Stay out of this business if you can. I know it is hard when the offer is too good to be true. But as the saying is 'if it is too good to be true then it is not true.' If there was an option to give them a 0 (zero) rating, I would have given that to this company. You will be cheated beyond your imagination. This is a scam, probably one man operated company projecting as a mover. The person (Chris, **) seems to be a broker getting money from you, and selling you to some driver.
I purchased the contract from them to move from NY to NC, and gave them full details of our household i.e. number of bedroom, items etc. to the most possible detail one can imagine. Then at the day of moving, when the driver showed up, he declined to pick up the stuff saying it was too much, but when I asked the question what is out of the contract he could not explain. Original contract was for $3694.22, but he said he won't pick up unless we agree for $6,500.
So, I called this company to tell them what was going on, and the company instead of speaking to the driver, told me they cannot do anything, whatever driver is asking we have to pay, if we want our stuff to be moved. With all the things in motion, i.e. joining the job in another city, kids' school starting in the new city, I could not afford to wait another 2-3 weeks to plan the move with another provider, so I negotiated with the driver and he agreed to moved everything (he said he does not need to see anything anymore because he would just move everything), for $5,500.
I was disappointed but consoled myself thinking that at least our stuff was moving as planned. Not true. At around 11 pm, while still the last room was to go, driver (named James) came to me and said that he would not load any more stuff, and I can do whatever I want but he just won't carry anything in his truck. He said he does not want to give any reason, but he just won't carry any more stuff because he has to pick up another house stuff in the same truck/trip. So, I negotiated with him again and got him to agree to put my son's desk/chair and our TV.
I thought I was done for the day, but I was wrong, my miseries were not over. After he loaded the truck, he came to me around 12 midnight and gave me a sheet of paper with virtually nothing in it, did not get my signature on any paper, or his signature on any paper, confirming what he had taken from my house, and left with the truck. I know this is a long post, but I want to warn everyone who is thinking to hire this mover, be very careful and choose another mover. It will be worth extra money if you have to pay that to the other movers.
Got quoted $1400 for 50 medium sized boxes, a treadmill and 2 Bowflex sets to move from Il to Ca. The price more than doubled after stuff got loaded on truck but Jose the driver assured me that this was all just an "estimate", and that actual bill will be closer to $1400. Our things were delivered one month later than estimated delivery, most of it was damaged, and two boxes were missing. We ended up having to pay the full amount of the "estimate", which was more than twice the original quote given over the phone. Our stuff was not going to get unloaded unless we paid the full amount. Customer service was VERY VERY rude once our stuff was moved on the truck.
Most of the time, I had to use four different numbers to call them because the moment they get your number, and they know you are calling about an issue, they will not answer the phone. If you use a different number and they answer, they will drop the call once they figure out that you're the same person calling from a different number. These people made our move VERY VERY stressful, and it took over a year for me to write this review without having a stroke because every time I think about our experience with them, my blood boils. These scammers deserve whatever is coming their way. They steal and they cheat, and they lie. DO NOT USE INTEGRITY VAN LINES!
Move from SD TO CO: Horrible, worse than everyone that I have seen. Underestimated by half, had to get another truck from Penske ie Home Depot. Promised uniformed movers, head guy knew a little, other 2 were worthless. After loading they wanted AmPIF check which I provided. After 2 days they showed up at our new house. Got call from management that they wanted a bank transfer and would give me my check back, they did do that, but not till they sent the check by photo, cashed it and withdrew it from my account, and then would not unload (from unlocked trucks) till I wired the 16k to them. They sat around our house for 2 days waiting to get the wire transfer after they had been paid in full and the money had been withdrawn.
I had very good people working on it and they saved my butt. They are crooks and extortionists. Reported them to the FL Attorney General who referred me to a federal agency. They called and took the report, took 1/2 Hour. Wanted to sue, but would have cost more than the move. They told me they would just change their number and be right back business. These people are absolute scam artists. Avoid them at all costs, go only to reputable moving companies and severely vet them, search multiple sites and look at everything you can find. The experience was emotional and awful and sooo stressful.
