My experience with Choice Home Warranty was professional and a job well done by Leyna's Heating and AC. They were at my home within an hour after placing the call. They completed the job in about forty five minutes. Thank you for your promptness.
Washer needed repair, but they replaced it instead, very happy so far, just waiting on gift card from Lowe's to arrive, My Son is now going to take out a warranty thru Choice Home Warranty, would highly recommend them to anyone.
Had an issue with my HW heater on Saturday AM and scheduled a claim online. Heard from the claims office by email on Monday AM that an appointment was scheduled for Tues AM. The plumber arrived at the beginning of the quoted arrival window and completed the repair in less than an hour. That was great service on both the plumber’s and Choice’s part.
Notified Choice when my A/C quit working. They sent Solution Air LLC to repair it. Solution Air did a good job & repaired it. Were very courteous. Came when they were scheduled & I would not hesitate to request their service again.
Our contractor was nice and courteous. Found the problem, fixed it and left. Will recommend your company. My plumber Bobby ** was called over last Christmas holiday and he serviced my entire family. I will now recommend anytime. Thank you. Mark **.
Pleasant, caring and understanding, worked on a plan that I was comfortable with, answered my questions, I hope this will be my new home warranty service for years to come.... I wish the copay was 50.00, but read great reviews on this company, so I'm hoping for great service.
The professionals sent to my home arrived on time. While showing care and respect for my home, made a thorough search for my issue. Making a claim was as easy as logging into my account and selecting the system I needed help with.
My customer support listened to my needs and understood that an error had been made in offering me buyout for my refrigerator. My only concern is that it may take up to 33 days to receive Lowe's credit and a family cannot live that long out of coolers.
I think the technician was good and would rate him high but the whole process I would rate poorly. Everything started off fine then the AC company no showed us Thursday, Friday and Saturday. After making a couple of calls the technician finally showed up late on Saturday. At this point the AC had been out almost a week. Then the warranty did not cover the AC System only part of the system. Finally got the parts ordered and they could not come out until the following Friday after us waiting all day for him to show up and their office phone stated they were closed from 1pm on. Finally he called around 7pm and completed the work.
The company I would rate 1 due to the lack of communication and rude staff. The technician I would rate 4 due to good work but from his car with limited tools that were not intended for the job at hand. Choice Warranty I would rate maybe a 3 due to the lack of coverage when the coverage states AC system and only covers part of the system.
Service man came out checked out the problem and went to to his truck to check for part, didn't have it, had to order it. Came in, told me when it might come and set up a time to repair it. Very quick and polite.
We received a return call within 24 hours of the initial report. We also had a plumber come out to the house within 48 hours of reporting our problem. We had approval for our submitted claim from the plumber who came out to the house. We have an appointment to have the problem fixed on Friday. Loved the fast and professional customer service.
Very friendly. Introduced himself and immediately went to work. Found the problem within a few minutes. A part needed to be ordered and he would contact me to set up an appointment to install it when it came in. Expected it in 2 or 3 days.

I am pleased with the service tech that came looked at my garage door opener. Informed me he would need approval to order a new one due to not being able to order parts for that old of a model and has already gotten back with me to schedule an install within the same week. Thank you
Repairman was very pleasant and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. He came back when the part arrived and quickly replaced the broiler heating element and was out of there in ten minutes. The rest as they say is history.
The repair was handled quickly! Called it in on a Sunday afternoon and the repairman was there Tuesday morning and fixed it. Great service! The company that handled the repair called the night before and gave us a time and he was there right on time!
Our claim was denied because a part on the refrigerator had been replaced previously. We bought the refrigerator used several years ago and specifically purchased the warranty because there was no manufacturers warranty on the unit, CHW said it was denied due to improper installation. The unit was working when we bought it and ran fine for years. How was it improperly installed if it ran fine for years? I will purchase my next home warranty from another company and advise family and friends not to use this company.

It took longer than I thought to find someone to work on it. My understanding that the company came 88 miles. I was pleased with the technician work and his explanation of the work being done. I can’t believe Choice Warranty couldn’t find someone closer.
The motor went out on my AC. I contacted Choice Home Warranty and they took care of the rest. Scheduled a technician, they ordered the part and came and installed it. They are very efficient and keep you updated with the progress of your claim. Highly recommend Choice Home Warranty!
Edward with Penny Appliance is very responsive and proactive. He does good work, knowledgable about my washer, dryer and dishwasher. He is also friendly. I've had him for both my warranty visits and hope to get him again. Loved my tech, dissatisfied terribly with Choice- they refused to fix my broken dishwasher.

All visits by Paul ** from Crossroads Supply, were timely, and efficient. Good service and fast repair..Good repair service. In the event we have additional repair problems with the items that fall under our contract, I hope this company is selected to do the work.
Electrician came out to fix ceiling fans. Was a bad circuit breaker and broke pull light switch. Choice refused to honor needed repairs, so electrician didn't fix anything, but I'm suppose to pay a $65 fee for nothing being fixed and electrician is going to collect fee without fixing anything because you denied the legitimate claim. What a joke! You lost a customer and a vendor both! And we both will let everyone know what crooks you are! I paid the electrician out of pocket to do and finish the job, that you should have covered!

Trouble trying to explain the problem to an automated system. Very frustrating. Had to choose anything then callback with my case number and talk to a human to get my issue documented for the correct service. The plumber was great, he answered all our questions.

I had previously been with another home warranty company-for about 15 years. I recently changed to CHOICE. My first experience was very positive. I entered my request online and received a very prompt reply with an appointment for a appliance repair for the same day. My older refrigerator was fixed that afternoon--I am very pleased with this experience. I trust the next one will mirror this one!!!
The technician was assigned and had our unit fixed within 24hrs of our issue. It was much quicker than expected. He was friendly, informative, and I would definitely use his company if I ever had any issues outside of our warranty.
Getting with us ASAP was as quick as possible. After calling the first text that was not able to come you contacted an alternate company that came out and diagnosed the problem. The company is coming back today to take photos.
The repair technician that serviced my garage doors was very prompt and courteous. He took the time to explain what was happening and what what was covered and not covered with my home warranty. The technician also called earlier in the day to give me a smaller window time of arrival. Everything was repaired within a day of my call as well.
Garage door opener quick working. Tech looked at garage motor and determined that the remotes would not pair at all. They said that the motor would have to be replaced. They contacted Choice and within 5 min had approved to replace. The tech replaced the unit and had everything up and running in 30 minutes. Very impressed with service and Choice Home Warranty. Highly satisfied customer.
Tore ** with North to South Plumbing did a great job solving the problem. He arrived on-time and assessed the problem. He was able clear the backed up kitchen drain quickly. Also, Tore gave us some good plumbing information and suggestions. We are considering using this company for additional work. This was my first claim. I didn't realize that CHW had to approve the plumber's work before he could proceed. I understand why that's a good practice. I am thankful that the approval process was quick.
