    After considerable on-line research, visiting many mattress stores and discussing our needs with as many salespeople, we purchased TEMPUR-PEDIC Proadapt Split-King Hybrid mattresses with the adjustable bases from Sleep Outfitters, Centerville, OH There are so many variables, manufacturers, styles, etc. that it takes a well informed and concerned salesperson to narrow-down the choices to meet an individuals needs. That is exactly what our salesperson, Lewis, did. He LISTENED, walked us through the products that matched our requirements. No pressure! No up-selling! In addition Lewis and his team accommodated us by delivering our new Tempur-pedic mattresses ahead of their normal schedule. The delivery team was very considerate, wearing shoe coverings, totally cleaning up the packing material, explaining the operation of the remotes, and answering any questions we posed. Now for a good nights sleep.

    My mom needed a new bed set. Recommended Sleep Outfitters where I purchased mine. Went to the store, and looked around. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. As a result mom finely found her bed set and ended up saving money. She ended up having a great night sleep!!!

      Sleep Outfitters did an excellent job helping me find just the right Box Springs that I need for my elderly parents. Amanda at the Highland Avenue store right off of 280 was so knowledgeable and helpful. She located exactly what I needed and had it delivered and set up for my parents. It certainly set my mind at ease to know that they could now enjoy their mattress and box springs. I highly recommend this store because Amanda was so professional and quick to help me to find just the product that I needed for my parents. This store is located right off of Highway 280 across from Lowe’s and behind Sprouts.

      I had a great experience with Sleep Outfitters in Somerset. I love the mattress that I bought at the store. The staff was great and helped me find the best mattress for me.       My partner and I were in need of a new mattress and were interested in an adjustable base as well. Our intention was to visit three or four stores to gather information, pricing, etc. and make a decision in a week or so. We went first to Sleep Outfitters located on Shelbyville Rd across from Oxmoor Mall. As we entered, we were welcomed by Slava ** who introduced himself and invited us to sit down for a conversation about what we were looking for. He asked excellent questions about the issues we were currently experiencing and provided lots of good information about how mattresses are constructed for different sleeping needs.

      We tried out several mattresses at different price points. Slava was very knowledgeable and showed us how the different settings on the base would help with the issues we were experiencing. He was most sensitive to our budget concerns, looking for the best deal he could offer and making the whole process as comfortable as possible. We never once felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. We were so pleased with our experience that we decided to forget about visiting any other stores and purchased the mattress and adjustable frame right away. Everything from the first moment we set foot in the store to the final purchase was handled in the most professional manner possible. Purchasing a new mattress is a major expenditure but our experience with Slava at Sleep Outfitters made it stress free.

      Someone needs to review Sleep Outfitter's advertising and business practices. I went to Sleep Outfitters to buy a mattress which was their advertised price of $2149.00. They also charged me a recycling fee of $25.00 and a fee of $59.99 for a mattress protector which I was told had to be purchased if you want the 120 day exchange option. My total with tax came to $2379.20 which was paid in full with my MasterCard. Their website states that there is a free gift, which I never received. I was also not given the mattress protector that I paid for in the store.

      Since I saw numerous mattress advertisements for July 4th, I decided to look online and visit other stores. Online, I saw a coupon at Mattress Firm for 15% off of any entire order prior to July 5th, which I printed out. Since Mattress Firm had the exact same mattress that I just got from Sleep Outfitters for a lower price with the coupon, I decided to call Sleep Outfitters to see if they would honor their Low Price Guarantee. Their guarantee states, "If you see a lower advertised price within one year after purchase at any of our local competitors, we’ll match it, plus 50% of the difference." When I called the store, they verified the sale discount at the competitor across the street and told me that it was valid and that I could get a refund of $322.35, but that did not include the 50% of the difference which was overlooked.

      At that point, I asked if I could come back in to re-do the paperwork to show the discount and to receive a receipt for the credit. I was told that doing new paperwork was against company policy so not possible until I received my mattress in 2-3 weeks since it was not in stock. I then asked if I could come into the store to have the manager put a note on my paperwork for the adjusted total price, which I was again told that it was against company policy. I decided at that point to cancel my order with Sleep Outfitters which was less than 24 hours after the sale.

