    I ordered hand sanitizer from the Honest Company and used the code Honest20 for 20% off my order. When I applied the code, I can see the discount applies before checking out. I checked out and received a bank notification on my order. The honest company took $10+ dollars more than what I was originally told I was going to be charged. I contact customer service by email right away. The customer service rep, Paula, told me hand sanitizers are not included in the coupon. I told her the coupon works when I applied it to my cart so I should’ve received it regardless and sent her a screenshot of the discount being applied to my order. She responded back 4 days later with the same response, not trying to rectify the situation.

    I then contacted someone by chat because this isn’t right. You can’t tell your customer you will charge something then charge them something else. The chat rep, Lexi, told me that they appreciated the feedback And she will let her boss know. I asked her what are we doing about my order? She said there’s nothing they can do to fix the problem and they cannot credit it back. I told Lexi I would prefer to work with an honest company so please cancel the order and I will buy the hand sanitizer elsewhere. She said they can’t because the order shipped. Ok so if someone responded back to me the first day, this would have never happened.

    I then told her that I would like to return the items yet, because this business is unethical. She then pulls up a policy screenshot and tells me that hand sanitizers are not refundable! So you can pull a screenshot of your policy if it benefits you, but when a customer pulls up a screenshot of the discount being applied and you collected a different amount, you can rectify that? For a Jessica Alba company, I expect better and will never buy anything from this company again. Lexi actually disconnected the chat on me.

    This company scammed me! My daughter needs baby wipes and nobody has any! I ordered from the honest company and they took my money. A week later I received information from both them and FedEx that my order was delivered....but I never received it. I sent customer service an email and their response was that they don't deliver to P.O. Boxes so they are giving me a 10% off coupon for my next order for the inconvenience. She admitted she wasn't giving me the products I ordered and ignored my request for a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am in the process of suing them with my bank's help. The DISHONEST COMPANY is a better name for them.

    I ordered from this company and everything came and it wasn’t organized and everything leaked in the box. I’m warning you don’t waste your time here. They do not know how to package the product correctly and everything will come leaking.

    I made an online purchase for baby wipes and body wash. Order took a little longer than advertised but was understandable due to Covid-19. Finally received the shipment but was missing the body wash. I contacted support to see if the body wash was coming separately or was forgotten. Either way asked for body to be mailed ASAP. When customer service emailed me back they sent me a email with a return label. No explanation, No apology, just a label and refund information. I told them I didn’t have a product to return and I did not want a refund but my product ASAP since I’ve already waiting 2 weeks. They told me I would just have to reorder the product. I’m disappointed that I was supporting a company for so long that doesn’t seem to care about their customers. I expected an apology and a code or something for expedited shipping. I guess I’ll be looking for a new natural product line for my baby.

    I've ordered from Honest.com twice. The first time I was promised FREE shipping but, I was charged for shipping (Fedex). I was skeptical of the company at first. I thought it was a scam company because I did some research and then it wasn't ranked very high. But, I decided to put a small order in and see what happens. My first order was for around ~$30. The product was a good price but shipping was so slow I had to contact customer service to see if it was shipped out. Customer service responded in 1 day and assured that my order was being shipped out by Friday. Surprised, it was shipped out by Friday and I did get my product about 3 days later. The packaging was fantastic, but shipping was slow.

    The second time I ordered, my experience was no better than the first time. I ordered around $60 in products. This time I was able to get the FREE shipping but, it's been over 7 days now and my order hasn't been shipped out! Again, I had to contact customer service to see what the hold up was. I haven't heard back from customer service yet! Even if it ships out today, I'm looking at getting my products in a 2 week timeframe which is pathetic! Final thoughts about Honest.com: Product \ Price: B+ \ A-. Customer Service: D+ \ C-. Shipping: F. Will I order from Honest.com again? Probably NOT.

    This company had an amazing Black Friday special. The diaper bundle (7 diaper packs and 4 wipes pack) was going to come up to 50 dollars. Usually it's 79. I thought was a great chance to give them a go and subscribe. Well, number one, only ONE pack of diapers arrived. I contacted them and the other 6 arrived separately. Okay, that was odd but acceptable. I counted the diapers and everything seemed okay, so a few days later I went to use the diapers and wipes. Well, guess what?! No wipes were to be found. They didn't send them. So I immediately contacted them, and came to found out they supposedly had sold out on the specific wipe packaging print and canceled that item and discounted $8.19 cents from the price and told me I could buy the wipes separately (regular price would come up to 26 dollars with shipping and tax plus after the 2 dollars promo code they ordered me).

