Buyer beware. Once you sign up with Fridays, they will bill you automatically every month, whether you request a refill or not. Most prescriptions bill you when you request a refill. Not Fridays, they automatically bill you. You have to request a refill through their app. When I started the glp-1 program, I had an unexpected trip come up and did not want to start the program while on the road. As a result, I waited a month before starting the program. Since I had not run out of my initial order, I did not request a refill. A month later when I notice the charge on my credit card and called them to tell them to request a refund, they denied me. So they charged me, even though I did not get the prescription. I have cancelled my subscription.

BEWARE. Company is a total ripoff. Do not pay in advance because once you do the service and product is useless.

I’m sharing this review to express my deep disappointment with the way The GLP Company Fridays allows itself to be represented on social media. One of their main representatives, Jackson, consistently posts content on TikTok that is rude and unprofessional. When consumers attempt to provide feedback or engage with the brand, they are met with hostility or simply blocked. It is incredibly off-putting to see a company in the health and wellness space associated with such "nasty" and dismissive behavior. A brand is only as good as the people it chooses to put in front of the camera. If this is the standard of conduct the company accepts from its representatives, it makes me seriously question their internal culture and how they treat their actual customers. I would strongly advise the management team to review their social media presence and ensure their reps are upholding basic standards of courtesy.

Was charged $596 even after not ordering any more GLP 1 due to skin hives. When asked for a refund, they denied. Buyer beware!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Fridays GLP med service was extremely disappointing. I used their semaglutide for 3 months and saw absolutely no weight loss—not even a couple of pounds, which is very concerning given the cost. Even more alarming, I experienced zero appetite suppression, which is typically one of the first noticeable effects of this medication.
What made this worse was the customer service. I raised concerns starting in the first month, but only received standard, copy-paste email responses advising me to continue treatment for 3–6 more months—essentially continuing to spend hundreds of dollars despite seeing no results. There was no personalized support, no effort to understand my situation, and no response to my requests for a one-on-one consultation or phone call.
I’ve used semaglutide with other providers over the past 3 years and have consistently seen results within a few weeks, so this experience was very unusual and made me question the quality or dosing of what was provided. Considering the cost, I expected both an effective product and proper medical support. Unfortunately, I received neither. This was a complete waste of time, money, and energy.

They did not honor what they promised before signing up, then lied about it. Strung me along when I requested resolution.

I have used compound Semaglutide with another company on two separate occasions prior to starting with Fridays. My last experiences were great. Started losing weight at a low dose (10 units) and progressively lost more as I increased. After taking a year off, I started with Fridays assuming I would get the same results....Couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm on month 3 (paid for 4) and I haven't lost anything. Food noise and regular hunger still there despite my medicine strength being "increased" while the actual dosage is decreased!?!? I'm pretty sure the pharmacy where these meds come from are either lying about the strength of the meds or they are diluting it.
Given my previous experience with Semaglutide. I should be seeing some type of weight loss and/or food noise decrease... Instead, I'm out almost $700 with no actual success to the product this company alleges is successful for weight loss. If you want to throw away money and not have results, this is the place to go. If you want real results, do your research and pick anywhere else!!!

Terrible customer service and definitely a scam! I signed up today but within a few hours of signing up, my pcp called me to tell me the appeal through my insurance was approved. I immediately contacted Fridays to let them know that I wouldn’t need their services and explained the situation. I received nothing but attitude and was told that they would send to billing team but couldn’t transfer me and told me I didn’t need to call back. If I do not receive a call back by the end of the day, I will be disputing this with my bank and reporting them.

Horrible customer experience. Zero response until I canceled. I recently lost my coverage and wanted to continue my coverage of ozempic. I saw a great deal on Fridays and they offered an affordable 1 year plan. Lots of AI that didn't seem to understand. I sent them my prescription and one week later nothing. I had to call and reach a human but was able to cancel. I still do not have my meds however and now I will have to start from a lower dose.

From the onboarding process alone I can tell this company is a scam. There was an issue where I was charged twice and getting the refund took forever. I kept getting texts about my prescription updates and then my portal wasn’t updated. There is zero info and guidance about the meds. I got instructions for the injections when I ordered the oral drops. Let’s see if it works.
