Good value grill, many features for fair price. Has the sear burner usually extra or add on as per most other brands, as well the rotisserie back burner. The stainless steel finish does not rust and cleans up well even after flame out situations.

The sizzle part of the grill is the best part. You sear your meats in under four minutes and finish them in under ten to fifteen minutes. The big negative is the propane tank holder which is barely capable of holding a twenty gallon tank.

I purchase this grill April 4th 2021, and had nothing but big disappointment,
(2) The food comes off the grill unappetizing and I am embarrassed to serve it to my guests.
(3) I cannot return the grill to Home Depot because I been trying different ways to make it cook better but unsuccessful.
(4) I emailed Nexgrill a week ago and have not heard from them.
(5) I was always a Nex Grill customer but it's time to rethink.
(6) Next week is Memorial Day Weekend and having family and friends for a celebration, we are a Military family and I have to purchase another grill.
(7) I will adsorb the cost of this grill, but at this time I don't have a choice.

Heat seems to be escaping through a space on back of grill not allowing burners to get grill to maximum temperature. Is this space designed to be there to allow heat out, it is approximately 2 inches on back of cover?

I bought a Nexgrill BBQ from Costco and since purchase the back ends of all of the burners have this huge flame that burns all my food. If I manage to lower the backs enough not to burn, the fronts are basically too low to cook anything. Contacted customer service and they advised me to reset them and gave me instructions. I followed the instructions on 2 occasions and have had no changes in the fact that my food is still all burnt. I have contacted them again several times by email to advise that the BBQ is still basically useless. 3 weeks now and no response despite my many attempts. I also call them every day and can never get through to a person. They do not return phone messages either. I do not suggest anyone purchases any Nexgrill gas grill as in my experience they are garbage and so is their customer service. I will be dragging it back to Costco since they have left me no choice.

Bought this bbq in 2018, 5 year warranty is only on the side burners (in small print). Nexgrill USA doesn’t build them, China does. No replacement parts because this model was discontinued a couple years ago. Bbq if looked after (which my was washed and cleaned every time, looks like it’s on the sales floor). P 700.00 for the product and am a single person, so it was a large purchase for me. When I moved the moving company lost the ignition switch, so I can’t light the bbq, nothing else is wrong with it. Guessing Nexgrill is a disposable model, my opinion is to stay away from this company, they weren’t willing to help at all. Found an aftermarket replacement through Target Wholesale, amazing lady Joyce helped me easily and fast.

I put the grill together and it was quite easy with good instructions. I had to move the grill from my upper deck to the lower, which is only 7 inches or so. As I was moving the grill, it started to tip just a little, so I grabbed it to steady it, and the inside of the edges on the rear vents are SO SHARP, they took large chunks of two of my fingers clean off!... Needless to say, I could not stop the bleeding and it required a visit to the ER of my local hospital. I figured I would need a few stitches, but the doctor stated that "there is nothing to stitch". The skin was gone. I looked at the vent later and my skin was still hanging there, attached to it....I know it's gross, but BEWARE!!! These vents are EXTREMELY RAZOR SHARP!!!....Other than that, I love the grill, although I've only used it once....

Grill when not in use is stored in a shed, and has been well maintained. The grill grates fell apart. Some completely came off. Some are loose at one end and about to come off. Very disappointed. Would not expect the grill grate to fall apart as they have.

In June 2020, I purchased from Home Depot your Model #720-0882A Stainless Steel Barbecue. Even though it is advertised stainless steel, it is probably the poorest quality. The barbecue is rusting and is terrible to look at. I would never buy this product again, nor recommend it. I would hope the company would look into their quality control.

I do not have a problem with its performance however one of the reasons I purchased it was the claim it was stainless steel. The grill is rusting all over, is impossible to keep clean and is a general eyesore. Quality stainless doesn’t rust. plus, this week the ignition system failed and appears it would cost more than it is worth to repair it. I personally will not buy another Nexgrill product.

I have recently bought Nexgrill evolution infrared 5 burner grill. It never crosses 600. I tried resetting 4-5 times, changed the propane tank. My previous basic model used to reach 700 very easily. Grill doesn't need 700 but looking at all virus thing around it's always good to heat before and after for 700+ for 10mins.