    Now tell me, how does that make any sense? How is that a honest business approach? Shouldn't they have sent me a different print, sent the wipes once in stock or just not sold me what they didn't have in stock? I was informed they weren't going to able to honor the black Friday price. Just sounds like a huge scam to get your credit card in file and charge you full price afterwards. Very disappointed! I no longer can trust this company with my money. They have the worst approach.

    I have just had the absolute WORST experience with the Honest Company. My husband and I tried to place a large order (over $900) with this company to stockpile on diapers and wipes for our newborn who is due in 2 months. After placing the first order, it was cancelled within 2 days. I contacted their company to find out why and they said they were unable to automatically verify the credit card used as it was done through PayPal and an international credit card. Okay, fair enough.

    We then proceeded to use an American credit card, directly on their site. The order was placed on the 30th of November and confirmed. After waiting a week on a shipping confirmation, we contacted the company who told us that the order was still being processed due to its large quantity, and it may have had to ship in a few shipments. But it was being processed. We kept checking our email and the order status on their website to see if the order would be shipped or not.

    After nearly another week of no communication from the company, my husband called them this morning to find out that they’ve cancelled the order again (without sending an email or anything) because it is too big. Due to suspected fraud, they’ve cancelled the order and it’s our fault for placing such a large order. My husband said that as we are on the phone, and he can prove it is not fraud - is there any possibility of replacing the same exact order over the phone to ensure it’s confirmation.

    The customer representative was very rude and did not care that we really wanted this order placed. Her response was “No, you can place the order online but it will get cancelled again due to suspected fraud as it is so large.” She was not willing to help find a solution to this problem in any way, it’s like they really didn’t care to make an extra $900 in one order. We will NEVER be supporting this company.

    I have had an unbelievably bad experience with The Honest Company over the last 2 months. I never received my package that was about $175 of products. I contacted the company, the postal carrier, and the company again. I repeatedly got told that they believed this issue to be resolved. I am still being charged for the items and have never received the items. The package was deemed "stolen" by the USPS and they were quick to respond and helpful with this issue. I contacted the Honest Company with this information and was told I would get a refund. Then the next email was again that they (the Honest Company) "believe this issues is resolved".

    Never have I had such bad customer service from a company. 2 months later, I do not have my package, a refund, not even a discount. And I feel like I've completely been dismissed by the Honest Company. I would give them 0 stars and I suggest that you not even try to deal with them due to their lack of competence in resolving a simple issue and complete dismissal of my claim.

    I bought 6 packs of newborn diapers and 10 packs of size 1. I spent almost $200 but I wanted to be prepared for when my son was born. My son ended up staying in the NICU for awhile and by the time we got to take him home he no longer fit in the newborns and now he's grown out of the size ones as well. I emailed honest company and they told me they will not exchange them for a size he fits in. If I know this I would've just bought Pampers from Walmart as they will exchange unopen packs no problem. Huge waste of money!

    I ordered 3 pairs of their soft “rainproof” shoes, due to a foot ailment for a trip, plenty of time ahead based on stated 4-20 days delivery. 31 days later, no shoes, twice received reply promising delivery in spite of the delay with a request for forgiveness. I appealed to PayPal for help cancelling order and a refund. The arbitration allows delivery on or before the 9th of this month, 3days from now. I am not holding my breath. I recommend not ordering from this company. I suspect it is a scam. If it looks too good to be true, it most likely is.

    I tried to order a bulk subscription online for the 1st time, I picked my product, I paid via pay pal, entered my address, added a coupon code for $10 off for new customers and when I attempted to hit the submit button it wouldn't let me and it wouldn't tell me what was wrong. I waited awhile, tried again same thing, an hour later I IM'd their customer service, Kevin, and he told me I was having trouble because that option is discontinued and he would place this one time order for me so I said OK but I have a $10 off coupon code and I gave it to him and he said that's not going to work either but he'll give me 10% off. I said OK go ahead and place the order. Couple hours later I get an email from pay pal saying they charged me for the full price and never took off the 10%.

