Been dealing with this company for years and have recommended it to many. Always a great experience, and although no business is perfect, if there's ever any issue they take care of it immediately. In the world we live in today, this is the age of entrepreneurship, and although there are cheap or free companies, no one brings everything together in an easy to use portal. If you value your time and business, I'd recommend these guys.

Jayson was really patient and nice. He'd listen to the issues I was having really well. He also seems to understand well what has caused my issue with checking my past orders. He is passionate and respectful. His delivery times to resolve the issue was also quick and really straightforward. I'd recommend Jayson's service to my friends and collegue for future references with LegalZoom.

Exceptional supreme customer service. The customer service Representatives they know the product. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend to all my friends, family. LegalZoom the very best in the business in regards to any legal issue or business. I'm a thousand percent satisfied with customer service. Whenever I have a problem they're right there with the facts in regards to the product. There's others out there but they don't compare to Legalzoom.

Legal Zoom helped me create an LLC for my lawn care business in a very timely fashion. They were able to expedite it so I could acquire my EIN number fast which I needed for my comp and payroll team to get me started. Legal zoom representatives are very prompt and professional and know what they are doing inside and out. 10 out of 10

I wanted a refund for a subscription I didn’t use. I was billed $49.99 for a subscription that I never used, I only get $600 a month, I’m looking for a job, but I have back issues. So I don’t make much. But it’s my fault because I wasn’t aware because I wasn’t looking at my bank statement properly. But I was hoping I could get at least 1/2 my $ back. But I love Legal Zoom and all they have done for me.

I have been using Legal Zoom for the past 10 years. The Service they provide in estate planning has become increasingly less consumer friendly. There is a long delay after purchasing and order and their completion. Email communication on the status of order is unpredictable. At least msg center on the app has some value in disputes on order. BTW I ended up paying for a revision of a will because they lost the original digital files until the 30 day grace period was up and only became aware of it after my inquiry on what the delay was.

I am small business owner and had bad experience with Legal Zoom. I had set up an LLC with comprehensive package, I was overcharged, I had opted for online services (form creation etc., etc) which didn't work, so I was asked to pay extra and then finally when I objected to overcharge, they refunded amount, but the refund never came....! If you have all the time in the world to stay on the call and haggle with them, please go ahead and use Legal zoom

I'm unsure what happened but I know it was them! On your end someone keeps shutting me down my Yola so I make a new one and this time I earned one I need more than anything that's happened to where targeting leads to for sure suits daily. All day long so will you please let me get the site back in to my possession? U93 is next to hear from someone like, me. My niece will air a show and my friend comes over is a millionaire and I will do it before I ask of him. My dad got a job for a free everything.

We were actually with Legal Zoom for many, many years and legal advice from them was mediocre for the most part, but useful for our needs. However, I cancelled my account with them last month and we were suddenly charged $299. When I called to complain, they told me that it was because we had a subscription with an auto renewal for them to be our registered agent in our state. It turns out that the registered agent fee was included in a package that we had with them and that since 2021, we have been double paying. On top of that, they refuse to refund the $299 for the auto renewal subscription because when I called to cancel, I didn't specifically request to cancel the auto subscription. How does that make any sense at all. When I called to cancel, I was ending our account with Legal Zoom. I am more than disappointed in their refusal to refund the overpayment of $299.

Kept the money didn't do anything, said I timed out but I was waiting on them to do the things I paid for. I even bought the full automated trademark option, but they scheduled one call 6 months later. Then missed that for technical reasons, then scheduled the next call for 3 weeks later. I asked for refund and they said they can't, because I was past the time allowed. I don't see how if at one point the refund is allowed, then no work done, and the refund is not allowed just cause of time. The same time they dragged out. So their time. And my time doesn't mean anything. And now they are saying they just won't do anything and keep the money, around $800.00. Lastly, the lady, Karen. That answers the phone for a refund hung up on me when I asked what they intend to do with my money since they didn't do the work that was paid for. Fair question?
