The missing piece to my home gym! So excited that I no longer have to go to the gym. I don't have to worry about getting sick because I don't have to leave my home now. I am so loving my ProForm and all that it provides. Every day is a new experience which helps to stay motivated. I was looking at different companies but I was drawn to this one because it has all the bells and whistles I wanted. I did receive a discounted product in exchange for honest feedback; I would have gotten it anyway because this is a must have. I also have to point out that they have an excellent customer service team. I've called several times and all my questions have been answered. Smooth and fun workouts with your personal trainer in the convenience of your home.

Great quality bike with super easy assembly and simple to read instructions. Pretty much everything you need to build the bike is included in the box however you may need your own screwdriver for a couple smaller screws. The bike is a great size for the room I have and is very solid. I had a great couple of workouts. For less seasoned cyclists you may have a sore bottom but looks like you may be able to exchange out the seat, otherwise it seems something you can get used to after a few uses. I was sent this spin bike in exchange for an unbiased review and am pleasantly surprised by the product quality.

My bike shipped fast and was simple to put together with everything I needed in the box. I have used it 4-5 times a week for 4 weeks now. It came with a trial of iFit and has all kinds of rides and workouts. I will renew it for sure! Even if you chose not to use the iFit it has a place for a tablet or phone to sit to help pass the time. It has an adjustable knob to change the difficulty for any fitness level. No issues!

Received my ProForm spin bike and assembled quickly with my 9 year old son. Took us about 1 hour to put together. I really like how sturdy it is and easy to just immediately hop on and ride. Simple display that shows you exactly what you need to know: distance, speed resistance etc. Has a very nice tablet holder that my tablet slides right into where I can join on any classes to help keep me focused or I can watch TV while riding. I actually like to read while on it! * I received my product at discounted rate for my honest and unbiased feedback.

I’ve been using my ProForm bike during this pandemic since for a greater portion of it, going to a gym wasn’t an option. And I was more comfortable with the thought of working out in my own home. ProForm is a name I trust in the exercise equipment world. They have many different models depending on what features you’re looking for and various prices. The bike I ride is no frills, but sturdy construction. I had a minor question during assembly, and was able to get a quick response from the company resolving the issue. I get an effective workout every time I get on that bike. It’s been great setting and crushing my exercise goals and has boosted my confidence that I can do hard things. I received equipment at a discounted price in exchange for providing unbiased feedback based upon my experiences.

I love the Proform bike. It makes workouts so much nicer. There are a variety of videos and workouts you can use to enhance how you train. When my Proform bike arrived, the box was a little damaged. Upon opening it, I realized I didn't need to be worried. They had packaged it so well there was zero damage to the machine. Reaching the company was easy and they were very easy to talk to and resolved my issues quickly. For my honest feedback, I received this product at a discount.

No need to venture out to the gym anymore! After trying out our friend's ProForm Spin bike, we knew we needed one too and we have not been disappointed! This bike has been a great start to our home gym. It is well made, feels super sturdy, and runs smoothly and quietly. It also works with iFIT to give you so many fun workouts! We appreciate how simple it is to adjust the seat positions and other adjustments making it easy for all 5 of us to feel comfortable on it. Definitely impressed with the quality! Disclaimer, I was given this bike for a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

When I bought this bike directly from Proform, they did not tell me that once purchased in Canada they would not provide any follow up support as they contract that to a Canadian company called Icon Fitness. When I went to assemble the bike, two of the electronic wires were not long enough to run through the bike frame and connect. After I called Icon Fitness once, they were not helpful, and I could not ever get through to someone on the phone again - it would just hang up on me. When I got an email from someone at Icon Fitness, who said they were send the new electronic parts, they never responded again and have ignored all my communications. So I have a bike work $800 and not means of recourse. I had to have someone who understands electronics come to my home and solve the problem. These two companies are complete scams if you live in Canada - do not buy this bike in Canada.

ProForm Exercise Bikes response

Teresa

Sorry for the misperception. Icon Fitness (renamed iFIT) is a parent company, not based in Canada. The Canada branch is part of the same company and is there to assist you in your region. But we’re sorry you were disconnected and didn’t receive expected help. We will relay this feedback for correction as your description does not align with iFIT’s service goals.

Please message our Member Care team on Facebook. They will connect you with appropriate service.

We purchased this ProForm 22 bike last January (1/2021), and it broke after the first use. I have been on the phone dozens of times with a promise for parts originally in 7-10 business days. Now almost 6 months has gone by, and we still have not received the all of the parts. We wanted to return the unit, but were told that would cost $400. The worst part is, because we took financing with a TD Loan, and are not making payments until we have a working bike, our credit score has dropped over 200 points. Looking at getting a lawyer, small claims court, or the Better Business Bureau to help us out of this bad situation. Buyer beware.

ProForm Exercise Bikes response

Jeffrey

We are very sorry for the experience you have had with your bike and that it has not been repaired after 6 months. It is uncommon for a bike to break after the first use. We guarantee a working unit upon delivery and will take the necessary steps to ensure your bike is working properly.

Please send us a direct message on Facebook so we can take a closer look into this and make sure you receive all of your bike’s replacement parts. We look forward to hearing from you.

The ifit took approximately 10 minutes to set up. I had to connect to my internet. There was a few updates which took about 5 minutes. Then I created an account which asked General information plus my overall fitness. Once I was complete I was offered several fitness videos recommended for my fitness level. The Proform C22 studio bike is great. I am a beginner spinner and this bike was easy to put together. Besides the screen I assembled the bike myself. My husband assisted with mounting the screen and I recommend 2 people to ensure no damage is done. The bike price is reasonable for someone starting off or someone into spinning on a regular basis. After assembled the bike has wheels so can easily be moved by one person. One of the features that excited me the most is the one-year subscription to IFIT. The interactive training on the 22inch screen display is awesome. Makes you feel like you are there on the ride or in the studio. Helps you get excited for those needing extra motivation. I would highly recommend this bike. I received this bike as a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback and unbiased feedback.

I absolutely love my new Pro-Form PROC22 Bike! It's quick and easy to assemble! The directions were on point. It says two people are needed but I was able to do it by myself. I decided to get a different seat because it has a thin although cushy seat on it already. I also got bike shorts to make it a smoother ride for myself. But after a while you get used to it. For a seasoned rider it would be no big thing. I needed to get back in shape and I'm over the moon with my choice in equipment. The seat and handlebars are adjustable. It has a 22 inch digital HD touchscreen, compact solid frame, adjustable handlebars and 24 resistance levels. It also comes with 3 pound dumbbells. The sound is great and has volume buttons on the side. The screen is adjustable as well.

It even comes with a year membership from iFIT! There are goals to earn shirts and magnets, etc. You can go right along with the fitness coaches or adjust for your comfort and still enjoy the ride. There are so many workouts to choose from. It comes with a limited warranty. I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

I was in the market for an indoor exercise bike cause I wanted to cut down on time spent in the gym & away from home. I was looking for something that I could do while my kiddo was still sleeping. This bike is awesome. I’ve been in the market for a couple of years and I am so excited that we finally went this route. It makes working out easy and effortless. The whole family has been enjoying the bike - which is easy to do since everything is adjustable. We are loving the free 1 year iFit membership. The screen is huge and iFit has been very easy to use and navigate. The bike rides smoothly and has been easy to use for me who has some knee issues. It’s not jerky like other bikes I have used in the past. Overall we are more than pleased with this bike and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a spin bike! I was given this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I'm so happy that I got this bike. It was very easy to build and it doesn't take too long as well. I put the bike together myself, so it might be even easier with someone else. The directions were very thorough. I like how all the parts were separated and labeled so I knew which piece was what. The bike comes with wheels built right in, so it makes it convenient to move. The bike is not too large, so it does not take up a lot of space. The seating and the handlebars also comes with different options per your preference; you can raise the seat and or the handlebars as well. I have a one year iFit membership for this bike and it helps keep me motivated. I received this bike at a discounted office for my honest opinion.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this product and company. I have no complaints when it comes to customer service. Every question has been answered in a timely and friendly manner. As far as the product goes, I got the Pro Form C22 bike and it comes with iFit free for 1 year. This is my first spin bike and I couldn't be happier. I love that it guides you along and is very user friendly. The workouts make you feel like you are on the ride with them, wherever they may go. The instructors are knowledgeable and likeable. It makes me want to come back and do it again the next day. I will say that my experience has been enjoyable.

I did lots of research before I purchased this for a few reasons, I have been saving up for this and need to take my health serious. After having three kids, being a stay at home mom, I have struggled staying healthy and in shape. I am extremely happy I picked the Tour De France. For one, it was so simple to put together, didn't need special tools or anything. It is strong and sturdy, holds up my weight well and is safe. They offer a variety of classes for different skill types, so I can keep challenging myself. I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

I received my bike and immediately started the process of assembling it, setting it up, and signing up for the iFit membership. On the assembly: I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this was. I really felt like the company did everything they could to make that process as smooth for me as possible.

Once we got the bike set up I wasn't really clear on the compatibility of the iFit membership from the bike to the app on my phone and I kept getting an error message on the bike. I called into customer service and within minutes they had helped me resolve the issue. I haven't had another issue or problem since then. Their customer service team went above and beyond to treat me as a person and listen to my unique question. It never felt scripted and was a great conversation where they really made sure I knew how to use my bike since I'm a first time spin bike user! I've been so impressed I recorded a video about my experience with the bike if you want to check it out! **. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant, and have been experiencing a lot of pain in my joints and have fitness restrictions so it was recommended by my doctor that I get on an exercise bike to help strengthen my muscles and help with pain management. Some friend had gotten this particular brand and recommended it. I got the ProForm Tour De France CBC Bike discounted in exchange for my honest feedback a few weeks ago and it came with a free year of ifit family membership. We LOVE IT in my house.

