After making a Life Fitness treadmill purchase, I was really pleased with the machine and the support I received. The treadmill was of excellent quality, providing a quiet and seamless workout along with a variety of features and programmed to keep my workout interesting. The machine feels robust and long-lasting, and construction was simple. Excellent customer service was provided by informed staff members who were accommodating and quick to respond to my questions.

I have used treadmill, elliptical, stair machine in multiple gyms. The screen often time is difficult to control, it doesn’t align well with the touch. For example, when I want to switch quickly before 4mile/hour to 7 mile/hour, it often time takes a while to change or read my input as 0.7 mile/hour. It can be dangerous sometimes when the speed is fast. There are four treadmills in my gym and the alignment between the screen are all different. For some when I intend to input the number 2, I need to skew to 3, for some I need to skew to 1. I used to do HIIT on elliptical, but their machines have this jilt that is impossible for me to speed up to a desired heartbeat rate.

I am based in Kisumu, Kenya (Western Kenya). Purchased T3 treadmill in Nairobi, Kenya from Deacons (K) Ltd. Registered online as required. The company closed and found out that Impex TransAfrica are new local dealers. Signed expensive service contract with them. First service only was taken for a ride as to when the technician would visit. Finally after making noise the technician came for the service. After the first service I was given a report that the motor, belt and the deck needs replacement. I informed that the motor was still under warranty as the 10 year period had not yet expired and they can send me the quote for the belt and the deck. I was still sent a quote for the motor, belt and the deck. I strongly opposed the quote for the motor and after initial denial by Life Fitness (as claimed by the local dealer) and strong opposition by me the motor was finally availed under warranty and replaced.

I requested for a re-quote for the belt and the deck and paid for it promptly immediately upon receipt of the same. After following and inquiring if the parts had arrived I was told to pay extra Kshs 37,000/- over and above the original quote for the deck (original quite was about Kshs 28,800/-) due the reason that the air freight charge for the deck had over shot up due to the package. I promptly informed them that i don't have a problem paying the additional amount provided they provide me with a document which can verify the extra air freight charge. They have refused to provide a document which can verify the additional air freight charge and I had no option but to refuse the additional payment.

In view of the above they have now refunded me the full money for the payment made to them for the belt and the deck. In view of the same my expensive machine now lies idle and my request to refund the money for the remaining 3 services (as the machine is now at a standstill) has fallen on deaf ears. Also if they refund, my expensive machine has now grounded to a halt. I request all potential buyers to be very careful and do a proper due diligence on the dealer and the availability of a proper back up service before investing in any expensive machine from Life Fitness or their dealer. I even involved their main office in the US in this matter and even though they have got in touch with me and after me explaining to them all the above they have kept quiet and have failed to provided any solution. So potential buyers be aware!!!!

I like the feature where the screen shows you actually running on a trail. It makes it look as real as possible. It also sets your personal goals on it and helps you to achieve them. There is also a voice activation system on it that sounds like Jillian Michaels. It is very impressive. However, it's difficult to use. The setting up is only made for one person and it's difficult to set up multiple runners' goals. However, it is awesome if it's just you running on the treadmill. I also dislike that it is sometimes hard to navigate. I don't like that I can't run at a certain amount of speed without it sounding like it is about to break.

It was really simple to set up. I just plugged it up and began to run. It is quite intuitive actually. I like how easy it is to use and it really does not take any wear and tear on my body. There are "courses" to run as well. It makes it fun to get on and get my run done. But I wish it had a few more live features, such as downloads of course that I might run some of the time. I have a few at my local gym that do that and I have always been happy with that.

With my Life Fitness treadmill, I can manage my exercise routine with smartphone to equipment so I can see how much I burn the calories and how much my fats are down in one exercise. It seems really easy to control and easy to connect with other devices and easy to take any exercise while I'm on the go. I think this treadmill I'm using is really easy to use even I'm the first to use treadmill at home for exercises because it has a new features to use in one button to control other system in one use.

The Life Fitness treadmill is sleek and sophisticated and looks incredible in my home gym. The workout settings make it great for any athlete and the incline settings make for a good upper thigh workout. It is very simple to use and I use it daily. I simply step on, choose my workout routine setting for that day, apply the safety clip to my attire, and press start. I warm up for five minutes, begin my routine, and when I am finished I cool down for the suggested amount of time, five minutes. There is nothing about this treadmill I would change. Although, I would like a newer model as they have even greater features than the one that I currently own.

I like the go console on my Life Fitness treadmill. I can use Bluetooth to listen to music while enjoying my workout. I like how this feature is pretty modern and yet cutting edge at the same time. It beats using my phone for music. But I dislike the features that are programmed to make you burn fat. The workouts is in high intervals. The program using goes so fast on speed I become very winded which is bad for my asthma. It's like um are you trying to kill me? Though this treadmill is like any treadmill I've used before it just has more features that the folders one didn't have. Its like a car in a way with its state of art features and sleek style. I'm quite impressed by it and proud to own this treadmill.
