Quality in preparing my shipment of furniture and packed boxes. And the care that was taken during the handling and loading.

They not only did a great job, but we had no damages to our belongings.

They used blankets, pads, and straps to safeguard my piano, guitar, and violin.

Their crew packed everything with care, arrived on schedule, and handled my furniture expertly.

Very efficient and all of my stuff arrived unscratched and undamaged, even they worked in the rain.

They worked quickly but carefully with no scuffs or scratches to walls or furniture. Overall a great experience!

Unfortunately, my table top got scratched during the move, they took responsibility and wanting to make it right.

The crew unscrewed the glass doors, wrapped each pane separately, and padded the frame. It arrived without a scratch.

They will lose your stuff, try to give you other people's stuff at drop off that they forgot to drop off at the last stop.

They have been holding our entire life hostage for six months now.

It took 30 days. Was told pickup would be 1/3'26 between 4-6pm. Driver showed up 1/4/26 at11:00 am.

There are no updates about pick up dates and delivery dates, till you call them and ask about the updates.

I've been given three different quotes told it would be delivered on a specific date and now I will be 10 days in no.

The Movers did not arrive on the scheduled date for pickup and we had to wait over 3 weeks for items to be delivered.

They up-charged me when they picked up my property in Alabama, then refused to deliver my property in Colorado for nearly.

Instead, everything was delivered in an atrocious condition to A PARKING LOT OF A NEARBY KROGER SUPERMARKET on a SATURDAY.

We didn’t hear from them for 3 days about when it would be delivered and when we did because we called to ask they told us.

The team was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish.

They packed my entire one‑bedroom in four hours. Every dish was wrapped individually.

He and his team moved all of my belongings in an organized and timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend.

After 26 minutes of back and forth she offered me $600 to “edit” my review.

The office staff explained the process clearly and the movers followed through exactly as described.

Their customer service was practically nonexistent, and they failed to communicate at every step of the process.

Spoke to a representative 7/1/26 4:04pm via (855) 975-2317 who was unreasonably rude and even hung up on ME while I was.

The PROBLEM was, I wanted to thank them for their time, wasn't going to work out for me to go with them and wanted them to.

The business office is terrible, I have called multiple times and have requested a supervisor and have yet to talk with one.

My rates were supposed to be all inclusive at $2805 and change. First Class Movers ... raised the rate to just below $6000.

Our $3900.00 estimate turned into $8000.00, turned into $12000.00.

The quote I received matched the final bill exactly, which was refreshing.

Our move was quoted for 36 items and ten additional boxes were added on the day of move.

The initial estimate provided was grossly miscalculated and appeared to just be in order to make the sale.

Well after looking at the quote again it said “300 cf”. I knew for a fact I had more than that and asked him to put more.

They charged me an extra 250 upon arrival at my apt claiming an extra money for the “long distance”, I was given a fixed.

At pickup, the price jumped $4,000. The mover is a different company than the broker (New Start). Classic bait-and-switch.

When my stuff was picked up, they said I had 700cubic feet. It was 451 cubic feet! My stuff came a week LATE, and damaged.

In this industry, it is uncommon for the final cost to match the first quote. The movers were kind, cautious, and effective.

They quoted me for $2,400 for a one bedroom move. The moving company gets there and then updates the quote to $4,000+.

I then tried to cancel the move with them. They refused to give my deposit of $4100.00 dollars back.

Oh yeah, they took my deposit and said it was non-refundable. Shaking my head.

Then they tell me I need to pay THOUSANDS MORE before they will leave to deliver my things. Rock meet hard place.

In a very professional manner and with quick resolve I received a confirmation email that I would be fully refunded.

After some back and forth, they agreed to give me $583.50 of the money back, claiming that "money had been spent in.

After filing a claim with a difficult situation in my moving date, the company completely understood and gave me back my.

When I tried to resolve the issue by email, they offered to return only about $500 and keep the rest, even though the move.

Now that we're outside of the 72-hour cancellation window, they plan to charge us over $2,600 for nothing, because they will.
