    Our garbage disposal started leaking under the sink. I rang Choice Home Warranty and they gave me a claim number along with the phone number of a local plumber. I was contacted immediately and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. Thank you, Choice.

    The technician was very nice and they made sure to be there that day (which ended up being more than once) and he even came back one evening when we couldn't keep the ignitor light on. The phone staff was very helpful and polite when I called in to report the problem and was quick to refer it for help. The technician recommended replacing the unit because we were just basically "bandaging" a more serious problem so that concerns me, but it is working so I am not complaining. I guess my biggest concern is whether an appliance will be replaced if necessary. I don't want to keep putting band-aids on problems because it is no fun to take cold showers. I am happy with the results so far and hopefully we will not have any more issues with the water heater.

    Service was prompt and repair was done by Overhead Door Company. This is the company I would have called if I could have chosen. This is the only claim I have submitted in the year I have had Choice Home Warranty coverage. I will not hesitate to call If I need something repaired in the future. I have recommended your company to my daughter. Thanks for your great service so far.

    The first company that came out to fix my air conditioning was an individual that was rude and after a little over a week of waiting for a part did NOT fix the entire problem. I contacted Choice and they made sure I didn't have to pay another deductible and then sent a different company that took care of the problem immediately and got my air back up and running. Thank you, Choice, for taking care of your customers and making sure we are satisfied!

    Technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of visits. Very reassuring the problem was discovered before the hot weather set in for the summer. CHW was easy to contact and work with to facilitate and correct the problems. Great job.

    Our garage door would not open or close. We called Choice Home Warranty (CHW) and they quickly got us in touch with a local garage door company in Medford, Oregon named Overhead Door Company of Rogue Valley. Their service technician Richard was great in quickly repairing our 11 year old garage door unit by replacing it with a brand new unit. It works perfectly and is much quieter than the old one. Choice Home Warranty comes through again with excellent service. I would recommend them to any homeowner. Thanks again.

    My heating unit was not working and I requested a service. A company was assigned to me within half an hour by Choice Home Warranty. I placed a call to the technician who came the same day and fixed my unit. Great customer service from Choice Home Warranty!

    Choice Home Warranty was very responsive in addressing our issue. When the issue was first logged, the selected repair company did not have experience working with the brand of oven we have. However, a second repair service was found within a day and they came out same day to look at the issue. They needed to order parts, so it took a few additional days to get the oven repaired. The problem was resolved 4.5 days after it was logged.

    I have paid the full premium for 13 months last year for my Home Warranty. 2 things broke in my home during the coverage period: microwave and overhead garage door opener. Both the claims were denied for some reason or the other. Worse, they made me pay 45$ service fee for each technician visit - and they never fixed anything at all. I had to get both the items fixed on my own and at my own expense. On top of that, when I asked for a written reason why my claim was denied for my records, they said that they can't give out that information other than verbally over the phone and they cut the phone line.

    Apart from denying the claims, they are also rude when I try to reason out that it should be covered under the plan. I want to cancel the service, so I sent an email to cancel the service and reimburse my premium. I am extremely frustrated and angry with their Zero service (actually negative service). I need this to be taken up seriously please. I believe this business is a complete consumer rip-off and should be shut down right away.

    I called for service on my water heater and was given the name and number of the service company (Assurance Plumbing). I was contacted by Assurance to set up the service appoinment before I could contact them. The Service man was here when promised and did a wonderful job repairing my water heater. He was very nice and professional. I would use their service in the future for any plumbing problems I have.

    I recently submitted a claim for two ceiling fans on my patio. They are both covered from rain and after the electrician spent three days finding fans that would work with the amount allowed, they denied the claim and say they are not covered.

    My ac wasn't cooling my house. Had a tech sent by Choice who wasn't certified and 45$ later it still doesn't work. I was told they don't cover replacement ac units or corals. And when I signed up with them they told me they replace appliances if need to be. So what did I pay for? They are very unprofessional and rude. Both my parents had problems with them. Wish I knew that this company was a scam. Don't waste your money!!

    Choice took care of my AC problem. It was the second time that my AC was not blowing cold air. In Oct 2013, they only had the repair man fill it with Freon. The problem returned this spring 2014. The AC unit was almost completely out of Freon. They sent a great company out to repair it and fill it with Freon, only cost me my service fee. The only problem I had was the first company scheduled to come out and fix it made three appointments and never showed up.

    They got me another company to come out, but the guy who took my call for rescheduling was kind of short and rude on the phone. But oh well, maybe he was having a bad day. Bottom line Choice took care of me. I have already recommended them to a friend. People don't trust warranty companies and I did not either, however if you have an older home it may be worth your money to have one.

    My heater went out and Choice was very good at getting someone out to look at it. It did take an extra day to get parts but that was not the fault of either the contractor nor Choice. We were happy with the service and timeliness of response from Choice and the contractor!

    The technician was prompt, courteous, knows what he was doing and did a great job. I was only disappointed in the fact that cleaning the coils was not covered. We had a similar coverage in Omaha, Nebraska with Service One, when we lived there. It also covered preventive maintenance; checking and cleaning of coils, once for a/c and once for furnace, per year. Great preventive maintenance at no extra cost to customer, but saved them a lot of money, I'm sure. You might consider adding this to your warranty.

    CHW has helped me with getting my furnace running and working in the best way. I'm very pleased with the work they have done and the little wait to get the repairs done. Without CHW, I wouldn't have been able to afford the repairs and parts for my furnace such as a blower motor, blower switch, belt and a wheel. I am so glad I have CHW on my side.