The product came in VERY fast, I had no issues with shipping, or delivery. The bike is amazing quality and was very easy to assemble. Its also got wheels on the front so if I need to move it, simply lift the back and roll it to wherever I want it to be. The thing that stands out the most for me is that they provided us 1 year free ifit family membership. This promotes a healthy lifestyle for the entire house! This really helps to keep my family motivated and we are getting healthier together! This company has customer support if I needed assistance in assembly or even if I have any issue with their product.

Purchased from Costco. The bike arrived a day early (Fedex) and was set up and ready to go within an hour. All parts were included and everything lined up as it was supposed to. I had zero issues with belts or the wheel. The bike is very sturdy! Easily adjust the seat and height of handlebars. The ifit app connected via Bluetooth without any issues and I was able to workout immediately. During my workout, I found the seat to be rather stiff, which I expected, so I swapped it out for a more comfortable, cushy, seat, as I am almost 25 weeks pregnant and I do not need any excess pressure down there. I really enjoyed the ifit app being in control of the resistance on the bike and not having to manually adjust it. The bike is easily moved when needed!

I did have a problem with the screen turning off right after setup, it appeared to toggle through the screen as if in demo mode, but I found that if you spin the pedals, it activates the bike and after a few minutes of no activity, the screen turns off! Exercise is very important, especially while pregnant, and I am excited to continue my journey using the Proform Tour De France cycle. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I ordered the bike March 4 and it arrived by March 9. However after we assembled it and tried to turn it on, the resistance motor was maxed out. We immediately called ProForm and they send us a replacement motor with no instructions or how to install the part. We then called them back and they said they would arrange for a technician to call us in 5 days. After two weeks we heard nothing. We called them back and they said to give it 2-3 more days. We gave them a week and still no contact. We were then told there would be no technician until June or July. It was now beginning of April and we were getting close to our 30 day return policy. We decided to proceed with returning the bike because I no longer trusted that this company would be true to their word and I didn’t want to lose my 30 day return window.

I was then told a return company would call me to pick up the bike in 10 days. After 3 weeks they scheduled a pick up with me today from 2-6pm. I hired a moving company to carry the bike down for me and took a day off from work. No one arrived today to pick up the bike so I called proform and they said to give them 2-3 business days to schedule another return. I am beyond frustrated with this terrible service. First , they sent a non functioning bike and failed to provide a fixing service in an acceptable time period. Second, returning the bike is just as much of a headache and they are filled with empty promises and lies about the returns.

I’m beyond disappointed that this bike is still sitting in my house and all I want from proform is to take defective bike out of my house and give me my refund back. I have lost all trust with this company and will never recommend this to any of my friends, family, or anyone . DO NOT buy proform. There are so many better companies out there. This is not worth the headache.

I ordered this bike the end of January 2020. My bike arrived on Feb 4, and upon assembly I realized the rear stabilizer bar didn't line up with the body of the bike so I could not assemble it. I waited over 2 months for a new rear stabilizer bar that had the holes properly drilled and would attach to the bike frame. Once I was able to fully assemble the bike I attempted to use it and realized right away something wasn't right. The flywheel made a really loud noise when I would pedal. I got exactly one workout in before I had to again call service.

After a few hours on the phone, they had me send a video and decided they needed to replace the entire bike. The second bike arrived in April and I've had a chance to use it 4 times. When using the bike today the console turned black and wouldn't come back on. So, here I go again calling service and waiting for another part. I'm so frustrated that I should have had a working bike 3 months ago and still do not. The customer service people I have worked with have been wonderful but that hasn't changed the fact I paid for a bike back in January and still don't have one that's usable.

I ordered The Proform Studio 22 Bike in November. I received it in January. I used it roughly 10 times and the wheel fell apart. So now I’ve been waiting for a new wheel since the beginning of February. It is now March 30. It was out of stock for a while but it’s now been in stock for a couple of weeks and I’m being told it could take two or three more weeks to get shipped. Not delivered! Shipped. At this point I just want the bike picked up and taken back. I’m tired of having it sit in my living room collecting dust at this point. The customer service is awful!!!! If you actually ever get to speak to a person that is. My daughter-in-law bought the bike at the same time and she has never been able to use hers because of issues from delivery. I would definitely Advise against buying anything from Proform.

We ordered this exercise bike in January, 2021 and were told it would be delivered in 10-14 days. After many, many phone inquiries, each lasting 15 minutes or longer, the bike was delivered in FIVE weeks. When beginning to assemble it we found it was shipped with a Nordictrack console - not similar to the one for this bike. Many calls later, we were told the proper console would be shipped immediately. After many more calls, we were told the console was back ordered. After 2 months we still do not have a bike. There is NO customer service with this company. Literally, the worst transaction we have ever made!

I ordered a ProForm bike. It took 3 weeks to be delivered, and I received the wrong monitor for the bike. It’s been next to impossible to get a hold of someone to fix the situation (once they take your money they no longer care). On hold for over an hour. Transferred around. They want me to register the purchase before they will do anything, and then process it under warranty. It’s not a warranty issue!!! It’s a someone packed the order wrong. Don’t buy from them, they don’t care to help you afterwards.

Original review: Feb. 6, 2021

I received my Proform Studio 22 bike with large touch screen three weeks ago and was so excited to be able to exercise during cold weather. The most critical failures include the screen and the "automatic" resistance. The 22" screen is extremely slow to respond to touches, and its set up doesn't easily allow to do tasks which should be simple, like complete a multi-day exercise challenge. (I still have not been able to find the original series I've started.) The screen also times out when turning on, forcing user to unplug it. And that's an indicator or bad design: the screen and embedded computer have NO off-switch. To turn off the unit, instructions say unplug it. This is the same as your home computer: simply unplugging it WILL regularly cause start up issues.

Next major issue: this bike says its resistance is set automatically by the trainer during rides. Having done 20 rides so far, other than studio rides, I have found the trainer's resistance NEVER matches the bike. Sometimes there are minor delays when the ride moves uphill and the resistance doesn't move for 30 seconds. Many times, it is worse - where the trainer ride was actually created with a different bike in mind - like the NordicTrack bike with incline. If you've researched bikes like this, Proform's "automatic" resistance is a real differentiator and a core reason I bought the bike. If this is important to you, this feature does not work. I saw many older reviews calling out this problem, but I trusted that it was a glitch that would be fixed.

I realize now, it's not a technical issue, it's a design issue where the most of the training rides were not designed specifically for a bike with auto resistance. I've also learned that there are many times I wish I could manually adjust the resistance to match my abilities -- impossible with the Proform 22 bike. Secondary issues for disappointment include the squeaking handlebars, even after tightening them before every ride. I can forget about a silent ride where I'm taken into the mountains or desert -- instead I focus on holding the handlebars differently to stop the loud squeaking.

I began to return the Proform 22 bike today and stopped as I learned that returning the bike would cost me $405 -- that's the $250 stated on the website when you order PLUS and additional restocking fee that is not called out. Since that's about a quarter of the full purchase price, I won't return the bike. Instead I will make sure I am clearly calling out real feedback about the Proform 22 Studio bike. If I had seen these types of REAL reviews, I would never have purchased this exercise bike.

Really disappointed with this. Electronic resistance is so low I maxed it out (L16) in the first minute. Feels like nothing, had to add my own SPD pedals also, it came with cheap tow cages. If you use a tablet it covers the screen so you cannot change the resistance? The screen also has no backlight which is super unhelpful! You have no idea what any of the numbers mean on the screen.

Bought one of these "things". Within 2 days, the left pedal had become bumpy and erratic, and started slipping on every rotation. Then a huge squeak developed (So much for the silent magnetic system!). Looked closely at the way the pedal arm was attached, and it was absolutely disgusting - just a nut on one side and absolutely nothing to keep it sturdy the other side. Even after tightening the nut, the whole thing quickly becomes loose again and the whole problem starts up. I cannot emphasize enough how shoddy and disgusting this product is.

I purchased a brand new bike and found that the console will not shut off. I cannot find anything on Proform's site to get me in touch with a service rep. I did find a chat site that I thought would help me but they were going to charge me $5.00 to talk with 'the expert.' They mention that it is refundable but I do not want to give out personal information to a site that already seems shady. So, when I want to use the bike, I have to take batteries in and out to start and shut off.

I purchased a ProForm C22 bike from ProForm.com. One of the reasons I chose this product was due my understanding that setup was free. When I received shipping notice it stated setup not available due to COVID. When item arrived, we set up according to instructions and it did not work properly. The console does not recognize the bike’s movement. We followed troubleshooting guidelines with no success. Their service dept is only open M-F and since bike received Friday afternoon, it took three days before able to speak to a person. The representative recommended troubleshooting process already done, but tried again.

To return defective item, you need to call a third #, the billing returns dept. After holding for over 30 minutes, I decided to try automated system and found it would cost over $300 for pickup and restocking of a brand new defective product. I tried calling two more times and in total spent 2 hours on hold. This bike cost $1499. For that price there should be exceptional customer service, when in fact there is no level of service offered.

Purchased Proform 400SPX in March 2020. I have been using this pretty much every other day since March. Lately having crackling noises from the left pedal and squeaky noises from around the bike. So bad. Now that I am out of warranty period, I guess I will need to attend to the repairs.

