The Sales process went great and we are delighted with the product. The issues stem from one of the shades that ultimately required replacement. Issue 1: Upon calling 3 Day to report the issue, we were provided a case number and told we would be contacted within a few days. After waiting 2 weeks with no phone call, we called to follow up. The representative confirmed that they had our case number in the system and that they would “start the process”. So it took me waiting two weeks and having to call just to start the process. Issue 2: After waiting another two weeks I was told to follow up with Simply Windows which I did. So another unnecessary wait period just to schedule my repair appointment. It then took about 3 weeks for the initial repair visit.

Issue 3: The initial repair visit went fine and we were told that a new replacement shade would be necessary. The representative from Simply Windows turned out to be the owner and he indicated that once the new shade comes in - that he would be the person to install it because he wanted to make some adjustments with the brackets placement on the other shades that were installed. Issue 4: This is where the things went sideways. The representative that showed up was not the owner. The rep seemed surprised that he would need a ladder to do the replacement. He brought in a metal ladder and dragged it across our hardwood floors to extend it. He then proceeded to place the top of the ladder directly onto the glass of the window!

I was shocked and had to tell him that he could not do that - the weight of his body and the ladder would surely break the window (he positioned the top of the ladder at the mid point of a 72 inch tall window). He kept pushing back saying there was no other way. I finally convinced him to extend the ladder so that it rested above the window allowing him to easily reach the shade. He finally agreed and of course that worked out fine. I am just flabbergasted that anyone would place the top of an extension ladder directly on the window glass on a two story window.

I recently decided to give 3 Day Blinds a try after receiving a promotional offer in the mail. I've always loved shutters, and the ad piqued my interest with a buy one, get one 50% off deal on custom blinds, shades, and draperies. While the ad didn’t initially mention shutters, they do offer them, so I went ahead and explored my options.

The experience with the designer was enjoyable; he did a great job assisting me. However, I faced an unexpected charge of around $330 that wasn't disclosed beforehand, which was concerning. I decided to go with wide, white plantation shutters for my first floor. They're beautiful and the quality is excellent. I'm considering getting shutters for my second floor in the future.

If I were to rate my experience on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I'd give it a solid 4, primarily due to that unexplained extra charge. One thing potential buyers should know is that the "3 Day" name doesn’t mean quick installation. It took them several months to manufacture and install the shutters due to some delays, which required multiple follow-ups on my part.

The customer service was alright but needed some improvement, as I had to reach out several times for updates on my order. The price, while steep, was within what I expected for high-quality shutters that are made in the USA, and they come with lifetime repair support, which is reassuring. I'd rate the pricing a 4 as well, acknowledging it as a bit high but acceptable given the quality and warranty.

Overall, the shutters themselves have impressive quality. Despite some minor hiccups, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend 3 Day Blinds to others, highlighting the need for patience with the timeline and ensuring all costs are clear upfront.

We had five estimates from various other blinds and window treatment companies in the area, and we went with 3 Day Blinds for the product that they offered, the timeframe to install everything, and the professionalism of both the salesperson, Lisa, and the installers. Lisa gave us a number of different ideas to choose from but did not push us in any one direction like some of the other companies did. That allowed us to choose one of the three different options based on materials, time, price, warranty, and other minor items. Some of the other companies did not do that. They came in, measured, gave us a price and walked out. They didn't even follow up. But Lisa has followed up a number of times.

The first installation experience for the roll-down shades went very smoothly. The gentleman was very neat and polite. He answered all of our questions. When another gentleman came out to install the shutters after they were in, he was also very professional and cordial. We had special sizes that had to be built off site and the frame had to be put together on site because of the different window sizes that we have in this house. When they finished their work, they cleaned up and asked us if we had any questions on operation and gave us a number to follow up on if we did at a later date.

We really like the roll-down shades. They're battery operated shade, so there's no electrical wiring involved. They said we should get one to two years out of these batteries. It comes with a magnetic charger that you just plug in to a USB port into your nearest electrical outlet, let it charge for a couple hours and you're good for another couple of years. They're pretty neat and there's three of them. We have two on the sliders and one in the breakfast area. It's light filtering, so we still get light through the shade. Also, they ended up being a lot less expensive than the Levolor slider that we were looking at that we had in another home.

I needed blinds after a remodel of a couple rooms in the house and I wanted somebody who would come to me rather than me having to go to a showroom. I reached out to two companies, one of which was 3 Day Blinds. I never heard from the other one, so I went with 3 Day Blinds. The designer, James, was right on time and professional. My husband and I spread out some materials on our kitchen table and talked through options. I wanted to be able to see the samples. I'm more of a narrow the option down type of decision-maker since I'm more of a narrow the option down type of decision-maker. So, on a cold day, James went back out to his vehicle, got the rest of the stuff just so that I could be confident that I did not want those choices. We then settled on the decisions that we were going to make that day and I did not feel pressured.

In the end, I had three windows I needed done but I could only settle on a decision confidently on two of them. So, that's what we did and James did not pressure me into making the choice for the third right now. He said that we could get the two blinds installed then maybe it would be easier for us to make the other choice later. There was a risk of him not getting that sale, but the process was very comfortable and the paperwork was done smoothly at that point and now.

For the installation, I was told that the materials would arrive in their local warehouse within three days, which was going to be a Friday. They also told me that I should get a phone call from the installer. But I did not. So on the following Tuesday, I contacted my salesperson but wasn't all that worried about the urgency. I was just going with the timeline that had been told to me. So, it got that pushed back a little bit. Whether it's true or not, the story was that there had been a backlog getting to the warehouse. Then the installer was doing very little work because the materials hadn't been delivered. But when the installer would come in, he would have been all backed up. Also, getting the installation scheduled took several days longer than I thought it would. But in the end, things all worked out.

