State Farm suggested them and we called them out to help clean up after a water line upstairs ruptured when we were on vacation. They came in, started ripping up tile and carpet. While doing this, they poked holes in my ceiling with their shovels, kept walking through mud and tracking all over my house, even the unaffected areas from the flood. Then they scratched the heck out of my dryer door, which is glass. We fired them right then and the project manager said they would take care of the damaged door. That was June 10th of 2018!
I called the corporate customer service number and Greg said he would get this resolved and call me back, two weeks later I’m still waiting. The project manager Don called me and said I was a liar. So now, June 16th of 2019, I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional employees and managers. I noticed that ServiceMaster will only reply to good reviews. Very telling if you are in need of services like they offer. Find a more reputable company and you will have a better experience.
They took my money and when it was time to fix my AC, they told me that I was not qualified after they already took my money. When I told that the company was not for me, they wanted to charge me 500 dollars even though they did nothing for me. Service extended is **, con artists, frauds, and thieves. This is my experience that I had with them. I am just speaking about my experience. They are frauds. People beware.
Would not use this company again. Had an ice dam during winter storm, master bedroom carpet became wet, called this company. They responded right away. Sent two service personal out which assessed damage, wanted to tear open the wall. Could not tell me if there was any damage or large amounts of water. They brought in dryer units pulled up carpet, removed baseboard and proceeded to dry out carpet, and bottom of wall. Said they will check each day's progress. They returned two day later, and said they got tied up and couldn't get out till then.
Carpet was dry and once again couldn't assess any damage to wall. I told them we were not going to pull the wall board out and asked to have the carpet and baseboard repaired. They told me they don't do that (their agreement we both signed said they do) they pick up their equipment and left. I received a bill for $922 dollars and had to pay another company $200.00 to replace the pad they cut and re-stretch the carpet and repair the baseboard. I paid the bill but will never use this company again, and will tell any one else of their poor performance and that they don't keep their agreements.
I agreed on State Farm’s suggestion to have ServiceMaster come in and repair damage due to a burst pipe. The clean up was quick and painless. That’s when my nightmare began. A crew was hired to install installation, drywall, tape, spackle, prime and paint. They came in over a two week period to complete the job. Before completion I notifiers the job manager that the spackling was not smooth, I could see lines where the old and new drywall meet, the paint was everywhere including on my window and bifold doors, I saw roller lines in the paint, it was not edged properly and the floor molding was not even. My bulkhead has exposed tape lines, uneven spackling and was two shades of white.
The manager visited my home and pointed out a few areas to fix. None of it was fixed except for a touch up on the white molding. I demanded a walk through and the manager marked 15 spots that we agreed needed fixed. He simply said that he was overwhelmed having 30 jobs that he didn’t give each one his full attention but, “that didn’t mean we deserved this mess.” So he arranged for his contractor to come in again and fix the mess. After the first day, when he spackled, there were still areas not even touched with spackle (large divots especially where the wall meets the ceiling). Not to mention the guy got spackle on my brand new $500 carpet that the manager directly said he wanted covered, “wall to wall.”
Drop cloths were laid instead and I was told some may have dropped off when he picked them up?! No apology, nothing! I called the GM and he said he would put a completely different crew on the job to fix the mistakes of the first crew. I told him this was a huge inconvenience of my time, space, and energy in having to constantly contact people to fix this. He said sarcastically, “what do you want...money for your pain and suffering?” He quickly retracted his statement and apologized saying, “I’m sorry it’s a Friday night.” I reluctantly agreed to have a new crew come out believing they would fix the nightmare.
They spent 2.5 days at my home spackling and painting. After the second day I expressed concerns that the molding was still uneven, the bulkhead was two shades of white, there were spackling spot unsanded, paint on my floor molding, paint on my entertainment center, and bifold doors. The GM came out and again marked spots we both agreed needed fixed. They completed the work today. The molding is uneven, the bulkhead has uneven spackling, there is a large swirl of paint-coverup behind my couch, paint on my molding and spots not sanded correctly.
I text the GM 8 pictures of issues along with a text that said I had no confidence that ServiceMaster can ever fix their mistakes. He said he’d send me an invoice and we could discuss the bill. I called the GM and added the work wasn’t perfect because of existing structures. This made absolutely no sense. He raised his voice at me and told me he wasn’t going to send anyone in to fix the work and that he would send me an invoice. He hung up on me. This is where I’m at currently. Very unprofessional.
We had a fire. The adjustor recommended Service Master Restore Orlando to do the cleanup. I agreed. At first they were very responsive. The guys who actually did the cleanout were great. Then things went sideways. I left phone messages and written messages on their corporate site. When contact was finally made, I was told "that's a different department. We don't get messages that way". The manager/owner also told me "That's not how we operate". (So it is my fault that their departments do not talk to one another and I should have known better.)
In order to get paid by the insurance company I had to provide a quote for the demolition of the old shed/barn. I waited for weeks and weeks. (The entire process took about 6 months. Much of it just waiting for Service Master.) Repeated phone calls. No response. Finally the insurance company contacted them and Service Master replied immediately with apologies for the delay and blamed me for the poor communication.
Now I get the bill. Talk about overcharge. 4 dumpsters were needed. I happen to know what they actually cost. The charge on the bill was 249% of the original charge. That's 149% profit for making a phone call to have the dumpster delivered and taken away. They took an old refrigerator to be cleaned up. Their truck was already in my yard. Their staff was present and on the clock. The distance between the dumpster and truck was about 20 feet. There was a $100 pick up charge listed.
The 2 owners showed up one day to install bracing in the shed so it did not collapse on the workers. They walked around, looked the site over. We had conversations and they spent a bit of time installing some 4x4s and 2x12s. The bill showed 16 hours of carpenter work. Isn't it their responsibility to show up and make sure the job is going right? Should I be charged for that? Should I have to pay for the chat time? I guarantee that the 2 owners did not work as carpenters for 8 hours each that day.
Now I have the money from the insurance company. I get an email from one of the owners saying they would like to drop off my Fridge and get paid. Please let them know a good day and time. It is Tuesday. I respond Immediately. "Friday, any time before 3:30. Please let me know when you are coming". Thursday, I send another email. "I need to know if and when you are coming tomorrow". Friday 4 PM another email "I guess you are not coming today. When can we make arrangements?"
I get a phone call from the other partner (once again apologizing) and he tells me that I used an email address they no longer use. What??? I simply replied to the message they sent me. Basically, once they have the job, they will contact/respond to you when they feel like it. And it will be your fault that they do not have good internal communication in their company. If you respond to their emails it will be your fault for not using their current email address in your reply. Everyone is entitled to a profit but, in my opinion, the upcharges I saw were way overboard. Bottom line. Their workers do a great job, but the headaches, lack of responsiveness and overcharges are not worth it in my opinion. My recommendation: find someone else.
ServiceMaster Restore came out to do a scheduled cleaning of my carpet. The technician did a good job and was friendly. I also used a coupon they gave me after the patch service and I paid $40 less. Scheduling service with this company has been great and I've had good interactions with both their customer service and technicians.

I had a weather-related damage to my roof, which resulted in the water coming through the roof to my kitchen ceiling and damaging the ceiling. It was covered by homeowner's insurance. They gave me two companies, so I contacted both and ServiceMaster had the quickest response. ServiceMaster was great. They were very patient because this was my first homeowner's claim, and it just really wasn't clear on what they needed. I just know the insurance company said I had to mitigate my damages, but ServiceMaster was helpful in walking me through the process and understanding the options in terms of if I have to pay for it beforehand or that may not have to. They just wanted me to know both circumstances that were possible, which was helpful because at least that prepared me if it wasn't covered for with insurance right away. And then, they gave me an estimate of what it might be.
The technicians were great. There were two and they both were very professional, and they indulged my questions. They have very good customer service and they were genuinely trying to be helpful and trying to get me in a comfortable place with all that they had to do, with the leaving of the machine and helping me to understand because it was a really big drying machine. Then they took care to tell me they couldn't do it the way they would usually do it because I had insulation that was the fluffy kind, so they didn't want it all over the place. It was one thing that they did not do that would allow the insulation to not blow all over the place, so I appreciated that because my concern was how much insulation I would be eating while waiting for this process to finish.
They did a great job. The roofing guy put up a small tarp. He called me back and let me know what he did, 'cause he did it while I was at home. They sealed up the opening in the kitchen with plastic so that nothing else would come through and cold air would be minimized with entering the home. I haven't had anything and what they've done has sustained, so that was great.
They were very patient and that's always good in these situations because I have damage to my property. It's a process that I have to go through to some degree and the inconvenience that I have to go through because I have to take off work to let people in. But they were accommodating to my schedule. It's the best they could be, so that was helpful.

A branch fell through my roof and my home insurance got me in touch with ServiceMaster Restore which was a recommended provider with them. They submitted payments and I scheduled the work. ServiceMaster came and fixed the hole. I had a good experience then but water got in and there was water damage. They will need to come back and fix that but I'm waiting for that to happen. They have a lot of staff but through every process, I spoke with somebody different. They sent an estimator out, another guy who looked at the roof and scheduled people to come out and a couple of guys who fixed the roof.
Though their service has been good, I wish it was a little quicker. I know they got a check weeks ago for the water damage and I had to call them through my insurance company notifying me that they got the check. They have the money in hand and they should be in touch with me that day. ServiceMaster hasn't been proactive and I'm not really satisfied with that aspect of their service. They got the roof done fairly quickly, but not quickly enough to avoid the rainstorm that caused the water damage. They filed to get additional money from my insurance company and they have the money but the work has not happened. I would consider using their service again but I wouldn't pay them until the work is done.
My neighbor referred ServiceMaster Restore to me for carpet cleaning, and I’ve used them ever since. I recently had them do the routine carpet cleaning, and everything was wonderful when I scheduled the service. I've used them about five times already and my experience has always been good. Their technicians have all been really good. The last technician we had was probably the best. He was very thorough. I had a couple of stains that I was concerned about, and he was most diligent about getting those stains out, and he did. I asked him if I could request him next time, and he said that I could.

