I can’t bend my leg to get in a regular tub and get out. I started out once and went pulling across the commode, got tangled up. So I said I’m gonna get me a little old shower for the bathroom. The installers installed it good but they kept my door facing. I come in here, they had cleaned it and had it standing up here. I was about to buy stuff to fix the facing and I told them not to cut the door up that I had because it was coming apart. I’ve got another door, but I don’t know why they took the facing. I’ll have to compute the bill and send it to buy another facing to put my door up. I’ve not even put the door up yet.
But I’d recommend anybody to Premier Care. I got a cousin and his wife talking about having a tub put in for themselves. She has had both of her knees replaced, so he has to be there when she has to take a bath. She said she wants a walk-in tub. He came here and looked at this one. I told him I got it from Premier and showed him the booklet that they left and saw that they've got different sizes and different ways they put up the doorstep. I told him that Premier had to put this one away from the commode. I got the door for where I walk in and out without trying to stride in and go through the commode. I’m well satisfied with Premier Care. I live here by myself and my wife passed away. If she was still living, it’d be good for her too.

When I called and inquired about their bathtubs and made an appointment, the company straight away sent me out a brochure. I had time to look it over before the representative got here and when he got here, he explained any questions that I had about it because pictures just don't always do it. He was really, really good at considering my feelings and answering my questions long enough to satisfy me. I got a walk-in bathtub and I love it. I like the shower head and the amount of pressure that it delivers. Moreover, everything was clean after the installation.

When I first got my tub everything was great. There was a problem with the door and they were suppose to send me another one. They did but when the installer came to put it on he said that the new one would have the same problem (leak water into the door from faulty seams) so he took the new door and was going to send another replacement. I have never seen the replacement and have asked several times. Now the door really collects water inside and drains out and leaves stains and smells terrible. Now it is no longer under warranty and when I have tried to contact the company they never got back to me after I gave them all my information and pictures. Last time I tried to call the number it was no longer in service. And now I am having problems with my faucet and cannot get a hold of anyone to even find out what brand it may be or how I can get a replacement. All of this is frustrating but all in all I love my walk in tub!
I was ready to get a walk-in tub and I had inquired with someone else. Premier Care doesn’t seem to have too many features like the other one I was inquiring about. There were also a few things I didn’t like. When the salesman measured it, we were busy talking to a caregiver I had. I wanted to get the measurement right. From what I understood, it was supposed to come out two inches further and I would have had a little ledge for my shampoo things. With two inches back and then they had to put molding, they didn’t do the best job. They called the company and they already had the tub here so the salesman says to take it back. But it would have been too much to pull it out and redo the whole thing.
I also didn’t know too much about the shower and they didn't explain anything to me. I couldn’t pull the shower thing up and down. When I called them, then they explained it. I’m happy with it but it wasn't the best work they could have done. It was hard for the salesman to put that thing in by himself for two days and he did a pretty neat job. The only question I have about it is the bubble lake is very powerful. I asked the person that installed it and he said there are three settings there. It’s automatically set but when I put it on the lower setting it’s not that much lower.

I had ordered a Premier Care tub before for my mom in her home. Then I ordered again as my mother also needs one in her apartment at the hospital because the shower there was a handicap shower, which is open and I didn't want her to be in something where she's just standing. I like the idea of her being in the tub even though she's going to be using it as a shower.
I really like the salesman I worked with very much. However, I had a ton of problem with the shipping and getting the product sent on a timely basis. What should have been delivered in a week took two and a half weeks to almost three. It was a complete disaster and a very trying time. There was obviously no communication. If Premier Care doesn't get its communication together with its shipping people, I would never recommend the company to anyone.

We got this very expensive bath and shower walk in unit because my husband and I are disabled veterans. Less than a month later, the jets just stopped working. We have tried numerous times to contact the company but they never return our calls and have done nothing. I feel like we have been duped.

A man from Premier Care came by and introduced me to their walk-in bathtub. He was very nice and I enjoyed talking to him. The installation team was nice too and they were courteous. I can't use the tub as regularly as I want to since the water bill is so high, but I use it when I can and I enjoy it so much. I love its water bubbling up. I thank Premier Care for doing it for me and getting me in with it. Anybody who would use their tub would be happy and they would enjoy it too.
Barry, the guy from Premier Care that helped me decide which product I wanted, and the team that installed my tub were all good people. This tub is money well-spent. I have Type II Diabetes and sometimes, I have neuropathy. When it gets real bad, I get in the tub, turn the jets on and sit in for 15 minutes while it hits me with jets. I have back problems, too. So, I can’t take a shower like a normal person. I also hate to sit down and I can’t do a lot of bending and lifting. But with this tub, I can sit in it. While it’s working on my legs, it’s also working on my back. I would recommend them.

