Honda recalls model year 2019 CR-Vs

The owner's manual contains incorrect airbag information

American Honda Motor Company is recalling 336,468 model year 2019 CR-Vs.

The owner's manual incorrectly describes when the "Passenger Airbag Off" indicator should illuminate.

A front passenger who does not correctly understand how the airbag functions may be at an increased risk of personal injury in the event of a crash.

What to do

Honda will notify owners and provide a sticker with the correct information to be added to the owner's manual free of charge.

The recall is expected to begin November 15, 2019.