I had an emergency. My water heater exploded and flooded my living room. It was awful. My insurance agent sent ServiceMaster out. After I talked with the insurance agent, ServiceMaster contacted me right away to let me know when they were gonna come and if it was okay if they came at 7:00 because they were booked. I was just very happy that they were gonna come on the same day. Then they got there. I was extremely stressed out. But they were wonderful and they were even really patient with me and would repeat what they were saying, making sure I understood, which I really appreciate.
I must’ve been so annoying for them but they never made me feel that way. They were just so great and really thoughtful. I have a dog and they were really considerate about that, which is nice ‘cause just trying to arrange for all these people coming inside of my house is a lot. They came back with the insurance person and just were on top of it with getting everything done. Both Diego and Hector were the two that I worked with the most from there and they were fantastic.
They had to check for asbestos before they could do anything, which sucked because I was waiting for them to be able to cut open the wall. But that was standard protocol based on how old the place was. Then they put the dehumidifiers up and just ride it out at an extremely hot temperature. That was unbearable, so I pretty much was living in my bedroom for that week. They had to cut open the wall, rip out the carpet, take off the baseboards, and it just had to dry out. I needed to not be in my area because of how hot it was. After they were finished, it was excellent. If you’re going through such a disaster like that, that’s who you want to take care of you. I can’t believe that I actually filled them with gratitude after going through such a horrible situation. They were just great.

Our kitchen sink broke under the house and we had a raised foundation. The water was pouring out from the kitchen sink. The reason we noticed anything at all ever, was because there was a smell coming in the kitchen. We didn't know where it was coming from. So, we had a plumber come out. He went down, saw the broken pipes, saw the mold, and that was when I called ServiceMaster. I had ServiceMaster come out and pick out the dirt that was growing mold. I contacted them directly because I knew of them from the flood that I had at my house in November. The reps that came out then were perfect. They did the work and were communicative.
This time, they came out, the guy got under there and he said it was not mold. It was calcium coming from under the ground and they didn't have to do anything. I asked where was the smell coming from? He just ignored me and he kept saying that it was calcium and that they don't remove calcium. I told him that it was mold and the plumber told me that it was fungus. He gave me the name of the plumber that would come out and fix the pipes without having the dirt removed.
I called the plumber. The plumber came out and went under there and was saying there were molds growing everywhere and we had to have it removed. So, I called ServiceMaster back, and I said they needed to come out and take it out. So, the guy came out again. He came out, he called my husband instead of calling me and said it was not mold, it was calcium. And they don't remove calcium.
He was like, "Mold doesn't grow on dirt." I told him, "it doesn't, but it grows on food." Every time I used the kitchen sink and did dishes and put food down the garbage disposal, it came out of the pipe. He said, "Oh, this is a sewer." I said yes. He said he'd call the office and would come back out there tomorrow to remove the dirt. So, three days later, he came out and removed the dirt. He did it in one day. Everything's fine since then, but that was a little out of contact. This was the third time using ServiceMaster and this was the only time I had that kind of problem. But they've always been really good.

We are really happy and satisfied with ServiceMaster Restore's service. I was in an urgent situation and they responded efficiently when I scheduled for service. The techs came over several days after I made the appointment and it was suitable for our schedule. There was a mister who came over to do the upstairs evaluation and observation first. He went over the whole crawl space, too. It was a huge help for us because we also noticed that we had a mold issue and he did the extra work for us. After that, he had the estimation and they sent us the quotation. We started the treatment immediately due to the mold issue. They came over to do the mold cleaning including the crawl space.
They helped us and they were professional and were detail-oriented to let us know how the process was going and what kind of things we needed to expect. They also provided some advisement. We were tied up, undergoing to do the claim process, and by some put in writing or email, they helped us to have some proof, so it helped a lot. I've been looking for their professional service and it was the best decision.

ServiceMaster was called by State Farm to repair our water damage in Oct. They came, dried out walls and floors. They removed our area rugs to pro clean. Called Amy ** with ServiceMaster in Nov. to get rugs returned. Called back in DEC. Also had State Farm call in Dec. I was finally told the guy that removed rugs was no longer with the company and they had lost the rugs. It is now Jan. They still have not replaced my rugs and will not contact me.
We were away for about four and a half months, and we had water damage in the house. We had a water dispenser on the kitchen sink for drinking water and the filter for the unit was under the cabinet. Somehow, it came disengaged on the mounting bracket, and it fell. When it did, the hose disengaged, so we had water running out of its tubing. We had somebody check the house, but it might’ve run for up to a week. It ran all through the kitchen, under the wall, and into the dining room. More than half of the cabinets had to come out because it got into the drywall behind the cabinets. All those out had to be ripped out. It destroyed the countertops and we had to have all the drywall replaced in those areas as well as about two-thirds of the dining room. The dining room wood floor was destroyed. It had to be replaced and taken out.
I called the insurance company immediately when the person that was checking on our house for us called me, and within three hours, they had ServiceMaster Restore at the house. I wasn’t here but I was communicating with them over the phone and by text and email. Our main contact was Dan and he was professional, extremely responsive, very cooperative, and he never let us down. All the people that came to the house were very helpful. They were polite and they put booties on to minimize any mess in the house. They kept us informed all the way.
We had quite an experience trying to get the floor to dry because it was tiled and I didn’t know if I could get the replacement tiles if we rip them out to match. I didn’t want to rip them out because they went from the kitchen into the hallway, into the laundry room, and the bathroom. It was like we were gonna have to rip off all these to get new tiles to match and they worked really hard to dry the subfloor underneath as well as from the top, on the tiles to dehumidifiers, heaters, and blowers. They worked for a month trying to get it dried. They could’ve at any point said, “Forget it. We’ve done overdue, and you're gonna have to have the tiles taken out.” But Dan was insistent that he could get it dried out, and they did get it done to acceptable levels and I really appreciated that. They didn’t just leave me hanging.
I should’ve called Dan's boss and given him an endorsement because he was a great guy to deal with. We had to pack up everything in the dining room and moved everything out. There were also a couple of women who came and they packed everything really neatly. Then they came back and unpacked everything and put it all back perfectly. It was a very positive experience. Not everything with other people has gone quite as smoothly but ServiceMaster was really good.

I had busted pipes on the walls. My homeowner’s insurance scheduled a service with ServiceMaster Restore. The service was good. They put dryers on the hallway and in the bathroom. Then they found another broken pipe underneath the house. The guys were pretty personable, but I ran into one guy that was not trained to interact with the customers. I worked in retail for 45 years, so I’m used to dealing with people, and he wasn’t. I still don’t have a floor and a toilet in the bathroom, but overall, I’m pretty satisfied with them.

My sump pump stopped working and water got in the basement. ServiceMaster Restore came out and they were very experience and efficient. The work was done in two days. They came back to check to make sure everything was dry and done to my satisfaction. They were also neat, very professional and courteous. I had a bad experience before with another company before. They totally destroyed my basement. But ServiceMaster Restore made sure that the least amount of damage to my basement was done. I would use them again and I would definitely refer them to anyone else who would need this type of work done.

I had a damaged roof, and it leaked and had water come into the house. ServiceMaster came in and dried out the wood and the drywall. I wasn't pleased with how they tore some of the stuff apart. A little bit more care could've been taken when they had to tear some of the drywall out, and not to do the damage that they did. I thought they were a little bit rambunctious, but overall, the quality of their work is fairly good.

I would not contract this company again. Their work is subpar. Management is an absolute joke. ServiceMaster was contracted to restore my kitchen after my shower valve had broke and plumber had severely damaged my hot water heater cabinet to the point where they had to replace all my cabinets. First the project manager John wrote a quote for mobile home cabinets instead of standard cabinets which are vastly smaller than the original cabinets that were in my place and proceeded to tell me that those were the cabinets that were going to be installed. I was never given a choice of what was going to be installed in my home other than laminated or unfinished cabinets. I chose the unfinished cabinets so that they could be stained. John kept telling me that staining was an upgrade from the original cabinets. Not true.
My original cabinets were finished. Next came the install with another project manager Lucas. This guy was the biggest mistake ever. I implore you not to let this guy in your home. He doesn't know how to use s level. His famous quote, "who the hell uses a level in their home!" All things gone wrong. Cabinets were too small. Puzzle pieced my floor tile. Did not take out the wet insulation and replace with new. Tried to charge me for moving my hot water heater when all they did was build around it.
Broke the p trap on my kitchen sink when installing the small cabinets and tried to blame me. I paid to fix. Broke the water valve to the fridge. Again tried to blame me and I paid to fix it. Installing the small cabinets took away 24 cubic feet and I live in a condo where space means everything. Installed 22 out of 30 cabinet handles crooked (level comment). Rush job on the staining which made it look terrible. My 5 year old could have done a better job. ServiceMaster used more filler than there was actual cabinets.
Lucas and cabinet company took over 4 months to do the work in a 250 sq foot kitchen and still couldn't correct their mistakes. Job was only supposed to take 2 weeks. Contractors would show up for a few hours and leave. Lucas illegally recorded a conversation in my home without my knowledge. Lucas also modified the recording to justify his credibility to his management as to why he was always leaving and never getting the job done. My granite countertop top was cut short which left gaps between the underneath cabinet and the cabinet to the side. They put in a dual door water cabinet which had a piece of wood running across the middle so that if I have to replace the water heater, I would have to take apart the entire cabinet.
They left 6 inch gaps on both sides of the fridge stating that it is code to do so. When I looked this up, I could find no such code. They stain on my tile and balcony which not the tile has to be replaced and the balcony has to be repainted per HOA and now has to come out of my pocket. Gina the QA installation manager came and agreed the job was subpar. We made a verbal agreement stating that she would have a real cabinet company come out and redo all the cabinets. A week later she went back on her word and stated that I had to give her guys a chance to fix it by law. Never ever let this company in your home. They created more undue stress and did such a horrible job that I had to go back and get my insurance company involved.

