I first heard about Kohler Walk-in Baths from a neighbor who got one and showed it to me. Although I'd seen ads before, it was her experience that convinced me I needed one too. I ended up getting a shower and tub combo, primarily for visitors who wouldn't use the walk-in feature. The tub itself is fantastic, and my favorite feature is the heated seat.
The salesperson from Sedona did a wonderful job with the presentation and was incredibly thorough. They provided a timeline for installation, which took about a month. Although I would have liked it done sooner, I understand they are likely very busy. The actual installation took about four days due to some issues with the water heater and air conditioning, but they resolved those quickly. Overall, my experience with Kohler was excellent, even though it was quite pricey. I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars for customer service and quality, despite the high cost. If a friend asked, I'd tell them my experience was excellent but to be prepared for the expense.

We have always trusted Kohler products because they stand by their quality, which is why we chose them yet again. The salesperson who assisted us was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the various materials and features, and even showed us a video demonstration. We absolutely love the tub. The installation team did a fantastic job. Although I wasn’t present, my husband said they were very professional and friendly, explaining each step of the process. I have bad knees and previously only had a walk-in shower, so having this tub has been a tremendous help for my legs. I thoroughly enjoy soaking with the bubbles. Kohler has truly delivered with this product. It’s been a great purchase for my husband and me. I’ve already started recommending it to others. Kohler does not deserve the good design reputation they supposedly have. The seat is too short to lay your neck on the heated area. The tub requires 65 gal of water that take 25 minutes to fill and may deplete your hot water capacity. Their local customer service/repair is terrible (No return calls). When there is no showroom or any references for a 25k item, I should have known something was rotten - one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The installation was good though.

Make sure that your water heater's capacity is sufficient. A 50 gallon tub requires at least a 40-gallon water heater. My salesmen knew that my utility closet would only fit a 30-gallon water heater. It's a great tub, but only if you are able to supply it with the necessary volume of hot water.

When the installers came and put the tub in, everything was fine. The two guys that came from BathPro were great. They were very accommodating. They did it in a day and a half and everything was done good. It was an A+ job. However, I had to call in because my tub wouldn't drain. The company that put it in is supposed to call back today. When we called customer service at Kohler, they said they didn't sell us the tub. It was a third party and we needed to get with them. So, that is what we did.
I'm in the trucking business and I bought from Kohler because years ago, I hauled their product out of Brownwood, Texas, where the plant is, to Kohler Wisconsin and all over. But had I known that it would be like this, I would have never bought from them. I would probably have saved $15,000 and went with the other company. I want somebody to call me back and get out here and fix it because a $25,000 tub isn't doing me a bit of good if I can't use it. Other than that, I've had a good experience.

I recently installed a Kohler walk-in shower, and initially, I chose Kohler after browsing online, thinking it would make bathing easier for my son. However, it didn't work out, so I switched to a walk-in shower instead of a walk-in tub. The shower is nicer and easier for him to access, although he still doesn't use it as much as expected. I like using it, though.
The installation process was satisfactory. The crew that came over was cool, and it took them a day and a half to complete both the walk-in tub and the shower installations. The quality of their work was good, and the new bathroom area is a lot nicer than before. The shower has made it more convenient for me to take care of my son and helps in getting him in the bath. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I had a very positive experience with Kohler Walk-In Bath. I first heard about them through television, and my initial interaction with their customer service representative was excellent. The representative was very knowledgeable and guided me through everything I needed to know.
One of my favorite features is being able to sit in the bath and enjoy it for about half an hour. It really helps me sleep at night. The installers were also very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been aware of Kohler for a long time, and when I started looking for a walk-in bathtub, they were the only company that installed them in my area. The presentation when they came to my home was interesting, but it felt too long since I already knew what I wanted. I chose a Kohler walk-in bathtub that was a bit more advanced than the base model, featuring air jets, water jets, and a heated seat. There didn't seem to be a lot of choices available in terms of features, but that's what I ended up with. I got a freestanding bathtub, without a shower combo or wand, and they did provide a timeline for installation which they adhered to.
I am very happy with the bathtub itself, and the installation team was good, leaving everything clean. After the installation, they gave a demo which provided enough information for me. If a friend asked about my experience, I would definitely recommend it. My favorite feature is the ease of just walking into the tub. The overall experience with Kohler was good, but the cost was high, about twice what I expected. We live in Oklahoma and we're locked in here with one installation company for Oklahoma, parts of Texas and Arkansas. They do a three-state area. You can't make a lot of change.

I recently had the experience of getting a Kohler walk-in tub installed. We initially came across Kohler online while researching walk-in tubs, and they stood out because they had local crews ready for installation, unlike some other high-rated brands where we would have had to find installers ourselves.
The presentation was handled by a very pleasant and knowledgeable representative who had over 20 years of experience, which was impressive. The installation process was mostly on schedule, taking about three days. However, there were some issues with our hot water heater. Since we have a propane system, the existing heater wasn’t adequate, so a bigger one was installed. Unfortunately, the state inspector had some concerns, so we're still working through that issue.

I first learned about Kohler when I was looking online for a suitable tub. I found an email from them, reached out, and they came over on a weekend to discuss pricing and features. I agreed to having them do the job. The installation team did an excellent job; they spent a little over half a day installing the tub, and we tried it out the following day.
We purchased the walk-in tub primarily for safety reasons, as both my wife and I are 85, and she was having difficulty getting in and out of a regular tub. Since installation, I find myself using the shower less often, opting instead to hop into the tub. While we haven't fully utilized all the tub's features yet, we appreciate how easy it is to get in and out. Overall, it works fine and meets our needs.

We chose a Kohler walk-in shower as their walk-in tub was too expensive for us, but we love our shower. The installation process went smoothly without any problems. Initially, three people came out for the teardown, and we managed some drywall work ourselves. One person completed the installation afterward.
The quality of the work was excellent. My husband loves the new bathroom area, especially now that it includes a grab bar for added safety. We would definitely recommend Kohler to our family and friends if they need any bathroom installations. The new shower has greatly impacted our lives.

I love my Kohler walk-in bath. I'd wanted one for years, especially when my husband was ill, but he was resistant to the idea. Sadly, he passed away last November, and I decided it was time for me to get one, as my old tub was too hard to get out of. The guy that came was so good. The installation was smooth, done by two great guys from around Beaufort, and only took a day and a half. They were terrific.
I'm 92 years old, and I especially love the bubble features—it’s like taking a bubble bath. However, I think it could be difficult for someone very ill to use because the jets are powerful, and they might need assistance. Still, I’m satisfied with my purchase. Growing up, my sister swore by Kohler for their quality, so I knew I was choosing a reliable product.
