Photo4 Frendz of Clarkston, Wash., is recalling approximately 497 pounds of beef jerky products.

 

The products may be undercooked and contain bacterial pathogens.

 

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

 

he following products, produced from August 10, 2015, to April 11, 2016, are being recalled:

  • 3-oz. VACUUM-PACKED packages containing “SOUTHFORK SAUSAGE MESQUITE PEPPER JERKY with use by/sell by dates of 5/10/16-1/11/17 and packaging dates of 8/10/15-4/11/16.”
  • 3-oz. VACUUM-PACKED packages containing “SOUTHFORK SAUSAGE HONEY JERKY with use by/sell by dates of 5/10/16-1/11/17 and packaging dates of 8/10/15-4/11/16.”
  • 3-oz. VACUUM-PACKED packages containing “SOUTHFORK SAUSAGE MESQUITE JERKY with use by/sell by dates of 5/10/16-1/11/17 and packaging dates of 8/10/15-4/11/16.”
  • 3-oz. VACUUM-PACKED packages containing “SOUTHFORK SAUSAGE TERIYAKI JERKY with use by/sell by dates of 5/10/16-1/11/17 and packaging dates of 8/10/15-4/11/16.”
  • 3-oz. VACUUM-PACKED packages containing “SOUTHFORK SAUSAGE HOT HONEY JERKY with use by/sell by dates of 5/10/16-1/11/17 and packaging dates of 8/10/15-4/11/16.”

The recalled products bear establishment number “EST. M22017” inside the USDA mark of inspection, and were shipped to retail locations in Idaho and Washington.
