PhotoFord Brothers Wholesale Meats of West Valley, N.Y., is recalling approximately 4,015 pounds of beef patties.

The patties contain soy, an allergen not declared on the label.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The following items, produced on August 26, 2016, through May 4, 2017, are being recalled:

  • 5-lb. boxes containing four patties per pound of “MINEO & SAPIO BEEF PATTIES.”
  • 5-lb. boxes containing six patties per pound of “MINEO & SAPIO BEEF PATTIES.”
  • 5-lb. boxes containing eight patties per pound of “MINEO & SAPIO BEEF PATTIES.”
  • 5-lb. boxes containing ten patties per pound of “MINEO & SAPIO BEEF PATTIES.”

The recalled product, bearing establishment number “EST. 4625” inside the USDA mark of inspection, was shipped to wholesale locations in New York.

What to do

Customers who purchased the recalled should not consume them, but throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
