Very unprofessional! I can hear the men having private conversations on the phone prior to answering the phone, they harass me daily trying to get me to use their services and they sound like little boys trying to get a buck!

I've dealt with a lot of moving companies, this is the worst experience I have ever had. They are not trustworthy, and their service is very poor and unethical. If you try to negotiate they will simply hang up on you.

This is my only experience using a moving company. I probably won't again. The original estimate seemed reasonable and I made the deposit and moved forward. The second estimate based on photos of all that would be moving was more, but OK. Two days before moving the price as higher, but only two days were left. I did most of my own preparation for the move. I dismantled my metal storage racks and wrapped them up for easy loading. They were billed for the number of assembled cubic feet. In the end the final bill was 3 times the original estimate. After moving the load to a storage facility, and then after a house was purchased we moved the load to the house ourselves. It was then I discovered a tote and a large original oil painting were missing. If you use the basic insurance you had better be making a claim on a large block of lead or it is not worth your time.

I came across this company while searching online for a company to move a 2-bedroom house within the city, short distance, in Rolla, over the weekend. In order to get fee information, I had to enter some information into the system, including my phone number. Then I handled my house move another way. Today, they have been calling me non-stop since the morning. Even though I stated that there was no need, they constantly call me and disturb me. I am complaining about this situation. I request the authorities to do what is necessary.

They did a very good job. It was excellent that they called me ahead of time and talked to me about how much stuff I had. I underestimated the amount of items I had severely but they were very nice. They said they would need to revamp the size of the truck I would have and that amount. The guys who did the move came when they said they would. They loaded stuff up and they were very polite. I asked the delivery crew to come a day after I arrived in Kansas. They were there right on schedule. I had very narrow stairs to a basement though so they charged me extra for that. But I was pleased and I tipped them fairly well when they picked up and when they moved me in. They did a good job.

Do not use this company. They lie and take your money. They are a broker. They brokered my move to an even worse company and I ended spending the most money I have ever spent on a move and received the worst service I have ever gotten. They broke my expensive items and my clothing was thrown about on the truck. My brand new Peloton looked like it was old. My 65 on tv was out the box. All for 24000.