I wanted to see how much water damage was in the wall. I called ServiceMaster Restore and they expedited my request. They came out right away to examine the water damage. The tech came in, did what he was supposed to do, and gave me an analysis. He was very nice, helpful and professional. Since the damage was confined to one wall, I told him that my husband could tear it up and he didn’t have to do anything. I would recommend ServiceMaster.

ServiceMaster Restore was awesome. I had to get the house tarped because I lost a lot of the roof. So, I contacted ServiceMaster on a Monday night. A gentleman called me on Tuesday afternoon and said I needed some paperwork signed. So, I met him on Wednesday, and on Thursday, my roof was tarped. That was quick.
The representatives at ServiceMaster were right on the money, as far as, they were always on time for the appointments. When I met them about removing all the damaged sheetrock, I told them that I had to find somebody to move all my stuff out. And they told me they would take care of that too. So, they picked up all my household goods and they're storing them for me. It cost money, but they were right there and they did it when they said they were gonna do it. So, now, I'm just waiting for my house to get fixed.
We're looking at relocating. When we find a permanent place to take off our shoes, we'll call ServiceMaster and have them deliver our household stuff. The only thing that was kind of questionable was the packing company they hired to pick up our stuff. They weren't the most professional group in the world. I'm a retired military, and I've been through a lot of moves. And these guys were like just guys they hired off the street. They came in. They did a marginal job as far as packing up our goods. They didn't bring enough packing materials to wrap dishes and stuff. I provided them with Christmas wrap, so they could wrap up dishes and pots and pans. Also, they missed a lot. I ended up hauling two pickup truckloads of stuff to our little place we're renting because of the stuff they missed. Still, I would recommend ServiceMaster because of the fact that they were there when they said they were gonna be, and they did provide the service.

I had a backup of a sewer line in the basement. I spoke to a man from ServiceMaster Restore and I liked what he had said. He gave me an estimate on the phone, which I appreciated. He runs the office and supervises all the workers. He then came out with a crew, lowered the estimate and started to work. They restored the water damage and clean up the basement. One day, and then six days of dryers, we were finished. They were excellent people and did very nice work. All of his people were very pleasant to deal with and we were very pleased. If we have any projects in the future, we would definitely look favorably and look forward to using them again.

The carpet was dirty because it hadn't been cleaned for a long time and we had ServiceMaster several years ago. We decided to do it again and they did an excellent job. The reps were very nice and good too. They're the best. Use them.

We had a flood in our basement and scheduling a service with ServiceMaster Restore was too easy. They came out within less than two hours after I called them and took care of everything. They were very fast, very professional, and knew exactly what to do. They laid out what they were gonna do and worked their jobs. They dried the basement out in 4 or 5 days and cleaned up. The basement is somewhat back to normal except for a little bit of water damage. But because they came out so quickly, we were able to save a ton of stuff. They were excellent and they took a lot of stress out of my wife.

I have a rental and my tenants called me and said that there was a leak there. And I sent a plumber over and he found that the leak was worse than just a small leak and there was some mold. So, I called ServiceMaster and they went right out. They got right on it. Scheduling the service with them went fine. There was a lot of people in the office. You get different people all the time but everything was great. They would give my concern to someone that could help me. I worked with Sean and he was always very nice and helpful and answered my questions and concerns. I’ve appreciated their work. I feel like they’ve been working hard for me to get everything done through my insurance. The test came back negative, so that was great. The air quality came back good, so they did a good job. The job is kind of half done. But I'm very satisfied at this point.

I came home from a vacation and I had a broken water pipe. I had it frozen from a faucet and a shut-off valve was cracked so I had probably 150 gallons of water in the basement. It was quite a mess. I checked my insurance company the next morning and they gave me the number for ServiceMaster to come in and dry out my system. ServiceMaster came on time and Ralph came back about 4 times to double check to make sure everything was dried out. They did an an excellent job of drying the basement out and cleaning out all the wet carpeting squares that I had down there. Other than when I had to call him back because he left one of his pants in my basement, there was no problem. Right now, I’m in the process of rebuilding my basement.

I had a water leak on a washing machine, and ServiceMaster came in, and took out the flooring, and dried it all up for me. It’s a weekend home I needed the work at, and they came to my residence, and that’s two hours away. So, I made a trip to the other house just for nothing because they didn’t show up. But they did a great job. I was really happy and very satisfied.

I had a roof that was leaking and needed repairs, and ServiceMaster replaced it. Scheduling the service was great and I had a positive experience with their representative. They did everything as they promised. The technicians were very professional, they kept their promises, and everything was done on time. They did a good job. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster if I know somebody looking for roofers.

So far, I’ve been pleased with ServiceMaster. The drainage line from the sump pump to the main drain ruptured, and I had water everywhere, somewhere like three inches in the basement. They came in and tore up the old carpet and replaced and removed it. They dried the rooms out. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans until the area was dry. They removed the damaged drywall and they placed everything in the center of the room until we could get the repairs begun. They also brought in a gentleman that checked out the breaker box, and they had to replace all the breakers as they were water damaged and rusting.
They did an excellent job while they were there. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They put a lock box on my door and discovered that because of the design of the lock box, my garage door would not stay closed, but if you jiggle the handle with the lock box on it, the door would open. So, they put it on the front door which was more secure. They could’ve gone and not even said anything to me, but they were very forthright about everything. I’m at the point now where I’m waiting for the reconstruction crew to come in and replace the drywall and do the restoration work.

My parents had a very large tree fall into their house. They filed a claim through their insurance and then ServiceMaster worked on the claim. They came out the same day and they were great. They cared, were prompt and made it easy. Jeremy is a superstar and he deserves a giant raise. The tree was removed and that took a while. Then all of the content pack-outs took a week and a half. There was a lot of back and forth with that but it was all good. It was just unavoidable stuff. Nonetheless, ServiceMaster did awesome. There is a lot of people throwing shade on ServiceMaster. But my experience has been outstanding.

We had a leak and we went through our insurance. After we file the claim, ServiceMaster Restore came out Immediately. Still, they worked with what was best or us in terms of the schedule. The technicians who came out were professional, informative and efficient. The customer service was exceptional. I’m satisfied with ServiceMaster and I’ll recommend them.

My dishwasher had leaked and there was a lot of damage. But ServiceMaster was very good and I was really impressed with them. They left a big hole in my floor but it was okay. That was what they were supposed to do and the technicians were very nice to work with. I would have them back again.

The cleaning itself was of poor quality, but the customer service was mortifying. I have never been met with such confrontation, aggression, hostility, or disrespect as a client of any company prior to this. The cleaning industry is a competitive one. There are numerous other companies that provide exceptional service for the cost. Save yourself the headache by choosing one of them. If you choose to read further, I have left a more detailed description of the experience. We hired ServiceMaster to clean up our home following a kitchen remodel. I arranged the service with the owner of the company, whom indicated the charges are $40/person/hour with a 3 hour minimum and he would send out a crew of 3 to arrive at 0800.
The following morning, four technicians arrived anticipating a job of a “light dusting”. Concerned, I reached out to the owner to clear any miscommunication that may have occurred. I was met with frustration, aggression, and blame. It was stated, “I only told my crew what you told me”. The business relationship deteriorated from there. I don’t know what remodel clean is a “light dusting” and I’m further confused as to why a “light dusting” would require 4 cleaning techs (a minimum fee of $480). I should’ve known better than to proceed with the service, but we were in a bind, as painters were following immediately behind them.
The FINISHED result of our home following ServiceMaster’s work - a total of a $560. Our painters actually had to go behind them and wipe walls and baseboards before they could paint. I tried reaching out to the owner to get him to come view the job site and potentially send the crew back out or provide a reduction in the cost of services. This did not happen. I tried involving the corporate office, but was told ultimately, they cannot enforce any type of mediation between the franchise and the client. While working with a consumer protection agent to see if anything could be done, we received a threatening notice from ServiceMaster of First Coast regarding placing a lien on our property. Keep in mind, services were rendered on 12/13/18 and this notice was issued on 12/28. There are hundreds of cleaning services. Don’t regret your decision to hire this one.
I had a fire in my house and I had smoke damage on all the levels of my home. ServiceMaster came in and cleaned everything from head to toe. They weren't goofing off, they worked continuously, other than taking their normal breaks that is owed to a person when they're working. They were very courteous, too. I would recommend them. Right from the get-go, the night of the fire, a rep from ServiceMaster came to my incident. I wasn't here being at work at that time, but they reached out to us. They were the only ones that did that. So, we gave them a shot, and they did a fabulous job for us. And then, I still had an odor of smoke a couple of days later after they left, and they brought back an air cleaning type machine and ran it for three days. That seemed to alleviate the problem a fair amount. I had put out some oranges to absorb odors, too. So, my house seems to be smoke-free now.

