More than 600,000 HPH-A curtain airbag inflators recalled

Eight reports of infant deaths between December 2015, and June 2020, is behind a decision by the Boppy Company to recall 3.3 million Boppy Original Newborn Loungers, Boppy Preferred Newborn Loungers and Pottery Barn Kids Boppy Newborn Loungers.

Infants can suffocate if they roll, move, or are placed on the lounger in a position that obstructs breathing, or roll off the lounger onto an external surface, such as an adult pillow or soft bedding that obstructs breathing.

The recalled loungers were sold from January 2004, through September 2021, for between $30 and $44.

Joyson recalls more than 600,000 HPH-A curtain airbag inflators

Joyson is recalling more than 600,000 HPH-A curtain airbag inflators that may rupture causing fragments to enter the cabin, posing an injury risk.

The company will work with the affected vehicle manufacturers to replace the curtain air bag module, free of charge.

VW recalls model year 2022 TAOS vehicles over stalling concerns

Volkswagen Group of America is recalling model year 2022 TAOS vehicles with all-wheel drive whose engine control unit software may cause a stall.

An engine stall during driving in traffic increases the risk of a crash.

Model year 2021 Dodge Challengers recalled

Chrysler is recalling model year 2021 Dodge Challengers that do not illuminate their safety system status indicators sufficiently in both daylight and nighttime driving conditions.

As a result, a driver may not receive information regarding vehicle safety, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.

Dealers will re-program instrument clusters with the correct software version free of charge.