Had the same experience as some of the others. Price was under quoted. Once property loaded on truck, price increased. Stored for 60 days. Not all the property was delivered to new address. Filed a claim. When inquiring 12/28/17, I was told that they were out of business. Antiques were broken or disassembled. Packing team was advertised to be four uniformed employees. Two showed up. Unloading crew threw belongings in garage. Entire move handled in a grossly negligent manner.
Terrible experience. Key issues: 1. Integrity Van Lines agent estimated the cost of my move over the phone (FaceTime) and it turned out to be very inaccurate, where I had to pay 50% more than the estimate. Although I have asked the agent for having a company representative visit our house and estimate the job cost, the agent insisted that her phone/video estimate is the same and very close to an in person estimate. The estimate was $4,500, and I ended up paying $7,076!
2. Integrity Van Lines subcontracted another company to move my furniture, which did not appear or act professionally. They drove from their base in New Jersey to do a job between North Carolina and Virginia! 3. Integrity Van Lines agent and the driver confirmed to me what was stated in the “estimate” that they will unpack every item that was packed in our old house, however, that did not happen. My wife and I had to unpack most of the items, unfold boxes, stack all cardboards, and trash them in the following 36 hours!
4. I was not satisfied with the unprofessional service of this company. The movers were rough, impolite, and talked behind my back when I delayed their tips (main driver said about me, “He’s a stingy rat”), I heard it by coincidence when I went to check on them at the back of the truck. That said, I have given them US$300 as tips, hoping they take the time to unpack our furniture. They have not.
5. I have sent 4 emails to Integrity Van Lines to tell them that I am disappointed from the service and shared with the agent a number of photos to prove the issue. I have also called the manager 2-3 times to ask about waiving the additional unpacking fee ($1400), but no one ever wrote back to me about this! I tried to dispute the down payment through my credit card company, but that was declined, since the credit card company does not dispute for "quality" of services. I have documents and photos to support my review. And, I still believe I should be reimbursed for the additional unpacking services ($1,400).

Chris my salesman quoted me a price of 1500 dollars and took $500 dollar down payment. I was told that I just need to give another 500.00 to driver on pickup and 500.00 on delivery. When the driver loaded the truck the driver asked for 850 because my total bill was not 1500.00 it was 2700.00. I ask driver to take the furniture off the truck. I was told it would cost 500 for giving me my furniture back. After a debate, Integrity took off 400.00. But they did not deliver on the date promise. Did not call. Integrity gave me a date and said make the date or pay 400.00.
Integrity Van Lines under quoted my move by $4K and unwittingly I agreed to use them. I was moving from Pennsylvania to Arizona and on July 07 Integrity Van Lines arrived at my house at 12:30 pm, scheduled to arrive at 08:00 a.m. The driver, Corey, informed me that the charges would be higher by $3.5K. We discussed and reluctantly I agreed to go-on since it was my scheduled moving day and I had to stick to my timeline. Corey did not have a team and he proceeded to call people from around the area. The moved slated to take one day was accomplished in two days. The packers were not experienced and they needed much supervision to pack appropriately.
On July 21 I contacted Integrity Van Lines and scheduled a delivery to my new house for August 25. In the interim I spoke several times with Dispatch, Duron, to ensure my delivery was going to happen as scheduled. Duron was rude, condescending and difficult to work with. They missed the 08.25 date and told me to expect delivery on 08.28 or 08.29, which they missed. Next, they told me that by 09.01 I would have my personal belongings, and that date was missed as well. Another date was set for 09.08 and that too was missed. As of today, September 13, I have not received my personal belongings and the company will not return my phone calls.
I have been sleeping on the floor for the past 20 days incurring undue expenses for things I already have but are packed and not delivered. Integrity Van Lines has no morals... This company is managed by unscrupulous management and uncaring people and they have ruined my move and personal experience in this undertaking forcing to countless hours tracking my belongings.
Duron, Mike and Paul have behaved with no compassion, understanding or professionalism. Paul will utter whatever it takes to try and appease me using such platitudes as, "I just spoke with my manager to get you a real nice gift to make-up for your inconvenience," or, "Don't worry, we're going to make it better by giving you a discount." Please heed my warning, you are in great peril with Integrity Van Lines. Most of the time a cheap price will turn-out to be an outrageously expensive experience and that is Integrity Van Lines.