I ordered a ProForm Bike with 1 year iFit membership. I received the bike but no hardware to put it together. I immediately called customer service and after a half an hour they apologized and said they would send out the hardware in 7-10 days. About a week later I received what I thought was the hardware. The only thing in the package was a few Alan wrenches. So 2 weeks after purchase I am still unable to put the bike together and have to wait for them to HOPEFULLY ship the actual hardware to put the bike together. Absolutely no excuse for this.

When setting up the PRO TC, I was unable to lock the seat post into the frame (what would be the seat tube if it were a mountain bike). After trying for over an hour, we realized the knob that controls the peg that locks the height of the seat post - is off set and the peg does not hit the center of the seat post and therefore, cannot slide into the holes. The holes look centered on the post but the knob on the bike frame is off center and may even be a little angled. The peg was hitting the post just off the holes and made marks on the side of the holes, where I tried to lock in the height. Also, when it wouldn't lock, the seat would slide down and the peg marked a line down the post, which was also off center. Customer service is terrible. You can only contact them via email and, although I sent photos and described the problem, their solution was to send me a small plastic part that holds the actual seat. They didn't call, they just sent it and called it good.

At least through the emails, there is an actual number to call and I am currently on hold at 42 minutes, listening to awful music. I got tired of not being able to use the bike and I brought the seat post to a friend that has a metal drill press. He made the holes bigger for me and I can now lock the seat in but it isn't 100% tight and the seat rocks a little. It also won't completely lock in - you are supposed to turn the knob to the right 4 times to fully lock and it just spins. The mount for the tablet part is also a little crooked as I think the holes that lock it to the handles are off center. For the amount of money I paid for the bike, they should have responsive customer support.

I ordered a ProForm Studio bike, paid in full. Waited 2 weeks for it to ship, when I received shipping notification they had my billing address not my delivery address. I emailed them twice, no response. I picked up the phone the next day, waited for customer service 45mins for them to say the only thing they can do is cancel my order. So I cancelled the order, I had no intention of reordering because of the lack of response from customer service.

One week later my account is charged again, I hadn't even been reimbursed yet for the cancelled bike, now I have two over $1740 charges on my account. I call immediately. I'm on hold again for 43 mins. They tell me the bike will be cancelled and both charges will be removed from my account. Five days later my neighbor calls from my other house and says a big box is next to my staircase. I call again and once again I get switched (after holding for 15mins) to customer service which I am still on hold with at this very moment. We are now looking at alternative bikes because if this happens before I own the bike what will happen if I have any issues with it. I don't write reviews, maybe a handful in the last 20 years, I needed to write this one.

I have spent over 9 hours on hold and on calls with Proform to try to get my bike fixed/replaced. It seems that there is literally NO compensation for the 7 months lost on my bike (3 of which I was still paying the $100 per month financing on!). The incline & resistance both went out after 1 year and then the bike would randomly turn on and off while I was mid-ride. A tech came out multiple times after waiting months for parts to be delivered and ultimately said he couldn't fix it and the bike was a lost cause. At this point, since I feel literally stuck with Proform since I cannot get a full refund but rather a "credit" of the money I spent already. I really wish that I didn't have to order with Proform again but since there is only a credit option for a "comparable" bike - which you're asking me to spend more money on it seems that it's the only option otherwise I lose all the money I spent purchasing my original bike.

Along with this, I have submitted a formal complaint on the BBB website due to the lack of compensation and how inefficient this whole process has been. Honestly, every single agent I've spoken to has been very nice and helpful, their front line team is amazing. However, it's the Proform process and hospitality that seems to be missing from upper management! I really cannot believe that there is no compensation when your product stops working for 7 months and the customer has done everything feasible to get the machine back up and running. It is just unethical.

I purchased a ProForm Bike using the free bike and 3 years of iFit promo. The bike arrived and does not work from day 1. I called the very next day and talked with a very nice person who guessed it was one of two problems and she ordered the parts. She did say they were on back order. It has been over two months and I have no parts. I have reached out several times with only one response, telling me the parts were on order.

Meanwhile I am making payments for something I can not use. They will not honor a warranty because the bike was free. Do not buy the extended warranty. It will only go into effect after the existing warranty expires, but only for the time remaining on the extended warranty. This company is not a good player and does not take care of customers. I own other proform equipment and have never had a problem. Buyer beware. If you have a problem you will likely get no help. Do not buy!

My girlfriend purchased the ProForm Cadence R3.9 Exercise Bike. I assembled the bike, but when it came to the pedals, they were manufactured incorrectly. When you mount each pedal, they can only mount a certain way. The way it was manufactured, the right and left pedals were positioned together instead of being off-set (ex- right pedal up, left pedal should be down. As it was made, both pedals were in down position).

ProForm Customer Service was contacted. After several hours wait, we were told they don't send Service Techs, they don't offer any exchanges, but they would send us some parts. The parts weren't in stock, and they couldn't say WHEN the parts would be AVAILABLE! Looking at the parts diagram, special tools will be needed, along with having to do a major mechanical operation to remove and replace the whole hub! We are not techs! We didn't even get to use it once! The only other option was to send it back to the place of purchase for a refund. That's what we're going to do, and NEVER buy a product from ProForm again. They DO NOT stand behind their product, even shipped straight from the manufacturer. It was a complete waste of hours in assembly, waiting on Customer Service, and having to disassemble and box it back up for the Return.

Poor quality equipment that will break. If I could give negative stars I would. I bought several items of ProForm equipment for my home gym. The first been a hybrid cross trainer just over a year and it falls to pieces literally while I’m on it. A weld on the frame totally come away so can’t be fixed unless I suddenly learn to weld! Icon the company who makes this even though the product has a 5yr warranty on defect workmanship on the frame refuse point blank and say unless you have bought the additional maintenance and service package at a couple of hundred on top that doesn’t stand!

For the price I paid this is appalling and customer service well there is none the guy just said he couldn’t help so was putting down the phone even after I emailed a picture clearly showing the wording. Stay clear of proform equipment if you want something that lasts. I’m only 9st and use it twice a week so not like I’ve put it through its paces. They are clearly not fit for purpose and neither are the company.

Great Bike that is easy to pedal and operate with different pedal levels! I also love that this bike is one of my favorite colors - light teal with a comfortable seat and easy to adjust handlebars and can be folded for easy compact storage.

They're great bikes. They also make a good elliptical but if you're going to use it every day is not going to hold up. I've worn out about 4 bikes and elliptical both and 1 treadmill in 3 years but I'm a good welder and fabricator so I'm able to piece together and keep things working. The metal is extremely thin and and cracks very easily. It does not hold up constant usage. There appears to be a lot of failure in the crankshaft from what I found trying to buy Replacements. They tend to snap off. But overall ProForm has been the strongest, most reliable of all the homeowner models that are available for under $1,500. Also for tall people ProForm is best suited.

The iFit scam. I only gave them a one-star since there are no lower scores available. I have to pay for a year-or-two in advance; to ride a Proform bike. No monthly choice, and no-one contacts me back with the Ifit leave a message service. People this is a scam. Don't buy any Ifit exercise equipment, and fall into an endless yearly contract trap. They know most people don't exercise an entire year. They trap you like a gym membership. The CEO is probably an old gym membership shark.

So myself with a 700 credit score (has a 98% on time payments) and my daughter has a 780 score, I understand how credit works and know that there’s no way in this world that we should not have been approved for the free bike with the 3 years of payments but apparently our credit is not good enough. It’s definitely a scam. I’ve talked to many friends, family and others that also have not been approved, I would love to see what their qualifications are to be approved.

Do yourself a favor. If you are looking to buy workout equipment do not buy from Proform. I order a bike for my Christmas present to myself and it arrived busted. After trying to get it fixed for three week after they said it would only take 3-5 days, I finally ask for a refund. They said, "Ok. We will pick the bike up in 2-3 weeks then issue refund to lender." It's been three weeks still no pickup or refund issued and lender is threatening me with report on my credit for nonpayment. So don't buy from Proform and please pass the word.

This is an honest long term review of the 1st generation Proform Tour De France bike. I purchased this as a floor model at a local sports store back in the fall of 2013. It was originally $1500 but I paid $1200 because it was a floor model. Actually it was the only one they had in the store. I didnt receive the box that it came in but I did receive all of the paperwork. I was able to wheel it out and load it on to the back of my truck to get it home. It came with the full warranty as well as a 1yr free membership to iFit. I never had to assemble it but I've had plenty of experience taking it apart and putting it back together since then. I'll explain shortly.

After getting home the first thing I needed to do was get my membership to ifit setup. That was fairly straight forward and not a problem. Next was getting the bike connected to my home network. This was hit or miss. In the early days I understand they really didn't have enough servers to handle the traffic and outages were common. I was eventually able to get connected and able to update the firmware which was one of the necessary steps in the instructions. Inputting usernames and passwords into the control panel was and still is painful but once you enter it you normally don't need to do it again. It generally just automatically connects.

At first this was a problem. One of many that eventually proform got ironed out. The saddle and pedals were not to my liking so I switched them out for my own. This was a big plus for this bike. One of the reasons I bought this bike was its ability to use google maps. Plot my own workouts and see the route on my tv screen. Unfortunately this feature was constantly not available in the early days. It was full of problems. Proform / Icon should have never advertised this until it actually worked. It wasn't until almost a year after I bought the bike that it actually worked. And it did work for the most part. I was able to plot rides that I did when it was warm and follow along through google streetview. At times it was a little laggy but it was fun to be able to follow along with a visual.

