After researching home elevators and meeting with several Denver-area companies, we narrowed our options to two. We met with Aaron and chose Lifeway Mobility for two main reasons: the strong reputation of the Garaventa Elevator brand and, most importantly, Lifeway’s ability to provide both the elevator and installation without requiring a separate construction company. That gave us a single point of contact throughout the project. The process took about five months from contract signing to installation, including time for elevator delivery and shaft preparation.

Moe came out to do our site survey. Moe is a wealth of information. He made it easy for me to choose Lifeway Mobility and the Harmar SL-600 Pinnacle stairlift instead of two other companies and their products. Raymond is the technician who came to our home to install my stairlift. Raymond is competent, efficient, and friendly. He did a fabulous installation, gave me a great all encompassing tutorial, and left our job site spotless. Raymond’s attention to detail is exemplary. I’m very happy with Moe and Raymond. For me, they are LifeWay Mobility. Thank you for a great experience.

Lifeway Mobility installed a wheelchair ramp for a friend of mine. They do not have a computer, so I am writing this for them. From the first call for an appointment to the final installation was a wonderful experience. When Neill came out to do the assessment, he answered all our questions, and there were many. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Every encounter with a staff member was great. They were in communication with us all along the way. Drew, the installer, was a joy to work with. We highly recommend this company!!

My experience with Lifeway Mobility was superb. I rented a stair glide for my sister to assist her in gaining access to her condo located on the 2nd floor of her building. From start to finish, the service we received from Lifeway was excellent. The salesman was knowledgeable in answering all our questions. The office staff were very efficient in processing our payments. The install and removal both were handled smoothly. We had no problem with the stair glide during the 7 months we had it. It made it possible for my sister to remain at home during her final months before her passing. It truly helped improve her quality of life.

Every interaction vested in our mutual goal of doing everything well, with family in mind. Anyone in need of a mobility solution, will benefit greatly from their team’s extensive experience of both fitting and timely solutions. In our case, this was a stairway replacement solution for an arthritic aging parent who is unable to avail themselves of surgical solutions. The dignifying and respectful creative support, has contributed to a reduction in pain levels and continues to be exceedingly commendable.

From the moment he arrived Jose M. was professional and kind. I felt totally comfortable with him working in my home. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of what was needed.

Installation went very smoothly, and the technician, Patrick, explained and demonstrated all the functions very clearly.

Luke did a great job getting our 2 stairlifts operating smoothly again, replacing the batteries, cleaning, oiling, adjusting, etc., all within an hour. He was easy to talk to, explained everything well, and was altogether pleasant to deal with. I am completely satisfied with the service received today.

All staff was professional and communication was excellent. Installation was smooth and love the chair.

Our chairlift was installed in January 2024, and we're very pleased with it! From the initial sales staff to the installer (ALEX) to the staff who makes appointments (LACIE) we've always received top-notch service! They have always been considerate and informative; as we frequently text ALEX with our questions and concerns and he responds quickly!!! This is going to be a lifelong relationship as we're declining in age and our chairlift is priceless!!!

The sales person was on time and very knowledgeable with great follow up. The installer was very thorough--this is not a quick installation and he was here for almost six hours. After installation he was very thorough with showing us all aspects of the chair lift and had me test it myself before he left. We are renting a chair lift due to ankle surgery soon and have not had to actually use it yet, but I'm confident it will be a tremendous help. Would recommend Lifeway Mobility.

Paul, a certified technician, arrived at the time specified on the appointment. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and is kind when the customer has questions. The quality of his work is laudable.

Glenn is a seasoned all-star. He is very personable and fully addressed our needs with a well conceived lay out. You have a great team and are sensitive in a difficult situation. The product will last beyond our lives.

We purchased the Bruno stairlift as it was the best for our narrower stairway. They came to our house 5/15/26 and installed it on Monday 5/18 as I was being discharged from Rehab Monday afternoon. It was installed in under 3 hrs. Zachery did the install and did a great job. The company really accommodated me with such short notice. The chair lift runs smoothly and quietly. I was able to use it yesterday.

Both men were very helpful, didn’t feel pressured to buy. The installer was helpful and he explained the working of the unit.

The sales, construction and install teams are professional, efficient, friendly and super helpful. I would never use anyone else for this type of work. This is the second piece of equipment installed in my home by Lifeway, and I could not be happier!!

You cannot imagine how much our Lifeway outdoor chairlift has made to my husband & me. I didn't even know there was such a thing. If it hadn't been for this chair, my husband, who cannot walk down stairs at all, would never have been able to go to doctor appts., physical therapy, out to dinner, for a car ride. These all seem small, but to a person who is inside a house all day & night, it's a huge deal, just to smell fresh air. I don't know how to properly thank you enough for giving him this freedom. We're forever in your debt. And I have to say, the lovely gentleman who came to set it all up, saw off things to exactly the right level, and explain it to me, was so kind. Just don't know how to thank you all enough.

Sales team was experienced and did not pressure me to buy. The tack that did the installation had many years experience. Upon completion I was given excellent explanation how operate the lift chair.

We recently had a straight stairlift installed, and the entire process was excellent—from the initial consultation and estimate with sales, to scheduling and payment options through customer service, all the way to installation. Kevin carefully reviewed all available options, took measurements, and answered our questions both in person and over follow-up calls. Kendall handled the installation and contacted us on the day to explain a brief delay in arrival, which still fell within the promised window. He arrived as expected, treated our home with respect, paid close attention to detail, and kept us informed throughout. The stairlift is working perfectly and has already improved life for its user.

We are very happy with the new stairlift. The sales representative Jesse was very helpful but not pushy. Luke, our installer, was very professional and efficient. He explained the operation of the unit understandably and completely. We had no mess to clean up when he was done. All in all our experience with Lifeway Mobility was very positive.
