We bought a Wolf Range/Oven two months ago. While beautiful aesthetically, I regret this purchase. This is an impossible tame and oven to clean. Because you cannot use ANY abrasive (even the blue end of a sponge because it will scratch), the oven and stove never ever are clear. They always have grease bubbles and acne that, no matter what you use, do not clean off. I deeply regret buying this beautiful stove — if you never cook or bake, impress your friends, but if you cook and bake, buy a GE instead and save your pain.

We purchased a home with Wolf appliances and have been nothing but pleased with their customer service. You get a live person when you call and you find resolution within minutes. The price tag of a Wolf appliance is steep, but you will not need to replace it for 20 years and when/if something goes wrong before then, in my experience, customer service will offset the cost of repairs to make your investment worth it. Could not be more pleased with my interactions.

Unfortunately the design engineers at sub-zero/Wolf range have failed to take into account how hot the stop of the stove gets when cooking a large pot. There are these silicon feet that cushion the surface burner grills which are not able to withstand the heat of the propane flame and therefore crack and fall out. In the one and a half years that I have owned this stove I have replaced no fewer than four of these feet. I did insist that they send me a good supply but at this rate I'm not going to get six or seven years out of the stove before I have to go and find those feet and buy them for myself. Lovely stove but they clearly made a mistake in choosing this material. Bad engineering. Do not buy a wolf.

The Wolf Speed Oven is probably one of the worst appliances I have ever owned. Have had it for a 1 1/2 years and it is always malfunctioning. Replaced once, repaired around 6 times now and it's still not working properly. When you microwave, or reheat, water and steam vapors pour out of the door. Unfortunately, that causes water leaking into the control panel of the main oven below it. Recently, the hinges broke, so the door was in danger of falling off when you opened the oven. Argh such fun. Wolf has been obnoxious about repairs to it. Repair people do as best as they can - all have agreed this thing is not worth the money and actually kind of a piece of junk....

Nothing but headaches. Several breakdowns on appliances. Built a 7M luxury house and "thought" I would go for top quality appliances. Bought the M Series top of the line wall oven and steam oven. Oven broke after a year. Fan sounded like a truck and had to be replaced. Steam oven computer fried after 2 years. Grill broke over the flush mount cooktop. The built in coffee machine is the only thing that has not broken but occasionally has an error message where you have to run water through it to go away. I always use the recommended descalers and baby them but in reality they are poorly made and a continual headache and time vampire.

I have a new Wolf range that came with my new house as a package deal. I do love my Subzero refrigerator but the Wolf range leaves much to be desired. The cooktop works great but I really HATE the ovens. The smaller oven has no broiler (just an FYI) and no matter what I've tried to cook in it, it just doesn't cook well. I tried cookies that I've been making for years and they just don't brown up.

I tried muffins and cooked them for 10 extra minutes and they don't brown and just don't cook properly. The larger oven just doesn't cook like other ovens I've had. It seems that no matter what I cook in the larger oven it just comes out weird, I can't describe it any better. And seriously....you couldn't be bothered to put a clock or timer into this range? Also, no way to notify me that the preheat is done other than a tiny red light that goes out? I would NEVER buy Wolf again.

The hinges on our speed oven cause it not to shut securely. It is inconsistent and requires an extra push, which may or may not do the job. If it does not shut securely, it won't run. The fan comes on but no heat. We're having to have the hinges replaced at considerable expense since it is out of warranty. If it weren't for that, we'd be happy with it but it has been frustrating.

Don't bother, Temu quality. We remodeled our kitchen last year. My wife insisted to get set of Wolf Speed microwave oven, big oven under and the induction cooktop. The 3K microwave oven SPO30TE/S/TH hinges stuck so you can't open the door and the door handle got loose too only after 12 months of light use. Warranty crew arrived fast though, they sprayed DW40 on hinges to unlock the door and ordered new hinges, and in case the inside door cover which usually brakes during hinges change. They back after a week, removed microwave, of course broke the new cover they ordered, then broke my old cover, assembled everything together and promised to order new cover for next attempt and left.

After couple of hours my wife called me and said that microwave is not heating anymore. Sad I did not checked if microwave still working after hinges installation and handle tightening, it's Wolf!. Professional "technician" aside. I did checked the "old" hinges and can tell that they changing shape due to a heat generated from oven and thin metal, that's why the DW40 helped for a short time to soften friction. Also I don't believe it's not heating because of the magnetron is faulty, but due a low quality of assembly. One of the connectors fell after technician put it on a back to change the hinges.

I can't even explain how disappointing my experience has been with my WOLF range and hood. Honestly the biggest waste of money ever!!! I purchased as an Ex Chef hoping to have an ultimate cooking experience. The hood holds a light napkin, which is acceptable to WOLF standards. Ridiculous! My microwave performed better than this piece of garbage. It's attractive, but does not perform. And the range!!! Ha!!! What a joke! Burners don't work if you are cooking multiple dishes. Wolf suggests it's a gas issue. Nope, we have had plumbers and HVAC out. It's the stove, but WOLF will never own up to it. My wife and I have taken off multiple time slots of our days to accommodate their service tech to diagnose problems. Nothing ever gets solved, and WOLF never owns up to us that we have a lemon. Or is it? Do they just make garbage products??? Sad!

I want more than anything to support an American made product! That said, my wife and I can't keep taking off work to have this appliance serviced. WOLF is now costing us money on top of having a product that does us more harm than good. What happens when we are out of warranty???? Money pit!!! Save your money consumers!!! Trust me on this!!! Nightmare!!!

10K double oven lasted 2.5 years. I am speechless. Really expected with prices like this the quality to be much higher. It's beyond disappointing. Night before Thanksgiving fan stopped working and both ovens shut down. Agh..