Premier Care's walk-in bathtub is convenient to use and its air flow jets are my favorite. We had a blast with Chuck and the entire sales team when we're doing the ordering. They were a hoot. They were the easiest to move everything in. We put in the GFI and there was no problem. Also, I appreciate all of their caring, especially for the veterans. Everything was great.
My husband purchased a walk in tub from Premier Care at the cost of 23 thousand dollars a year and a half ago. I paid an additional 356 dollars in May of 2016. The Jets have quit working. I have been calling the company since April at least 3 a week. No one has returned our calls or come out to resolve this problem. AWFUL customer service. My next step is to consult a lawyer.

I have a combination of walk-in bathtub and shower from Premier Care. I like being able to sit and the ease of getting in and out of it without having to go down into a tub. Their sales rep seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product. He really was very determined to work with us because we've decided we weren't gonna do it and he really convinced us that it was a good choice for us. We also had a very good experience with the installation team. They were very efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was more than I expected it would be.

I did a lot of research and Premier Care had the best reviews, best feedback and best after purchase care for the consumers. Indeed, it was an amazing experience with them. Their sales rep was very kind, knowledgeable and amazing. He came out at a time that was convenient for us. He came back multiple times just to make sure that everything was going to fit the way we needed for my dad’s ability to get in and out, made sure that the size was right and that the door was going to swing the way we needed it to. It was just perfect. I also like that with the built-in seat, I can relax without having to worry about how to get out because I’ve got some problems with my knee and my ankle. And sometimes, when I get too relaxed it just doesn’t want to work right. So that was really nice for me. The only thing that bugs me is that the jets turnoff automatically yet we couldn’t find anything in any of the brochures about that so I guess it's a timer.
It was astonishing how quickly it could be completed once it was ordered because with several of the other companies, I have to wait three months for them to be able to manufacture and get it out and then it’s three days installation. But with Premier, within a month, we had it installed, and it only took one day to do everything that needed to be done. That was awesome.
I told my friends that I wanted to get a tub. Then I got a phone call from Premier Care and they talked me into having a salesperson come in and I went for it. The electrician was very good. He did his job, hooked everything up and you wouldn’t even know he was here as he never left any mess. The plumber however, if he walked in the door right now, I think I’d shoot him if I had a gun. When he moved the old shower, there were plaster and some boards underneath the tub that I didn’t know about that had to be cleaned up. He took all of those and stuck it in the pail where my recycling is kept. And here in New Jersey, they’re very strict with recycling. You can only have newspapers, cans and bottles, you can’t put junk in it. I had a hell of a mess to try to get that all cleaned out.
The actual installation of the tub was good. The plumber put a nice molding across the bottom of the tub, and tore it back up. He then told me that he does tile work too. I asked him if he was interested in having my floors done. I have a very small bathroom and it only took 28 tiles. He was supposed to rip up the old tiles, but didn’t and put these tiles on top of the old ones. Then he put this terrible molding around the bathroom and across the tub, instead of putting the nice molding that was there. And he charged me a lot of money that was way overpriced. At the time, I wasn’t thinking straight as I just put my husband in a nursing home. I wouldn’t recommend the company if the same plumber was there.
I can’t get the shower to work as well. A plumber is coming here tomorrow to do some kitchen work for me and I’m gonna have him look at that. I thought that I just had to turn it, that’s what he told me, and no water came out. I also wish the door was a little wider as I’m having a hard time to get in the tub. I’m not overly obese but I’ve got some meat on me. A heavier person than I am could never get into this tub. If they only sell the tub to skinny people, that’s a different story.
I got the Premier bathtub for my sister but she gets too cold before she can get out of the tub, and so I'm kind of disappointed that she doesn’t really like it. But as far as the salesman and the people that put it in, they’re nice. The electrical people came early and got through before the installers got here. The electrician put the cord down within the end but when the installers came in, they didn't find where he dropped it. They left me a number for customer care and I called for five days but never got an answer. At one point it said to leave a message but before I did, it unhooked. Other than that, I like the bathtub even though it didn’t go together the way I’d wanted it to.