Then the trouble started. The first thing that happened was the heart rate feature didn't work. I called proform and eventually they sent out a new part. Unfortunately this took about 3 weeks since the part was on backorder. Something I seem to see complained about over and over when it comes to proform even to this day in 2020. I did eventually get the part and since I am a mechanically adept guy it wasn't too difficult to install.

The next thing to go wrong was the display screen stopped working. Another month or so and they sent out a replacement which I installed. After that the bike developed a wobble in the crank assembly. Actually the spindle that the pedal arm attached to was wearing and the pedal arm wouldn't stay tight. Being a former bike mechanic I was able easily diagnose this. For this I had proform send out a technician to install the part. Even though I could have done it myself I figured why should I have to. What I didn't know was I had to wait for the part to be delivered and then call the local guy to setup a time for him to come out. It would have been faster if I would have done it myself.

The next problem I encountered was the belt that spins the flywheel started to slip. It is notched and had places where the notches had worn off. Again, proform sent out a new belt and I assured them I could install it myself. I could and did but was more involved than I had thought. Much of the bike had to be taken apart in order to put the new belt on. Adjusting the tension on the belt is not really difficult, something I've had to do occasionally since I've replaced the belt but surprisingly it's held up really well. That's really about it. I've had the bike 7yrs. I use it occasionally in the winter but not all the time. I'll try and list some of the good and bad as I see it.

Pro: The silent magnetic resistance is just awesome. It's easily adjustable, seat position as well as handle bar height. Shifting is easily done. The display lcd although small does give good information. Distance, speed, watts, heart rate, timer, gear your in the grade percentage + or -. It also shows the course profile.

Cons: Display screen is small. Proform is not very proactive. They release products that are not really ready to release. Replacement parts are not always available. Wait times to get a replacement take way too long. Although the magnetic resistance works really well the speed and distance on the display is not correct. I've learned to live with that.

ifit membership : if you don't subscribe to ifit you can't fully utilize this bike. Without the membership all you have access to are the stock TDF rides loaded into the unit. You can't even do manual rides unless you're logged into ifit. And a ifit membership isn't cheap. To their defense the Peloton bike is just as useless unless you subscribe to their service as well. Proform has just been using this business model for a lot longer.

So there you have it. I've been using this bike for 7 yrs now. It started out pretty rocky. I've had my problem. Some very much the same as others but was eventually able to work them out. These were all in the first year of ownership. Since then the bike has performed just great. It's getting a little dated as in the display monitor. A lot has changed since 2013. I've considered replacing it with something new but this still does what It to do. The only thing that would be nice is a larger display screen.

Paid $249.00 for white glove delivery and setup. 40 mins later when they were done, I asked if they could show me the features of the bike (keep in mind I paid $249 and it took them 40 mins)... they refused. When I asked them if they had turned it on to make sure it was working properly they told me, “No, but we plugged it in” ... really? So they left and when I tried it the fan doesn’t work. When I went to register it, the serial number was not in any of the three places they said to look. I had to turn the machine completely over to find it on the bottom of the machine... and there were bolts not screwed in on the bottom of the seat... just barely hanging in there. Still no reply from ProForm on when/if they are coming back out to complete assembly and fix the fan... not impressed AT ALL.

I purchased a ProForm Tour de France bike the beginning of December. I bought the white glove assembly and it was delivered several weeks after. On the technician turned it on. It did not work. Call the company. They sent a wire because that’s what they thought it needed. It did not. Ordered more parts and all of them were back ordered. Told them to pick it up because it did not work and they’re charging me $250 for restocking fee and will not refund the white Glove assembly. Obviously not recommending this bike or anything from pro-form.

I received my ProForm TDF 2.0 bike 10 days ago and assembled according to the instruction manual. All good up to that moment. I that went for my first spin. In 15 minutes the axe of the pedals shifted to the right so that the left pedal hit the side of the bike and the pedals would not turn anymore. Customer service is not very helpful and they seem more concerned about asking all the bike number/id of which they already have a record in the order than to rectify the obviously disastrous issue. I will definitely attempt to return the bike and move to a better brand.

I purchased the ProForm 400.... Then had to purchase a decent set of pedals for it, setting up was simple enough but have to do this every time as the adjusters are utter garbage. The leather strip that is used as the resistance surface on the tensioner is crap and fell off as the glue or lack of rather was bad... So in short I have spent a further 200 on pedals and fixes... And it is still rubbish.. Buy a decent bike and turbo trainer.

This company has poorly built fitness equipment. I have purchased three faulty bikes from this company. The first bike right crank arm and pedal fell off only owning it for less than one month. They sent a replacement for the part and it happened again on the same side. They asked me. I send them proof of payment, which I did. They advised me to teach the bike and they will be sending me a refund check between 2-4 weeks, it's been over two months now and I'm still waiting on my refund.

I ordered a different bike and when it arrived, there was a big hole on the side of the box. I requested for a replacement. They sent me a replacement bike but the built in fan in the console wasn't working. They advised that they will need to send me another console. I received the console and now the left arm pedal just fell off the new bike. I have requested a refund but has been given the runaround. No one wants to talk to me now and I have been called names by their customer service rep.

I've now owned this bike for over a year and a half and I cannot recommend this product. The bike has already had significant problems, necessitating parts to be replaced by a technician. As for the video interface, it's almost laughable how poorly it operates. The tablet that runs the program is running Android 2.2-from 2010! All Google maps are laggy, and all its trying to show are a series of still images. I'm able to stream anything else in my house so it's not a bandwidth problem on my end. As for the other screens of information, I can't switch from one screen to the next without several seconds of lag between each swipe.

The tablet's processor is grossly underpowered-to the point it's hard to use the tablet. While it is definitely nice that the interface automatically adjusts the incline to the road grade, the bike adjusts wildly in incline from a steep grade to downhill, all on a dead-flat road surface. It's frustrating to get the resistance adjusted properly only to have the bike arbitrarily spike the grade up and back down for no reason whatsoever. Also, I am on the second display (tablet) in this year and a half. I'm glad I paid for a warranty but it's run out now. I truly don't know if I'd bother fixing anything at this point. I really feel like I should have opted for another, popular bike product instead of this one.

It is really sad you purchase a bike in June and finally started using it to find out it doesn't work as promised. They sell you a Google Map feature that doesn't work! Now they are selling Vaporware. Google Maps doesn't work with Android devices. That should be illegal. They should remove that from their marketing. I purchased an iPad only to find out the Bluetooth doesn't work either. I purchased a three year repair agreement still not work. Don't take yourself down this road with them. Peloton bike is a little more but it works. Peloton is giving 2 months free for their online classes. That is my next stop. Disappointed customer still paying for a bike that doesn't live up to their ads.

For 3 months now I have reinstalled iFIT software from every server provided by your support team. It has not fixed the problem. The bike is nonoperational and goes into an external loop. I am sure you are aware of this problem. When the iFIT team can’t fix the problem, they send me to the warranty side, UTS, and they send part. I am currently on the third console. None of these approaches has worked. The bike is still useless.

Yesterday, I spent 2 plus hours on the phone, first with UTS, who said they could not help me. So they sent me to iFIT. They said they could not help me, and told me that they had talked to UTS and they would figure something out. So, I get transferred back to UTS, who said they could not help me, and tried to send me back to iFIT. UTS wanted to send me another console, which would make 4 at this point. I paid for a warranty that does not fix my problem. I am getting pissed on from both sides of the same company from frontline support who refuses to give me a manager or someone who can help. I want a resolution to this issue or I will take this issue to court. And, I will take great pleasure in hitting the reviews section to let others know to avoid this company and its products. Either send me a new bike or give me a refund.

I have had the Tour de France version 5.0 model PFEX01915.0 for nearly 3 years now. I have to say it's been a bit of a rocky road. The IFIT membership was cheap enough for the first year and all seemed well. The Maps and Google Earth are ok. When first year was up the subscription to IFIT more than doubled. I canceled it and then found a deal for a 2 yr membership for about the same as the first yr, around 9 bucks a month which I can deal with. They have made it so I can download workouts from IFIT in TCX format an upload them to Strava which is a step in the right direction anyway, but I would like them to actually do this automatically like my Garmin GPS does for real rides.

Anyway, I bought one of their recumbent bikes for my wife. The head unit comes with a fan. When I assembled it the fan was noisy. I called them and chatted with the support person who shipped me a new head unit after I held the phone by it and he could hear the noise. But during this conversation I got the first hint that things could be pretty fishy. He said that this head unit was normally around $1000. I had only paid about $700 for the whole bike! I did not buy the extended warranty nor had I on my Tour de France bike. I am already paying for IFIT, I don't want to pay more. Then my TDF bike started to crash and not recognize my heart rate monitor. I was told by a 3rd party company that the console was over $1500!

I only paid $1400 for the bike. They had previously shipped me new HR monitor and a microSD to reprogram it, but they sent the wrong one - it was for the recumbent bike and it basically bricked my bike. I was pretty much getting ready to figure out how to dispose of this thing today - I have been dealing with them on Twitter - tonight I got an email saying they have shipped me a new console free of charge! I am stunned! I believe this company is starting to hear our complaints and possibly trying to make things right. I can't say this is going to work for everyone, but if you have problems with ProForm, contact them on Twitter. Their support people on Twitter seem to be able to make things right. I think our complaints are actually making a difference. I'm going to give them 4 stars for now as they do seem to be improving.

Anyone that has problems in the past should try to contact them on Twitter. IFIT is another issue, but if you cancel your contract every year and look for a new deal, you can usually get it for about 9 bucks a month I think. I think the subscription to Google Maps costs nearly that, so it's a price you have to pay for pretty pictures while you ride, just look around for deals on it. Well, I got a result in the end anyway. Thanks ProForm.