They were the nicest people to deal with until they get your deposit, and show up with a Budget rent a truck to pack your house, when they promise they will show up with a Integrity truck. They LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! Every review with a one star rating is true. I can't give zero stars otherwise I would! These people are crooks and unless I get my belongings in the next few days (today is 9/11/2017), I will make it my life's mission to put these people behind bars.
They picked up our stuff July 21st. It did not arrive here until August 14th. They were very late picking the stuff up in Philadelphia, and extremely rude to my mother. We did exactly what they'd asked us to do, which was to send them a video of the stuff. Then when the guys get there the one says something like, "There's no way that will fit," and, "We'll leave stuff behind." Luckily they didn't but that was very stressful for my mother. Then whenever we tried to get any information about the delivery date, it was a three ring circus. Someone was always passing the buck. I don't know how many times someone from my family called them. They were extremely rude on the phone.
So the stuff FINALLY gets here at 6pm on August 14th. They charge us $300 more than what the estimate was. And oh by the way, they only accept cash or postal money order. Luckily I had read the contract, but my mother still had to go get $300 from the ATM. Then they don't even put half the furniture together. They say, "Oh it's getting late. We have to leave." Whose fault is that that you didn't get here until 6pm? Not ours, that's for sure. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN.
This Company slipped on the ice and smashed their truck into a wall with all my things on the truck. They sent me a letter saying they would take care of the damages but then I never heard from them again. I have sent many emails and phone messages asking what happened to my funds?? With no response from this company. Their regular insurance offered me 177.00 for my loss of a 45 inch flat screen TV... a broken brand new Keurig coffee maker... A book shelf snapped into 2 pieces. My 800 dollar TV console that I had white glove delivery on. And all my electronics that they dropped into a 5 foot wardrobe box while wrapping nothing. This was my worst nightmare.
Run Run Run if you are considering this company for your move. They also showed up at 7pm when scheduled for 8am for pick up and delivery was also 12 hours later than scheduled. And they don't tell you until they get there with your stuff that you need cash for the final payment. I had to come up with 1100 cash at 8PM at night on a Saturaday Night or they were going to leave and charge me another 500 per day till I got the cash.
This is an attempt to settle a dispute with Integrity Van Lines. On June 23, a company representative created a Binding Estimate of $8553.33. This was based on both a discussion of items in the home and on detailed pictures sent. The representative said he was going to list it as a partial pack because many items were already boxed and sitting in the garage. The invoice charged a full pack. The driver arrived two days late, and it took two days to pack and load. The truck that arrived had a load in the front, and a load in the back. It looked clear to me from the beginning that there wouldn't be room. The driver told me that "we will see." The rep told me that there would be a crew of Integrity employees, not local pick-ups, of four movers and three helpers to pack. Instead, the driver contacted a random guy from Craigslist, who brought his girlfriend and the girlfriend's brother.
They clearly had no packing experience, and were putting things in boxes with no padding. There were only large boxes and one roll of thick brown paper. The driver told me to cut it into smaller pieces, or to tear off pieces to pack. Friends who had come to say goodbye were kind enough to stay and help pack, and packed about half of the load after I went to Home Depot and bought actual boxes the right size to hold dishes and correct packing paper and materials. That is not a full pack! By the end of the first day, it was clear that the load wouldn't fit. I had to take the driver to a truck rental place, back to the house, to a storage unit, back to the truck rental place, and then back to the house. All of our belongings were now either on the truck or in storage. Only then did the driver write out a new invoice. The number on the invoice was illegible, so I asked him what it said. He said "nineteen sixty four."
This sounded reasonable to me as Mike (the manager) had promised to "make it right, make it perfect." I assumed that there was a discount for the $8500 minus the $3000 deposit. Instead, later that night when I received the electronic invoice, it was for $19,641.00. In any event, with all of our belongings either in storage or on the truck, what was I supposed to do? The driver then explained to me that nothing would be released from the truck until the invoice was paid in full, even though we weren't getting our full delivery. We would just have to trust that the items from storage would follow. In the days that followed, both my husband and myself spoke with people from accounting and from management. Everyone said they would "reach out to...." fill in the blank with someone from another department and get back to us.