I purchased a Premier Care tub, and I like everything about it. It was great. The people that come in and see it love it. A lot of them commented on how nice it is. The people from Premier Care were very responsible, knowledgeable, and nice to work with. The salesperson was terrific, and in fact, I bought the tub because he explained everything to me. He told me how the tub wouldn’t leak and how the doors were built. He showed us everything, how they were going to put it in, and he even put it up against the wall with the pipes, which I didn’t think they could do. The electrician and the plumber were terrific as well. They explained everything as they went along and they showed me what they were going do. I enjoyed the experience with Premier Care and I would do it all over again.
I called Premier Care then they came in and put in the tub. I liked the nice salesman and the installation team. I also like the tub and the bubbles it makes. I'd recommend them to a friend.
Because of Premier Care walk-in tub, I could go in and take a shower, take a bath without having to have anyone to help me. However, they told my husband one price and then there was another price on top of that. But as a whole, our experience was good.

My husband likes our Premier Care walk-in tub. He lost one of his legs, and it’s easier for him to get in there and sit down than sit in a regular bathtub with a chair. I don’t like it because when I get in, I can’t sit down until it warms up. I only weigh 120 pounds and I get cold very easily. Everything is so cold until I run the hot water in the bottom of it. I won’t like it at all when winter comes. My husband needs it, but it’s not something I would ever want.
The salesman from Premier Care was okay. He told us what they were going to do. The installation people were good. They stayed busy when they were here. Also, they answered whatever question my husband asked them. The only thing is that we just got our first bill yesterday, and the interest rate was higher than what we thought it was going to be. So, we’re going to try to pay faster and more than the amount of money they want us to mail them. We don’t want it to linger very long because of the high interest. Other than that, I would recommend it to somebody who doesn’t have a leg as it’s easier for them to get in the bathtub. My husband wanted the bathtub, and he's happy with it.
I couldn’t hardly get in and out of the tub that I had so Premier Care in Bathing called me and asked me about it. I said I've tried the tub before and I couldn’t get it, so somebody called and came by here. The sales rep was nice but I don’t know if something happened to him. I had to call down somewhere because it took a long time for me to start paying them. But I did start paying on it this month. One man came and installed it inside. He did a very nice job. I like walking into the tub. Then they got a little seat up there. I really love it. I just sit down, slam the door and run my water.

We had a Premier Care tub installed in the previous house that we lived in, and it was good. When we decided to buy a house, we also got one installed and it's a little bit better than the previous one. The rep I spoke to was good. He came in, told me what he was going to do and did it. Overall, I'd recommend them.
The Texas A&M University did a study on Jacuzzis and the circulated water type experience, and such tubs circulate bacteria, skin flakes and any other thing that might be on one person's body. And, they grow bacteria in those tubes where the water goes. I was just turned off by that all together. But when I read that Premier Care uses air jets rather than circulating water, that just sold me right there. I saw a Premier Care ad in a publication and there was a little postcard. I sent it in and got some more information. I thought about it for a year and then I decided to have it put in this year. Their sales representatives answered lots of questions. They fulfilled all of what they said.
The installer came out all the way from Dallas. He let me know if he was going to be late or could not get there because of traffic. I was also not surprised at any point. He let me know exactly what he was doing. Premier Care also contracted an electrical person who was excellent and got the electric setup. I was concerned that they had to do some plumbing work. They also covered up a little hole. The tub looks way nicer. It could've been there built in from the beginning. It is so well done.
I love my walk-in tub - it's fabulous. It has provided not only easy access to bathing but also the massage by the air jets where you sit down at the back so your lower back gets a nice massage makes me relax. This is really marvelous and being able just to soak. I like being able to just step into it. The installer also placed the handrails, especially for my height and situation. I can securely sit down and not worry about anything slipping. Also, I can turn my bath water on and begin to relax from my feet up as it fills. The water gets up past your waist then you can either soak or have the air jets go. It also has a shower so I can do my hair. If I'm just in a hurry, I can just step in, sit down, have the shower, and step out.
I would suggest Premier Care to anyone who has difficulty showering or bathing. I have back problems. When I take a bath in a regular tub, I am literally sitting on the floor. I just couldn't handle that. I had to sit in the shower on a little shower stool which is sturdy but I always feel I am going to slip. I have suggested Premier Care to numerous friends. I've even invited them over to try it out. In fact, my brother wants me to move out to Arizona where they live and made sure that I talked to my Premier Care installer for the installation in Arizona. I may end up getting another one installed in a different place. But now that I know how well they can do it, I'm not fearful that I wouldn't be able to get one.

