    I purchased from 3 Day Blinds about eight years ago. I went through a vetting process this time for the new set of windows, but I find that 3 Day Blinds is a lot more responsive. The designer that came out lives in my area. He was absolutely wonderful. The first time he came, he spent time doing the measurements and said he couldn't help because the windows were so small. So, I went with Home Depot, and then they never sent someone back out to do the evaluation. So, I called him again and said, "Okay. Maybe we'll just go with one that doesn't actually fit, but at least cover the windows." He came back down and he measured, and we were getting ready to write up the contract. He said, "Oh, my God, there's one. There's absolutely one, and I have it in my car." He went to his car and he brought a little one in. They're far from average. I said, "Let's go with it." I signed up and paid.

    You have to pay in order to get someone to come out and do a second measurement. The designer was here Friday. They came out Saturday. My blinds were installed the following week. I was very satisfied. The room that he did has five windows, and I only covered three. I was gonna do the other two, and he says, "Look, these are really old, but they're still 3 Day Blinds, and they still work. So, why spend the money?" So, I didn't do those.

    He redeemed himself because the first time I used 3 Day Blinds, the woman that came out and measured was fine but the installer turned me against 3 Day Blinds ever using them again. I bought window coverings that was to go over a glass in the door, and he's supposed to secure the blinds at the bottom so that they wouldn't fly out every time you open the door. He said, "Oh, here are the fasteners. You can do that yourself." It took me a long time to call them because of that. I told them, and he was very apologetic. The two guys that came out to install that took them all of 15 minutes to get them up there. It was absolutely wonderful.

      Years ago, we had 3 Day blinds put in. They were the old metal type. This time, we got the accordion type blinds. We had one of them in the bedroom that get a lot of light and we like that. I got that type in my bedroom. The kitchen had the metal louvers type. It was real hard to pull it all the way up. In the other room, I had a table blocking it, and we hardly ever move that one. When the guy came out and was telling me the different products, he told us the type that can let a little bit of sunlight in. It had a motor so that was perfect. For the one replaced in my bedroom downstairs, trying to lower the blinds with the old string type every night was a pain in the neck. It would go down all the time. Now, the push button deal is tapping and the thing goes down, and it's a lot less stress on me.

      So far, the quality seems real good and our experience was great. I made a telephone call, and the guy came out and had all kinds of samples. I could tell that he knew what he was talking about, history-wise. My wife wasn't so keen on replacing all the blinds, and he was able to spend the time and explain to her what we were going to be able to get. She loves her kitchen one now. She just pushes a button, and she could have it any height. Then at night, the blinds are shielding people from viewing inside, but you're also able to have a little bit of light coming in.

      3 Day Blinds did a really good job. They did what they said they were going to do, and very professional. I explored a couple of other companies before 3 Day Blinds, and they just seemed more responsive, and they wanted the business. I got the motorized model. I have remotes for the window. I have two sliders in my condo that face the deck, and the one in the bedroom shades all the light out for sleeping. Then the one in the front room has texture. It fits really well in here. 3 Day Blinds helped me. They had a designer that came out and helped me pick everything. She was real professional. She didn't push anything. She brought a big sample case with her and she took her time. She wasn't in a hurry. It went very well. I was pleased.

      They have a lot of nice options. I have this sort of color on the walls and then white on the ceiling. So, we had to incorporate it all to the right color. The designer was very helpful. The installer was great. He was quick. He cleaned up. He had a little vacuum thing that he cleaned up because he had to take some brackets out of the wall. He removed the lateral blinds that were probably from 1970 on both sliders and did a perfect job on both of them. He also disposed all of the old lateral blinds. He took them out to his truck for the landfill or garbage. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds. The price was right. I got a bit of a discount so that was good. They were very responsive about a change in appointments because I couldn't be here for one time, so I contacted them. They were right on it. They called me right away, and we rescheduled. It was totally a great experience.

      I moved into a new house, and the first thing I did was get blinds because of privacy concerns. On the first day, I noticed from my dining room window that I could see directly into my neighbor’s window, and it made me realize I needed window coverings right away. That prompted me to ask my daughter-in-law for recommendations on who to use for blinds. She used 3 Day Blinds and knew Suzanne, who was the representative in this area and my design consultant. She was very pleasant, informative and very knowledgeable about design and colors. She helped me because I told her I didn’t need to spend that kind of money on certain windows, like my bathroom window. She was awesome.

      I got different types for different windows, including up-down blinds. I also have both remote control and manual options. I live in a very crowded new development and my neighbors all have windows that look right into my house and vice versa. So, I wanted the up-down ones, the automatic remote-control ones, so I could adjust them to the light conditions and if people were knocking around in their house and could look in my window.

      The installation was fast. The guy got here and put the blinds in and made sure I knew how to work them. He showed me the remote and the number system because I have 11 windows that all have blinds in them. So far, the quality is awesome. It was pricey, but you get what you pay for. Expect to pay more, but you will get more. I have been so happy with the product. I knew going into it that I could buy cheaper products, but it’s not what I wanted. It was a very easy and pleasant experience with 3 Day Blinds, even with the appointments. Everyone showed up on time.

      We used 3 Day Blinds before, and it was of good quality. We went with them again. The bid that they had was significantly lower than the other company, and it appeared better, too. We had regular windows and some oddly shaped windows, and they had a much better solution to the oddly shaped windows. They got motors for automatic up and down. Then the other ones are wooden louvered shutters that will be in the odd-shaped windows. And those have not arrived yet. They're custom-made, and they take months to make.