Each person who got back to us wanted to explain that the charge was higher because there were more items than were estimated. This was never in question. The question was how the estimate created by a moving company based on detailed pictures of each room from multiple angles could be so wrong. How in the world would we know how many cubic feet we would need? Isn't that the whole point of having a company representative create the "binding" estimate based on actual pictures? And that person had it verified by someone in operations? The most reasonable outcome would be delivery of our goods at the binding estimate price. Mike himself said "We made the mistake, and we will make it right."
That has not been the case. Trying to justify more than doubling the binding estimate and explaining how not living up to an agreement and justifying charging $20,000 total to move a 1700 square foot house is not making it right. Again, delivery of our goods as agreed at the binding estimate price, based on the estimate created by Integrity Van Lines after looking at pictures, is the only reasonable outcome. Either the estimate was fraudulent, or the doubled invoice was fraudulent. SAVE YOURSELF!
This company has done nothing but lie and deceive since they picked up our stuff 22 days ago. The salesman promised a delivery date of 7 days from pickup. Now it's been 15 days and counting of living in an empty house with two small kids, with two more promised delivery dates missed, and no promise of a delivery date (another missed one today) aside from "a few more days". A heartbreaking and devastating experience, hiring "Integrity" Van Lines is possibly the worst decision I've ever made. A truly traumatic experience through and through. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
I went with Integrity to move me from Texas to WV. WORST DECISION EVER. Here's the details: They picked up my belongings, packed everything well. This was December 14th. As part of the agreement, they agreed to store my belongings for 90 days in an Integrity storage facility that was climate controlled. Fast forward to March when I needed to extend my storage timeframe. After a few emails I finally got a response from someone and they said that was fine. $225 per month after the 90 days of free storage ended.
In April, I finally got an end destination so wanted to start working to get my items delivered. I wouldn't get responses to questions, customer service line was never answered. Then found out the driver who had packed my stuff and taken to storage (Shy) had left the company. He was the only person who would respond to me.
After getting no responses for weeks, I saw on one of my invoices that my stuff was at an Extra Space storage unit (unit **) in Humble, TX. Funny enough, I see one of the complaints is from the other person who's items were stored along with mine! Crazy! Well if you read her complaint (Terri), you will know that they failed to make payment and Extra Space took possession of the unit and almost auctioned everything off. Terri was able to get her belongings out, however Integrity and Extra Space wouldn't let me get mine out unless Integrity and I came to an agreement.
Well, tried to get some answers from Integrity before letting them move my stuff, they stopped responding again. This went on for two weeks. Finally got a call from someone named Mike who said he would have a driver come pick up my belongings and deliver them directly, also agreed to remove the storage unit fees. Told them they could pick my belongings off and here we are today with nothing.
I requested delivery on 5/4, they picked up on 5/12. Extra Space was awesome enough to take pictures of my belongings before they took off with my items and I doubt there will be much that is salvageable. It's like they threw everything out of the truck. Boxes squashed in half, glass shattered. Now Mike said it would be a direct delivery - here it is May 20th and no furniture. Can't get a response. Mike will send a vague text telling me he would send me the drivers number and my stuff is on the way. So full of it.
I've called the FBI to start researching this company as the FBI deals with interstate commerce. Something needs to happen. If you are having this issue with this company I recommend calling your local FBI office to get some ideas for how to proceed. I've never seen such a group of people with so little regard for someone else's belongings. I cannot implore you enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't save myself it seems, so hopefully I can save someone else some heartache.
My previous post saying my issues with Integrity were resolved was a LIE. Integrity was holding our belongings hostage because of bad reviews. One with consumer affairs and one with BBB. Once I reported my issues as resolved our belongings were delivered about 2 weeks later. We never did get the gift card. Also we have a claim with CSI (insurance company through Integrity) who has sent integrity a settlement letter several times with no response.
I hired Integrity Van Lines and storage. They were contracted to move (2/16/17) and then store our stuff for 30 days between act of sale. When our stuff didn't show up as scheduled we started trying to find out what was going on. Either no one would answer the phone or they would tell us they would call back with an update which never happened. 4 weeks later we were still in an empty house. On (March 31, 2017) a commercial storage unit, Extra Space Storage in Humble Texas called us that they had our belongings. It was discovered when the driver of the moving truck defaulted on the rent & the storage facility cut the locks to remove our contents for auction.