I actually like the product. However, the crank bearings wore out at 3000 km. For the price of this high end bike, they should last longer than that. To their credit, Icon did send a person out to fix and all parts and labour were covered. But the bike was out of service for weeks and I can't wait until 4 months (3000 km) from now when I get to do it all again. And then another 4 months from that... Etc.

Ordered a Proform 440 ES recumbent bike and it worked for 3 minutes until it threw belt. Tried to contact customer service through scan with phone label on machine and received a message that customer service would contact me within a few minutes. After waiting a day I called customer service and waited on for 45 minutes for answer. After someone finally answered they walked me through disassembling machine to troubleshoot issue. I did not have all the tools needed so they said to call back when I finished disassembling machine.

I finished disassembling in about an hour later and found that issue was flywheel and drive wheel are not aligned. These are mounted to welded brackets and there are no adjustments. Called back their support to find out they were closed. Waited until Monday to call and I have been disconnected 4 times while waiting on hold for a total of 60 minutes. I am going to throw this machine in the garbage and go buy a machine from a local vendor that can provide service if the machine ever needs repair or maintenance.

I purchased the Tour De France bike in December 2017, then cancelled my order several hours later. It has been 3 months, and I am still paying on the product I do not have! They would not issue a refund! It takes at least an hour every time to get someone over the phone, and then they have no idea of why the refund isn't happening, or say "by the end of the week". Then the refund never shows.

Somehow, I got an email of a person, who is supposedly helping me with my refund. Her name is Jan ** and email is: **. Although, I am not sure how real this person is because every email sounds like it comes from somebody else. Also, no matter that person, there is still no refund. I have been giving them my money just so my credit is not affected with a late payment. My advice is to NEVER buy anything from them. Or, if you do, put it on the credit card. Then at least, if you cancel your order, you can say ProForm made a fraudulent charge on your account! They are TERRIBLE!

We received horrible, horrible service from this company! We purchased this Le Tour de France Studio Bike on November 27, 2017 hoping for delivery by Christmas. It took one month for delivery and another 2 weeks for someone to partially "assemble" it. Parts were missing and we had to (re)order what was left out of the box. The parts literally began arriving individually, one by one, over the course of 2 weeks. It is now January 28, 2018 and this unusable bike is STILL sitting in our home unassembled! We have emailed, tweeted and spoken by phone to numerous customer service reps with no success whatsoever! Unbelievable.

I purchased the ProForm ICON Upright Exercise Bike and am very disappointed. From the beginning there was a forceful knocking from the left pedal and I believe the screw pedal or crankshaft was stripped. It was only weeks old when, during use, the pedal completely collapsed and fell off the bike. The pedal is unable to be reattached, and by design, a complicated, time consuming and expensive solution will be required before the bike has a chance of being operable again. More specifically, the bike will need to be disassembled and the interior wheel mechanism, the Crank/Pulley, along with the Pedal and related parts, will need to be purchased and replaced.

Again, with such minimal use, I believe this problem represents either a design/engineering problem, or the use of substandard parts and materials. ProForm Icon representatives have been unhelpful, even indifferent, when I expressed consumer safety concerns regarding an injury caused by the separation of the pedal from the metal crankshaft. Note: ICON has an "F" rating with a consumer business rating agency - wish I would have inquired before and purchased a better product from a more reputable company.

DON'T BUY PROFORM. I purchased a ProForm exercise bike from Sears on a closeout sale. I opened the new box to assemble this bike and the bike was repackaged. There was no hardware to put bike together, the pedals had mud in them, no owner’s manual, all internal parts were not packaged correctly, the left pedals threads are stripped, pedal arm has deep scratches from pliers, and scratches on the bike. I expect a new product if I purchase a new product. This looks like a returned device or demo product that was repackaged.

I returned to Sears and they would not exchange since the store was closing and all sales were final. They suggested contacting ProForm. I contacted ProForm and they will not replace product, only will send me parts that were missing or damaged. Forget their replacement warranty, they don't stand by this. Sears states they don't repackage products and further stated if the box was sealed then it was never opened by them to contact the manufacturer. Looks like ProForm sells used equipment as new and don't stand behind their products. DON'T BUY PROFORM.

The ProForm was easy to set up, use and to store if not in use. I love that it has a large window to see my progress and that it is loaded with programs that are easy to use and reach your goals faster. You just hit start and go. It is also iPod compatible and 16 levels of resistance so I start out slow and move my way up. This is a great bike and affordable prices. It fits my needs.

My ProForm bike is easy to use. I like the ability to set different levels and be able to connect to the wifi to watch how far I've gone and be able to bike in different locations around the world. But I would make it with my ease of use and add additional features to connect to apps on my phone to stream directly to it and add speakers that are larger. It is easy to use but takes up a lot of room. I would like it to be easier setup to move to different rooms in my house and not take up so much room in the middle of the floor when storing it.

ProForm is very easy to use. I just jump on the bike and start to pedal. There's nothing I have to do first. I like to set it in front of the TV and watch while riding. I like the adjustable seat as I'm short and too many bikes are too tall for me. This isn't comfortable since I pushing the pedals with my toes. It also hurts.I tried out a lot of bikes to find the right height. Also, this bike doesn't have a lot of features but I can see how far I go and how much energy I expend, but not much else. I would like it to measure my calories burned.

I like the different ways you can use the ProForm 740 ES exercise bike. I like the heart monitor and the way you can adjust the bike for different types of people. I also like the display and the comfortable seat. I used it as a start to my home gym and I liked the way I could use it as several pieces of equipment that I got rid of. It looks good and more professional. The bike was easy to set up and it came with easy to use instructions. My sister has one and she also helped me learn how to operate it but I had to get used to the console. The bike I owned previously had a seat that was torture to use. The only thing I would do differently is to add Pandora or Spotify and play songs that you like, download an e-book so you can read while you exercise or maybe check out your email.

The ProForm 740 ES exercise bike is made in a way where it doesn't hurt your muscles to do the workout. It is greatly priced and already has more features than most bikes I had looked at. It is compatible with iPod and has numerous built-in workout programs. It also has an innovative touch screen. The setup for the bike was pretty straightforward and didn't take more than 45 minutes for me to finish it. The directions are included and are simple and not hard to figure out. Anyone would be able to figure out how to set it up. It's best bang for your buck when looking at exercise machines.

I have a ProForm 135 and it was fairly easy to set up. There was quite a bit of assembly but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow unlike the instructions on so many other things that you get. There are many features that are digital and easy to use unlike the old ones. There are also many different settings for tension and for measuring the distance and calories list. I liked all the features that it had and I was very satisfied.

I like the shape of Proform. It makes exercising easy and enjoyable. It's comfortable and is the most awesome piece of equipment I have ever used. You stand on it, grab the handles and pedal, you can adjust the speed as needed. It is very easy and simple to use and has many unique safety features. I could not ask for a better piece of exercise equipment.

My ProForm is a hybrid, a bike and elliptical in one. Putting it together was a little challenging for me but I did it. It is very easy and convenient to use. I remove one bolt and it changes from an elliptical to a bike and the screen lowers so you can see it while riding the bike. You can also adjust the area for your feet with ease and switching them to pedals is very simple. You can adjust the pedals forward and backward as well as the transition when you are on the elliptical. The screen is easy to navigate and it has a place to hold my water bottle. However, the speakers are horrible and there isn't enough space hold things while I'm working out. I use my phone for music when working out. I attached my phone with an adapter and was very disappointed when I realized how low the volume was. I can barely hear it when I started working out. What's the point in adding the feature if I can't use it. Also, I had no place to set my phone.

The ProForm Bike had a monitor I really liked. It was easy to find out the speed you were going and you could also monitor your heart. This monitor kept track of how many miles you had ridden in a given week or longer depending on when you deleted the history. Plus, the seat was comfy and the bike was quiet. It was easy to use, very sturdy and doesn't move around when you ride even when you are riding at higher speeds. I really liked this bike but it is very heavy. Most likely if it weighed less it wouldn't feel so safe when riding. Since I always felt very secure on the bike I was never really bothered by the fact it had to stay in one place. I really enjoyed this bike.

The Proform 740 ES exercise bike has a 7" touchscreen, built-in dual-grip heart rate monitor, global Google Maps route, 2.0 sound system, ergonomic foot pedals and it is Apple iPod, USB and Bluetooth compatible. I bought this bike because it is comfortable to sit in, you pick the route you want to ride that day, hook up your iPod and go for a fun and effective ride. There was some setup and I got my friend to help me. We had to put the seat on, then you sit down and turn it on. It has a lot of options when the screen opens up. You set the type of ride where there are many levels, put your music on and take off.

There are a lot of features that I enjoy about the ProForm 740 ES exercise bike. It comes with a touch screen that’s in color, an enhanced flywheel and you can pick from a lot of different workout apps. This is a great bike for general exercising and for trying to get in shape, gives a great workout with diversity. Like most bikes, some of the pieces already come together so it is very easy to assemble. Plus, the manual makes it very easy to understand how to put it all together.

Setting it up was easy because it came pre-assembled. Pretty simple operation overall, just sit and pedaling. I ended up watching television while pedaling and the touchpad started recording the distance traveled. Information showed distance and calories burned as well as speed. The exercise bike is inexpensive and lightweight so it could be taken from room to room. I would like it to have a better visual pad that shows progress made and I would've preferred it to be a lean back bike instead of sitting upright. It would've been more comfortable.