I now have two vertical blinds which are identical, and they are over sliding doors. The quality is very much what what we expected. Based on where the sun pattern is and the way the sun moves around our property, we were limited on some choices of what we could and couldn't do. So we knew what we were getting. And we certainly haven't had any trouble with them. They look fresh, new, and are working as expected. To get them, the price was right and I didn't have to leave my house. So that was super convenient.

We got a mailer and there was a buy one-get 50% off coupon in there for 3 Day Blinds, and the timing was right, so we reached out, and we're very happy. Their sales person walked us through all the choices. We had nothing in mind. We said we knew that there was a minimum of two windows, but it could be as many as eight that we were gonna have done, and we said, “Go look. What are your thoughts? What do you think? If this was your house, what choices would you try to do?” She walked us through all the possibilities, and we came to a decision and moved forward.

When they initially came to do the measurement, we have all Renewal by Andersen windows then and the way they did the trim, the designer thought they would be able to do inside trim, but it was gonna have to be outside mount. So, he was only here a few minutes and he told my daughter, “I have to talk to them because I can't measure them on the inside. They have to agree to do it on the outside because it won't work on the inside.” Shortly thereafter, I got a phone call from the designer who said what was going on and that there would be no additional charge type of situation, but we were gonna have to reschedule the measure so that they knew exactly what they were doing, and she had to get everything approved through management. It was seamless.

It was a minor hiccup, and when they came to install, my daughter was here. She said everything went seamlessly. Some blinds were electric and some were not, and the ones that were electric were demonstrated how they worked so that she could convey that to the rest of us that live there, and so everything was easy peasy. My husband was away for a month, and he came back and he said, “How do I work these blinds?” I thought he was talking about the downstairs bedroom. I said, “I'm busy doing something. You have to wait till I get downstairs.” He went, “These blinds?” I said, “Oh, they're electric.” He must have gone over to push them up and nothing was happening. He said, “I don't understand.” I said, “Because they're electric.” I had to show him because we mounted the thing to the wall. I said, “You come over here. You get this remote, and you push this button that says up, and it'll go up. If you push this button, it goes down.”

It is simple because you don't have to stand on your head to get to the blind to try to lift it up or down. That's why we went with the electric. The ones that we didn't need to have electric, the rep said there was no reason to have the electric unless we really wanted it. We heeded all her thoughts and insights of what to do, how to do it, and the pros and cons of the different things, and got to select the color. She was here longer than what she thought that she was gonna do, but she also left with a very good order, because we ended up doing 11 windows. I've already recommended 3 Day Blinds.

After contacting multiple companies for quotes, I opted for Three Day Blinds not because they were the cheapest but because they offered a selection that I preferred. I was particularly interested in their white roller shades, which I couldn't find elsewhere.

The design consultation was a pleasant experience, with a consultant who was knowledgeable and friendly. Installation was swift and painless. I was surprised and pleased that the shades came with a valance, which added a classy touch to the overall look.

In terms of quality, the blinds are robust and meet my expectations. I feel the cost was justified given the calibre of the product. I'd undoubtedly recommend Three Day Blinds to anyone seeking quality window treatments, and have already done so among friends. Although I didn't have contact with customer service post-purchase, my overall experience with their products and services has been very satisfying.

My salesperson from 3 Day Blinds was incredibly nice, which made a big difference in my decision. I first heard about them through my neighbor who had purchased their products and had a good experience. When it came to my own purchase, I decided on shades for my home, and I'm genuinely pleased with them; the quality seems pretty good so far.

The installation process was smooth and enjoyable. The installer was not only quick and easy but also had a great sense of humor and was very personable. If anyone were to ask me about 3 Day Blinds, I wouldn't hesitate to tell them to go for it. Even though the blinds I got were manual and not electric, I'm still quite satisfied with the overall experience.

While I found the price to be on the expensive side, it was reasonable compared to other options like Sunshine Drapery, which was even pricier. Overall, my sentiments are positive, and I'm content with my decision to choose 3 Day Blinds.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The representative who visited our home was incredibly helpful, offering samples that effortlessly matched our decor. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction left us thoroughly impressed.

The installation process was equally seamless. We opted for a variety of options including honeycomb, Roman shades, and blackout blinds, completing our entire upper level. The technician was phenomenal, imparting valuable knowledge on the electrical components, which was especially beneficial given my "vertically challenged" stature. His guidance on how to operate and charge the blinds was especially helpful, simplifying what could have been a daunting task.

In terms of quality, I couldn't ask for more. The blinds, particularly the blackout variant, have exceeded my expectations. We've been using them daily for about six months, yet I haven’t had to recharge them, which highlights their superior build. When considering the cost, I found the pricing to be comparable given the customization and quality provided. Not only do they look great, but we frequently receive compliments from guests.

Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied and would gladly recommend Three Day Blinds to friends and family.

On September 25, 2025, I met with a sales representative with 3 Day Blinds. I agreed to purchase the window blinds, so I made a down payment of $ 2206.75, with the reaming balance of $2120.22 to be paid after installation. On October 14, 2025, I received an email and text that my blinds would be installed on October 16, 2025. However, on October 16, 2025, I received a call from 3 Day Blind informing me that the installation had to be canceled as the blinds did not get delivered and ultimately were shipped back to San Diego. On October 17, 2025, 3 Day Blinds, without my consent and without installation being done, withdrew the remaining balance of $2120.22 using the account I provided for the down payment.

I have requested a full refund; I was originally told that I could not get a refund because my request was past the refund date. On November 13, 2025, almost a month after, I received an email from Stephanie ** indicating that I would be receiving a refund check for the total amount. As of today, I have not received my refund.