I’m very satisfied with ServiceMaster and I would recommend them. I had a water leak in my kitchen sink, and it had been leaking for a while. So, ServiceMaster had to tear out my floor, my cabinets and everything around that sink. Their technicians did fine and they were very helpful. They went out of their way to help get things where they needed to be.

A pipe broke in our dishwasher and leaked throughout the whole part of the kitchen on the main floor and into the basement. The insurance company reached out to ServiceMaster Restore then they reached out to us and were here within the day. The technicians were very professional and they did a good job of drying everything up. For the first few days, I was here but for the next few weeks, we just let them come in and do their thing. ServiceMaster Restore was very good.

We had a dryer fire in our basement. The actual fire damage only took out a couple of things, but the smoke damage is pretty extensive. We called the insurance company on Friday. They sent ServiceMaster out, and they were there on Monday. They cleaned everything. They painted everything and they're still in the middle of painting the upstairs. I've spoken to Brian who owns that company and all of his technicians, and they have been amazingly polite and wonderful to work with. I've never worked with a company that's been so concerned about making sure we were comfortable and making sure we were taken care of. I am completely satisfied and I have recommended them to people. They have been a great company to work with. They had done a wonderful job of taking care of us.

The water pipe burst and our floor was flooded. So ServiceMaster ended up having to tear out the floor in my laundry room and the garage beneath it. But they came out either the day or the next day, and they did everything they had to do. It was fast too. They put out plastic surroundings and dryers, and they did a good job. They got all the bad material out. So now, it's clean and clear for the contractors to come in and rebuild.

Our water heater started leaking and it got under my carpet and under the laundry room. It caused mold, so we called ServiceMaster. They dried out the carpet and got rid of all of the mold. I'm satisfied with that work, however the walls still had holes it then and the carpet and tile needed to be taken care of. When we called ServiceMaster to do the restoration they told us they had about 30 jobs to do and they wouldn't be able to do ours for a few months. They should be helping the people that they started on and finished the job, I am very upset about that. I have been sleeping in a recliner for the past two months and I want my room back. We will have to find someone else to finish their job. Although they started out well, I would not recommend them for their restoration jobs.
ServiceMaster has been great. We were having issues with water damage, and they cleaned up and they're going to do the repairs. I have chosen them to do the restoration as well. I have the choice of contractors to put the place back together. They have been so super nice that I would just like to deal with them. I'm 83 years old and I wanna get my house back in order. I'm happy with these people and they can do it.
The technicians explained to me what they were doing. They told me why they were doing it. There was one particular point where I had like a bazillion fans and dehumidifiers in my house running 24 hours a day. And they came back to check to make sure they didn't take them out too soon. They were great and I trust them. This is a new experience for me and they have been very good. Also, on the day that I notified my insurance company and they gave me the name of ServiceMaster, I was absolutely shocked at how quickly they got here. It seemed like when I hung up the phone, they were out front. They were very sympathetic, and they got right to work and got the job underway.

Everybody at ServiceMaster has been good. My sewer backed up and they’re still working on the restoration. The restorers have been here for about a week, and they’re doing a good job.

We had a leak in the bathroom and before I discovered it, the bathroom floor and half of the carpet in the bedroom had been soaked. I called my insurance company and they gave me the number to call. Then ServiceMaster's guy showed up. Scheduling for service was easy and the technicians were nice and very professional. They called me before they came to let me know where they were and how long it would be before they would get here. If they told me 20 minutes, they were here in 20 minutes. So I had no problems whatsoever.
When they came in, they had name tags but they introduced themselves anyway. They shook my hand and explained to me what they were going to do. Then they went about doing their job. They took care of everything that needed to be taken care of and when they left, they shook my hand and told me bye. They also made sure everything was dry before they took any of the blowers away. Then some guy came and took a sample to make sure there wasn't anything growing in there. It all turned out really good and I would recommend them. They were very good.

ServiceMaster was professional and communicated well, and they stuck to their timeline. A pipe leaked and we had water damage, and our insurance company notified ServiceMaster. We agreed to go with the insurance recommendations, and ServiceMaster called us and came out within a couple hours. We talked with Louis, and he was very punctual, communicated well, let us know what was happening, what they could do, and what they could not do. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the two rooms, and they were on 24/7 for about six days. They removed the appliances out of the kitchen so that the flooring could be taken up, and then put back all that they could. They cleaned out the existing flooring that had to be decontaminated because they found asbestos. I was very satisfied.

I had a pipe burst in my bathroom and it went through the ceiling downstairs to my kitchen. It was not fun because I had a lot of damage. Scheduling a service with ServiceMaster was very easy. In fact, I never even thought of them at first. I cleaned up the water as best as I could. And then I called my insurance company. It was my insurance agent who suggested I bring ServiceMaster in to make sure there wasn't more hidden damage.
So I called and they were out here the same day. Everybody that I worked with at ServiceMaster was excellent. The person who came out assessed the damage and he immediately put some fans in the bathroom and the kitchen where most of the damage is to start the process of dying it out. The fans were going for almost a week. A couple of days later, they had to come back and put different equipment in. When they said they were going to be here, they gave a time and they were here right on time. I never had to follow up with them on anything. Overall, ServiceMaster did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

ServiceMaster came when I had a slab leak and they took out the flooring and the drywall to let them dry. The person I dealt with was very responsive. When I asked a question, he answered. The work took close to two weeks and I was very satisfied after they finished.

The pipe leading to the washing machine was clogged. So, unbeknownst to us, it flooded, but we did notice it didn’t flood into the laundry room, it flooded back to the bathroom and to the fourth bedroom. The carpet was wet and I told my husband the dog had an accident ‘cause he's a puppy. We saw no indication that there was moisture anywhere else. But there has got to be something going on.
And then, a week later, I started a little laundry, I walked out into the rest of the house, came back into the laundry room and I found it. It had a week to 10 days for the mold to grow in the vanity in the bathroom ‘cause they have an adjoining wall, the laundry room and bathroom. So, we had extensive water damage in the wall, in the carpet, in the closet. And so, ServiceMaster came out and they did a great job. They were right here immediately. I was freaking out ‘cause it was Thanksgiving week and we were gonna have to have a drain hose going from the laundry room to the kitchen, and so I couldn't have 22 people over here. All of this is a mess, but it all worked out. They had the heavy-duty commercial fans came in, they had to rip out the carpet and rip out part of the padding. They were there in a prompt manner and took care of business. Hopefully, we don’t ever have to use them again, but if we had to, we'd contact them again.

Our water heater broke and flooded our kitchen and bedroom. We called the insurance company and they gave us ServiceMaster Restore's number. I called them directly and they offered to come out that very night, but we said no. It was too late. So, they came the next day right when they said they would. Everyone that came to our door was always on time, very friendly, and very understanding. Also, they got all the water out.

ServiceMaster Restore was fabulous. A water pipe in my bathroom broke and they were really helpful. They got here quickly when they said they would. They were really nice when they got here, so they were pleasant to work with. They got right on the job and got the issue taken care of in a very timely manner. They took away the bad stuff and they put up a bunch of fans and dehumidifiers which dried stuff. The service was excellent and I was very satisfied with it.

ServiceMaster Restore was recommended to us by StateFarm Insurance. We used their service as I had a leak coming through my roof. Scheduling service with them was easy and they came out the same day. The gentleman who came kept me informed of what they were doing. They made sure that the pictures got sent to me through email. They checked everything as well. However, our house is still waiting to be fixed. All ServiceMaster Restore's guy did was come out, see if there was any damage done in my actual attic and tarp. But then, he was unable to see much and just did everything he could. Overall, their guys are very thorough.

I had a flood in the house from a water line breaking and ServiceMaster Restore came out the next morning after I called them. They were quick. Also, they got the house dry and got the asbestos all taken care of. The contractor was very professional and knew what he was doing. They did a fantastic and great job. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

My experience with ServiceMaster Restore was great. There was a leak above us and the carpet had gotten wet. So, they came in and did some drying for us. The people who came were polite, friendly, professional and timely. Their service was satisfactory.

I'd definitely recommend ServiceMaster Restore. We had a kitchen drainage issue and our experience in scheduling service with them went great. The team that came was very professional and good in all aspects. They showed up when they said they were gonna show up and they were informative.

We had a fire in our garage and it got entirely burned up along with a quarter of our home. And ServiceMaster was there on the very day of the fire. One of my neighbors had one of the ServiceMaster franchises but he said that he was not a big enough outfit to do it. He gave me the number of one that was. I called them and they showed up right away. We've been in this process for about three and a half weeks now, and they have been really good.
The people have done a really good job staying on top of things and keeping us in the loop as to what they're doing. They seemed to be very busy though. That’s one thing I've noticed. They seemed to have a lot of work and I could see where they might benefit from having a few more people, at least the people I've been dealing with. But that would be the only negative thing. That aside, they have been diligent and incredibly honest. In situations like this, there are a lot of opportunities for things to go missing and for people to put things in their pockets. But we have seen absolutely nothing like that going on. So that is really appreciated.