    I then called customer service and explained my earlier issues and that if it's this difficult to just place an order with their company for the 1st time that she should cancel it. She said the order had already been placed an hour ago and that she would attempt to cancel it but if she couldn't. She would issue a return shipping label and I said OK. I heard nothing back from them that day, the next day I get an email saying the order shipped, the day after that I get an email that says it's a return shipping label and that upon receipt of the returned product they will credit my account. Unfortunately they were only going to credit me almost $10 less than what they charged me. I received the product and just decide to keep it because the more I called their customer service the more it's probably going to cost me! Horrible website and customer service!

    I was excited that I ordered some floor cleaner and although it smelled really fabulous I was thoroughly disappointed in the product performance. I won't be ordering again and I do not recommend this as a reputable floor cleaner.

    My debit card was compromised several times, no help from their customer service. Someone ordered products. I have never ordered from them. My only alternative is to file a complaint with the consumer protection in my state and with the state police in my state. Talked to a service rep for the company, lousy customer service. It took me over an hour to reach someone, only to be told to call back the next day. I called back the next day, on hold for 28 minutes and then again 22 minutes in another phone. Finally talked to a so called manager, they wouldn't tell me who compromised my debit cards, only that their product was delivered to another state. I am 68 years old, and I resent the fact that someone would do this, and the company protects the thief.

    I am a mother of two and I like the Honest Company products. That being said, their customer service is definitely nowhere near the quality of their products. My daughter is 1 year and 8 months and has been using Honest diapers since birth. I recently purchased two boxes of diapers that were both defective and emailed Honest Company with pictures and they did not exchange. I ended up going back to Target (an hour drive with two little kids) and spoke to the manager and they finally exchanged them for me. I feel that if a company’s product is defective then they should replace it. The Honest Company did not.

    So I definitely love this as a one time on the go (out for 3-4 hours) type of deal! However, everyday this is a HARD NO. I tried this for about 2 weeks and broke out BADDDD. I do LOVE this as a concealer but unfortunately that’s all I can use it as. One thing I absolutely HATE is it has way too little and way too small to last more than 2 weeks. My regular make up is 41-45$ for 6+MONTHS. I’m basically spending 41+ for 1 MONTH... I’m out in this one.

    Please be aware of Honest diapers! They cause severe burn like rashes that are very painful. I know this by personal experience. Had to take my grandbabies to the ER over the burn like rash and only used the diapers not a full 24 hours. The Dr. warned against these diapers due to the chemicals they use in them and the ink they use.

    Submit an order. Got the diapers way too small. I call them for a return instructions and she was really nasty, unprofessional, she told me that the best thing to do was cancel the membership...that she doesn't knows why people just go to Target and purchase there instead. WOW. They are paying her to lose customers. And she is the only one that keeps on answering the phone now... Horrible CS.

    I tried Honest Company once. I had heard great things about it. The convenience of just having diapers and wipes delivered was what I was looking for. They are all natural and that's a plus. However, this company is very expensive. But once I got the diapers and wipes I was very unsatisfied with what I received for the price I paid. The wipes were very rough and I wouldn't even want to wipe my adult butt with them let alone my newborn baby. The diapers gave my newborn a diaper rash and were very hard. They seemed uncomfortable like cardboard diapers. I have used the breathing cream stuff. It is nice as well and that stuff worked pretty good but for way cheaper I can get Vicks which does the same thing. The only thing I liked about the company was the ability to order online and the ability to choose different cute prints for the diapers.

    I like that they sent natural diapers every month. It was a good quality and I also liked that you can add on to your order. Also had very cute patterns to choose from and all natural bath and baby products. It used to be a exclusive by mail club but now you can find the same products at Target. Also it was a little pricey. Nevertheless, I loved the service. I never ran out of diapers as they would arrive to my door step every month. I would do it again and I also would recommend to friends and family.

    I got everything that I expected and on time. It was an awesome experience. I also like how they included some samples which made me want to reorder right away. I like how the customer chat comes up and instead of it being a generic message, it is very tailored to the day. For example when I went on the website today, it said, "Happy Monday. I hope you had a great weekend. How is your week starting off?" I think it's very important in not only communicating but making a connection.