The Proform is a great fit and is easy to use. You just plug it in and hop on and start riding. Also, you can adjust the settings according to what you want so that is an amazing plus. All you have to do is press the buttons on the bike and ride it accordingly. I like how well the Proform works and the times feature that allows me to run on the bike for a specified period of time until I have burned a set amount of calories. I also love the feature that lets you run or ride miles based on a time clock and mile adjustment clock as well. However, I do wish that the bike was further down tbh. It is a little high up and makes things more challenging for me when I am exercising. The great height makes the pain worse but it does work effectively, so that is a plus there. Overall, it is an amazing bike.

My ProForm Exercise Bike is firm, the seat fits to my liking very well. It is not an upright, it’s more of a sit down type exercise bike instead of a typical bike type machine. It’s comfortable and easy on the knees but the seat is a little too hard to move back and forth but very manageable and the bike doesn’t have handles. The display broke and there is not fixing it so you can’t track your time and all your vitals. The foot pedals are a little hard but reliable, could be some better things but still is good bike. With this bike the pros outweigh the cons. It's worth what it costs.

My ProForm Exercise Bike is very easy to use. I did the initial set up and didn't encounter problems at all after the fact. It's very easy to just hop on now that it's up. Furthermore, it doesn't get stuck or ride up. It is also very easy to spend a lot of time on this bike. They could make the bike a bit cheaper but still, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

ProForm is versatile exercise bikes that track your progress. It is effective with results and burning the calories that everyone will notice especially yourself. Everyone is suitable for this. It is not too hard nor too easy to use but once you get past it, it is fun and enjoyable. The price is steep but in the end, it is worth it. I have no complaints about the product but if it is more affordable, it would be awesome.

I like the new technology that ProForm offers and it gives me the ability to have some variation in my workouts. But my current bike is standard and boring. I didn't have any problems setting up the ProForm bike though. It was a breeze and so is using the bike (with the exception of the gears), but I don't get the best workout. Working out can be tedious so I need to make my workouts as fun as possible. But most of my time is spent trying to get comfortable on the bike and changing gears. The seat also doesn't adjust well and the screen is antiquated. This bike was a gift and I would not have purchased this one for myself. The materials seem to be cheap and a child's bike is constructed better than this. The price was great but you get what you pay for.

It was a difficult process to set up the ProForm Exercise Bike. There were many parts. Even following the directions did not make the process easier. Furthermore, I would like a calorie counter and maybe a scenic screen that looks like I'm biking through a park somewhere nature like. It would be fun to have a 3D exercise while biking. Still, the bike was easy to operate. I like the reclining seat which supports my back and the tension adjustment which allows me to pedal with resistance. I also like the speed monitor and the timer. It was worth the price.

I like that the ProForm bike is smooth and easy to use and that I can adjust the intensity of the pedals. I can also adjust the speed and it keeps up with my calories burned. However, it was difficult to put together and I didn’t have the tools I needed. I tried to read the instructions and do it myself but I had to get my husband to do it. I wish it had a TV monitor attached that I could watch TV or plug my phone into like the gym. Also, there isn't a way to save my info to keep up with my progress.

This 135 CSX exercise bike was very easy to setup and the instructions were plain and simple even a child would have been able to put it together. I really love my bike and wouldn't trade it for any other more expensive brand plain effective and simply works.

The ProForm 990S bike is very easy and comfortable to use. It sits in the room like a Chair. I do not have to do any setting up as it is a solid piece that I can just go get on and bike and it keeps track of calories burned, miles traveled, time spent and other measurements that help me keep track of my progress so I can see where I am needing to work harder at. As it is one piece it stays in one spot. I occasionally have to Change batteries in the meter but that is all I need to do, if I need to move it I can easily slide it on its rollers chair. It keeps track of chair so to speak.

I have an recumbent bike that I keep in my living room. The armrests keep me upright and the back supports my back. The seat is wide and is extremely comfortable. You can extend the pedals out so your legs stretch out more if it is needed. The style will allow you to sit up and be comfortable as in a regular chair not bending over for the handle bars and making my back sore. Since I have had two spine surgeries the support is very important and appreciated.

But it would be better if the seat was a bit more padded as it is thin and rather hard. A nice memory foam or something similar would be very nice. I would also make the back have a head rest or support that is padded. The next idea is for me personally. I would love a cup holder, as I will not ride on the road and I do 5 to 10 miles at a time and like my water very handy. The pedals could be smoother for people who pedal barefooted (me) as my feet get tender.

The bike was fairly easy to set up and I had no real issues putting the bike together myself with limited tools. Anyone can do it. You just need the space to be able to work. Good quality for price. I really liked the adjustable resistance of the pedals and how the digital display that recorded distance pedaled, the time spent on the bike, and how many calories were burned. However, I did not like the comfortability of the seat. It did not have enough cushion and caused discomfort after sitting for a while. I often took a pillow to sit on while exercising.

The ProForm Exercise Bike is fun and easy to use. I like the different speed options it offers and it has the best settings for every type of workout. However, I wish the Bike was made out of a sturdier material. It is thin and wouldn't hold up to much abuse. I have to be careful when I use it to not damage it. Nevertheless, it really helps with my different cardio workouts and I have noticed a big difference in my stamina since beginning riding it.

I like that it has a built in touchscreen display and Google maps routes that can take you anywhere in the world. Also it has a built in sound system where you can plug your phone in. Furthermore, it can also charge your phone. However, I wish the seat was higher and felt more like an actual bike. I miss the feeling of being on a spinner bike because the seat is much lower. It also doesn't feel like I'm working out my upper body. Additionally, I wish the seat was more comfortable and there was better padding for your back.

It took my husband less than an hour to put together the ProForm Exercise Bike. He was impressed with how simple the instructions were to follow and that all of the tools you needed were provided. Before I knew it, I was exercising on it; definitely simple. I really enjoyed everything about the bike as it was designed with the consumer in mind. The bike has a full seat with a backrest which was my favorite feature.

I also enjoyed the fact that it was a hybrid machine. Although that meant the bike was larger than other bikes -- I was saving space and money in the end because I was getting two machines in one. However, due to the hybrid construction, I needed to grease the gears in this bike more so than I had with my previously owned bike. Nevertheless, this has been one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment.

I own a ProForm exercise bike and the bike was too difficult for me to set up alone so I had my husband help me, the instructions were fairly clear but required 2 people to put it together. I like that it has many different options for speed control, and options for tension control to fit my needs each time I use it. I seat is also comfortable. But if I could change something I would change the pedals to have an option to protect you from getting your shoe laces stick in the pedals, this has hurt me a few times.

The ProForm is small and compact and doesn't take up a lot of room. It has a good digital display and keeps track of how many calories you burn. It can also load professional training programs. However, it is too noisy at high speed, uncomfortable seat for long periods of exercise and the stability could be improved. Some of the materials used could be done with higher quality. Nevertheless, it was easy to setup and program for varying degrees of resistance to get challenging workouts. Professional installation and setup are available, too.

Once I took it out box, everything was provided and it was easy to put it together. I did it less than 45 minutes. The bike can easily be stored out of sight in a closet. The digital screen tracks my workout and it has a comfortable seat. The only issue I have is every so often I need to tighten things up so I wish it was a bit sturdier. There was very little if any setup right out of the box. On a daily basis the ProForm bike is very easy to use with the 20 different resistance levels which help you maximize your workouts. It has a large screen which tracks your speed, time, distance as well as the number of calories burned. Also we like that we can connect our iPod and enjoy our music while we exercise. The Pre-formatted s20 ekg bike is easy to use and operate. Setting the exercise bike up is also easy, it has an on and off button, it has a menu button to change between miles per hour mode, miles per hour scan mode, time riding the exercise bike, miles rode on the exercise bike, fat calories burned while riding the exercise bike, calories burned while riding the exercise bike, resistance while riding the exercise bike. It also has a button to program the bike and silent resistance change but the program button is a little confusing and the silent resistance change is not silent. I don't like the seat on the exercise bike and also the construction of the exercise bike. Also, I would like the screen to be bigger and clearer on the exercise bike.

This ProForm bike was easy to set up and easy to use as well. I do wish it didn't take up as much space, but in the better months it will go outside on to the patio. It is easy to move from one place to another in the house. But it didn't come with any kind of cover so I have to get one. Also, I do wish that it could go online so I could ride with others in real time. I wish it had the screen that showed different terrains and roads for riding. It would also be nice if it had an incline button for harder rides or if you could shift gears for a stronger work-out. But I like that this bike gives me a full body work-out and it is a great work-out. Its handles move to give me the exercise in my arms and upper body. You can set it at different speeds and it tracks your speed and miles. This bike is adjustable for different people and the whole family can use it for exercise. It's also pretty quiet compared to others I've tried in the past.

This ProForm belonged to an old roommate who took care of the setup / install process. He left it behind when he went to Vegas so I "inherited it". I just hop on & set it to the performance workout I want for the day & go. There is a screen to watch TV which helps make time go by faster, keeping me entertained. Digital numbers to keep up with my stats. Comfortable seat as well. The bike is kind of heavy, but that's to be expected with all of the features it has. I just leave it in the basement & go downstairs to use it. Overall I am happy with it.

The Pacer circuit track is easy to work. I Connect safety clip, turn it on to start at zero, adjust speed and incline and start walking. It is extremely easy to operate and gives you a good workout. It also has a safety feature that shuts it off in case you should fall or trip. I love that it keeps track of fat/regular calories burned, miles walked and heart rate monitor as well. It is also good to raise to an incline. The only dislike I can think of is that the speed should be able to be regulated at a faster speed. My balance forces me to hold on to bars, I would love the bars to be row bars for a better workout.

