The 3 Day Blinds rep was professional. She gave me lots of choices. She even brought back some fabrics to my house because I wasn't sure about the color. And mailed me a few more. Very informative and quick to respond to me. She was very sweet. Also, the installers got it done in 20 minutes and were helpful. It was a reasonable price. I love my roller blinds.

When I called 3 Day Blinds, their rep said that somebody could come out Saturday, which was in two days. Then, the girl who came out was wonderful. She told me that the delivery would take three days and I told her that I didn't care if it took longer. Then, the installers were here in three days, for eight windows, and they were all different. So I was totally impressed. The installation people were great and they had them all up in less than an hour. There were two men and one of them hauled all the stuff in while the other started putting the stuff up. It was very easy and they got the tons of boxes, the wrapping, and all the plastic out of here. Everything about my experience was amazingly wonderful and I'd tell others to go do it with 3 Day Blinds.

I got the honeycomb shade from 3 Day Blinds and I love them. The coverings that we had here before were drapes and the ones in the living room were a Roman shade kind of thing. They looked horrible when they were down and they didn't really block out much of anything. We live on a corner, so at night time when cars drive by, it's like living in a fishbowl and I hated that. So, we wanted something to cover it and we went with honeycomb blinds. They have the lift thing and there are no strings. These are a good option if we want to be able to see outside but we don't want people to see us, so we can put the top down if the sun goes down and still enjoy movies on TV and not have my neighbors wave at us.
The installer was great as well. He was fast and efficient. He explained everything to me and was in and out in an hour. I didn't have a whole lot of questions, but he answered all of them. He took away all of my old stuff, which was even more helpful because we had these giant wooden cornices. The blinds are was way more expensive than I was expecting because we knew we wanted to replace what we had before, so we've kind of been looking periodically. If it was not a sale, we could not afford it. But I'm a wheelchair user, so getting out to stores to pick things out is difficult for me, and we figured the extra money that we were spending on the blinds was for the convenience of a guy coming to our house, showing us all the stuff, taking the measurements, and doing everything.
I was also very impressed with how both Alejandro, who was the guy who sold it to us, and then Jermaine, who was the guy who did the installation, were both lovely. I don't know if they've dealt with people in wheelchairs before. If they haven't, it didn't show. And I appreciated all of the kindness that they included in their interactions with me.

I had big shades put in on my western side glass doors and I had the faux wood venetian blinds put in my other bedrooms. I also had a set of plantation shutters put in the front room. The shades and the plantations are motorized, and they are supposed to talk to my Alexa smart house, which isn't so smart. But I couldn't get them to do it. It told me to sign into my account and it said I had a password, but it didn't have my password. There's nowhere on the 3 Day Blinds website for help. Where you have an account, there's nowhere that tells you how to reset your password. So, I emailed Help and I got back a response but it didn't answer my concern that I don't know that there's a password and if there is, I don't know what it is. There doesn't seem to be an access for that or I couldn't find it. So far, nobody's been able to help me. But I'll reach out to my installer and see if he could help me.
This has been a bit of a hitch but generally speaking, I would recommend 3Day blinds. Courtney, my salesperson, was wonderful. Isaac, who did the install with Raylan, was really good, too. The installation of my plantations was done by another person and it was really great, but he wasn't aware of the hub or the electronics. Courtney's on maternity leave and I reached out to the person that's sitting in for her because we're all trying to solve the mystery that my motorized plantation are supposed to be schedulable. I researched and finally realized that I'm supposed to have some sort of electronic hub, which I don't seem to have. I'm waiting to get that from them and I hope their reps are coming back out for that.

3 Day Blinds did our other windows several years back. I liked the sales rep. However, in the end, I was very disappointed when I called her four times to find out the exact day our blinds were going to be installed. She did not return our calls and she never disclosed to us, once the sale was closed with her, to only reach out to 3 Day Blinds, not her. I left 3 Day Blinds a message and a gentleman got back to me right away and took control. Our roller shades were installed three days later and I love them. I wish we could have afforded the automatic ones though. The guy who installed the blinds was fabulous. We're looking at needing more blinds but I would not deal with that particular sales rep again. She was unprofessional. She was friendly and kind but not returning my calls did it for me.
I used to have my own business and you never do not return calls to your client or consumer. Number one, that's insulting because the blinds were expensive. It was not like we were just paying $200. Secondly, we're senior citizens. She would want me to refer her to all my friends. I recommend 3 Day Blinds but I always say that they need to find out who the sales rep is. My husband told me to forget about it. But it was disrespectful. We were a consumer and this was a huge investment for one window. I’m not letting it go. But now that I've opinionated myself, I can move on.

