My overall experience has been excellent. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Top tier customer service and prompt return service calls answering all our questions in a timely manner. Very simple and easy process love the way they are organized and how quickly your building comes together. Lots of smart options as far as upgrades. From color choices, insulation to sky lights.

Hi To whom it may concern, I have been in the process of looking to build a barn and concluded that the best way to way would be a metal structure. It's moderate size. 40 x 62. And I wanted it open in the center to divide it the way I wanted to. When I started looking around the buildings I was getting quotes on where galvanized steel consequently I knew that wouldn't support what I was trying to do. General Steel came back and gave me Red steel structure meeting and exceeding my expectations. I'm very pleased with everyone I've been in contact with at General Steel.

Our company recently decided to replace an older modular office building. A valued tenant was in with a larger 30' by 50' building. We looked at construction options and decided on a steel building built on a concrete slab as the best value for price choice for us. We selected General Steel over its competition based on its website information and reviews we looked at. Choosing a steel building from General Steel allowed us to add on many appearance and energy efficiency features we would have had to otherwise say no to.
Our call was assigned to their Sales Representative, Chase **. Within 48 hours of that call being placed, we were looking at a building quote from Chase that met the size, features and price requirements we'd established for the project. The order is now being supervised by our Project Coordinator, Ronald **. We've supplied him with initial drawings that will result in blueprints and detailed specifications soon. Mr. ** is very thorough and has made a point of communicating with us as needed regarding the specifics of each element important to the fabrication and construction process he oversees. We're very happy so far with General Steel and are looking forward to completion of our new steel building.

I've asked and received several quotes on red iron buildings for my 40x60x18 shop. Without a doubt, General Steel was the most professional, responsive, and willing to work with me than any of the others. Andy ** was committed to working with me and providing me with all the information and pricing I needed prior to making a decision! My house is next. I'll definitely call Andy and the General Steel team for the build!

We have existing 32'x32' containment area with concrete floor and 4ft concrete wall adjoin existing bldg. that we are trying to repurpose into maintenance shop. We tried few local contractors, but didn't get very far with it. I heard the General Steel on radio and decided to give them a call. Ben **, our project consultant, called back and asked few questions. After Ben reviewed the pictures I sent him, he was able to guide me thru the process and turn my idea into a real project with budgetary number including preliminary design and locating a contractor in my area to install the bldg.
Talking to Ben, I quickly realized that they have done many similar projects. They have the supporting teams and all the processes and workflows in place to guide me along the way, which makes me feel confident to take on the project. This is my first project and I feel like I am in a good hand. I will highly recommend Ben ** and his teams at General Steel if you have any building needs.

Heard the ad on Radio and called the number to check on year end sale numbers on a 20x 30 steel bldg. Talked to Justin ** and got the info I desired. He then looked up available units and found that He had a 20x32 but not the 20 x30. Made me a deal on it. I later found that our budget was below the cost quoted by about 1500.00 until after new year when new budget went into effect. He made it work and I am the owner of a new steel building within my budget. Good work and I look forward to doing business with General Steel in the Future. Will recommend to business associates.

This is a 30x40 steel structure to use as a barn, roof, and insulation. We are having to get 2 end garage doors, and front walkway door. Color we want, and windows on part of structure. We are also doing 4 over hanger on both sides.

The first person I talked with, Andy, addressed my questions in a very professional and personable manner. Even though General Steel deals with requests for buildings that are 100x200 or larger, Andy made me feel that my 24x30 building was very important to him. He got back to me within a half hour, with an amazing quote. I am now a happy General Steel customer.

We just ordered our Barndominium and it has been a really great experience so far. Easy to work with people, Zach and Lauren were terrific. We are pleased with all of the choices that we have, and the help they are giving us with getting the building put up when we get our foundation in!
