My husband and I were looking for a complete description of our property to keep in our home information file - you get to a certain age when you need to make sure your paperwork is in order. We ran across this service that gave a multiple page document with color pictures, property description, equity information etc. It also included information I didn't know and didn't think of previously like S.O. Registry information about nearby offenders (this was really an eye opener). It was amazingly thorough - and would be really informative especially for someone looking at a property for sale.

I needed a property report for a building in my community. PropertyReported.com gave me everything I needed and then some. This was a commercial building I needed to get some information on, but I can see how some of the information provided would help someone thinking of buying a home would greatly help them. The report came within a minute, was in pdf format, and very easy to read. Overall, I would recommend this service to anyone needing property information.

Well is late Friday night and I cannot find the property tax statement. State and Federal income tax all complete besides that. I went to the county website and found a spot to get history of property. I paid $1.00 and within a couple minutes, I had the tax statement. Unbelievable. It's past 10pm and it's Friday. I didn't think I would get anything before Monday. I cannot say enough about the quick response, and many follow ups on E-mail and text messages, asking if I got everything I need! I am completely thrilled and impressed!!

I did a property report I needed which I received almost immediately which was great, I'm not sure how but I signed up for bulk reports which would have costed more money but I contacted them and they took care of it immediately, definitely would recommend and will use again when I have the need.

The response time was almost instantaneous. Wow unlike other vehicles of information, this was by far the fastest. This information can and will help us in the research of my property past history formally owned by my son, previously to him, belonged to my parents. Once again, the prompt service is greatly appreciated.

The site was very easy to use and the report was very comprehensive and included all of the information I was looking for. It had additional information that would be very helpful for current and prospective property owners. I will recommend the site to my daughter, who is an AZ Real Estate agent.

I've had a difficult time getting the property record for the correct address. Though Trevor tried repeatedly to help me, the process was frustrating. He really did try hard, however. Perhaps in the future I'd have a better experience, I'd hope so! I've not yet gotten an incentive but am waiting for a $20 Amazon gift card!

The report was an easy read. Had more info than anticipated. Amount of this year's taxes were included. Explained the tax roll is open for inspection should you not agree with your final tax payment. It also includes the amount of time you have to disagree with the assessment & go to the assessor's office.
