  • A yearly roof leak limit of $1,500
  • A $1,000 yearly limit for code violations, permits and modifications

Coverage includes older items with preexisting conditions, even if you don’t have a maintenance record. An Express Home Warranty plan may also cover the cost of removal for outdated or ineffective items.

• The Bronze Plan costs $79.99 per month.
• The Silver Plan costs $89.99 per month.
• The Gold Plan costs $109.99 per month.