I used 3 Day Blinds in Philadelphia for an old house that I had there and I loved the quality even though it was more on the expensive side than what's available now. I started looking for blinds for our house now and I made appointments with Home Depot because they have Roman shades. I also made appointments with one other place. In the end, I opted to do 3 Day Blinds because I know that I'm gonna get really good quality.
Mel was my rep and she was awesome. She's very Philadelphia. I lived in Philly for 10 years so I knew what I was getting. I appreciated her bluntness because she was to the point saying, “Here's what you need. And here's why.” I'm a salesperson so I knew what the consult was about, but I appreciated her being, “Listen, you can get this. And, yeah, it’s gonna be more practical, but I don't think it's gonna be as stylish or it's not gonna be as neutral for your buyer.”
I just wanted an upgrade from regular blinds but it should still be something very neutral for a buyer because you don't know what kind of style they're gonna have. I knew it needed to be white and really do the job of showcasing a neutral backdrop on the house and showing off the backyard and the greenery. That's what it did. We got the roller shades and you have to lift them all the way up so you really see a lot more of the space. It's really beautiful. The roller shades are not blackout but they're one of the most popular ones. It's a warmer white and a little bit textured.
The installers did a really good job. A man came in with his assistant or son. They were quick and I was totally fine leaving them there to pick up my daughter. I have a security system with cameras and remote entry. They were texting to make sure I locked the door when they left, which was really nice. 3 Day Blinds is awesome. They're the way to go because you know you're gonna get really good quality. It's really worth it for the peace of mind.

I was a repeat customer for 3 Day Blinds. I used them in my last house, but what cinched the deal was they also gave me one of the two most competitive prices. The design consultant, Anne, was great. I give her an A-plus. I liked her. This time, I got a mix of fake wood blinds and shutters. So far, so good. I still don't have the shutters though. It's a hell of a lead time. 14 weeks is pretty ugly. They promised me paper shades in the meantime. Then, it was like, "Oh, our paper shades are on backorder." So, I didn't even get the paper shades and I've never heard any kind of follow-up. But I like the faux wood blinds. It's the same thing I had in the other house. They haven't changed in design or technology or any of it. They're good. The tech who installed, Carlos, was really good, too. I give him an A-plus. He was really thorough. He explained everything.
There was just one thing that I don't like at all. It was even unclear to the point where I had to call my design consultant. When they're listing out the bedrooms, everything's itemized, so I know the price of everything. Suddenly, the labels were primary bedroom window 1, primary bedroom window 2, etc. So, I called Anne, and I said, "Primary, is that what the new master bedrooms and master bathrooms are supposed to be called?" She was like, "Yeah, that's what it is. A lot of people aren't catching that, but that's what they're supposed to be called now, and 3 Day Blinds was doing it." I told her flat out, "I don't like it. I think it's silly." They should not reinvent the wheel.

Working with their reps was great. I contacted their rep on. Saturday and somebody was at my house on Monday. The rep helped me pick blinds and measure. The tech measured again and the blinds were installed within four weeks. The installation was great. But there is a problem with one blind and it still hasn't been resolved. Other than that, use 3 Day Blinds. It's affordable, quick and easy.
I see that our Customer Care team has addressed these concerns. and the order is estimated to ship to the installer on 4/3/23 Thank you for your patience, and for allowing 3 Day Blinds a chance to address this matter.
The 3 Day Blinds salesman was very good. He did a great job of explaining and he wasn't pushy. We had seven units installed, all our downstairs and then a wider one upstairs, a double window size. They are textured cassettes and they're the push-up, pull-down ones. The installation went well both times. The first tech that came was new to the job, but still did a great job. The cassette had some wrinkles in them, so he took pictures and communicated it. But that was the last we heard about it. I called 3 Day Blinds and they said, "Your replacement is already on the way." Then, the next technician texted and said, "I'm available." Came by and knocked it out in 20 minutes. Just did an awesome job. I will recommend 3 Day Blinds. We're happy with the product but they should have better communication on what they were doing in the background.

The 3 Day Blinds rep helped me pick out colors, fabrics and designs. The installation was great. Both the installers were great and they were much faster than I had expected. They did a beautiful job. I like the quality of the product. But I wish the curtain rod was a little bit longer, so that when you open them, you see the whole window. Right now, when you open them, they cover the window by a couple of inches on either side. I thought that that's what I was getting and I didn't, but it's okay.

I had an extremely good experience with their sales representative. I went with 3 Day Blinds because of the consultation with him.
