I'm not going to bash First National due to the fact some of our goods arrived with damages. We packed the boxes ourselves and maybe didn't do it right. A number of our glass pieces arrived broken. Even though we packed the boxes ourselves, First National allowed us to file an insurance claim. To me, this is a good company. Took 2 weeks to get our goods and I expected 10 days, but that's okay too. I'd use this company again if we move again.
I recently used this company for my move from Florida to California. They were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The crew was very efficient in packing, loading and unloading my belongings. They took great care of my items and were very careful with them. They also did a great job at keeping me informed of the status of the move, answering any questions I had and providing helpful advice. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company.
From the time they quoted us until the time we moved in. First National Van Lines was very accommodating. They were very thorough and communication with them was effortless and a pleasure. Our closing took much longer than we anticipated and in fact had to cancel a couple moving dates. They didn't blink an eye and made sure that no matter when the move came. My move with First National Van Lines was exceptional. The movers were there the day I'd requested for pickup. Very professional and courteous. Customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
First National did a really good job for us and fulfilled all of our needs as it pertains to moving from one state to another. I did have one box of dishes that didn't make it. Other than that, everything went very well. They showed me how to file a claim on the box of dishes and say that I will be reimbursed within the next two weeks. We had a really good experience with this company.

I have no complaints about my move whatsoever. While the crew was here, one of the crewmen actually fixed the handlebars of my daughter's bicycle. From start to finish, everyone was so nice. They were also very responsive. If I ever have to move again, I'm calling First National without question.