I would say that the ProForm 440 ES exercise bike is very unique and easy. I get on it at least about 3 hours to burn calories. And also it is very affordable. I don't have to pay 400 dollars for a exercise bike when I can just get it at 150 at Walmart. Also it is very durable and has good frame construction. I would say setting it up was easy step by step by reading the manual. I had trouble reading it but it was already set up when I had bought the product so there wasn't much to do by setting the bike up. I really love it. Because if it wasn't this I would not hesitate to get any exercise bike. I would just get on weight watchers. the exercise bike helped me out a lot.

The ProForm Exercise Bike is sturdy. Made out of quality material. I really enjoy the different programs built in that offer different workouts. I also really enjoy the heart rate monitor so that I am aware of my body during the workout. There are a few things that could use some fixing. The computer is a little slow and the bike does get knocked out of whack every now and then. Other than that it is a sound piece of workout equipment. The bike's all one piece and stays assembled. The computer was a little of a pain to set up, but the memory is great and keeps my info separate from my family members. Effectively satisfied customer.

It has all the basics that one would need. It tracks my time, speed, laps and calories burned. It's like you are on a quarter mile track. It serves its purpose for sure. But I would like a place to hold my iPod or possibly something in the machine that would play music. The set up for this specific exercise bike is very, very easy. You get on the bike, start pedaling and set your resistance level, and that's it.

The ProForm 325 was a very good price. It was fairly easy to assemble and set up and very easy to use. It took about two hours to assemble and once It was assembled it rode really smooth and was quiet compared to an exercise bike I owned before. Also, It is very quiet, has a tablet holder so I can watch my shows while I ride and the seat is really comfortable. However it would not connect to my bluetooth, it is also a little bulky and it seems as though the calorie count was off. I would make it a little smaller and also improve the connection for the ifit.

The ProForm 230 upright cycle is easy to move because it has wheels, and has different apps with different workouts. It is easy to use, so I want to exercise. I can hook up my phone or iPod to listen to music. It shows calories burned. It is a basic model, so it doesn't come with a lot of features but the read out could be better, and the seat is ok, but not super comfortable. Mine takes batteries, and wish it could plug in. It takes a while to be it together at first, but it only takes regular tools and the directions are easy(ish) to follow. It is easy to move around. Follow the screen and you get a good workout. It only takes a few seconds to get it started after set up (The first day).

The features that I like best about the ProForm bike is it has a very very large LCD window display, it has an EKG Grip pulse which is very important to me. I need to make sure I know what my heart rate is at all times. I like that it shows my speed, time, distance and calories burned. However, the foot straps on the pedals are a little uncomfortable and my feet slip out of them from time to time so if they could change the foot strap on the bike that would be great. The assembly on the proform bike was relatively easy however the box weighed a lot so I had a bit of a hard time getting some pieces out of the box, but once they were out I was able to assemble quite easy.

ProForm is super easy to use. I like that you can adjust the seat and going up and down hills and you do not have to wear yourself out on it. The bike is the go-to thing because you can break a sweat but you will not fall off. You feel safe on it and it is great exercise. I wish I had the money for the bike that makes you feel like you are actually traveling somewhere or the one that tells me my heart rate. All in all though it is a great little machine and perfect for a beginner or experienced. It always makes me want to exercise.

I love the maps and I like the wide range of preset apps provided with the ProForm bike, anything from beginner to expert which challenges me physically which is something I have been looking for in an exercise bike, but this is a little bit more than that. It gives me something to focus on and be able to use my imagination that I am actually traveling instead of just sitting on an exercise bike. The bike was easy to assemble and I almost didn't need tool to assemble the bike. It would have made the bike easier to align the cables that are in the bike from itself.

I like ProForm because it doesn't take up a lot of room like the older models of exercise bikes did. It has a nice large LCD display that gives me accurate readouts of my calories burned, how far I have traveled and how fast I was going. I can also plug my iPad into it and listen to music while I work out. I actually enjoy getting on it for about a half hour every other day and always try to go further and faster that the previous workout.

The only thing I would like to see changed on this model is to make the resistance more viable. Especially when I first get on it it seems to really take a lot of effort to get up to my desired speed. I would prefer that the level one initial resistance was lower and as it automatically dials in more resistance as I get further into my ride so it doesn't feel so daunting when I am just getting started. I keep the bike stationed next to my weight bench in my downstairs work-out room. It doesn't require any set-up at all, pretty much automatic. I just press start on the display and start riding, really easy to use.

My Pro-Form was a gift and purchased from a local Sears store about 3 years ago. It has a large digital display which has different features like speed, calories burned and can also register heart rate. It's very straightforward to operate - simply get on the bike and pedal at the desired speed. It's easily adjustable and comfortable to sit on. And fairly easy to change the batteries on the digital display. But it's large and takes up a lot of room in the place where I use it. It's heavy and cumbersome to move. The digital display quit working about a year after I bought it and it would be difficult and prohibitively expensive to repair, so I have not pursued doing this.

My bike is the ProForm XP which I bought a few years ago at Sears, along with four other exercise machines: a treadmill, an elliptical machine, a leg press and a rowing machine. I had a health club professional set up the bike originally. Now I just sit on it and pedal away. There are different levels of resistance which I alternate occasionally. The speedometer is easy to read and runs on batteries which are easy to replace. The bike is very sturdy, well built, and comfortable to ride. I enjoy my exercise bike immensely and use it two or three times a week.

The instructions to put together the bike were easy to follow. I was able to assemble the bike by myself without any help. It's portable, easy to use, lightweight so you can move it to different rooms and folds up for easy storage. The reset and mode counter helps keep track of the time, calories and heart rate. But it could have a bigger rest for the tablet or book because right now it is too small.

I like ProForm 135 bike and bought it for a good price. It works very well for me and my family. I like the way it is very easy to use so that's why I like to use it everyday and my boys like to use it also. So losing weight is easy to do. It's worth the price.

The ProForm bike is comfortable. It is adjustable and has different biking levels, different terrain and lots of options for my workout. One of the best I've used. Glad I made the purchase. Price could be cheaper and a lot less difficult to set up. After you brought it home needs some upkeep to keep it working right but still a good brand. It's very easy to use. But it needs a lot of room to be used. If you have a small home or apartment then I wouldn't buy it. But if you have lots of room it's a good buy.

The set up for this ProForm bike is extremely easy. When you receive the bike, it looks difficult at first but it is really not. You can read the instructions inside the book and it explains everything. The features that I like on this bike is that I am able to connect my phone or iPod to the dock. I can exercise and enjoy listening to my music. I also like that there is a big display screen on the bike and I can view my progress. I enjoy everything about it. It is very lightweight, comfortable, easy to use, and you can achieve a great workout on the bike.

Purchased this bike (Proform XP Whirlwind 320), ordered through Costco, December 2013. Have used to this date no more than 50 hours. Left pedal shaft broke while wife was exercising nearly damaging her ankle. Tried to contact Proform's Customer Service to order new pedal - called, was disconnected four times. Finally contacted Sales Department - they answered after five minutes, and told me that they would switch to the parts department. On hold with parts 30 minutes. Finally pleasant girl answered and said I needed to re-register my model. Then ordered the part for pedal and was told it would be over $60 plus tax and shipping. I told her the shaft of the pedal broke and I was filing a complaint for defective equipment. Told them to cancel the order. Very dissatisfied with Proform company.

I ordered an Proform 230 upright cycle at a local Sears home store on 1/26/2016. I paid cash. I was having the Bike shipped there to be picked up, to save myself $100.00. The Bike came, but was missing the upright bar. I called online to order it. When it didn't come as promised, I called another Sears phone number, which they tell me I'm not in their system, which means it never got ordered! Made another phone call, only to find out, can't get the part until May! Well, of course now I don't want this product, and the "Sears" Hometown store will not take it back or give me my money. I had to take it to a Big Sears stores 60 miles away. They were very nice, and refunded my purchase and took the Bike back! A horrible experience to say the least, and a very big waste of my time! I bought a Schwinn! It's a great Bike! Sorry Proform, you lost a customer.

I purchased a Pro 5.0 Tour de France bike and a floor mat from ProForm. Received my shipment on 12/11/15. The screen was broken and there was no mat. I ordered a replacement screen that was supposed to be here in 3-5 business days on 12/14. As of today 12/27 still no part. I did received a notice that my mat shipped on 12/24 after several complaints thru their customer service. Still have not used this machine. Terrible.

I just bought a ProForm Tour de France bike (12/14/2015). It arrived broken. Customer Service consists of a third party that doesn't troubleshoot. Instead, it wants to buy parts and send out techs. That would take 5 days to purchase parts and 5 days to arrange the visit. Unfortunately, the item was purchased for my son's birthday tomorrow. When I called Customer Service to process a return, I was put in a queue for over an hour until the office closed. I'm extraordinarily displeased.

Wish I would have seen this site before I ordered! It seems that this company is super shady. For one, you are unable to post a negative review on their website. I tried to post this review numerous times and I kept getting an "Error" message. I thought it was odd since other positive reviews were being posted on the same days that I tried. I figured they might automatically screen their reviews electronically for any "negative" reviews and automatically reject them, so I removed some of these negative words from my review - "poor," "beware," etc. I did this immediately after a "negative" review gave me the error message. Magically, my review was accepted once I removed these words. I received an email saying my review would be posted shortly, but it's still not up. I'm sure if your review makes it past the first round, a live employee screens and filters out the negative ones. Total b.s. if you ask me.