I got in touch with ServiceMaster after my water tank did a thing in my house. The technician was prompt when he said he was gonna call me to let me know he was on his way when it was close to the time. He was very polite, professional, and helpful. He cleaned up after himself and was very good at what he did. I recommend ServiceMaster to anybody. They were very responsive, very helpful, and quick to get the job done. If my friends ever get in a position where they have to have a kind of a first responder to help clean up something, I'd tell them that ServiceMaster is the best.

We had a major water leak and we were thoroughly drowned out. So, our insurance company called ServiceMaster, and a tech was up here immediately and started to take care of it. He was very good. Everybody on ServiceMaster's team did a good job, including Shirley, the lady that coordinates them. They did their job thoroughly and got it done quickly. They’re still drying out and cleaning some floor rugs for us, but other than that, everything's going great. I told the insurance company to keep using ServiceMaster. They do good work.

The water heater deteriorated so water went all over my home. I called my insurance agent and then Mike called me. He was the guy in charge and he said people would be showing up. He also told me how the process with ServiceMaster Restore worked. Then one day, the guys showed up to start cleaning up the mess. One guy took charge but he didn’t do too good of a job so the next day, his supervisor showed up and chastised him for not doing everything he was supposed to. Then they took care of business. My wife also wasn’t too happy because they have taken way too long. This thing started September 8 and it is December now. Their work is done but they said they would bring the carpet and all our stuff back. As far as our interaction with them though, it was nice. The workers who were hired to do the stuff were professional.

ServiceMaster was referred to us by a good friend of mine for the sewer backup damage. He said that they were really good and professional, and that he'd send them over to us. Then the guy who owns the franchise, Zac, showed up promptly. Within 10 minutes, he was here. He looked at everything and said that they needed to sanitize it and cut 2 feet off of the dry walls. Then they took care of drying the walls and putting those machines to clear the air and get the humidity out. It all went really well and professionally. Zac even gave us his cell number and said that we should call him right away if we need anything.
But now that the time has come for reconstruction, they’re nowhere to be found. For three weeks, we had a hell of a time getting ahold of Zac to see what he wants to do and we’re going on the fourth week now. He doesn’t respond to any of our calls or texts. So we have a gutted house and we don’t know what to do. We don't have any heat, we don't have a kitchen or a living room or dining room. I even called my friend that referred him to us and he told us last Monday that Zach said he’s gonna call us within 24 hours. But today is Saturday and we still heard nothing from him. I would tell others about what happened to us and not to get in touch with ServiceMaster. The good and the bad burned together.
I called ServiceMaster Restore to pick up a storage unit, in which they helped me remove the contents from my home and fill in the storage unit with my belongings. My main correspondent came personally to the house and checked out all the damage caused by the flooding from my bathroom shower. ServiceMaster Restore provided the whole service of moving everything for me and protecting all my belongings. There was remediation needed, so they were helping with other companies to expedite and resolve our flooding issue. They were quick with the start date and within a week’s time, the whole project was all done, including the sanitation. Overall, the service went really well. They were efficient and very knowledgeable, and my issue was completely resolved and assisted with.

The insurance company called and had ServiceMaster Restore come over when I had a water leak. Everything was very good in terms of scheduling the service and the representatives I dealt with were very nice. The technicians who came out were also very good. They were very cooperative and prompt. When they said they were gonna be there, they were there. And they took care of everything. This experience I had was excellent and I would call them again if I needed it. I would highly recommend them as well.

Our State Farm insurance adjuster, Amy, made the call to ServiceMaster Restore to come out to mitigate the water damage. They had to gut about half of an entire bathroom. They took out the floor, the subfloor, the walls, the studs in the walls and the ceiling. It was extensive and the technicians had most of the damage removed within two days. They did an excellent job of getting in here in a timely fashion, doing the tear out, setting up the dehumidifiers and the fans, and the removal of the damage. They also put plastic sheeting down on the floor in the hallway and in the living room to the exit door.
There were times when they called to let me know they were on their way or if they needed to be in at a particular time to check their dryness readings. They were efficient, quick, very responsive and polite. They also did an excellent cleanup afterwards. They hauled all the debris away. They took excellent photographs as well. They documented and drew the floor plan of the room and furnished that to my insurance agency.

These guys are great. We had a water leak in our house so they needed to come out. I contacted my insurance company then my claim adjustor handled it all and the turnaround was quick. They were the first folks out here and they acted quickly. They had their little meter thing and they did what they were instructed to do. They removed some flooring and went in through the walls and our mopboards. Then they got the big dryers in and those were here for five days or so to dry everything out. ServiceMaster took care of what they needed to take care of and cleaned up their mess. Then they were outta here so we could move on to the next step.
The technicians were professional too, and there was one gentleman in particular who might have been a senior tech. He was informative and he even made some suggestions. We had a plumber out at the same time and he didn’t really know where the leak was coming from. The gentleman said that he wasn't a plumber but that he has been doing the job a long time and he told us what he thought. I appreciated that because at that time, we weren’t really getting anywhere with the plumber. All in all, ServiceMaster did an excellent job and I was really satisfied with the work that they did and with their expertise. On top of that, they seemed caring, responsible and reliable.

The insurance company set up the service schedule then ServiceMaster called me. And it was great. The guy said he would be out here in an hour and he was. The technicians who came out told me what was going on and what the process was, and everything was fine. They also explained what they were gonna do and that was what they did. They did a good job.

I would recommend ServiceMaster very highly. My toilet had broken and flooded half the house when I was at work. After I got a hold of my State Farm agent, I called ServiceMaster and they were very pleasant to talk to. They took all the information and everything was great. Then they had a crew over here within an hour and a half. And it was fantastic dealing with that crew. They did everything they were supposed to do. They brought the big old fans and sucked up the water. For the next two days, they came back and that was when they took half of the carpet out. Then they left the fans and let dry where everything was still a little damp. Two days later, they came back. Everything was dry and they took the fans out. It was a job well done.

I needed help with the overflow from a clogged drain and ServiceMaster reached out to me to set up the appointment. I was very impressed with the two people who came to the house and did the work and clean up. They did a good job. I would give an A plus to their customer service, the supervisor and the people doing the work and the follow through calls. I called ServiceMaster again on a different issue and I was impressed as well with the one that was assigned to do what I needed to get done. I would give the company’s phone number to friends and the exact name of the people who helped me. I will ask them to ask for those people. ServiceMaster should keep up the good work.

We had a leak in our refrigerator and our insurance company contacted ServiceMaster Restore. We also spoke with their representatives and they did well. The technicians were prompt too. They did what they needed to do and they told us what they were doing and why they were doing it. They also explained how long it was gonna take and they weren’t there very long. They were drying out carpets so they were putting out fans and blowers. Then they just came out and adjusted them. They did good work and they were very professional.

We had a fire that destroyed our garage and laundry room, lucky it didn't get the whole house. Bob ** with ServiceMaster of Clark and Jackson County, WI came in and I was immediately at ease. They did everything they said they would, were reliable, great communication, and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. Even my insurance adjuster was happy we hired them as they have a great reputation in the area!

I got a call from my mom one night about a month ago. The pipe broke in the ceiling from the bathroom into our room. The flange on the toilet broke, so it came through the ceiling. I asked for ServiceMaster Restore to come out. I have years of relationship with Steve, one of the ServiceMaster managers. However, I used Rainbow Restoration the last and I had to take them to court when my basement flooded because they said they had dried the basement out, but the whole house had mold a couple of months later. My mom was in the hospital for certain days because of the mold and she was really upset ever since the mold happened.
ServiceMaster Restore wanted me to use Rainbow again, but I said no, so I got ServiceMaster to come out that night when it happened as an emergency service. They were really great and I was really happy with the service we received. The young tech was excellent in the way he cleaned the house. He didn’t leave one bit of dust and he was really excited about cleaning out. I told his supervisor that he needs a recommendation. However, I was not happy the way the techs cut the ceiling. The edges were uneven. I was also not happy with them making us put the fan. I was happy with the fans being there, but I thought it would be in there a lot more. I was gonna call Steve or a manager to ask some questions, but I hadn’t heard one thing from their office, except for an email from a sale to sign the final letter. That’s not how business should be done.
We had some water coming into our chimney, around the roof, through the brick, and up the top side and it affected the flooring and the sheetrock around the fireplace. Then, there was some water down in the crawlspace, too. The ServiceMaster folks came right away, were right on top of it and were very professional. They set up camp in the living room around the fireplace, took out some of the sheetrock, dried it out, took out the insulation and put the dehumidifier machine in.
It was a long process and they had to come back because we kept getting more rain and the water wouldn't dry out. It also seemed like there were four different crews that came in, worked on it and took measurements. I also didn't have any copies of the readings and some of the crew did but some of them didn't. So, toward the end, there were some questions about whether they had done all that they could do and whether it was really dry. Some folks said it wasn't dry and some said it was. There was a little back and forth and the communication on that was a little frustrating at times. But they were pretty religious about checking back to take the water readings so overall, it was a good experience with them.