Once the lock was cut and the door opened paperwork with our name on it fell out and the manager called us. What we found out is that the Integrity driver rented the space with a personal credit card because storage facilities do not rent to movers. Thankfully, the storage facility locked our stuff up for safe keeping and changed the gate code for that unit so no one could get the contents of the unit until we could find a reputable mover to transfer from Humble, TX to New Mexico. Before this could happen, Extra space storage had to get a release from the driver to relinquish his responsibility of the unit to me. When he did this Extra Space relieved him of the balance on the unit $517.80. Thankfully he was not going to charge us for the balance owed.
The manager did instruct us to try and contact Integrity. We made and left several messages, emails and texts. They did send a driver on April 1, 2017 who was turned away by ES Storage. At my expense, I flew to Houston to supervise the move along with the manager supervision. Once inside I, the new movers, & the storage facility found stuff that was not ours stacked beside and in back of our stuff. The boxes were stacked all kinds of ways with items stacked recklessly to the near top of the unit. A note stating the balance of our stuff was in another unit (not ES Storage) that said to call Integrity to find out where the balance of our stuff is stored. We tried to contact Integrity and could not get any response. I am doing the best I can to determine what's missing & have noted a number of things.
More than likely we will never see this stuff again as it was not cheap to facilitate the new move. We had no idea that our stuff was separated & would have to find it & hire another mover yet again in the future. What I know for sure is a number of items are missing. Approximately 146 of 186 tags are accounted for, so we are leaving 40 of something. I know of at least my stereo equipment, stainless grill, the 20" chrome wheels for a Denali, elliptical, outdoor table and chairs, outdoor glider and crawfish pot & burner are missing. While unpacking I noted box size, box number and contents and if there are any damages. Several boxes were smashed in and some had been wet (rained the day unit was filled). Most notable damage a 60" smart TV was destroyed.
I paid approximately 2/3 of the move. I did owe the remainder after my stuff was delivered. It has never been delivered. I have incurred additional moving cost, flight, hotel and rental car to retrieve our belongings. I only wish we could have found out where that other unit. I found out after my return from Houston. I found out after I got back the other items were in another facility in Humble. My husband will be contacting them this date (April 11, 2017). This other storage facility could not give us any information regarding our belongings even though we had paperwork stating they were in one of their units.
We have since heard from supposedly the owner Mike ** (iGreen Moving, not Integrity-probably one of the same) that he would do everything to help complete the move. This has been going on since the second week in April. He even gave us a delivery date that never happened. All in all Mike is very evasive and very hard to follow, his MO evidently. One cannot get a true answer to any of our inquiries. Forget getting a hold of anyone else at Integrity. To this day no one has acknowledged our situation nor do they care. We are taking other steps to solve this situation. I sincerely doubt we ever get our belongings.
Absolute Nightmare! I was moving a few pieces of furniture and miscellaneous items from California to Washington. They tried to schedule a move late at night (after 10 pm) because the driver kept lying about his arrival time. When I tried to get some assistance with scheduling a more reasonable time, 3 different people told me that they do middle-of-the-night moves all the time, and it shouldn't be a problem. Two days later, they finally came to load my furniture. I went to Washington for 10 days to be there when the furniture arrived. I spent money on a plane ticket and rental car, and they NEVER delivered my things.
I spent hours on the phone trying to get my stuff delivered. They told me it was on the truck, then they told me no, they didn't have it on the truck. I told them I couldn't make it back until March, and so a month ago, I started calling to schedule the delivery. They assured me they could get it delivered for the time period I would be up there. I have been calling them for the last week every day to verify that my things will be loaded on a truck and delivered, and no one is returning my phone calls. This company has NO INTEGRITY, and I don't know when I will ever see any of my items. I have no idea what to do!
WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! I was told I'd get 30 days of storage and they called almost 2 weeks before the 30 days was up to tell me they are delivering my things. I said I was to have 30 days free storage and was told "well that's only 12 days away." I said "that's fine as long as my things weren't delivered prior to that." I get a call approximately 5 days later and I was told my things would be delivered the next day. I then had to call and spoke with Nicki and I explained that all my monetary plans were based on the 30 days. She said "no problem we'll just re-store everything" which they did. I thought everything was fine until my delivery arrived. EVERYTHING was damaged, it was obvious my things were thrown around.
I have or had a recording studio and several instruments. My basses were obviously taken out of their cases to be dinged up as there are marks all over them and they were covered in dust. The cases they were in do not allow dust. I've stored them before for much longer than 30 days and No dust was ever on them. My speaker stands and speakers were broken and I noticed that any box that was marked w/ studio equipment were so badly damaged they had to tape the boxes together. The box with my $5000 MAC Pro tower and screen was unrecognizable. My bed was obviously dragged on the ground as the plastic cover was shredded on both the box spring and mattress. My dresser and night stand had been mishandled so horribly that there were nails missing that held it together and pieces were chipped off.
This was obviously done intentionally as there is no way a so called 5 star rating company could have gotten 5 stars if everyone's things were delivered in as bad of shape as mine. On top of all this they steal as well. Of all the things to steal shoes!? Seriously!? I haven't opened all my boxes yet but I'll not be surprised to discover more missing or broken things. I'm appalled at the manner in which this company is ran. DO NOT trust them as they are liars and if you make them give you what they promised they will take their frustrations out on your items and target the ones that were obviously the most costly. I've been trying to make a claim but am constantly being given the run around. HORRIBLE company. I wish I would've moved myself as it cost almost $3000. I paid to have my nice things destroyed or stolen. They don't even deserve 1 star but I have to put something so 1 being the lowest is what I've chosen.
This was my original post and it wasn't up 5 minutes before they were calling begging me to take it down. They promised to take care of everything through their insurance so I took it down but that hasn't happened either. Betty did send me an email that showed there was an attachment, a form to fill out I would imagine, but upon opening it nothing was actually attached. I called her numerous times and she never answered or returned my calls, so I sent an email and heard nothing via email either. They sub contract other moving companies in your area, but I guess they don't make sure they're a reputable company. All I've done is take losses, get lied to and stolen from. Consider these things before choosing this company, I wouldn't wish this on anyone and am full of nothing but regret for choosing them and giving them my trust and money.
Upon searching the internet for a long distance move, I stumbled across the website consumeraffairs.com and read the rave reviews for Integrity Van Lines. I mean, with a name like Integrity. Well, shame on me for not doing my homework and for actually believing what the salesperson, Scott, told me about the estimate of $2600 for a move for my elderly, widowed mother from CA to WA. I was informed "we have all of our own trucks and employees and we do the job the whole way. We dont broker out the jobs." All of this was perhaps technically true however the caveat to these statements are as follows:
Integrity WILL sub-contract out the job to another company claiming they are all Integrity employees. Not true! The three men who showed up to pack and load on moving day arrived in a truck with NO company name on it. I came to find out later the actual company name was Green Movers but electronic check payment went to Freedom Movers. So who knows who actually is doing the work? Aside from being extremely rude, the men proceeded to start boxing and packing the truck. Once the truck was less than halfway packed, the games started.
The amount of space taken in the truck at this point was the amount that would cover the estimated price. My mother was informed it would cost more. She asked how much more and then was informed they couldnt tell her until everything was packed and loaded. This was a direct violation of the contract. However, if she chose to discontinue using their services, she would be charged $1500 to unload. Essentially, her items were being held hostage. At this point all services came to a halt while she bickered over the price for 3+ hours... arguing between the packers, their foreman, and Integrity's account manager and owner. The final price came to $6100, more than double the original estimate of $2600. And this was discounted $1100 after much arguing.
Integrity's common business practice is to low-ball the estimate to win your business and then pull the bait and switch once they arrive and begin packing. A professional moving company would have done an accurate inspection of your items and provided an accurate estimate. I was also told the pack would only take a half day to complete. The actual packing took more than 8 hours spread out over two days. Because the packers were delayed due to the price haggling, they proceeded to rush through the remainder of the packing. We came to find out later, after items were delivered that many items are missing not to mention the damage to many pieces of furniture.
