I used LegalZoom because my daughter suggested it, and I've been a customer since our initial transaction. Although the data will show how long I've technically been a customer, it’s the quality of my single experience that stands out. The documents LegalZoom provided felt accurate, and it gave my family peace of mind with the trust we were establishing.

Through the interaction, I mainly dealt with customer service over the phone. The representative I spoke with, though nothing out of the ordinary was remarkably helpful. Everyone deserves special mention because of how exceptional they were during the process.

The pricing was straightforward and, in my opinion, incredibly cost-effective—it felt like a quarter of the cost compared to hiring a lawyer. Additionally, doing everything on my schedule through LegalZoom is much more convenient than rushing back and forth to a lawyer's office. Although initially, I intended to take the documents to a lawyer for review, I felt secure enough with what had been prepared and opted not to.

In summary, LegalZoom enabled me to achieve what my kids required with the trust. The whole experience has been undoubtedly successful for our needs.

I wanted a specific binder that I thought was included in the package I selected, but later discovered it wasn't. It was confusing because the platform didn’t make it clear that I needed to add it separately. I ended up having to go back and reorder it separately, which I imagine many users might not bother to do.

Most of my recent interactions with LegalZoom have been via email, though I have occasionally received phone calls from their legal team. It seems either their attorneys or paralegals work on my documents and get in touch that way. The constant contact is appreciated but not entirely clear-cut, as sometimes I forget how to reach out.

Overall, my experience was quick and convenient, aligning with what I wanted when I picked them. However, clarity on additional purchases within their platform could definitely use improvements.

What continues to impress me about LegalZoom is the ease of use paired with the strength of their legal services. Their platform is well-structured and technically efficient, making the legal processes straightforward. During my last interaction, their team followed up regarding their external accounting services, which include tax form filing and other related duties. This highlights their commitment to comprehensive support for their clients.

Overall, my experiences have been consistently positive, and I find myself regularly recommending LegalZoom to friends and others. I'm confident in their services and will continue to use them in the future.

Even though I’m generally satisfied, there's room for improvement. I'd love additional services, particularly for tax filing and bookkeeping. CPAs can be quite expensive, and having such services integrated into LegalZoom would be a significant advantage for small business owners like myself. Despite this, when it comes to the overall experience, I’d still recommend LegalZoom to others, given their dependable service and notifications for everything needed to keep my business compliant.

On the customer service front, I’d unequivocally rate them highly; their guidance on necessary due dates and requirements shows their commitment. However, regarding the cost and involving state fees here in Tennessee, there's not much LegalZoom can control. Overall, the price I pay to register and maintain the LLC through them seems fair, despite external factors. The efficiency of using their website is another plus—swift and intuitive, earning my recommendation without reservation.

Even though much of the interaction was impersonal, the support offered was comprehensive, which I appreciated greatly. Based on my experience in obtaining my LLC and the additional guidance I received, I’d rate my experience a five. LegalZoom made incorporating my business a smooth process, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for similar services. They’re always responsive if you have questions, and their answers have been spot-on.

Considering what we paid, it was well worth the price. It was a little pricey, but everything that we will need to take care of ourselves, our family, afterlife, is in there. It's very simple to follow through it. People don't need a lawyer to tell them how to figure it out. It's dumbed down as what my husband would say. He passed away on December 28. So, we were very lucky to get it done and have it taken care of. I'm very glad that we got LegalZoom when we did. We're waiting now. I'm sure that everything has already been notarized before his passing.
