Zurich was offered by the dealership. They said, "Here's the warranty. These are the rates for it. If you'd like the warranty, then we can go ahead and sign you up for it." Recently, my vehicle was taken in at Fairway Ford and the mechanic shop took care of the claim I had for it. I had to pay a balance afterward and I was aware of that. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

With Zurich, I like the prospect of if I need something done with my vehicle, that I can take it in. They can get it serviced. If it's something that is covered, then I've already paid upfront for my plan. I just have to make the appointment to take it in and get it repaired. I got roadside assistance. They came with the equipment and they got my car back on the road. I took it to be repaired and I purchased a new tire.
I didn't have very much interaction with Zurich, which I somewhat appreciate. The one representative that I spoke with at Zurich was helpful and helped me understand the process. I called ahead of time to figure out what the process was, and they verified that the repair would be covered. Discount Tire handled majority of it and worked with them. Zurich covered the tire for the screw that was in it, and that was what I was hoping for and expecting. If friends felt that they really needed a warranty for something, then I wouldn't shy away from Zurich. I haven't had very many cars myself to know how they compare to others, but if friends asked me what my experience was, I would say that it was positive and easy.
Zurich is really good at what they do. My car got repaired at Tri-City and I wasn't asked to pay a portion of the claim when I picked it up.
The thermostat of my truck was stuck open and I had it worked on. The dealership handled Zurich. The claims process went smoothly. It covered the product.
My experience with Zurich has been great. I've had a couple of issues and they took care of those right away. The claims experience is really easy. I pay the deductible and that's it.
It was an excellent experience with their reps. It was also easy to make a claim. Their service was outstanding.
Every time I call, I get somebody. They are nice, professional, and very helpful. The first claim was a water pump and the dealership took care of it. I was out of town and they were very good. The second and third ones, I was local and the dealership here sucks, but Zurich was good. I have to take my car in Monday for a warranty repair and the lady told me to talk to someone in finance to see if I could get my policy extended. I wanted to buy another policy, but they said they only sell through the dealership. That disappointed me. But the warranty has paid for itself. Get it.
Had a repair completed and paid for by Zurich at my local dealer. Fast forward 2 years later, same exact repair denied. When I called they said it was human error? I don’t understand how it’s covered once but not twice. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Everything worked out very well with Zurich’s rep and everything was very easy when I made a claim. A tire was replaced and everything was covered.

So far, my experience with the sign up and the customer service reps has been very positive. We've had two warranty claims on the same tire and both of them were completely hassle-free and very smooth replacements. The first one, my daughter, ran over something that punctured the tire. It was too big for the techs to fix. We got a replacement and the replacement tire seemed to always leak a little bit. Zurich replaced that as well and now everything has been fine. It's unbelievably easy and smooth.
Zurich is the best. I’ve submitted two claims. I have one on my axles that was messed up. They fixed it where I had a $100 deductible. The second one was a temperature pump in my car that got messed up and they fixed it with a $100 deductible and it was all good.

For my recent claim, the front passenger stabilizer bar snapped. The claim process has always been easy. I just take it to the dealership and they deal with Zurich. Everything is great now. Zurich was really good. The previous time, my starter died and they had to get it into the shop. But the dealership didn't have any loaner vehicles at the time because they were low on inventory. Zurich covered an Enterprise rental for me. It was really smooth.
When I submitted a claim, it was pretty easy. I was looking for shocks and shocks were not covered but struts were. I was really surprised that Zurich covered it.
I love Zurich. In the last three years, I used them three times. My experience when submitting a claim was very fast and professional. They did what an insurance company is supposed to do, cover and I paid for the deductible.

My vehicle had a slow leak. The repair was covered under the warranty.
The heat exchanger unit inside the DEF heater system failed. Zurich replaced it. Our problem was that we bought the warranty through the Mercedes dealership. And the Mercedes part of it, they were not real good about getting us the information. But we finally got it out of them. And the second we called Zurich, they immediately took care of it. We couldn't have been happier with that. The claims support jumped right on it. I was very pleased.
It was fine with Zurich when I had a claim. The only holdup was we had the discount tire and the tech had to call four times for it to finally get processed. They needed to pay it before I was able to leave.
It's very easy to submit a claim with the dealership. There is a lot of reading with the policy so I let the dealership deal with it when I take my car in.
The DPF filter went out and there were a couple other minor things that needed some work on my vehicle. Zurich covered most of the stuff that was wrong with it and their claims process was really easy. The guy at the dealership took care of everything, then I paid the $100 deductible.
I took my car in for a broken air conditioner. The claims process with Zurich was easy and quick. With them, I don't have to worry about anything.
I hit a pothole and the rim got a little bent. So, the mechanic had to fix the tire. I made a claim with Zurich for this and things went well with them. They approved the services, so it wasn’t difficult to file. That was the third incident I've had to go in and get a tire fixed because of potholes here in Indianapolis where the streets are terrible. And I've never had a problem with Zurich. Plus, I only had to pay the little $5 recycling fee.
I am always a bit skeptical on extended warranties when I buy a vehicle, but, the dealer told me that Zurich was well worth the money, so I agreed. I am so thankful that I did! The transfer case went out on the covered vehicle and, my repair shop said the cost to replace it, even with a rebuilt, was several thousands of dollars. He made the call to Zurich, explained what went wrong and, their response was, "don't do a rebuilt, we will cover a brand new one". Next day, the repair shop had their money, and, I only had to pay my $100 deductible. So very pleased with Zurich on every level. Most definitely worth the price!!
Upon submission of our warranty they processed the repair promptly without questions. They also did thorough check of the golf parts and resulted with another part to be replaced. It was one of the link of the suspension system. Niello mechanics also adjusted all suspension of the car.
This is one of the few times I can say I was extremely please with any insurance company. It is the first time I make a claim with Zurich, and they came through with flying colors. They dealt directly with dealer and made the process hassle free. Thanks Zurich!!!
So my motor mount broke on my 2016 Escape Titanium and I took it to the Ford dealer. Zurich had the repair approved in a matter of minutes and Ford had it fixed in an hour. Total time spent on this claim was 2.5 hours from getting to the dealer to heading home with a freshly washed car! Zurich had my back and paid for the whole thing.
I was furnished a loaner while my car was being serviced. I appreciate that. All repairs were done satisfactory with the exception of a short in the wiring system which caused the electric windows to open only when I opened and closed the driver's side door. In addition, the dash lights do not function unless the headlights are turned on. This was missed. Since these do not stop me from driving my car I will hold off the needed repairs until I have to bring the car in for something else.
We have used Zurich for a couple of repairs on the Tahoe we purchased. Zurich was great to work with, we were told our warranty covered specific items on the vehicle, and the service rep was surprised how easily things went. We highly recommend Zurich, and we will be buying only Zurich on automobiles we purchase in the future. I have recommended Zurich to family and friends.
The claim process of Zurich was easy and fast.
I needed the fuel pump module replaced. It was a labor-intensive repair. It took 11/2 days to replace. I picked the car up and drove several miles to my fuel service facility. Upon fueling my Corvette, Fuel was pouring out of the driver's side tank. I called Moore Chevrolet, they sent out a ramp truck and picked my car up n/c. They fixed the problem promptly. The total out-of-pocket cost to me was several hundred dollars. I sure can't complain about that!!! Zurich and George Moore Chevrolet treated me fairly. I will use both in my future endeavors with automobile service. I recommend both to my friends and anyone reading this report.