The hot water heater failed and its contents leaked all over the basement floor. There was 100 to 200 gallons but there wasn't a lot of damage. ServiceMaster got all the damaged stuff in bags so I could bring it up and get rid of it. But it was mostly paperwork and books. There was no damage to hard items. One of the furniture items got wet and it’s particle board. But they did a good job in putting the furniture up on stands to make sure that it's breathing properly. Sometimes, if a particle board absorbs water, it will swell and crack. But I haven't seen any evidence of that and it's been three weeks. So I'm good there. They came back and did the rug too. The water came up underneath the door so we had to get the rug fixed and they did a good job doing that.
But because the floor of the basement was dirty, it's muddy. A guy told me they had a mini pressure washer and they could come back and get the done for me. But I can't remember how to get a hold of him. There are ServiceMaster franchises around and I can't remember which one came to see us. Mud is on the concrete and it needs to be sprayed off into the sump, which is right next door. So it's not gonna be a big deal. It won't take them 10 minutes to get this clean. Otherwise, I have to do it by hand and I'm still on a wheelchair. It's hard for me. But that's my only comment. I would like them to get over and finish the job. That's all. It was out of pocket because I had a deductible and the deductible for the replacement of the water heater and the homeowner stuff was higher than this cost. So it wasn't a big deal. It was relatively affordable. And besides, ServiceMaster did a great job. They're prepared and they know what to do. I'd use them again.

I went out of town and was gone for four days. When I came back, I walked in from the garage and heard water running. I followed the noise back and shut off the water to the toilet. That was where water was spraying out all over the inside of the bathroom. I have carpet out of all three bedrooms upstairs and there was standing water in the bathroom. Then I went downstairs where I have a finished basement and there were four big five-foot chunks of ceiling down on the carpet. So everything had gone down there, including the drywall and the carpet.
I called my insurance company, State Farm, and within two hours, ServiceMaster Restore was here with their trucks. They started ripping things out and worked for at least three hours that day. Altogether, they were here for 10 days. My bathroom was totally wet and they had to take out the cupboards and the tile. It was a mess. At one point, I had 45 fans in my house trying to dry it out. Brian and Kim were just super. They were amazing to work with. They were here everyday. Their help was here everyday. And they were polite. They tried to save what they could of my entryway because the wood there is still okay. I can't say enough about them and how good they were. I'd have them back in a second and I would recommend them to anybody. I was completely satisfied. I don't feel like there's any chance of any mold. Everything's dry and ready to be re-done.

I had a water loss and Karen from ServiceMaster helped schedule the appointment to get everybody out there. She was very efficient and speedy. And Zeke, the first guy who came out and assessed the situation, was very professional and informative. Then the crew came out the following business day and had gotten things out there. ServiceMaster Restore did a good job and I was pretty satisfied.

We came back to our Arizona winter home and our toilet tank had cracked. It had been leaking probably for a month and a half. So, the water got absorbed in the carpets in the den, in the bathroom, the walk-in closet, and the bedroom. I called our traveler’s insurance and they suggested to call in ServiceMaster. They came out right away and did what they needed to do. They were here for probably a week, drying everything out. There was mold on the baseboards, and so, they took that out and cut the Sheetrock up about two feet, like they were supposed to, to check for any mold and luckily, there wasn’t anything.
They were very timely and did a great job. Also, they were very knowledgeable and they explained everything. If we had any questions, they answered them. I had to pay a deductible but everything else was covered by insurance. And ServiceMaster worked with the insurance adjuster. They had a mutual agreement on the amount. I was extremely satisfied.

Nathan and his crew at Crossroads Restoration in Indianapolis took care of all our problems and the mold is history... Big Thanks. Had an issue in our log home after a new roof was put on and the small amount of mold was taken care of and the worry about it was in good hands with Nathan who is the general manager of Crossroads. Would use them again but hopefully never will have a mold issue again.

I had ServiceMaster Restore dry our upstairs carpet that got wet after my little one left the sink running. I called them on a weekend and after 30 minutes, somebody came to take a look at the carpet. ServiceMaster was very professional and they explained everything to me, as well as what I had to expect. ServiceMaster did a very good job and I would encourage people to use them.

This past weekend I was at the Raleigh airport waiting for my flight and received a voicemail from Jim **, Operations Manager in the Raleigh office of ServiceMaster Restore. Jim's voicemail stated that he had found my iPad on the interstate highway and to call him. I hadn't even realized I didn't have my iPad and then remembered I had placed it on the top of the car and forgot to grab it. It must have eventually fallen off onto the highway until good samaritan Jim ** picked it up. When I called Jim he graciously offered to bring my iPad to the airport before my flight departed! When I met Jim I persistently offered him some $$ as a small token of my appreciation. He smiled, politely declined, and proceeded to give me his ServiceMaster card and asked that I refer ServiceMaster to any of my friends who need help. What a great example of southern hospitality and an outstanding representative of ServiceMaster!

We had a pipe leak in the wall in the bedroom and we got ServiceMaster through Allstate. The technicians were very nice and they got the job done. It was a good experience.

ServiceMaster came out and dried up the area that was leaked on in the basement from the kitchen including the sheetrock where it was moist. Their reps are very good and legitimately followed up. As for the scheduling of services, coming in, and follow-ups, they were just calling me. Everything was smooth and explanatory. At every stage, they were telling me what they were doing, what the next steps are, who’s gonna call me, and how they were doing. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster.

We had water damage from a leak in our home and our insurance company scheduled the service. The ServiceMaster reps were great and the guy who came to look at the damage to determine where all the water damage was answered all my questions. They came right back with the helper and they removed the floor super quick and got the fans all set up. The next day, we had a couple of people come to check the fans, and they removed them all because all the water damage, it was all dried, and they were good too.

I had someone from ServiceMaster come out when the faucet in our kitchen leaked and caused damage to the drywall, flooring and backside of the cabinets. I called a guy who was the closest to me that I know could do it. I'm in the industry, so I know what the process is. If we had to reschedule something, the reps at ServiceMaster were quick to reschedule and figure out a different time to get out there and work around our schedule. Their people were prompt and the work got done quickly. They had to pull the countertops and they did a good job. The only thing that they didn't do, when they're doing the demo, was put up some containment barrier, so a little bit more dust got around than it should have, but it wasn't a big deal.

We had a rental property where a tenant let a grease fire get out. Our property manager took care of the initial contact with ServiceMaster Restore and then the techs came out. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and how to go about it. They did a thorough job, but it would have been great to have had the opportunity to keep some of the things that were removed and clean and/or paint them. They asked questions and checked on a whole lot of things, though, and it was just little things like the air conditioner returns that we may have a hard time getting replaced. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster Restore.

I had a small house fire in my basement which caused a lot of smoke damage in the house. My insurance company got a hold of ServiceMaster. The gentleman I dealt with was very professional and understanding. The fire happened on a Tuesday and the crew was there Wednesday. And then again on Thursday, they had a crew in there cleaning. I'm giving them two thumbs up, kudos and any other accolade I can give them.
First of all they took all the area rugs, blankets, pillows, drapes, curtains, and clothes that were all a little smoke damaged and had them cleaned. Then they brought in a crew and they washed all of the walls, the ceilings, every knick-knack, everything that was on the walls and on the shelves. They scrubbed it starting in the upstairs all the way down to the basement. The quality of work was fantastic. They were at my house for five days and I'm completely satisfied.

ServiceMaster Restore came to clean my basement carpet. The original rep that I spoke with never put me on a schedule on several dates that I was supposed to have. I called midday to see when they were coming. Another gentleman answered the phone and said that I was not on their schedule. I told him that I needed it done before Saturday because I was having a party of 50. He was very accommodating and apologetic for the mishap and got me in. The technician that came out was really phenomenal and great. I had a couple of urine spots from animals and he found more. The carpet got cleaned in time. I will be using ServiceMaster again and will also recommend them all the way.

I had a hot water heater problem with water all over. ServiceMaster cleaned up all that and they did a good job. When they came in, they knew exactly what they had to do and went about doing their business. They were very nice, very quiet, and professional. They also came back and did all the follow-ups. If you have a problem, give them a call. They’ll treat you right.

The project manager was very understanding in the stress that I was going under and he showed a lot of empathy in what I was going through. He explained the whole process and it was very easy to schedule and find the time for them to come out. ServiceMaster was very responsive too. They came out and knew what they needed to do to clean up the water damage. They pulled up some of the tiling on the floor as well as set up a humidifier and a bunch of sand. They came out single every day for three days and checked on the moisture. They were very clean every time they came. They were experienced in their job. They were not going to remove any equipment until they were sure everything was dry and when it was finished, they left everything back to the way it was. They communicated to me through the whole process and they were very thorough and friendly. I was very satisfied.

My HVAC system had a surge of water. It got on my floor and when I notified my insurance company, they contacted ServiceMaster to come out and do the drawing out of the area. Everything went fine. They were very professional, very efficient and very knowledgeable. I had good experience with them and they would do well for another person.

Although the Mitigation people at ServiceMaster were professional and did a complete job (water damage from water heater hose), the Restore Division had subcontractors who did a substandard job. Although we complained about it, nothing was done, other than ServiceMaster themselves completely redid the two steps from the entry into the kitchen, as they were done poorly and partially fell apart after the installers left.
The grout between the tiles was not evenly distributed (areas where sunken in), nor was the spacing between the tiles evenly spaced. Tiles from the steps from entryway were not lined up with steps and kitchen. Also tiles were not laid smoothly (some tiles lower than others). In the end, had to buy a 5 x 7 carpet for kitchen to cover uneven areas as difficult to walk on, unless always wore fitness shoes. In the end, I wish we had done references on the subcontractors themselves rather than depending on relying on who ServiceMaster sent them to do the job.
ServiceMaster did everything very well. We scheduled for carpet cleaning and it was very easy. The reps were very nice and very helpful. They told me everything I needed to know and followed up. They used a spot remover for my carpet and I was very satisfied. ServiceMaster is excellent. They will listen to you and do what you ask them to and make suggestions.

