My grill is only 1 month old and I have a food truck that I serve the public. The grill grates for some reason have been peeling and having visible coating chips coming off. I became concerned because this could be a potential law suit if someone or some agency ordered food and found these paint chips or whatever they are in their food. Weber told me it was a cleaning issue and all I needed to do was clean it. I have cleaned this grill once a week completely because we serve the public. All I was asking to do is to replace these grill grates and this company is too cheap to do that after I spent close to $2000 dollars for their product. Shame on you Weber.

I wrote to Weber asking for warranty assistance. I had previously obtained service for a new burner and they were good. I recently wrote them asking for my model number since I assume they have it on file from my previous claim (model number and serial numbers are long faded from the grill door). I received a standard note from Weber that they would respond but they are delayed due to volume of requests. It is now nearly two months and still no response back.

As stated on the owner's manual contact Weber and not the purchase point. Did so and got a very point blank reply from obvious off shore respondent. No help, pointed me to buying a new part. No help at all and then very pushy with response wanting to know if they could cancel my request for help number (**). No help to date and off shore folks can kiss my **. Not happy with response from Weber support. Problem still exists!

I tried to buy a grill from Weber online. That’s the start of a nightmare. They sent a receipt with no order number. From there you can use their Virtual assistant which is worthless. I tried several calls to get a CSR agent that spoke decent English so I could understand them. All CSR I spoke to were in Columbia. They asked for grill serial number. I said I don’t even have a order number. Then I asked if they could locate my order with my credit card number. They had no idea how to do that. I tried to cancel it they couldn’t because their was no record. Weber being a American company might want to rethink using virtual chat bot and no English speaking customer service and they won’t have these issues. If you look they don’t have any good service marks. I’ve had Weber grills for 50 years but will now look at a company that can provide a good product and customer service. Weber has lost that ability. Such a shame!

I will say when the Weber Pellet grill works, it works well. It is constructed well and looks nice. I have had multiple problems with it since day 1. They have sent me parts to replace and I have had to contact their service center multiple times. One issue that I have had since day 1 is that anytime I set my grill to 400 degrees or more, it catches on fire inside. I have now on 4 occasions been told by their customer service people that my case has been sent to a higher level and someone would contact me within 24 - 48 hours. This started 2 weeks ago and I have not hear back from anybody. Also, I have tried to call for the 5th time and cannot get through as all agents are busy. I would invite anybody thinking about buying a Weber to try to call customer service and see if you can talk to someone.

I have been trying for about 1 month to get assistance with a defective iGrill accessory. They keep asking (obviously following the same script) for pictures and for me to do certain remedial work and the issue is still not resolved. They should send someone to service the unit. I keep telling them the iGrill does not work and they refer me to tank gauge. I keep telling them I can't turn it off and they ignore me.

I've had a Smokefire for about 2 years. It hasn't been a very good experience. I have always had trouble with the pellets sliding down the hopper. I've replace the auger. The heating element has been replaced several times, Now it won't turn on, for me that's the last straw gentlemen. Either give us our money back or replace this grill.

I own the Spirit II E-310 Gas Grill (Liquid Propane). I registered it on the Weber Website on 10/25/2019. After an inspection of the grill I noticed rust on the lower panel on both sides. I submitted a Warranty Claim included images. They replied that their 10 year warranty, does NOT include RUST OR SIMILAR DAMAGE. And as a courtesy we’re sending my part # 67039, but Not sending replacement for the other side??? Really?? This is a $550 + $38 tax. $588 for a GRILL THAT IS RUSTING AND WEBER DOESNT ACKNOWLEDGE THE WARRANTY. - MY OPINION “DO NOT INVEST ON THIS BRAND."

I have purchased Weber EX6 smoker February of this year from Target. After the 3rd use I noticed the smoker is off after couple of hours because the feeder pushing lots of pallet to the burner. Then it happened again and again and again. I have been trying to replace the grill for the past 2 month but all that I have been getting from Weber customer service nothing but lies. Then finally before the end of the 90 days warranty Target gonna replace for us but we wasted time and spoiled food.

