Years ago, during my younger days, I had run into some credit issues I couldn’t easily resolve on my own. It’s quite perplexing how credit bureaus operate, often tagging one’s credit with issues seemingly out of nowhere even when everything seems in order.
Using Lexington Law was fairly simple; the application involved straightforward questions about my credit history. After signing off on their ability to access my credit details, letters disputing inaccuracies were sent out on my behalf. This was reassuring as they kept me informed through consistent updates.
Most of the interactions occurred online via messages and emails, though I did manage to speak to a representative once. Personally, I prefer speaking to someone directly, though the convenience of online communication suits my often hectic schedule. Despite my preference, their digital communication seems to cater well to those without the luxury of time.
An unforgettable experience came when I found my credit score plummet due to a misunderstanding over my son’s student loans during my divorce. My ex-wife handled those payments, and suddenly I found my credit hilariously dinged from 785 down to 540, only noticing after Lexington alerted me. The firm actively worked to remove inaccuracies, and while my score hasn’t bounced back to its former glory, they helped elevate it significantly.
For anyone pondering whether to take their next credit issue to Lexington Law, my advice stems from personal experience—take the leap. My credit was in a rough spot, riddled with issues from the past, including a repossession. Within three months of partnering with Lexington Law, I began to notice significant improvements. The team was incredibly supportive, even advising me on issues like the repossession and whether to start making payments. What truly impressed me was their ability to remove the repossession from my record. In just under two years, they've cleared my credit report, leading to a situation where I am now looking for ways to build credit, like getting a new card to demonstrate consistent payments.
I've been with Lexington Law for about three years now. I still use their monthly service to ensure everything remains up to date, and I appreciate the Lexington app which provides instant updates about my credit status. It notifies me promptly about new payments or collections. Their customer support team has also called to inform me when I could lower my monthly service fee, which I found to be both caring and honest.
Starting with a credit score of around 500, my score is now in the high 600s. I've not one time regretted getting experts in to help me. I was losing the identity theft, credit reports, and money management battles. Raised my score 100+. From their Facebook ads they said they sent out over 70 million disputes. Attorneys in such a more unique practice with the Firm's skill and assets made me comfortable to hire them. I have learned so much about credit, credit cards, loans, consumer rights, and making good moves. Lastly, Experian, Transunion, and Equifax try very hard to solicit your credit needs. But the real star is Lexington Law. They show all 3 Credit bureaus 24/7 in their app plus personal advice. Lastly, my case is one of many but I've always been responded to, felt "safer" as a consumer, and there is emails, phone appointments and more. Even the paralegals are well versed, trained, and helpfully. I wondered if hiring was a mistake but on day two they had a removal that fast.
