had several pairs separate from the wedge heel within a few wears! To pay the asking price and then need to pay for a repair a couple of months in is ridiculous. I have stopped purchasing this brand.

      I have several pairs of Toms. I recently ordered a pair from their online site. The fit of the shoe was totally off. The shoe, Palmera, would not stay on my foot. I initiated a return which was going to cost me close to $12.00 to do so (printing and a restocking charge). I contacted Customer Service regarding my disappointment with this process. I was told they were sorry for my frustration but could not assist me with the return. This is a company that claims they care and are generous to others. Do you? Are you?

      I ordered two pairs of shoes and wanted to return one, The company is calling the shoe a final sale item! NOWHERE did it ever say this shoe was final sale! (I would have never ordered it if that was the case). This is my first and last time ordering from this company!!!

      I will not be shopping at Tom’s.common the future. Twice I have order a pair of men’s slippers; the order was accepted and confirmed. Then later, I got an email that “due to unforeseen circumstances,“ the order was canceled. I realize companies run out of items, especially this time of year; however, if the size I need isn’t available, the order should not be confirmed. I’m done!

      Purchased a pair of Espadrille Sneakers in February to wear in the spring... I've worn them 6 times since April 25th... and the middle loft the Espadrille is separating.. I emailed customer service and they denied my claim due to a 60 day warranty.. That didn't help as I started to wear them in April! Poor customer service! You would think with the company's financial situation, they would want to keep their customers happy! That looks like a hard "No"!

      Good luck if you have to return any item. I ordered three pairs of size 8 shoes. Even though the label said size 8, the three were different sizes, I had to return two of them. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my money back.

      I have been battling to receive a refund for shoes that are way too narrow and the heel digs in. They have ignored my messages and have not issued my refund…this has been going on for a month. I appreciate them saying they are “giving back”, but they have ridiculously poor Customer Service. The item shows as being returned for weeks now and they have done nothing. I will never buy shoes from them again.

      I ordered a couple of pairs of boots from them and love them. However, they won't stop emailing me. I get 5 or more emails from them A DAY. There's no unsubscribe link in their emails and I've tried marking them as spam and the emails still come. If you order from them online, use a throw-away email address.