7/1/20 I purchased a NEW Weber Genesis II grill from LOWE'S. 6/6/22 I contacted Weber for a claim on the bottom rack of the grill in which paint is bubbling (no rust) just becoming unattached from the metal -Weber Ticket **. This has occurred twice before on metal that is shrouding the propane tank since purchasing the grill so this is not isolated. In 2020 Genesis II grills came with a 10-year warranty for parts. The Rep I spoke to on 6/6/22 received pics of the defect and sent to her Sup. Sup first alluded via the Consultant that this may have been a "2nd grill" I purchased used or defective from Lowes. Then after learning this was not the case the Sup denied claim stating that bubbling paint is normal wear and tear. And that this panel is prone to rust as it is outside and water accumulates here.

First off the grill is covered and kept under covered patio when not in use, second with this statement I hear that Weber has a defective design on the market not allowing for water drainage and is not covering claims. But to say that bubbling paint on a grill under 2-years in age is normal wear and tear?!?! (And it has a 10-year parts warranty). IF they can make this claim for such then they can for any part and this makes their warranty laughable. I asked to speak with the Sup and she Cowardly denied my request and instead instructed the kind Consultant to fill out a form.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Weber. I have a Genesis 3000 gill from 1999 that needed parts. I called twice and each person had such a bad India accent I could not understand them. I emailed and got response that it would be $71 for flavorizer bars. After 3 more emails I was told they were permanently out of stock, and new price was $114. I relented and ordered after 4 more unanswered emails. Then I was told they never got credit card. I decided to buy locally.

Bought the Weber grill less than a year ago, and within 2 months the lighting mechanism stopped working, I change the battery and it had no effect...have to light it with a match every time now.. Now it won't even heat up to 300 degrees....waiting 30 min just to get to 285...$1300 for a POS, a $75 Walmart special blows it out of the water, way better...Weber is a rip off.

I have owned 3 Weber grills in my life. First two were great. My last one, the flagship of the company, disappointing at best. I bought the forever grill. The top of the line S670. So I thought. It will be 10 years this June. The grill base is a pile of rust. It has always lived under a Weber factory cover. The covered died in 2016. Called Weber and they stood behind it and sent me a replacement. They admitted it was poor quality and took care of it. This is what I expect from Weber. Well fast forward, the S670 base cabinet rusts out due to the fire box rotting out. Google it many pictures of disappointed folks.

I contacted Weber warranty, sent pictures and they offered nothing but part numbers and the cost to buy them. Not to mention all the parts are no longer available. I Was bounced around to three different people and bottom line, "Sorry out of warranty." Pretty sad for their “best”grill. Why would I spend 3800 for another one and have the same results. If you are looking for a luxury top quality Weber is no longer the answer. They know it was flawed but they will not stand behind it. I will be junking it and spending another $3500 with a different manufacturer.

Weber Grills customer service was eager to help me with an out of warranty grill part failure. Needless to say their support was stellar and customer focused. That’s why I own a Weber product, They stand by their products.

Purchased the top of the line Weber Summit for $3000.00 in 2014. Grill was always covered and sat out on our deck. After 2 years, the fancy night lights for the knobs quit working due to corrosion in the controls. Then the button for these lights fell apart a year later. Today I went to move the grill and one of the wheels broke completely off due to corrosion of the lower frame. Now I can only use the grill if I set it up on bricks. Weber wants to sell me over $300 in new parts, no warranty. If I knew this junk was only going to last 7 years, I would never have purchased it, and I will never purchase another Weber.

More than a year ago I purchased my 2nd Weber grill. I LOVED MY FIRST! This replacement grill has an intermittent ignition issues that has NOT be resolved for 5 months. I have 10 plus emails, have installed a replacement part, and continue to have a non functional appliance. Requested a replacement grill, a refund, NOTHING. Past dissatisfaction. Weber acknowledges the warranty but will not honor it. Sad that a great company is failing to honor its promises.

