Back in December of 2024 I heard noises in my wall I called one company they inspected and told me I had a squirrel and was supposed to come back for a live trip. 300 later he called to inform me that he didn't work in my area as a rule. LOL ok so I called another company and they wanted money off my credit card before they even set up an appointment.

I’m So grateful for the caring service! I had a stressful situation when my tenant reported that there was a mice problem in the attic, and crawl space. After doing my research and reading lots of reviews, Orkin was the best option. From the first visit Robert **, one of the manager, was absolutely incredible. He was so patient and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which really helped put me at ease. He did a super thorough inspection, including the crawl space, and clearly explained all of his findings. He even gave me some recommendations for long-term maintenance. I was worried about the issue, but his knowledge and calm demeanor made the whole process stress-free. This company is top-notch, therefore I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control Company for their expertise and wonderful attitudes. Thank you Robert for making a difficult situation so much easier! 10 stars for Robert!

I had a fantastic experience with Orkin Pest Control! We recently discovered a few unwelcome guests in our home, and after calling Orkin, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain the treatment plan in detail. The service was efficient, and they made sure to address every concern I had, from the types of pests to the safety of my pets and family. They also offered tips for keeping the pests away in the future, which I really appreciated. Since the treatment, we haven’t had any issues, and I feel so much more at ease knowing Orkin has taken care of the problem. Their customer support has also been top-notch throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Orkin for anyone dealing with pest issues—they really know their stuff!

I have been using Orkin's pest control and rodent program for a little over 2 years now. I have been very pleased with the level of service and professionalism that Thomas, our technician, has provided. He is diligent in sending texts prior to each and every visit informing us of his ETA. Not only is he very professional but also very thorough, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to Orkin and represents the company well. Keep up the great work Thomas! I would also like to commend Justin and his crew for how well they executed the rodent program as well as how effective it has been.

There's a lot to like about Orkin but beware of a couple of issues. They are expensive ($95 per month, in my case), but maybe that's to be expected for an at-home service. Also, some of their associated services—particularly insulation—were not competitive with other insulation contractors. When they came out to do the estimate, they were not thorough, and their price was higher. Having said that, I still strongly recommend Orkin Pest Control services. I am confident in their work, and my house is no longer crawling with insects. My cats and I have not experienced any ill effects.

If I could give less than 1 I would do so. Initial salesperson said they could come out same day as long as I signed contract that he emailed while I was on phone with him. Shortly after signing contract I got a call saying the technician had to go home and needed to reschedule. Appointment got rescheduled for next day. After waiting the 2 hour window I was given still no show! Really frustrating since had to arrange schedule around this appointment. STAY AWAY From this company.

These guys are horrible. The office lied to my mother. Sold her a bundle package deal for mice control and lied to her. The person that came was very nice and even mentioned that he wishes his office would stop saying they do the stuff that they don't. We paid 400 dollars and all they did was like 6 sticky traps and left. They didn't leave traps outside. Or spray like what the package deal was suppose to be. Customer service was horrible and then tried to charge my mother more if she wanted more than paper sticky traps. This place is a scam.

Orkin was great in the Clayton County area. We moved to Henry County and the service became extremely poor. Scheduling: people did not show up when scheduled twice. Customer service: person answering phone was rude, interrupted a lot, not listening, and continued to make excuses for poor service. Service: when someone finally did come out, ants were still all over the yard a week after service, spider webs everywhere with our new home, and seemed as if they just put stickers down then left.

Orkin schedules appointments without contacting me first for confirmation. Even worse, there's no way to reschedule or cancel through their website or app - you must call, and they won't accommodate appointment changes based on your availability. This rigid, outdated system shows little respect for customers' time. In an age where most service companies offer convenient online scheduling, Orkin's inflexibility is frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of customer-centric service makes it hard to recommend them despite the quality of their pest control work.

I have tried to leave a Google review but was unable.. If you value customer service this is not the company for you, I called and asked for a same day service and after walking through the quote I agreed and they sent me the contract to sign, I was told the tech would arrive between 12 and 2.. At 6pm and after no less than 20 calls that all went un-answered to about 6 different numbers ranging from branch to customer service I finally switched tactics and dialed the option for “new contract”.. Lo and behold a representative immediately picked up!! That told me and should tell you all you need to know about this company’s MO.