The original packers were unable to leave the state and therefore, the entire contents of the truck were emptied and placed into yet another truck and another carrier. The items were to be delivered by New Horizon. After one week, the items were due to arrive... after dark, in the sleet and rain. Then the complications of delivery began. However, this was no fault of the delivering drivers. Apparently, there was nowhere for the large truck to park to unload at the new location and therefore, they were forced to return the next day with a U-haul and would need to make several trips to make the full delivery. Of course this cost an additional $700 and the chance of more items being damaged due to more moving around. Perhaps this issue could have been avoided IF Integrity would have ASKED about the delivery location and if there were any restrictions.
Even more problems occurred when I tried contacting the owner of Integrity, Russell. I confronted him over the shady moves made and the drastic price increase. Honestly, I can say I have never dealt with a more unprofessional person in my life. His first comments were "Too bad" and then proceeded to say "What do I have to do to make you happy." I asked for one thing... the truth. I asked him to admit he did not do any of the actual work and he did not abide by the contract which states no work would begin without giving accurate price revision.
He proceeded to loudly belch in my ear and said he would blacklist the packing company from his list of employees. Wow! Then he said he would speak to the packers foreman, Mike, which he did because my phone rung immediately afterwards. Mike called me yelling at me to calm my ass down and that he would charge even more if I didnt calm my ass down. I hung up on him. He proceeded to call my mother and tell her to tell me to stay out of this and mind my own business. She hung up on him as well. Of course, I called Russell back and informed him of Mikes behavior. He said he wouldnt use that company anymore. I told Russell I would be leaving honest and accurate yet negative reviews of his company on as many websites I could. He said he would leave nasty reviews of me on the internet. Then he said he would refund $200 AFTER items arrived. Mysteriously, he is unreachable to this day!
After delivery, my mother was asked to sign a letter stating she would not leave any negative reviews. They expected me to sign this as well. However, I wasnt present to sign so. Any company that asks you to sign something that would prevent you from speaking truth in the public forum is obviously a company you do NOT want to do business with. Especially considering how they coerce all of their reviews!
I would like to update my status from my review. While I did have a bad experience, I will say that Integrity has rectified any issues that I may have had and corrected any wrongdoings. Not everyone will have a bad experience, but I'm thankful they were able to correct the issue. Thank you.
If you value customer service and your time, don't use this company. Read comments below... So let me start with how my experience went with this company. I moved from Texas to Michigan, obviously I had only a month to move and my mom was trying to help me out by finding the most affordable movers available. She came across Integrity who touted "5 Star" review. She didn't look close enough as after we realized this place was not who they claimed to be we looked closer. The reviews are mostly fake with fake Facebook profiles and most of which are from people who have never been to the United States so they really can't claim to have used a company that is "so great".
They quoted my mom a good quote which is why she went with them, however we needed our things to be delivered on December 10th and they promised us if the movers picked it up on December 3rd it would be there on the 10th... NOT TRUE... Here is where our issues started. Throughout the sales process and before pickup these people were quick to respond and my mom had no problem getting a hold of anyone, that all changed after pickup.
This company is a moving broker. They don't actually do any of the moves, but hire out a local company that's the cheapest who they don't actually communicate the quote that they quoted the customer to. In our case it was Giovanni Van Lines, mind you Giovanni Van Lines has no website, no way to find out if it's an actual company, and no way to actually figure out where your stuff is because it's a company that only exists in a local capacity, not across the US.
Giovanni comes into my place to get my things then says, "oh wait you have more than what Integrity claims you have and bigger things so it's going to cost more." Not to mention the free packing that was supposed to be a part of our contract, "well you can forget that because wrapping your furniture to protect it while moving is considering packing and we have to charge you almost $300 dollars for." So after being upcharged almost $500 from our original quote my mom tried to contact Integrity and we couldn't get a hold of anyone. And after calling hundreds of time when we would get a hold of someone it was always, "we'll get back to you" with no real follow up.
Then December 10th came with no call about my things. I tried calling Integrity with no answer or response from either Nikki or the after hour number. Which by the way if you have an after hours number it should not be a personal cellphone number. I got upset because I have expensive things so I then post my original review about not communicating with their customers and not being able to reach them.