      The consultation went well. They had a lot of good ideas and measured them well. One thing that was interesting is that the three major windows in the living room are all very marginally different in size, and each blind was custom-sized, which I didn't realize one time when we took them out to do something and then reinstalled them. It took a while to figure out which one went where. They're very well measured. The installers took out the old ones and put in the new ones. They did it very quickly and very easily as well. It was no bother.

      The quality of the product seems fine. The first ones lasted 10 years of constant up and down use in the environment where they had a lot of sun beating down on them in the afternoon. They'd worn out, but it took 10 years. The recent ones look fine and they function fine. They go up and down fine, and seem to provide more shade than we were looking for. An improvement over the past 10 years in the technology. We have been very satisfied, and we would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

      We purchased a houseful of blinds about 6 years ago. We were told there was a 7 year warranty. When the strings failed on one blind, I called for a repair. At first I was told they couldn't find a record of our purchase. I continued to call until someone admitted the purchase. I was told I had to send them $102.57 before they would order a restringing. It has been a month and we still do not have the restringing. Several stories have been provided: parts were sent to wrong address; parts haven't been sent; they will be sent soon. My last call was dropped in transfer to a supervisor. Do not buy from this company. There is no customer service even if you pay ahead for warranty service.

      I was looking for a blinds company and researched on the web eight years ago, and learned about 3 Day Blinds. I've been using them for years and I'm very happy with them. I highly recommend. Anytime I need an update or a new blind, I call them. Scott, the rep, is very good. Last year, I asked him here and told him about my problem with the heat of the summer. I asked him for help figuring out a way to maybe use blinds to help with that. I have existing room darkening shades over my bedroom window and we added more to help block the heat of the summer because I don't have air conditioning. It’s a solution that works well, and Scott was the one who came up with this idea.

      The installation was professional, helpful and swift. The blinds are of high quality and it doesn't break. So, it's a fair price. I have a closet in one of my bedrooms that needed doors, but getting doors was so expensive. We used the vertical sliders that you put on a sliding glass door, and we put them on as a closet door, and it's beautiful. It works well. It was his idea, too. It’s been a great experience with 3 Day Blinds.

      My roller shades went in within about 2 weeks of purchase, sales rep was very helpful and guided me to just what was needed. I’m very happy with the installation and shades. However, the shutters ordered for upper windows I am told will be arriving from china in August!! This is very disappointing, 3 day Blinds is taking 5 months!! I realize it must be less costly to get them made overseas but it seems like a company in the states could be much more efficient. The money is out of my account but my product is considerably delayed!

      Ordered custom Roman shades for my bedroom they were installed in February 2026. The shades themselves were nice fabric with black out liners and fairly heavy material, however, the cheap pull chain device was cheap and poor quality and difficult to pull in order to raise the shades. At first I thought that this was because it was new and stiff but come May the chain broke and when that happen the shade was struck open with no way to lower it. I had to get the company to come out to install a new device. Wouldn’t you know it, they replaced the chain with the same poor quality chain.

      The 3rd party that they send out for install even said that it will break again but there is nothing that they can do. I called the company to see if they would be willing to make it right as these shades are no more than 3 months out from install. They said that because 60 days has passed they can’t do anything and anything done would have to be a new purchase!!!. Never mind that I spent over $3000 on this crap! They sold the item but will only stand behind it for 2 months!! That is disgusting!!.

      The tension on the chain is so tight to raise the curtain that the chain will break again. They knew that the material for the shade was heavy but sold it with a mechanism that was guaranteed to fail. Even when I called 3 Day Blinds about this, they said that “I was not the only one with that issue” Yet and still they sell the crap and take your money anyway. I was a repeat customer as I have ordered shades from them in the past but rest assured I will not be using them again and I am warning anyone who might consider doing business with them to think again. If I could have given them zero stars I would.

      One hour before my install they cancelled and said not all my order was in. Why then did they tell me it was and schedule it? I took that day off work for that appt. I have left messages and no one returns my calls and no one gives me answers. Why can’t they install all the items they do have and have had for weeks and won’t install until one small valance is in. I paid expedite shipping extra. They have most my order and won’t install until the tiny valance is in stock. I expect my shipping g refunded. Horrible customer service. A call back never happens. Why can’t a partial install happen and why can’t I get answers. Beyond frustrated! Only one helpful is Belle and she can’t get answers either.

      I had ordered all the windows covered by 3 Day Blinds over two decades ago. While I couldn’t get the same color, the person in charge was able to find a close color. It must be realized now that things change. The actual amount of time is no longer three days unless you pay extra. The installation was quick once the blinds arrived. The people who took my order and who did the installation were very professional and great.

      We did a little bit of research on 3 Day Blinds and we've heard different advertisements about them. Then, we ended up buying my blinds from them because we thought I could get them in a relatively quick period of time. Also, the person who came in to show us what was available didn't try to upsell us. She was agreeable to what we wanted, and gave us information on some other windows that we might want to do. I've got one metal mini blinds in one bedroom window. The gentleman who did the installation was very speedy and he did a good job. He cleaned up the area and there was no mess. The blinds are in a spare bedroom, so we really don't raise and lower them very much, or probably at all, but I'm happy with their quality so far.

      Had a very enjoyable and easy time deciding what kind of blinds I needed for two rooms. David was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Earl was a wonderful installer.