Weber Spirit ll E-210 Propane Gas Grill. Easy to put together but time consuming. Did not use paper instructions which were a little complex. I used the app BILT on my cellphone that Weber provides, step by step narrated version. Great app. Very good product, 100 % satisfied. This two burner grill is excellent for 1 or 2 people, not a huge grill but just right. Proud to own a Weber Grill…. Do not buy a pre assembled grill. Do it yourself for proper installation. Very satisfied with this grill….

I have a Weber Spirit grill and contacted support for the first time today which is Sunday afternoon. I asked my question via text and a real person promptly replied. It was an exceptional experience and is another reason that I am a lifetime Weber customer.

Purchased our first Weber Grill in 1998. We took very good care of it. Like we do all our stuff. This past month our grill of 22- years finally died. That evening we bought a new Weber grill. Uploaded old grill and new. There is no better grill out there. Buy a Weber.

My name is Frank Z and I have a customer service ticket number #** entered since 6/11/21. My experience with Weber grill customer service has been horrible. My grill won't work. They informed me that the parts would be shipped two day air and did not arrive until 7 days later. They promised a service tech would come out immediately and no one showed up. When I called they said my service order was canceled. I asked to speak with a manager and after close to two weeks he now wants me to take pictures of the grill before they will send a service rep to install the part. I was out of town when I spoke to the manager and he said he would call me the next day when I get back. I never received the call. I bought the weber grill because I believed it was a quality brand that they would stand by their product. I hope you never have a problem with your Weber Grill because you won't get the service they promised.

I placed an order for a replacement cooking grate for my 18 inch Weber Grill on May 30th. After never getting a tracking number by I called their 1 800 number on June 9th, to be told it was backlogged in the warehouse. So they ordered me another one that they would overnight to me and I would have it no later than the 10th. I didn't get that one either. Calling them back I was told you should have been told it would take 2-3 days to process that order and I would have it on Monday. Needless to say I didn't get that either.

After posting on their website twice about their terrible customer service I was sent a message asking for the order number and they would look into it. I gave them BOTH order numbers. They got back to me and said I would have an email with tracking numbers no later than Tuesday. Once again lies! I never received the cooking grate, tracking number, absolutely nothing. I am fed up with this company. I live 6 hours away from their warehouse and could have driven there to get the damn grate! I will make sure to tell everyone with ears that weber is not a company you want to do business with, period!

Basic Weber charcoal grills are still a must-have and continue to improve on durability. There’s nothing better than meat cooked low and slow on a Weber charcoal grill. You can control the heat. Use flavored charcoal.

I have had Weber grills for over 20 years. Not only do they do the job right but when you need a part replacement they go out of their way to ensure you get what you need and are satisfied…FULLY. Example I was replacing a grill cover along with a couple of other parts, a year out of warranty and I expressed my disappointment on the performance of my cover. Without hesitation my representative offered me the new cover at NO CHARGE! I was amazed! What a company. Nothing but Weber in our family now.

I have been using Weber grills for many years. I did have a propane grill but just didn't care for it. Charcoal is what I love to use. And the Weber is so easy to use, easy to control the heat and easy clean up. Wouldn't use anything else.

The Weber grill heats evenly and includes many features like built-in temperature probes, various lights for grilling in the dark and plenty of storage room. I own the best grill for my money, the Genesis II E-310 3-Burner Natural Gas Grill with Built-In Thermometer.

I've always used a Weber grill, from interesting method from just throwing the burgers on. Always cooked efficiently. Always was able to clean up the grill easily. Always cook my Thanksgiving turkey with indirect heating method, the quality of the grill is fantastic. I even have a small Smokey Joe when we go tailgating. Totally recommend these grills.

I purchased a Weber "Q" Series grill because they had a reputation for having a quality product made in the US. That no longer appears to be true in either case. It seems they are selling cheaply made imports at a high price with their name on it. Specifically my complaint is about the porcelain coated cooking grates. They last about a year and start to rust. To replace them is about half the cost of the grill. Naturally they are not offered in stainless steel because they would last longer and Weber would lose out on selling replacements.
