Beltone hearing aid models

Beltone offers the following types of hearing aids: invisible-in-canal, complete-in-canal, in-the-canal, in-the-ear, receiver-in-ear, mic-in-Helix and behind-the-ear. Their hearing aids cover a wide range of hearing loss, from mild to profound. Beltone has five models of hearing aids: Beltone Trust, Beltone Amaze, Beltone Legend, Beltone Boost Max and Beltone Ally.

  • Beltone Trust: The Beltone Trust is designed for people with mild to severe hearing loss. It’s available in a range of styles, including behind-the-ear and receiver-in-ear. It has a protective coating and technology designed to lessen the effects of tinnitus.
  • Beltone Amaze: Beltone designed the Amaze model for those with mild to severe hearing loss. It comes in a receiver-in-ear style. Rechargeable batteries remove the hassle of replacing disposable batteries. It is compatible with the HearMax app.
  • Beltone Legend: The Beltone Legend model is available in a variety of styles. Legend technology includes tinnitus relief and environmental programs that adjust settings based on your locale.
  • Beltone Boost Max: The Beltone Boost Max is designed specifically for those with profound hearing loss. The accompanying HearMax app allows you to adjust environmental programs and control volume. The SmartGain Pro options can also adjust settings automatically for you.

Beltone hearing aid prices

Unfortunately, you won’t find prices on Beltone’s website; however, this is fairly common in the hearing aid industry. High-tech hearing aids with adjustable programs, apps and tinnitus relief tend to come at a high price. Still, you will only end up paying a few dollars a day for a hearing aid that lasts several years. Although prices aren’t exact, you can expect a hearing aid from Beltone to cost roughly $2,500, with some costing up to $4,500 per hearing aid.

Beltone technology

Beltone has a wealth of additional features and technologies to enhance your hearing experience. A Beltone representative can tell you which smartphone app is best for your hearing aid.

  • Beltone Phone Link 2: This allows your phone to ring directly in your ear. You can answer your phone even if your phone isn’t on your person.
  • Beltone myPAL Micro and Pro: This wireless microphone extends your range of hearing up to 80 feet. This helps wearers hear conversations and other important sounds around the house and outside.
  • Beltone Direct TV Link 2: Just like it sounds, this lets you stream audio from the TV to your hearing aid.
  • Beltone Direct Remote Control 2: Adjust the volume on your hearing aid or switch audio streaming devices.
  • Beltone Tinnitus Calmer App: This app includes sound therapy and other exercises to reduce the irritation tinnitus can cause.
  • Beltone Hear Plus app, Beltone Hear Max app and Beltone Smart Remote app: You can adjust your hearing aid volume, adjust settings and more with Beltone’s convenient smartphone apps.

Do we recommend Beltone hearing aids?

We recommend Beltone hearing aids because they have a large selection of models and customizable styles, a broad sound coverage range and additional complementary technologies. We do wish pricing were more transparent, but their hearing aids are high-quality, making them a great option for the hearing impaired.

I recently visited the Beltone Center in Nashua, NH. I felt confident with their troubleshooting of any hearing aid issues that have arisen though seldom have I experienced many. Also, their skill and competency in administering hearing tests meets high standards. I would recommend their hearing instrument specialist, Luis ** highly.

This visit occurred on JANUARY 21 at 2:15 PM IN Watseka IL. The tech that I visited was a 1st time occurrence. I spoke to him of my previous visits with Beltone techs and reported to him of the continuous poor results. Seemingly they would made adjustments and it seemed the aids were adjusted properly. However the adjustments were short lived, within a day or two the aids were unwearable, tremendous feedback, etc. I was ready to forget Beltone and return to Costco.

After brief conversation with this tech he took the aids to a different lab and returned in a short time, he reinstalled my aids and started to make a few adjustments, he told me the aids were working fine and he disassembled the aids and gave them a complete cleaning, So 6 days later they seem to be working like brand new and I hope they continue to do so. He told me to return in 2 to 3 months. This audiologist was exceptional! Who was he? Didn't get his name? I did not get this technician's name, HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

I’ve been very happy with my hearing aids and the service I get at Beltone in Escanaba. I have not encountered any problems with my hearing aid but I know that if I do, I can count on them getting me in or talking thru the problem over the phone. I find the hearing app very helpful and Rick was very patient in helping me get it set up and learning how to use it. So much easier than using the buttons on the hearing aid.

My initial experience was horrible, honestly I said I'd never go back. My first review started that. After posting my initial review, The owner reached out to me to first apologize and ask what he could do to fix the problem and make it right. We discussed the situation and what happened. He said he would do everything in his power to resolve the issue and a few days later he called me with a resolution, we can certainly live with. Couple weeks later I got my hearing aids. I'm still getting used to them. It's an adjustment to go from not hearing well at all to hearing. Beltone in Mobile will do everything they can to meet your needs with care, dignity and professionalism. Thank You Beltone.

I've had hearing aids my entire life since I was 2 years old. I've had BTE growing up, and CIC from high school up until recently was told my hearing was getting worse and needed BTE's again. I refused as they hurt my ears and very uncomfortable. Everyone has their opinions on how they feel. I love the fact hearing aids are hidden and out of the weather environment. I'm bald and exercise. Sweating is not a problem with in the ears. Fast forward to current Serene 17s. Just received them less than 6 months ago. I've already had the right aid serviced for a sound malfunction, making the aid work harder with the volume all the way up. Got the aid back, same issue. Was told it was fixed, bs.

Went through the holidays limping through with one good ear. Overall experience with the Serene 17, junk. For the amount we pay for the aids, there should not be issues until 4-5 years down the road. I frequently clean the aids, change batteries, everything. My right ear is manually adjusted to 100 on my phone and left ear is at 65. They were working even at the beginning. Now right ear has a faint hum when I press my hand to ear to check if the aid is working. Is there a better aid that is compatible to the Serene and the reliability of not having it repaired often. Is there such aid that is available. Frustrated at 46 yrs old.

I have been using hearing aids purchased 5 years ago. One went bad, the other was working fine. They said I should get a hearing test. I did, and lo and behold, I should have new aids as they were more updated and better. The new aids were $7499.00, guess what, they did not work. Had to make a trip back and they had to readjust so now I can hear. Why didn’t they just fix the older ones, as the left ear worked great. I feel that I was scammed by Beltone and was ripped off. Wish I could return them and get my old one back. I would be much better off and would not be in debt for $7500.00. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BELTONE HEARING TO ANYONE. ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

My grandmother will be 90 in November and on a fixed income and she purchased Beltone hearing aids. Well the hearing aids do not work period but the Beltone people refuse to replace the hearing aids. All they want to do is look at or service them and they are never working in proper order. This is ridiculous especially paying this type of money for a bad pair of hearing aids.
