My wife and I live in high calcium Arizona. We were so satisfied with the performance of our EasyWater Conditioner that we bought another one. Our first unit lasted 9 years and would have probably lasted longer, but was damaged by a lightning strike close to our house. We have a swamp cooler too and it helps a lot with keeping the calcium build up to a real minimum. Our customer/sales representative was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable about the EasyWater product. Very happy customer.

My wife and I purchased a lake house with well. When we purchased we noticed the heavy rust stains in all the fixtures and were doing a complete reno so we knew it had to be fixed. My wife came across EasyWater in a Google search and we researched, read the reviews and ordered/installed the filter. The results have been amazing... the iron is completely gone. I sent in a water sample to Tony and the iron is gone from the treated water. I can't imagine water with more iron than ours had so to say the least I am totally elated.

I’ve had EasyWater for 5 years. No change in water. I have a lot of iron in my water. I was told I have to replace my tank 'cause the one that was sold to me is not for all the iron in my water. I was told when I bought the system I would be completely satisfied which I am not. I’m afraid to spend any more money with this company and get the same results.

On 7th of December 2017 ordered 2 times salt blocks and never delivered. A week before Christmas their number was saying they are closed and call after New Year. Now they stated it is delivered in my address and they have a signature of a person I do not recognise. Talking to the manager seems dodgy individuals running the business from home or somewhere where they overhear each other as I was told. Very rude and states individuals stating they cannot do anything about it. The so called manager told to get back to me and never did.

I had EasyWater to purify my water system better, and it really makes me want to keep drinking water once more instead of using tap water. I recommended this to others and they agree how nice it is to have a nice drink of cleaner water. The water is nice and clear to put ice in for extra coolness. The refreshing taste of that water is so refreshing especially when I have long trips or go out for a good workout with family or friends. However, usual time doesn't have to be too long but it needs to ensure that once it's clean it's safe. But there's not really too much time to use it for good uses especially when others want a nice drink from my faucet.

The water always comes out clear and taste good. Better than using tap water service and it never clumps when coming out. The system is easy to work, haven't had any major issues. One issue I do have is the nozzle sticks a little, but is workable. I compare it to Brita filter system. One of my top ten but like Brita a little better. Also a bit heavy for the sink and I feel like it may fall off. Suggest making the product lighter compared to other brands. Overall has good quality. Still holding strong to my sink spout without pulling down or leaking and making it easier for people to install. I would consider telling other to use this service as well. This works well for my family for everyday use and I wouldn't use any other product service.

I had a guy come in and install EasyWater so that I would have it done right the first time instead of attempting it over and over again and have to pay somebody after I tried it and have to pay even more. It's too pricey for the upgrades and replacement all the time and sometimes I have to go without because I cannot get it at the time when I need it most. But EasyWater has been a reliable brand that have been good at filtering the hardness out and making my water tastier for my family and a lot better for me overall.

EasyWater is a great quality product and they have the best features for a water filtration system. The installation was installed by a professional and it was set up pretty quickly. The system gives a blink whenever I turn it on and I got to use it right away when it was installed and I had a great day using it. My water has never tasted so good and this is how water should taste like. I love using EasyWater every day for everything that needs water. I would buy this system again.

It took about 2 hours to have EasyWater installed. It is easy to use and the water is as clean as ever. There is no harmful minerals in the water anymore making it more cost effective since I no longer have to buy filtered water. It’s safe to bathe in and drink making life easier. But the water has slightly less flavor than before it was installed and besides that nothing is really causing a problem.

I really like all this EasyWater water purification system, the truth has an incredible technology to achieve a high degree of purification, besides that the water comes out very clear and clean. The purchase process is quite simple but they should really improve the design of the equipment, since they are not very comfortable for the installation. Despite this I would not change anything else since it seems an incredible product and should not change.

We absolutely love our water!!! We purchased a whole house revitalife with a lead shield, a toxin shield, and a reverse osmosis filter in our kitchen. I missed our remineralized RO water terribly in France. (So much so that we brought bottles of it with us to Chicago). Chad, Brandon, and Bryce helped us so much with everything: discussing all of our concerns, questions, and also went way above what we expected in helping us with the installation. The quality of the water is amazing and I have no interest in ever purchasing a different brand. This has been the most important investment we have made with our home and my only regret is not buying one sooner.

I looked into buying a water softener since the water in my area is very hard. I spoke with a woman by the name of Michelle. At first, she seemed like she knew her product and stated that I could get the softener and reverse osmosis for $3088. She told me that if I wanted credit, that it would be a "soft pull" and wouldn't affect my credit score. I was approved up to $10,000 and then she said, "Since you applied for credit, it'll be 3508.10 instead."