I purchased the Tour De France Pro around Thanksgiving 2014. I was only able to ride this about 5 times, as one day the computer just started showing an error screen that would just continue to pop up, making the machine unusable. So I sent an email and even tried their "Live Chat" to report the problem - no response on either inquiry - ever. So, I called Proform service (expect to be on hold a solid 20-30 minutes each and every time you call), and the rep was extremely unknowledgeable about the product. He did finally determine that I needed a new console. He told me it'd ship out the next day and they'd ship it priority, so I could expect it in 3-5 business days.

Well over a week passes with no console, so I call again. At first they can't find my part order (?), and then they tell me the item is on backorder and they do not even have an expected date when they will receive it. I was told to just continue to call back weekly to check if they received it. Really, continue to call back weekly and sit on hold for a half hour for them to probably tell me the same thing? Called again yesterday and they still don't know when the console will be in. Very disappointed as I purchased this solely to ride in the winter, and I'm assuming I'll probably get the part in April/May, when it's nice enough to ride outdoors.

Worst part about all this is that customer service does not care AT ALL about fixing the problem. And the company obviously does not care about fixing the problems they have with their equipment (it seems like multiple people have the exact same problem - consoles going out, parts that always break are never in stock, etc.). I wouldn't be surprised if the company keeps all their parts on back order so that you burn through your warranty waiting for parts. I would strongly recommend against buying anything from this company. Customer service is horrible, and the company does everything in it's power to hide complaints/bad reviews. I would never buy from this company again!

Bought a 2012 Proform Tour De France bike. Looks great. Belt slipped, had 3 service visits, swapped out rear gear to larger size, adjustment screw now won't fit through the right side cowling. Looks like crap for $1500. Interface is spotty on wireless connectivity even with 90+% signal. Arduous interface. Has taken repeated tries to attempt to get DHCP to work, password, ifit user name and password are entered one letter at a time using arrow and enter keys. Functionality of the interface is an embarrassment.

iFit sucked the first year or so, never used the bike nor iFit for 2013/14. Now trying again. Now the mapping will save a bike workout over 10 miles. Wa-hoo! How about my $99 back for my 2013 iFit subscription to hell? Going to put an APC battery backup on it to power it so I don't have to take another hour+ to re-enter and successfully get the unit functional again with my credentials. Version 3 unit looks nice, but I'm tempted to manufacture a competitive product with a real interface (better than the tablet attached to V3).

Purchased a ProForm CSX 215 for €254.10 ($299USD) in January 2013, it lasted LESS than an entire year before the resistance started to break down. Eventually the resistance did not work at all, one of the pedals stripped and broke off, and finally after calling the company, we were told that the bike "had to be registered within 30 days" and that the warranty only covered the bike for 90 days. This company deceptively made it seem like the bike was covered for FIVE YEARS, since that is the first thing you read from their warranty blurb. Turns out it is only the FRAME that is covered for five years, which you could not break if you took a freaking battleaxe to it. The parts and other stuff? Not covered at all. Nothing that actually makes the bike WORK.

Calling the company, we found that it would cost €126.88 ($150USD) as a FLAT CHARGE to even have the friggin' technician come out to look at it and that additional fees would be charged for the parts and labour to repair it. THIS IS ABSURD! The bike cost €254.10 NEW and they want more than half the price of the freaking thing JUST TO LOOK AT IT? DO NOT, DO NOT do business with these people. The other reviews on this website speak volumes as to how shady they are. Wish we could rate LESS than one star.

Don't even think about buying exercise equipment from icon or ProForm. I bought the ProForm Tour de France a couple years ago and it has never worked as promised. Oh sure it is an okay exercise bike. It is worth about $400. I paid over a grand for it so that I could use the nice google maps, iFit links, internet updates, etc. NONE of that stuff ever worked. Not even once. This product is a failure. I was a sucker to fall for it but I gave it lots of time for icon to work out the bugs. Today I tried to upload the latest firmware thinking they had probably fixed all the bugs by now. Wrong! Now nothing even works. I spent a couple hours on their chat line getting dumped over to dead ends. After repeated attempts, I finally reached a very helpful live human on the phone.line. She even admitted that it was a piece of crap. There is no fix and never will be a fix. She was nice but convinced me that I have wasted money and time with icon and ProForm. Time for craigslist!

Zx2 exercise bike - I'd give less than one star, if possible. This exercise bike has been a major disappointment. Despite being nearly new and having light use as I rehabbed from knee surgery, the control console has gone from working somewhat to not working at all, making a loud knocking and buzzing sound. Sought online help from Pro-Form and it was determined it needed a new console, priced about the same or more than a new bike.

Ordered my Tour De France bike in October. It was back ordered, so I didn't receive it until 12/28/14. Put it together and started riding. A little over a week later it started knocking and coming apart. Called to have it repaired and spent over an hour on the phone. I was told I would have to take it apart and tell them what part was broken.

After removing covet plates and another hour on the phone, we decided what parts needed to be replaced and they were ordered. The next a tech call and said he had added more parts to the ordered that would be needed. Over the next couple of weeks the parts started receiving the parts. The tech would call ever couple of days to see if all the parts had arrived. After a couple of weeks, without the parts I called and spent another hour on the phone trying to get parts.

I was told that some parts would not be available until May or later. After raising hell they decided to take them off a new bike and sent them (another hour on the phone). Finally, after weeks the tech comes to fix the bike. He was unable to fix because a bolt in the crankshaft could not be removed. He said that this was common in equipment made by ProForm in China because of lock-tight used.

He filed a report. And the next week, I called to find out when the would replace the bike I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to decide what they would do. (Another hour and a half raising hell on the phone.) Three days later, after being passed from department to department and person to person and more hours on the phone, I was told I would be contacted by someone with a resolution.

Then, I get a call from someone in another department that they wanted to send another Tech out to try to fix the bike and if he could not fix it it would take 4 to 6 weeks send a new bike. Still have not gotten new bike after 10 weeks and over 6 hours on the phone. I would not suggest that anyone buy anything from this company.

The spin bike we purchased is 9 months old and needs the part that raises and lowers the unit. Contacted ProForm and they sent the part to us in about 5 days. They told us to install it but we said the warranty covers parts and labor. They said it was simple to install but we knew better from reading all the bad reviews on their warranties. They lied because you need a special wrench for the pedals that costs about $20.00 and didn't mention that during our conversation. We opted for a technician. The technician called about one week later to schedule but never showed up, then called again and never showed up. We contacted the technician again and now have to wait another week for him to possibly show up (have fun with that one). The bike still works but is very noisy and sounds like it will stop any minute now. All the reviews we read on the internet tell everyone to stay away from ProForm because of the horrible warranty service when needed. Good bike but horrible warranty promises. Would not recommend ProForm! Over two weeks and one more week at this time to wait for a repair.

I have not been able to use my model PFEX01312.0 TDF bicycle trainer since upgrading the software. I have spent countless hours waiting on the telephone to talk to a service technician, only to be disconnected either in mid-conversation or before ever reaching a technician. When I try to log onto iFit Live, I keep getting a message saying that my password was not accepted. After going back and forth for a month or more, I got a message saying that my membership to iFit Live had expired. After renewing my membership, I still have the same problem. I was asked for my username and password. They sent me a new user name, but not a new iFit Live login password. I am still unable to log on to iFit Live and even though I have paid for a four year service contract. They still refuse to tell me who to contact to have a service person come to my home to fix the problem.

Proform 450 UR Repair - I have had this exercise bike for a couple of years, so I guess I did get more use out of it than a lot of the posts here. I would say the bike had average use. Recently the pulley that drives the flywheel became loose/broke and the machine obviously quit working. The part is easily removable from the shaft with a single slip ring. Unfortunately it does not show up on the exploded view in the manual and online. After several exchanges with Icon Fitness, I was notified that the part I need is only sold with the entire flywheel, which amazingly costs $890, which is a bit more than I paid for the entire bike. Clearly a scam. Icon Fitness has no intention of supporting their products once they get you to purchase it. When I started reviewing the other part prices, I found them to also be extremely excessive.

I purchased a ProForm 290x spin bike in Feb. 2010. In January 2011, not even a year after purchasing this bike, while using it, the right pedal fell off while I was riding it. Luckily, I was not seriously hurt. But the pedal could not be installed back. After contacting customer service, which is not easy because they do not answer the phone, they make you put in your number and they call you back hours later and if you are not available to answer their call, then you have to start the whole process over again.

I found out that the warranty on this bike is only 90 days for parts! I will never purchase another ProForm bike or any fitness equipment with an icon 'fitness' ever again. After purchasing this part, costing me $90 with shipping and handling for a $300 whole bike, I was unable to fix the bike because the old part will not come off and they do not send you any instructions on how to fix the bike.

Do not waste your time or money on this bike or company. They do not stand behind their products and their customer service is awful!

I have a Pro Form 965R recumbent bike. The right pedal sheared right off the drive arm. I contacted the company. They tell me due to age and metal fatigue this could occur. They are more than willing to sell you the 2 replacement parts for $170 plus shipping. I am of the opinion that this should not have occurred under normal usage, and was clearly a manufacturer defect. The company CEO should be arrested for screwing consumers! I would take them to court but it would not be worth the legal expenses!

I purchased the 290 SPX spin bike. The left pedal is defective. Manual instructs me to contact Proform and do not contact the store. I've been trying to reach someone at Proform for three days. I was kept on hold for hours. I tried to have them call me back. They called back at 6 p.m. I missed the call and tried to call right back and got a "we are closed" message. I don't want to deal with this company. I'm taking it back to the store where I purchased it.