Bought this in May, 2020 as a Fathers Day present for myself. Pretty grill with many great features. First time I used it, it operated flawlessly. The second time it would only heat to 410 degrees. Subsequently, I read a review of a person who had a similar problem. Nexgrill responded, telling him that he had to do a forced regulator reset by taking the grill apart. I tried it and the next time my grill operated flawlessly. However, when I used the grill again the same problem occurred that kept it from getting hot enough. Consequently, I went through the same procedure again of disconnecting the tank and allowing the grill to bleed out any gas in the lines. I'm not very happy that I will have to go through this same procedure every time I want to use the grill. Beginning to regret selecting a Nexgrill product.

I purchased this grill on 6/22 and it was delivered in 6/28. By 7/15 the grill was falling apart and rusting out. I paid for home delivery and assembly. I contacted Nexgrill on 7/18 and was promised a replacement and have proof of our conversation. Close to 2 months later they stopped responding to my messages and have done nothing for me. The grill has a 1 year warranty they won’t honor less than 30 days later. Save your money. This company doesn’t care about its customers.

We purchased the stainless steel 5 burner grill last summer. We have only been able to use the grill a handful of times, due to the regulator continuously going out. The newest regulator lasted through one dinner and was out again the 2nd time we fired up the grill. We are barely one year in and unable to return the grill. VERY frustrating and disappointing.

My husband got a Nexgrill Charcoal Kettle for Father's Day and it arrived with a damaged piece. I've called them 7x and am always promised a call back from a technician but that never happens. I've spent more than 2 1/2 hours on the phone, on hold, in endless loops between the parts department & customer service, I've sent emails. Then I received 2 random parts in the mail - not what I needed. If anyone at this company ever returned a call as promised or listened to the problem, I'm sure I'd be able to review the actual product by now. But I can't. If you want a company that will stand behind their product if you encounter a problem, Nexgrill doesn't even deserve one star.

I have a 4 burner NexGrill. My son bought it for me a year and a half ago. The issue I have is that it is very prone to grease fires. Even after I clean the heat plates, grease tray, grills etc. I noticed a few other reviews had the same comments. I have had several grills in the past and never experienced the frequency of the grill catching fire as much as this one does. Possibly the heat plates are too close to the grilling surface.

For a small table-top grill it has two burners so you can have more selection of what and where to cook. The only problem is that the top discolours from the heat. This is our second one and will probably get another one when this one burns out.
Hello Terry, thank you for reviewing our grill. Stainless steel will have that reaction to heat. When you close the lid you have to monitor the temperature to avoid heat discoloration. You can try using degreaser on the discoloration as sometimes it is just evaporated grease. Nexgrill
This replaced a Charbroil that I liked a lot. Had to replace the burners on the Charbroil after first year or so. The burners on the Nexgrill look a little heavier. The Nexgrill also has a removable bottom tray that should make it last longer as you'll be able to clean it. The only thing inferior to the Charbroil is there is no bottom shelf for the propane tank. It rests on the side rail.
I bought this to replace my Weber model that I gave away. This brand is the best comparison to that brand. The grill has infrared grates that prevent the flames from popping up and burning the meat. The girl has 6 burners and a pot burner. The grill is easy to clean and use. There is a grease catcher tray that can be lined with foil for easy disposal when done. I can also easily find the parts just in case I need to replace something. The gas tank is easy to put in and hook up. The temperature gauge works great, The grill is ready to work in minutes and the push button ignition is battery operated. The stainless steel exterior just needs a quick spray with the water hose and it's ready to go.
This is not a good grill, the automatic start does not work, the heat distribution is very bad. I bought late last summer, used about 6 times. Can’t return because of Covid19. Uses lots of Propane in order to cook correctly, I do not recommend this grill!

