I ordered the bike from Amazon. When I received the bike and finished assembly, I noticed that the computer was not working. I wrote several times to them and I never got a satisfactory response. The few answers I received were like written by somebody without any knowledge of the product. Otherwise, the bike was good for the price.

We purchased a brand new treadmill used it four times and noticed the wheel snapped in half on the bottom. I noticed the arm on that side was misaligned. I am a runner and this is not safe for me to use. I called the company after owning it for 7 days and asked to return it as per their policies stated on the website. Company wants me a 4”11 90lb girl to lift the treadmill and unscrew the bottom of the treadmill and try fixing it myself. I spent over $1000 on this and bought it brand new…. I am not capable of fixing this and they are not honoring their policy stated on their website…

    Belt frayed and would not stay aligned and now stretched. Contacted Sunny and same response, align belt. Now when you step on belt, stops running. Can no longer use treadmill, and Sunny refuses to contact me.

    Got the part.

    Bought the bike and the tension knob broke within the first year. No biggie... Reach out to get a part and the fun began. First contact with Sunny Health was August 17th 2021. I called and was asked to email pictures of the part, the serial number, and my receipt (no problem). I sent it in that day. No response... I email them 5 days later. They notify me the part is not available but will send it to me in 3-6 weeks. That's ok, I get it. I wait 8 weeks to check in, they let me know it will be another 3-4 months... Damn, that's a long time... But people have bigger problems right now, so whatever.

    I wait another 4 months and email them again. They say, "Oh sure we can send you this part. That will just be $20 - send us your Paypal account and we will get it right out..." Ok, awesome so you have the part, left me hanging since August, and now want me to pay for it when it was under warranty when I first called you? Nope... What a wonderfully backwards experience. Here is my ticket number if anyone out there wants to follow up. **

    I started using machine 2 months after I bought it, right away I noticed something was wrong. Made a loud noise and wheel would wobble. I sent a video. They sent a video how to remove covers. But I could not open it. I got the runaround. I am out 330 bucks! Do not buy from this company. Horrible service, my credit card couldn’t help me cause it was pass 60 days. I got burned! Ripped off. Do not buy anything from these crooks

    It has been very difficult to adjust the seat since we bought this bike, and we reached out to Customer Support to ask them what to do. They said that is the bike seat is stuck, we should lay the bike on its side and use a hammer to get the seat post out...after getting a replacement part, the bike seat and post became stuck again.

    Support suggested things such as "breaking the plastic cap" and "submerging the parts in water to make it easier to pull apart". They have denied our request to get actual working parts that can be adjusted and say that it is not covered under warranty, even though the issue that we have had since the we got the bike has not been resolved. Do not buy anything from this company. I'm very disappointed in my purchase as we now have an unusable bike.

    I purchased a Sunny Fitness Cross Trainer about a month ago. It came as agreed but when I was putting it together, I was very frustrated by the VERY small pictures in the instruction book, but upon careful inspection and slow going, things started coming together. But the second piece I went to put on, which was one of the Stabilizer Bars, as I was tightening the bolt, the part cracked and the finish started falling off, literally. I decided to keep going and see "what else might be a problem before I called Sunny" and got the back end of the cross trainer done and was getting ready to attach the "Front Post" to the main frame.

    There is supposed to be 3 wires coming out of the "Front Post" that connect up with 3 wires coming out of the main frame, but MY Front Post only had 2 wires coming out of it. There was a loose wire in the box with two identical male ends that did not appear anywhere in the instruction book or the video. I called Sunny, sent DETAILED PHOTOS of the defective parts and was given a ticket number and told a new Back Stabilizer Bar would be sent out to me and they were trying to figure out the situation with my "Front Post" and the missing wire and/or the "extra" wire that came in the box.

    I waited ONE FULL WEEK with NO RESPONSE from Sunny, NO contact that they had sent my parts or that they were doing ANYTHING to resolve my issues, and I called them again. The young man I spoke with said he would make sure it was taken care of TODAY and I'd be getting an email that my parts were on the way....well, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. So, if I don't hear anything tomorrow, I am going to file a complaint with the BBB in LA where their company is AND file a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. There is NO EXCUSE for this kind of customer service failure, NONE....BUY ELSEWHERE, this company is a joke! Typical Made in China JUNK!

    Bought a exercise bike 3 month ago for my wife per her doctor's request. We're older and she does very light work (10 minutes low setting) once or twice a week. It broke down, Sunny would not replace or repair, instead they sent a diagram on how to repair myself. It didn't work, they put cheap parts and are not willing to send a technician and the part required to make it right. They instead said that I should contact Amazon to see if they can help me!!? I paid $400 and it is a lot of money for us but nonetheless, you may want to consider buying from other companies than Sunny Health and Fitness. They made me send so many videos and pictures and although they recognized the problem, they said that I should get my own technician and parts needed to fix it. Only 3 months into the purchase and maybe 5 hours of total usage!!!

    I would never buy a product from this company again. Their customer service is terrible, and it takes a week for them to reply to emails and months to resolve issues. I purchased an Evolution Pro II Magnetic Indoor Cycle Exercise Bike model SF-B1986 and delivered the first week of December 2020. First, the bearing went out on the right pedal within 30 days. I reported the problem on 12/29/2020 and it took until 1/20/2021 for them to ship me a replacement pedal for self-replacement to fix the bike.

    Second, I now have another issue that started in March 2021 where the bike is making a loud clunking sound when spinning. I reported this on March 19th, 2021.

    After a week they advised to diagnose by sending me a YouTube video link to take off guard and do various things with belt, flywheel, etc… to try and figure out the specific issue. Right in the email it states the video may not be for my specific model so not sure how I would follow. So, after 1 hour of trying to work through the diagnosis, I advised I wasn’t able to perform the diagnosis due to instructions that are not for my bike model and no tool to remove the pedal arms to get the guard off.

    I emailed back twice since then that they needed to have someone repair or to replace the bike. After weeks and several emails providing videos of the noise issue, serial number info, and sales order, I received an email today they are now shipping me steel bearings of some kind and some kind and a crank puller tool which I should receive in 1 – 4 weeks. No response to my requests of them regarding sending someone to fix the bike or return for a refund or replacement.

    I purchased this treadmill during the winter of the pandemic to maintain some exercise beyond swimming. It was by far the least expensive so I wasn't expecting much. However, it is a great, solid, easy to use piece of equipment, and it fold up to an upright position. I am pleasantly surprised!