A water pipe broke in our laundry room and it is on the main level off the kitchen. We weren’t aware of it because we didn’t go into the basement for days and when my husband went down there, the ceiling had fallen down under the laundry room. Our insurance called ServiceMaster Restore and they let us know when they were coming. ServiceMaster’s rep was very helpful in explaining things and he was very nice. The people who came were very pleasant and kind. They were also very competent, careful, thorough and protective of the things that weren’t ruined. They put down a paperboard to the end where they would be walking a lot and they were neat. ServiceMaster did a great job and I’m completely satisfied.

Had them come out to clean up after our washer flooded the basement. They removed the carpet, vinyl sink and toilet - did their drying fans and such. After I finished spent 2 days removing the mastic from the old carpet and removing the bits of vinyl they left I pulled the baseboard molding off so I could get every last bit of old flooring up. I found mold behind 85% of it. In the process of moving my kids' stuff out of their room and putting my home office into storage adjacent to their room we found moldy boxes in storage. When they put the dryer in the storage area they never removed any boxes from there. As a result we lost a lot of stuff due to the mold.
They seems totally unwilling to admit they messed up and are trying to shift the blame onto a foundation leak. It’s rained like crazy and so far the floors have all stayed dry. We had another company come and look at the mold problem and was handed a 8k estimate for remediation. My children have been out of their bedrooms for over 50 days. Their solution to the mold was to spray some peroxide in a few holes they cut instead of actually removing any drywall. It happens to me that they know they screwed up and at this point aren’t willing to make it right.
The hurricane had been so bad and in the neighborhood that we live in, and all the septic tanks and river got flooded. Hog waste got dumped into it from 50 miles up the river because the lagoons broke. The water in our crawl space was nasty and cruded. ServiceMaster came and did their thing. We needed to have a vapor barrier put in because there was so much humidity since we live on the coast. That had to be pulled out because it was wet and dirty and the guy that went back from ServiceMaster didn't find any problem underneath the house where they had worked. They have been sending their information to our insurance company and they said that there would be nothing upfront. They would deal with the insurance company themselves.

There was a water supply line break and it flooded the basement. Allstate contracted out ServiceMaster Restore and it went really well. We had two fellas that showed up when they said they were gonna show up and they worked the whole time they were here and they did a nice job. They took the carpet out and dried up the basement. They were neat and we were pleased with them. They answered all the questions that we had and they were very professional. They represented their company well. We were pleased with how quickly ServiceMaster responded and took care of things for us. I would recommend them.

The insurance company set it up the service for us with ServiceMaster. We waited until after all the clean up before we contacted our insurance, so we really didn’t need anything done because the gentleman from ServiceMaster said that we’ve done was perfectly good. He was very knowledgeable and he was willing to advise us. He was nice and pleasant to deal with.

I had water damage and ServiceMaster came and helped in all aspects of water remediation. They dealt with getting rid of the wet and exposed areas, with drying and with cleaning. My only complaint was the moving company. They were sent out to pack up for four hours and I was very disappointed with the quality of their service and how much they charged me for four hours. It was absolutely absurd. About a month ago, I voiced that complaint to Farmers Insurance as well as to ServiceMaster and let them know what was going on, but I’ve not heard back. That aside, everything else was done very well. As far as the point person for ServiceMaster, he was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive, more responsive or more professional young man who just knew his stuff. Juan was also here whenever he said he was gonna be here. He showed up and coordinated everything beautifully. He was very helpful.

We had some water in our basement, so ServiceMaster came to clean everything up and get everything dry. We had a very good experience when we scheduled the service which was paid for through the insurance company. The reps from ServiceMaster were very good, prompt to getting there and taking a look at everything. They were very professional with everything they’ve told us and gave us a quote right there. We are very satisfied.

The team that came out from ServiceMaster Restore was great. They were very friendly and professional. They did really fast work too. They took the drywall down, made sure everything was dry and did some water remediation to my house after the hurricane damage. The process took two days overall and I was fully satisfied. I would recommend that others use their service as well.

I know ServiceMaster Restore very well from years of working with them in my business. I've been using them for about 30 years now and I have an excellent opinion of them. I also use them on my personal needs. I phoned them for a water cleanup and drying of walls from a pipe break. I had an excellent interaction with the representative as well as with the professionals who came out and did the work. It was nothing less than I expected and nothing less than they usually do. That's why I use them both in business and personal. They put back things the way it was before and it's cleaner. They also cleaned the carpets. They know what they're doing. They know how to drive properly and pick up water, which is important. I would recommend them anytime to anybody.

My gray water backup spilled and my washing machine flooded my basement. It turned into a sewage mess, which has turned to a lot of stuff. State Farm scheduled the service with ServiceMaster Restore. The people from ServiceMaster that came to the house were really good and very knowledgeable. I really liked RZ and his crew. They were the ones that came on the initial site. However, after that, there was a lack of communication. I requested that ServiceMaster called in advance because I have animals and I needed to move them since it was easy when nobody is at the front door, but that wasn't always honored.
When I made some request for some particular paperwork, that was not brought out or mailed out or emailed. There was no way for me to monitor the billing due to the fact that I wasn't able to access anything. I called a couple of times to see what the bill was and the rep gave me a definitive one. I was supposed to be charged $60 a day for ServiceMaster to come out per State Farm's requirement. But by the time they pulled everything, my bill escalated to $4,991.53 from $3,300. Apparently, they were following State Farm's requirements. Nothing really got resolved and State Farm paid it. It came out of my deductible from my coverage, so ServiceMaster took about half of what State Farm wanted for the cost to get my house fixed.
ServiceMaster came and pulled their equipment out per State Farm's timeline. That was on a Wednesday and ServiceMaster stated that two of the walls were dry, yet they weren't. They were still very wet. I was going down to start cleaning and to pull things out because they just left it all in a pile in the living room. I started to read through things and I didn't get to there until around Friday. By Friday, the walls were still wet and they had told State Farm that they were dry. Tony was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, but he ultimately was the one that made the decision if those walls were dry.
He pointed out to another area that was still wet, but he said that the two other walls were dry. Tony started shutting a lot of the drying machines down a day early and said the areas were dry. He also said that shutting them down should help mitigate our utility bill. However, I still got charged for the additional day because he said it was a nightmare trying to pull and select the equipment out.
I feel I had to look over their shoulders to ensure that they did their job, which should not be necessary. I'm gonna have to be sitting and watching every contractor that comes, and I've never felt like I had to do that until this scenario. I should have been there every step of the way as opposed to giving them the treatment of them being a professional. After it has been said and done and they got their equipment out and I've cleaned my basement, I've seen the areas where they could have improvements. Everybody, except for one or two on the initial day, had one year or more of experience and they should've been trained better because either they came out alone or they didn't know how to read the equipment themselves.
They conducted themselves very appropriately and they answered questions, but they also felt that there was a lack of communication to some aspects of the service. They jumped in and they handled the issues. They got my house in a reasonable order so that it was livable. Overall, I'm satisfied. ServiceMaster helped me out when I was at my lowest and I didn't know which direction to go, and they gave a very good guidance in that regard.
ServiceMaster Restore visited my house to check and see the damage. They were already in the area at the time and a neighbor called me to ask if I wanted them to come. I said yes and they were very prompt in coming over. My roof was compromised, so they had those detectors that they put in the walls to see how much moisture was in them. They also had about seven blowers up in my house and the little outbuilding that I have in the back. They removed some Sheetrock in the back as well but it is not done yet. The reps from ServiceMaster sat down and explained everything. They also recommended that I get a local contractor to put on the roof and the repairs. They were very nice and courteous and I can’t say enough good things about them.
I had flood damage and wind damage, so my insurance company is going to send out an engineer, which is stupid, but that is their process to determine which was flood and which was wind, then I’ll be able to see how my claims fit. But I wanted them to go in my crawl space, which I knew was flooded, and I mentioned it several times but they didn't do it. So, I had to get someone else to do that. Other than that, I was very pleased with ServiceMaster Restore and I’m waiting to see what the final outcome is because it is very important in my insurance claim for them to have done the proper documentation, which is to take readings at different intervals and have it all recorded. They told me that they did and I’m hoping and praying they did a good job with that.

The immediate response from ServiceMaster was very good and they got out there within a reasonable amount of time from the time I contacted them. The person I met up with explained upfront and very clearly what needed to be done for the moisture damage we had. They also had to throw out some carpet and sheetrock. And everything was bagged up and there was a dumpster that was brought out. It took days for them to complete the service and it was very well done. Everything is the way I want anything to be done when dealing with anyone at a customer level. It was an exceptional experience.

I had my house flooded and my insurance got a hold of ServiceMaster Restore. For the first week, I couldn’t stay in the house. I was coming back and forth, and I was meeting with ServiceMaster when they would come out and check on everything. They explained everything and what they thought was gonna happen. They had a lot of equipment inside the house for five days and then finally, they were able to pull everything out. Everything had to be ripped out. I just stayed out on my patio with my dog, and they were here for five hours. Their reps were really nice and efficient.
After they tore everything out, my claims adjuster from The Hartford came out and started going through the house. ServiceMaster was supposed to have left samples of my carpeting and my laminate flooring, but they didn’t. The adjuster was able to take out some of the flooring that ServiceMaster had left in here but they left no carpeting sample to be able to determine the amount I was gonna get. My claims adjuster contacted ServiceMaster and said that he needed to get the sample and that they need to do it promptly. ServiceMaster had told him they will and then the work started on the house.
ServiceMaster was here Monday and I’ve gone and checked out the flooring but my adjuster called me and told me that ServiceMaster has not sent any carpeting sample in two weeks and they had sent it in only a day before. So, I didn’t have any money value to work afterwards. I was able to go forward, but it drew me back time-wise. I have not received my flooring yet, but I did pick out a carpeting. I was disappointed when ServiceMaster didn’t follow through. Nevertheless, ServiceMaster did an incredible job until the very end and they held me up.