3. Remove the regulator coupling nut from the propane tank by turning the coupling nut counter-clockwise.
4. Set the regulator, coupling nut, and gas hose aside.
5. Turn all of the burner knobs to the ‘ignite/high’ setting for 15 minutes in order to bleed any gas from the gas line.
6. Turn all of the main burner control knobs to the off position.
7. Re-attach the regulator coupling nut to the propane tank by turning it clockwise. Open the propane tank gas valve slowly by turning it counter-clockwise until it will no longer turn. Should take about 30 seconds to fully open.
8. Ignite the burners in accordance with the instructions in the Owner’s Manual

I think my Nexgrill is a beautiful grill because of the design and especially because of the color (mocha), which matches our patio furniture. The extra bells and whistles such as the electric rotisserie, led lighting on the knobs, and letting me know how much gas is left in my tank are great!
The grill looks cheap. It works ok but every summer there’s always this turning on issue. The fire seems ignite sparsely. It overcooks the food on one side then undercooks some food on the other side. The middle is the worst cause it only cooks the perimeters of the food and not the center. I would not recommend this grill to anyone.

No matter clean or dirty. Or what we are cooking this grill always catches fire when using. Have tried many things to prevent but still happens. Quite scary. Afraid house is going to catch fire. Going to call Home Depot and see if it can be returned or exchanged for something a bit more fire safe. Seems the grease trap is maybe too close? I don’t know. Just very dangerous.

I am late with my review, but decided to post it since we are looking to buy a new grill for the new season. I bought our Nexgrill 2 years ago and from the beginning we had nothing but issues. The igniter had to be replaced after only a week of owning it, a week later it had to be replaced again. Used it few times and started having grease fires, regardless of how often you cleaned it. Last season any time we put anything other than chicken on it, it would start a grease fire. You can't leave this grill unattended for 2 minutes or you will come back to one big fire. Worst purchase ever.

Nexgrill model 720-0830H DO NOT BUY. This grill that is marketed as "STAINLESS" has rust all over it. The burner covers are rusted away with major holes. The knobs are corroded green and nasty. The grate is peeling apart and slivers of steel get and has got in our meat spoiling the meat and stabbing into my mouth. Very dangerous and unsafe. I contacted the company and their answer was for me to pay 50% of the replacement parts and for me to install them. We are talking about lots of panels. This grill is less than 2 years old and is on the covered porch and covered. I am a Viet Nam vet and I am 100% disabled. "I told them this." I don't have their kind of money to replace this and it is 100% junk. If this is made in the USA I am ashamed. This company will not even stand by their product. STAY AWAY. Save your money. Buy a Weber grill.

I bought the NexGrill 6 Burner w/ rotisserie just under two weeks ago, and have used it twice. So far the grill has been great; even cooking, heats quickly, well built, and looks pretty good on the deck. However, upon receiving the grill the box had some pretty heavy damage, which resulted in numerous dents, and a damaged knob; no big deal. I emailed Nexgrill to explain the situation, and to inform them I can live with the inconspicuous dents, but I'd like the damaged knob replaced. Over a week later and I have received no response.
Now, on top of the previously stated issues, the grill has started to rust. I understand the climate here in Florida is a bit harsh, but that's why I purchased the "premium" grill cover. There's really no excuse to why a brand new "top of the line" grill has started to rust on the stainless pieces after one or two uses. I've now emailed Nexgrill 3 separate times, and received an automated email in response to the last stating the inbox is too full or receiving too many emails to deliver my email. I suspect they have quite a few disgruntled customers emailing if all of their products are of this quality.
I love the product, it is very user friendly and easy to use. I have no problems with it and would recommend the grill to everyone I know. The price is great and the products lasts a very long time. I have been using this brand for over 4 years and I am very happy with it. You can not go wrong using this brand! The features that I like about the grill are endless. Some of the features include that it is lightweight, so easy to move around and use in different areas of my backyard, it is big enough on the inside to fit a really amazing amount of food on it and it also has different levels so I can grill the bread on top and meat on the bottom. It has not once broke down on me. I am very happy with the way it is built as is. The only thing is on the top level where I grill the bread maybe make that portion a little wider to fit some more items.
I loved the grill. It was so appealing to the eye once I caught sight of it at the store. I just had to have it! My friends and neighbors always compliment me on it when they come over. It is so easy to use and I cook with it multiple times a week. After using it, I would never use any other grill again. I like how it has 5 burners on the one that I bought. It is a sleek stainless steel, matching the aesthetic of my outdoor entertainment area. It also came with some cooking tools which came in handy. The grill is perfect the way it is.
One of the best purchases I have made. This grill cooks meats perfectly and heats up quickly. The exterior is sleek and the cooking time is quick as well as efficient. I love everything about this grill.