Meanwhile I'm still trying I get a hold of someone who can tell me where my things are. This is when it starts getting horrible... This guy Russell who claims to be the owner gets a hold of Giovanni one day who claims we didn't pay him on pickup... Excuse me but you are not the company we contracted with, you are not even Integrity so I don't have to pay you. Second, he was extremely rude at first because Integrity failed to mention to him that we paid them.
First the security deposit, then when we thought we had paid have, the idiots that work at Integrity actually charged us the security deposit twice. So instead of putting that towards my bill, they actually refunded the second security deposit, which not only delayed my delivery it upset Giovanni, because he's sitting in Texas with my things stating he's never been paid. So Russell called Giovanni, who was rude on the phone and said he wanted half before delivery. So once I got that amount and Integrity's bank account to deposit the amount I did so on a Friday.
This whole time I'm being bribed by not only Russell, but a man named Mike who also claimed to be the owner, to take down my review. Offering me discounts to take it down, which is highly illegal. Russell was rude to me on the phone mocking me and just making a joke out of the fact that the week right before Christmas is when I'm getting my things... I have been waiting at least three weeks at this point. Giovanni was nice and helpful after he realized we paid, so I don't think any of this is his fault, he was just trying to do a job and Integrity was lying and failing to do their part to both me and my mom and then to Giovanni.
Here's the real issue, my stuff was delivered on Christmas Eve, I barely made it to my family's on time. Because this could have been avoided had Integrity done their job right. Then some Sean guy who is ultimately Russell is harassing me on Facebook also telling me to take down my review. My stuff was not fully delivered and I'm not taking down my review. I am missing several items because they delivered it wrong and that is not okay. What this company can do to fix it, is pay me for my lost items, plus the security deposit since they couldn't do their jobs correctly in the first place... Dining table $400. 7x10 rug $150. And my TV stand $75. All were not delivered...
Integrity van lines, they have professional teams and their customer support care are so friendly. My moving was so comfortable when moving from Orlando to Miami, they wrapped all my furniture with blankets, and they all arrived in good condition without a single dent.
Integrity Van Lines is an excellent company. I was clear with my instructions at the very first that my room's furniture is quite old yet is made of excellent wood it should not get even a single scar. They wrapped my furniture thrice once in plastic sheet then cardboard then again in plastic. They ensured that none get a scar or breakage. I am glad everything turned out pretty well. The guys from Integrity Van Lines were absolutely the best. At first, I initiated a move all the way from California to Atlanta and boy was I not impressed. They were very prompt in beginning with the move as the driver came just a day after I called. They started the move immediately and were surprisingly quick in delivering the furniture to my new home. The thing to note was that almost not a single thing was scratched or even scarred upon, these cases are very usual with other services, so thank you Integrity Van Lines.

First of all it was one of the hardest decision I ever made. Was to choose them over my mom. Had to move in last minute so I had to have him pack all the boxes and need storage in Georgia. The office was very professional. Mr. ** was very detailed so on the move date the guys came all professional and on time. They had boxes for the kitchen and have the house done in about 5 hours. The delivery take about 3 days. When Mike arrived at the doorstep the truck with the same truck from the beginning and the same guys they are very nice movers. Mr. ** broke down the bill for me. I paid 50% in Florida and the remaining balance in Georgia. I had a choice between them and other companies. Their prices was not the lowest but the price was reasonable. The furniture was giving great care. Great service. Would give them five star.

I seriously wish I could give these guys more stars. They showed up on the day they said they would. They dropped off on the day they said they would. All my items were in perfect condition when they delivered. They even put my beds and cabinets back together for free. How great is that?? Loved these guys. I'll use them again. I'll tell my friends, and if my mom ever moves, I'll make sure these guys move my Mother.

Integrity Van Lines did a great job moving me from Beverly Hills to Hallandale beach, fl. It was nice to have an actual carrier instead of a broker. They showed up on time and my price did not change contrary to many horror stories I have read about other companies. I will be referring them to friends and family.

I've moved a bunch of times, this was our best experience by far. First time that my price didn't change. My dresser got a real small scratch and they had a furniture repair service come by to fix it. I can't even find the scratch. Definitely really happy with these guys.
