    I recently went through one of the hardest experiences of my life when a fire and flooding devastated my business. In such a stressful and emotional time, SERVPRO truly became a lifeline for me. Their entire team went above and beyond, and I could not have asked for better support or service. A special thank-you to Art **, who oversaw the rebuilding process with exceptional professionalism, care, and constant communication. His dedication gave me peace of mind when everything felt uncertain.

    I also want to recognize Dwight **, who managed the clearing and removal of everything inside the facility. His team handled an overwhelming task with efficiency, respect, and compassion. The cleaning crew was equally outstanding — Yoana, Elizabeth, Carlos, Peggie, Carla, Cristina, Christina, Teresa, Saul, and Roberto. Their hard work, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference at a time when I needed it the most.

    I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process. SERVPRO restored not only my building but also a sense of stability during an incredibly difficult period. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism, empathy, and exceptional work. I highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone facing damage or loss — they showed up for me when I needed help the most, and they did an amazing job.

    I want to take a moment to share an exceptional review for Landon, Solsir, Juan, and their supervisor, Shawn (or is it Sean?). They all work at Servpro, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did at our home. They carefully moved all our furniture into remote storage, making it easy for us to prepare for some necessary work on our flooring. Days later, Landon, Solsir, and Juan returned to reassemble everything, ensuring each piece was placed perfectly. These three were not only meticulous but also incredibly friendly and eager to assist. They were attentive to our requests and often went above and beyond to help us out.

    Shawn was a standout as well, showing his dedication by checking in with us daily to ensure we were satisfied with the team's progress. Once the job was complete, he made a point to stop by personally for an inspection. My wife and I are truly grateful for their hard work and commitment; we simply can't express how much we appreciate everything they did for us!

      Just recently had a serious water problem at my house which I am renting. State Farm contacted Servpro, and Brianna, TK, Cliff, and Carey have been working diligently to get the drying out phase done. All this is complicated to me, but Servpro is getting my house ready for the construction phase next. I appreciate these people who communicate with me as to what is going on, and doing what needs to be done. Thank you Servpro! I will use the construction team next. A nightmare to me, but they are getting my house back to what it used to be. Thanks.

      I write regarding Servpro in Connecticut, in particular Servpro employee Kevin **. Let's face it, if you're calling Servpro, likely something happened and you are not happy. I'm happy because Servpro, Kevin ** was extremely professional, very prompt with emails, texts, phone calls, actual and regular visits to the location; at a time like this we just needed a pro, and we got one with Kevin. Kevin worked with us, with our insurance company, just really aces all along the process. Morning, afternoon, night, Kevin was available; he either picks up, or calls back ASAP. Can't ask for more in a tough situation, but he also has a great sense of humor and overall fair and a terrific professional experience. Thank you Servpro and Kevin.

      I recently found water intrusions into my walls resulting from ice dams and the damage they caused to my roof, trim and siding. Mold had already taken hold in several locations on the backside of the drywall. After contacting Amber in the Servpro Gaylord MI office, she sent a crew as soon as I could expect. The areas were put into containments and mold and damaged drywall was removed completely and the surfaces were treated with a mold/stain eliminating product. Containments are being left in place until the multiple air movers and large dehumidification unit can dry out the open wall cavities. Cody and his crew were efficient and very careful with my home in doing the work. I am very happy with the service Servpro provides and would highly recommend them.

      We contracted with Servpro of Northeast Waukesha in February of 2025 to repair my condo which had been damaged from a fire that a neighbor had. It is now April of 2026 and the work has not been completed after calling the company numerous times a for a whole year. I am still getting the runaround as to when they will complete the work. They’ve been paid upfront by State Farm.

      Never use Servpro again, scare tactics about black mold, terrible communication, subcontractors not reliable, and prices sky high. The job took twice as long as it should have, and they threatened to put a lien on my rental house for being less than 30 days past due. NEVER AGAIN, buyer beware!!!!

      Servpro was horrible. There was no coordination between the teams. There was no project management. A worker came to dry wall and this work had been done the week before. They were suppose to match my wood floors with replacement and the color, grain and size did not match. I'm only highlighting the problems I had with them.

      They are more than a week behind. The work done so far is OK, but not great. Their fees are excessive for the work done. They constantly lie to me about what we spoke about to get the work done on a timely, cost effective manner. Although they claim to be a recognized vendor for Hartford insurance and that they will call to get any billing issues resolved-hasn't happened. Stay away.

      I had a very disappointing experience with this ServPro location (East Memphis) regarding a furniture cleaning service. This was surprising to me given the numerous strong reviews I found posted here. I was provided an estimate of approximately $600 to clean four chairs and approved the work based on that price. After ServPro completed the cleaning, I received a bill for more than $1,300 — more than double the quoted estimate. At no point before the work was performed was I notified that the price would change or given a revised estimate to approve. The first time I learned about the additional charges was after the service had already been completed.

      A final bill that is more than twice the original estimate without prior notice or authorization is extremely frustrating and not the level of transparency I expected when working with a professional restoration company. If you are considering using this location, I strongly recommend getting clear written confirmation of all potential charges before work begins, particularly if your items are being taken off-site. Based on this experience, I would not use this location again.