    They are big on communication which I feel that a lot of companies shy away from. Often redirecting to FAQs in hopes that the customer will be able to find their answer from reading on the website. I think their website is very inviting and user-friendly, which makes me want to spend hours looking on the website. I like the fact that their products are organic and good for you. That's what makes this brand awesome. I love that it is a local company, which is awesome and one of the main reasons why I purchase their products. I also like how easy it is to purchase online and how easy it is to chat with customer service. I do feel that they have improved their website recently and the color scheme is awesome. It's overall a very clean website that anyone could use. The branding is perfect along with the product placement.

    Everything at Honest Company is eco-friendly, have good pricing, easy and fast shipping and easy pay options. It's a good company to work with, has friendly customer service and easy to use their site. I can find what I am looking for to buy and they always have items in stock that I buy. However, they need to add more eco-friendly products, make it more affordable for families, and make shipping more affordable too.

    I've definitely experienced more positives than negatives with Honest Company. They provides excellent layout and design for a fast and generally easy shopping experience for online customers. Overall it was excellent, the experiences of ordering, shipping and receiving was a generally seamless and innovative. I have confident experience that I would continue to do my business and online needs with Honest Company. Occasionally the system lags and can be slow, maybe if the layout was simplified and somewhat more user friendly for searches this lagging would be prevented and occur less.

    I like shopping online because I am able to get a larger variety of objects. It also allows me to avoid lines and stores entirely. Since it has become so much more popular, prices are competitive and shipping is quick. I love that most places offer free returns. Honest Company provides a great online shopping experience. I have never had any issues with my order being incorrect and the company has great customer service and a great return policy. I've tried in the past and I am very excited to receive my shipment tomorrow. My favorite thing about these products are that they are so environmentally friendly.

    Overall, all of the features offered were of excellent quality. One of the best features was the excellent customer service and good array of multiple choices that are a good fit for me and my family. There was an extremely high quality to all the products offered by the company. Everything was good with the total experience and I would totally reorder or even recommend Honest Company to family and friends. But lower shipping costs would be better or even having free shipping options with bigger orders.

    Prices pretty good, nice merchandise, fast shipping, trusted company. Great customer service too. I really like dealing with the company. Website is real easy to read and navigate through. Description of items is displayed very well and easy to understand. When I receive package in mail, it is shipped very safe and secure. I also like almost every product I tried and it was good quality. However, I wish they could use more items, more pictures with descriptions of items would be better, and have more discounts with the more you order. Should have more sale of the month, week, deals and more buy one get one frees. It would also be nice to have more product comparisons from other company prices or stores.

    I ordered diapers from Honest Company for my grandchildren. They're a bit pricey, but worth the money. My grandkids have very sensitive skin and problems with yeast infections. Honest diapers are by far one of the best brands I've ever used. Keeps them dry with no leaking. They've got a fantastic website. It's easy to navigate and always have what I'm looking for. If I need customer service, there is always someone available to answer any questions I have about their products. I wish customer service was available any hour, twenty for hours a day.

    The website was easy to navigate and products were described well, including ingredients which is the main reason I was shopping on this site. Some of the product prices are too high, but not ENOUGH that I wouldn't purchase from this company. It was a very good experience overall and the products I did purchase I have been very satisfied and happy with and have recommended this company to others.

    I enjoyed fast shipment and accurate tracking. The packaging is simple, cute, and eco-friendly. Items are also packaged safely and liquid items are packaged so they don't leak. The only thing I would change about this company is the prices. They are a little pricey. Lower the prices or send out more coupon codes or freebies! Overall I had a really, really good experience with this company and I would recommend them to my family and friends. I will definitely order from this company again!

    Their web page was easy to navigate and it offers a lot of options that are not available at stores. Added bonus, they offer products not filled with chemical that can irritate kids skin. The notifications on status were also on point and I received my order quickly too. My overall experience went smooth but it would be nice if it was cheaper or the membership program could be every other month instead of monthly.

    I like that the products get delivered to my door, their quick delivery, and their website was easy to navigate. Check out was very quick and easy to accomplish. I was pleasantly surprised at how well their products really are made compared to other name brand products that I would normally buy at a brick and mortar store. It really would be nice if they offered coupons to get products at a lesser price if I order a certain amount. Or offered monthly coupons for the products I like the best.