I have muscle deterioration and I wanted to have something that I could relax in, so got a Premiere Care. However, the seat is too low. My husband and I thought it was high enough, but it certainly isn't and I can't use it unless someone can get me up off the seat. I've got $15,000 in that and I'm not getting any benefit from it. I have called the company, the man who sold us the unit, and the man who installed it, but nobody would return my calls or any feedback. I'm not recommending them to anybody unless there's something they can do about it. I'm very dissatisfied.
I called Premier Care to get some free information on it. One day, they called me back to tell me that I had been approved and that they could come and install the bath for me. I told them, “Well, can you send me some information on it?” They did and we worked it out. My left side is partially paralyzed due to a car wreck I was in back in 1983. I could get in the tub but then I couldn’t get out. I couldn’t my shave my legs hardly any more because I couldn’t stand up alone in the shower to do it. So I definitely needed Premier Care. What I like about having it is being able to sit down in a tub again. It has been a wonderful and fantastic experience.
I have a walk-in tub where I can sit and bathe from Premier Care which was just installed two weeks ago. When their sales reps came in, they went over everything and handed me the paper. Then I showed to my son Paul, and he okayed it because he wanted a shower. He was the first one in. The technicians cleaned up after themselves. I can't complain at all. I had some other construction workers in here doing things for a reverse mortgage and they left a lot to be handled by me afterwards. It's a very nice looking appliance. It blows bubbles and water and my favorite is the hot shower. I'd definitely recommend one to a friend.

I chose Premier Care because of their reputation and since they've been the longest in the business. I bought from them a walk-in bathtub with the shower bar. The sales rep was great. The installers were fantastic as well. They were kind and understanding to my needs. The bathtub is nice too and everything looks really good. I like the relaxing bubbles. The downside is that the door swings in and it's a little tight getting in and out. I would've been better with a swing out, but I was told that tub would've cost literally thousands more. Moreover the tub is not necessarily full length so Premier Care put a little ledge to make up for the room and make it look nice. That's great but the only problem is the tub splashes up onto the ledge and over the side, so I have to put a bath mat along the side of the tub. I also put towels behind it to catch that splash, which one would not expect to have after paying almost $20,000 for a tub.
I like everything about my walk-in bathtub such as the massage, and everybody who all sees that tub loves it.
I got a walk-in tub and shower from Premier Care and I like that I can sit down or stand up and shower. Their sales reps were very polite and friendly and the installation team did a good work. All of it is perfect and I'm very satisfied.

I’m glad I picked a Premier Care walk-in tub. I like all of it and it's exactly what I needed. I love it because I can sit down to take a bath. I have gotten to the point where I couldn’t get down in the tub because I had knee replacement. The sales representative was extremely nice and he explained everything to us if there's anything we asked. The installation team were just as nice as they could be, too. They were very knowledgeable and they showed me how the tub works after they got it in, as well as tell things that I should do and shouldn’t do.
Our “Haven” supposed to be custom made; walk-in tub was finally completely installed July 4, 2016. The installer told us that the enclosure that we requested was no longer in stock and that he did not know why the company is still advertising it. When my spouse spoke with a manager at the company he was told that the enclosure is still available and that it would be shipped out and the old enclosure would be removed. As of this date we still have not received our new enclosure, or our new hot water heater. We were approved for financing and our 1st payment was due in August. So now we are paying a bill and all the products have not been received, installed and corrected. The tub is alright, I prefer my old tub. The price that we are paying is very high.
I wish that the managers at this company would stop giving us the runarounds. My husband has spoken to different CSRs and managers and they all seem to either do not know what is going on or promise to do something and nothing is done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I want the custom made enclosure and my hot water heater and for the company to refund us for the last 3 bill payments (for they surely have received their money).
I purchased a shower from Premier Care because I wanted to get it done professionally and have a warranty for it. I love the seat and that the extra handheld thing has different settings. I talked to their sales rep once and I was a little peeved at him. He came in, did something and left. We had to get that other shower switched out. They put one in there that I couldn’t even turn around so I was not satisfied with it. I told the sales rep to come and take it out because I didn’t want it and for some reason he found a bigger one they had which was discontinued, but they had some in the warehouse.
So the guy who measured and installed it told me exactly where it ought to be, where it’s gonna be, where it's come out. I said, “If you can get one, I’ll take it. Other than that, if you don’t, I’m not getting them period. I’ll get somebody else. You all took my shower tub out, I’ll get somebody else to put it in.” The installer was great, courteous and came on time and did a fairly good job. We had a little mishap but he straightened it out. But with the sales rep, I couldn’t get in touch with him when I tried to call. He didn’t answer his phone which almost made me not to get anything. Other than that, I'm pleased that things were done the way I wanted to and I’m enjoying the shower.
