Sunny Health & Fitness really knows how to help resolve a warranty claim! When I bought my first Sunny elliptical, a couple of the initial parts soon began to make a substantial rubbing sound that concerned me but did not seem to be causing damage at the time. Just in case, Steven and Dalia helped get me replacement parts at no charge, after I reported the issue (within the first month of use) and provided photo and video evidence of my concerns. That was a good example of Sunny’s excellent service already. However, after more than a year went by, a different part unexpectedly failed during normal use. As my wife and I are both frequent users of this elliptical machine, we may have given it a stronger run than some buyers do, but luckily for us, this issue fell within the Extend Protection Plan’s timeframe (purchased during checkout for the original machine).

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! My tank cracked and leaked after 2 yrs. $190. No warranty no help. $500 rower is now useless!!! Customer service was no help. I called them for help, they offered the part for free but $190 in shipping. What a joke. The bottom is cracked with slow drip on hardwood floor that is now ruined and customer service was absolutely no help at all.

Do not purchase! Poorly made products that do not last! Running board of original treadmill purchased in 2020 cracked in half 1.5 years after purchase even after less than 50% of treadmill usage. Replacement was sent (2022) due to item being under warranty. Eight months later, the unit became abnormally loud. Had to troubleshoot myself disassembling and reassembling a 115lb unit on my own replacing parts the company would send me. They wanted to send me more parts, I declined. Fast forward to 2024, one of the legs of the frame broke off from the folding/"hands free" hydraulic mechanism. Figured the 3 year structural warranty would apply to the replacement treadmill starting from when it was sent to me in 2022... nope. Warranty only applies to original purchase. What a scam!

Customer service sucks, I have tried for three days to reach Customer service and no one answered the phone. The time of day I called made no difference, so I had no choice but to return the treadmill.

I placed an order on Saturday 12/9 that I applied a $15 reward to from a previous purchase. The $15 off code showed during the checkout process and the discount was calculated in the total. Upon completing the last step of the order, the discount disappeared and I was shown and charged the full amount, no discount. I immediately sent an email support@sunnyhealthfitness.com, the address provided for any issues at the end of the transaction. This was sent within a few minutes. I asked to have the issue fixed or to have the order cancelled so that I could try again. The full amount amount was charged to my card.

Bike inoperable. Contacted them via email and they say that the will review on first come first serve basis. **. Do not buy their product. If it breaks down it's useless and you cannot get service from SUNNY.

Machine seems good except for any part broken renders it useless. Roller wheel split and tore off. When company was contacted I am told to check back in 8 to 10 weeks to see if in stock. Since they still sell equipment I assume this is the runaround I see from other reviews. My advice don’t buy equipment that they cannot support with parts. If it was an electronic board or something like that it would be more understandable. This is a roller wheel you would see on inline skates.

Received my elliptical on a Wednesday and it was rendered useless on Sunday. So that's less than 5 business days and 7 calendar days. Was using product twice daily in 1 hr sessions. I submitted a service request via direct email and a form on their website. I included a video, serial and model number. I am 240lbs clothed with shoes which is less than user weight limit. This has nothing to do with assembly as it is internal of the motor box that came assembled. I wish to be refunded and they pay for a shipment back because this has become a nightmare so fast.

Bought treadmill off Amazon 2020. March 2022 needed a replacement remote. Sunny advised shipping delays 8-10 months. Then I was told same time frame a few more times when checking in on the status, with last time in September 2022. When checking in now in February 2023 they said it's now a discontinued item and they won't replace the remote. The whole time they were advising 8-10 months I felt like it was **. Now it seems like they were running out the clock until the time became discontinued.

I have bought two products from Sunny Health and Fitness. Each was faulty and resulted in a ridiculous amount of wasted time. The first product, a treadmill, broke within months. It took weeks of back and forth with their support to have them even send me a replacement part. That, of course, arrived with no instructions. When I called support, I learned no instructions even existed. After more wasted hours on the phone, I finally made the replacement. It didn’t work. They gave up and sent me a new treadmill, which while appreciated, meant I had to pay for bulk garbage removal of the first.
