This company had no problem taking my money for a policy saying I was covered but a few days later changed their mind and said my ring cannot be covered. I would stay far away. Asked for more information or a contact and was just ignored.
So I'd carried a Police for 3 years now, when My wife applied for this insurance she submit whatever they wanted. So she insured my watch that was gifted by my mother-in-law. I was on vacation and unfortunately the watch either broke and fall into the water or the clasp lock opened, I don't know how that happened. Long story short I filed a claim with this FAKE insurance company, and shortly after they send their adjuster to investigate the claim, after adjuster left this thieves called me and told me that is not the right appraisal for that watch that my wife'd insured. They told us that appraisal is not authentic and I try to lie them, meanwhile they don't know this store where my mother in-law got it was there in a box so they find anything to deny my claim.
Guys this is so devastating for me to lose such a thing, and this morons DENIED my claim, so since today they'd collected premiums from me for 4 years and no problem, now that is time to pay, they try to scam me why they couldn't check that appraisal the same day as my wife got policy? Now because I file a claim they woke up and started working, I called my attorney about this matter and he's going to file class Action due to lack of insurance errors. Avoid guys. This is a trap and easy target for this **, no 1 deserves this. AVOID.

I placed an order for two necklaces with the added insurance on 6/10/19. To date I have not heard back from the company even after sending 3 emails to the provided customer service contact, nor have I received any additional contact information from this “New York based company”... DO NOT USE!!
I was denied coverage on the basis of my gender (male). Last I checked, that’s illegal. Evidently, Lavalier has: “had a high number of claims” with male clients. So, I could: “have a female spouse, friend, etc. insure her items and [I] could add my items to her policy.” Laughable that a company is so open with its blatant gender discrimination. I wonder how people would react if the shoe was on the other foot. So long, bigots.
I submitted a request for a quote online and received a confirmation. It has now been 2 weeks and nobody has followed up to begin my policy. When I go to the quote checker on the website it states nothing can be found despite my email confirmation. Very odd.
TL; DR -- overpriced policy from a pack of liars. I signed up for a policy for $10k of coverage and Lavalier charged me $121. After reviewing my appraisal the next day, Lavalier emailed to say that they were insuring me for $15k and that I owed them another $111. I replied, "No, I want $10k of coverage for the agreed amount and if you won't provide that, please cancel the policy." They cancelled the policy, but billed me $50 of 'minimum earned premium'. This deceptive, unethical practice is unlawful in California and I reported Lavalier to our department of insurance.
Warranties are only good up to a certain period of time so the repair options come in handy for fallen jewels and broken chain links or cuffs. Buying a warranty is like buying discounted jewelry because in a sense your jewelry is being renewed at no extra cost to you so it's saving time and money. Warranties can be a bit pricey solely based on the coverage you're looking for but honestly you get what you pay for if you decline to pay more for a better warranty. I haven't had many issues with the claims process besides the fact they take quite a while to process a claim once your jewels have been damaged.
The repairs are excellent, job guaranteed. Do not have to worry about anything. Fits quite well. Look good at the same time during special occasions. You can save money without any problems coexist. Succeed in having extra cash at hand and not worrying about becoming broke. No money seems to make a person unhappy. The price is right on the money. Not paying full price is the hardest thing in the world. Wanting something still in your pocket is absolutely priceless these days. You get claims as soon as possible without any problems. People do not have to wait a very long time as usual. To become impatient hardest of all.
I got all my jewelry for very cheap! They compared prices and everything so I know I got the best deal in town! I'm really happy about my experience! I don't have any issues with the pricing. I know I wouldn't have been able to find what I was looking for for cheaper anywhere else. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
