I want to express my sincere appreciation for this online service regarding my family history research. My uncle and I have been trying to confirm when his aunt—my great-aunt—acquired her home in Rochester, New York. Not knowing where to begin my research, I consulted this website, since neither myself nor my uncle are physically able to visit the local repositories.

I looked up this website to purchase and single report and was charged for a package. I could see that I was charged $1 dollar. Then a few days late $5. I suspected I was going to see unexplained charges coming out of my account on an endless basis to I reached out to have the service cancelled. I used the live chat, and the process could not have been simpler and more cut dry. I will be watching my account of course, to ensure the company has kept its promise but at least they did not make cancelling a hassle.

I am trying to fill in some large gaping holes of my family tree, which is a mighty lofty goal considering I was adopted, and my dad was adopted...It has been a challenge. Every little scrap of information that I get is like finding the golden egg at an Easter egg hunt. So, I brought my small amount of information about grandpa to you for verification, thinking that it would take forever for someone to answer my questions...But actually my questions were all taken care of in less than an hour. I didn't get to verify grandpa's temporary home at the prison farm, but it wasn't for lack of help and guidance from the county clerk's office. I will try again at the next office that was suggested.

I pulled a report from PropertyRecs.com back in August of 2024 for a charge of $1. In Jan. 2025 they were pulling $20 a month from my bank account. I reached out to them since I never authorized a $20 a month fee for their services. They did provide a report and it helped. When I reached out to them asking why without hesitation, they cancelled my account and refunded me. They were very helpful. I will follow up to see if they refund my $$. & keep you posted.

I used PropertyRec.com to try to get information on the correct property lines at my grandparents' home. I paid a dollar for the report knowing that I would be charged $20 a week later if I did not cancel. Although Information regarding the property lines was incorrect on the website. It was also incorrect at the tax assessor's office in my parish so I cannot fault Propertyrec for the incorrect information. What I can say is that when I wanted to get a refund of the $20, it was the easiest interaction I’ve ever experienced. They understood my issue.

I was able to receive the deed for my property **. I also received all available records concerning the property. Although some of the records were confusing, the property expert clarified them for me. Thank you very much, Christine!

I was disappointed when the results of my search showed a match, but after I paid ($1.00 and $4.00) for a PDF version, I found that there were seven matches to first name only. None to the last name. I notified the company of my disappointment and was surprised to receive a response asking what, specifically, I needed. After I sent my reason for the search, I received another response telling me where I might obtain the specific information I sought. Started out annoyed, ended up garateful. A bargain at $5.