My insurance company scheduled service with ServiceMaster Restore for flood and water damage. The technicians brought in fans and a humidifier. They sprayed down everything to prevent mold. They removed the wet items and the destroyed areas of the house. They also helped me find a moving company. They came back and collected all their equipment. The job was completed in three weeks and I was very satisfied. It was fantastic and as easy as it could’ve been.

There was a damage from a busted water heater and portions of it were covered by my homeowner's insurance. Both of us scheduled the service of ServiceMaster Restore. ServiceMaster told me they were gonna try to get things dried out. They had all those fans going and they did little test things to make sure things were dry. They were gonna have to cut the carpet and they weren't able to put it back. There were also some doors that they took off and didn't hang back up. The service took a couple of days, which was a little longer than I thought it was going to take, but in order do an adequate job, that was what they needed. I was satisfied with the results of the service.

We had ServiceMaster Restore come out for my mother's house. We were getting ready to sell it, and we had to have some insulation in the attic cleaned up with mold. A guy came right out here and gave me his quote, and we had scheduled it right there. It was very easy and convenient. Their technicians who came out were very nice and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job, and I appreciate their work. I would use ServiceMaster again.

ServiceMaster is very good. I called them and they gave me several different choices on when they could come. I picked out what was best for me, and then the sales rep called. I asked him a few questions, and he was very polite and pleasant. When he was on his way, he said how long he would be and they showed up on time with a clean van. They’re very professional, nice, and I was highly impressed with them. They took care of my antique, ornamental rug that had some problems as well as cleaned six or seven different bad spots in my rug. They were here at least three hours. If I had any questions or if we’d have anything redone, they would be right back.
I have used ServiceMaster in the past, and I’ve also used other competitors. Some of the other competitors were a little lower in price, but unfortunately, sometimes you get what you pay for. ServiceMaster is not the cheapest, but everything they do is always well-valued, so I would not hesitate to use them again, and I’ll recommend them.

ServiceMaster Restore came out and cleaned the carpet in the living room, dining room, accommodation area and hallway ‘cause we had dog issues. This is the second time I’ve used them and I came back because they’re so easy to schedule. There’s an appointment available that suits my needs and they give absolutely wonderful service. Chris was the same technician as last time, and I really like him because he took his time making sure he got the problem areas. We had other companies come out where two days later, it still smelled like dog urine. But Chris took his time to find the source of the problem and fix it. I’d recommend them to everybody. They're fabulous and I’ll keep using them.

We had a water leak in the wall and so we had to have everything dried out in the kitchen and the bathroom. The people from ServiceMaster were extremely nice and very down to earth. They were also very personable. Everything was dried and they tried to work it out so I would not have to pay more if I didn’t have to. ServiceMaster does a great job and they’re not out to rip you off or take extra money. I was completely satisfied with their service and I would recommend them.

We had a leak in our wall and it buckled our floor and took out some ceilings below. We called our insurance when this happened and they sent ServiceMaster Restore out. There was a foreman in charge of scheduling the service and arranged all of the workmen. We did not have to go find a plumber, a floor person, carpenter, and painter. The techs were very skilled but the service stretched a long time and it took months. There were gaps that nobody came and they didn't get in touch with us. I would get a hold of the foreman and he would get it going again. But they had big jobs they had to work on because of the rains and stuff here. They would get called out on these big emergencies and we would have a hard time getting hold of them at that point.
Also, we were put in a hotel and there was a gouge in our woodwork which we did not notice when we came back in the house. It looks like one of their machines hit the woodwork and we called them about it. The quality, otherwise, is very good and the painters were excellent. They did a beautiful job on the floor which was the biggest thing. They had to cut into a wall that you cannot tell and they replaced the ceilings downstairs right away. I would recommend ServiceMaster because they came out immediately and got the parts that had to be done, done.

Right after the Hurricane Florence in our place, our insurance adjuster lined everything up with Horace then ServiceMaster came and did an excellent job. All of them were very professional in handling everything that we needed. They had two days of cleaning, tearing up, cleaning up, getting the wet stuff out, and then about another two days of the warming. I was very satisfied after they were completely finished with their service. Now, I tell everyone I talk to that ServiceMaster is a very good group who came to do the service.

We had a busted drainpipe in our kitchen behind the sink and the technicians from ServiceMaster Restore came and hooked up some blowers and got everything squared away for us. Scheduling with ServiceMaster was a good experience all the way around and the interactions with their rep over the phone were good. The technicians came and explained what was gonna be done. They went under the house and checked under there to make sure there was no damage underneath. It was very good working with them and I was very pleased when they were finished with their service. They were there when they said they’re gonna be there and came back a couple of times and checked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster.

We suffered a leak at the water heater, which caused a fair amount of damage in the guest room and necessitating considerably drying out and replacement of the drywall and some parts of the floor. ServiceMaster was a great outfit to work with. They were here almost immediately after being notified and it has progressed smoothly since then. The technicians were very good about explaining in great detail what exactly they were going to do and how they were going to do it. All three who were out here were extremely personable and very knowledgeable about their job. There is no doubt in your mind when you have them come in as far as doing a good job. We are in the very last throes of the service. The technician has to finish putting a little more texture on the wall in one area, and they will be painting them. If we ever get the carpet that has been ordered, we would have that and then the job will be finished.
In today's era, sometimes you are told one thing and something else occurs. This outfit was entirely different. If ServiceMaster said that they were going to be here at 9 o'clock in the morning, they were here at 9 o'clock and not two minutes after. That was indicative of the way that their entire work goes and that was outstanding.

Our insurance company set an appointment with ServiceMaster for our flooded toilet, utility room and bedroom and they called to ask if they could come. The guys were friendly and considerate, and they keep that in mind, which helps the consumer. They dried up the mess first and that took some time. They then took apart things that had to be replaced and ripped out carpets. Everything went fine and they were great. There were a few things they had to come back and do, which they should have checked done, but I can understand why they didn't on some of them. Overall, I'm very happy and I'd recommend them to friend. We’re satisfied.

My wife and I live in Garden City, Kansas, but we own a place in Lawrence, Kansas where our daughter lives. She has a basement window that was a little 2x3 and it got blown in during a storm. Luckily, the basement was unfinished, but it had enough mud and muck on the floor you could probably grow crops down there. So, we had ServiceMaster Restore come out and fix that. I called them but since our daughter who lives there was in the middle, scheduling was kinda problematic. Other than that, it was a good experience. Every time I called, they’d remember who I was, even though I was 300 miles away. And we finally got it set up. I took my daughter out of the picture, got in the middle of it, and was there when they came out to work on the basement.
There were three young men who came out and they were all good. The main tech went over everything, told me what he was gonna do, and explained the process. They came out on a Friday and we got to keep the fans almost for an extra day because it was the weekend. They didn’t wanna come pick them up. And they had to cut out some Sheetrock so I still need to get that fixed. But they explained all the things they were gonna do and it looked like a night and day difference when we went down there. They even cleaned up the washer and dryer that was down there. Overall, their work was very nice. Plus, they were very friendly and very thorough. Not to take food out of their mouths, but hopefully we don’t have to use them again. But if we need that service again, they'll be the one we'll call.

We had a pipe break and had about an inch of water in our basement. I called ServiceMaster Restore in the middle of night and they were pretty prompt. They got right back to me right away in the morning. I talked to Penny on the phone, and she was very efficient about getting it all set up, getting a hold of me right away, the scheduling, and letting me know what times and people were coming. It was a good and coordinated effort.
The guys from ServiceMaster Restore came down and got all the water out, and then they put about 12 huge blowers and two big dehumidifiers in, and helped get the water and humid level down. Mike was the one that came out and he was pretty good at pointing things out and explaining what he was doing. He was being pretty thorough about where he was looking for water. They got everything cleaned up and dried out the way it should be. The basement dried out pretty quick. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to anybody. If something ever happen again, they’d the first people I’ll be calling.

I had a fire in my kitchen and the service was scheduled through my insurance. ServiceMaster has been nothing but top-notch with cleaning everything and taking things away to be cleaned and stored. I called and asked for my winter clothes, shoes and boots to be brought to me and they were right there within a few days to meet my schedule. They were very professional, friendly and honest. I am very satisfied with the service, they were there when I needed them and everything was superb.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a sewage pipe backup in my basement. ServiceMaster worked around my schedule and took care of it. They cleaned it all out. The technicians that came were great and very polite. I have little dogs, so I have a little doggie fence that they took it down, put it back up, went straight and left. They were very professional and they got it done quickly. The whole experience was great.

We had water damage and my insurance agent handled the scheduling with ServiceMaster. They came to my house and ripped up all of the walls down to the stud, which was done really quickly. They dried them out and it took them four or five days to do everything. They removed drywall, put containments and did whatever you could possibly imagine with water damage. It was fantastic. ServiceMaster was amazingly efficient, friendly, and compassionate. They’re an outstanding company, and I’d highly recommend them.