      I called the store again to ask if I could come back in to get paperwork showing that the order was cancelled. Again, the answer was no, it is against company policy. So at that point, I asked if I could come in just to have the manager sign my original papers and put a note that the order was cancelled and stressed that I wanted something showing that the order was cancelled. When I got to the store, the manager told me that he could send me an email for the cancellation, which necessitated calling home to see if I got the email. I did receive a call from Kevin ** who was a district manager, but when I started asking him about the company policy's he told me that he could no longer continue the call.

      I next decided to call their Guest Services phone number at 866-637-3778 to inquire about everything that has occurred, since I was originally told by the store manager that my refund to my credit card would take 2-3 weeks. That representative told me that I should have a refund processed on Tuesday July 1st. I again asked if I could get some sort of receipt for the credit being processed and I was told to just keep checking with my bank. I then asked if it would be possible to email me a receipt since the store is not able to process receipts. I was told that he would put a note in the system, but couldn't be sure if anybody would read it. I was then told that if I don't get an email from Sleep Outfitters by Wednesday July 2nd., to call again.

      I did ask why Sleep Outfitters does not give any paper receipts and I was told that they use Clover. In looking up Clover, it is possible to give people charge and credit paper receipts, but Sleep Outfitters just chooses not to give any receipts. Sleep Outfitters did not stand behind their advertised claims with me and their current business practices needs to be reviewed since most answers to me were, "that is against company policy", only asking for receipts.

      I went in and bought a mattress from them back in twenty thirteen. We had purchased a pillow top. It kept creasing in the middle, and so we took it back and they did to their credit replace it. So we went back in 2021, and we he had asked to get away from what we had and asked to get a different bed in a different, you know, model. And we thought we had, and we actually paid more and also the guys sold us to protect the new mattress, a mattress pad, and they even gave us 2 pillows. Skip ahead to 2024, come to find out we found out that the power base was bad. It had a how to bend in the frame, so they're replacing the power The power base through tempurpedic, which has been a nightmare in itself.

      I don't recommend using Sleep Outfitters Ever. They mislead you and the gentleman named Brian here in Dayton. Ohio is one of the rudest men I've ever met when you ask to speak to a district manager. Because when we asked the questions would we have a new warranty of 10 years? We were under the impression and told Yes, he even was very nice elm. Waive, the delivery fee and we were very appreciative of that. We thought we were dealing with a professional. I guess not when you have to file a claim Against them, well, they get upset.

      We don't truly know if the mattress is bad. Until the power base is replaced. We did let them know when they sent out their repair person from tempurpedic. They said, go ahead and start a claim on the mattress. Because it may also be bad, that's when we found out that our mattress A warranty had expired and we were, but funneled or baffled. Because we had just purchased a new 1 in 2021.

      Make sure if you buy from sleep outfitters You ask questions, make sure if you buy a power base from them. You ask questions on moving parts and make sure that you ask questions on the frame. Because there's a 5 year, 3 year and a 25 year, just on the frame. Don't let them lie to you. They will mislead you to make a sale, and they can say whatever they want. But every time we went in there to supposedly just exchange for what we had, we always paid more money. So we thought we were getting a different bed completely. Why would you wanna buy the same bed that keeps breaking down? It doesn't make sense. It doesn't make sense to me, but that's okay.

      If that's how sleep outfitters has to do business, I guess that's why their business started to fail, and they went into whatever they had to go into. When I looked up online, so be careful what you do and who you do business with, make sure they're reputable, and make sure that you listen and ask questions. And make sure it's in writing. Make sure you put it in writing if they don't put it in writing. You don't have the right warranty. If you have to exchange it, make sure it's a new warranty. Not existing, because they will burn you every time. Do not get the same bed or let them talk you in to the same bed. It'll burn you every time.

      I bought Tempur - Ergo Smart Base. I went to many stores and found out that the best deal for price and quality is in Sleep Outfitters Outlet in Clearwater. Mr. Elamar ** gave me all the information I needed in a very nice way.

      Our experience with Lisa, our salesperson, was very positive. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable in Sleep Outfitters products and was very helpful and caring for our needs. We purchased the exact mattress set my wife was hoping for. Quality sales people are hard to find anymore! Thank you Lisa!
