I ordered the cooling memory foam mattress topper on March 3rd, and I received it on March 12th. I got it because I'm a very hot sleeper, and the it's highly rated for cooling. There is no cooling effect, and it doesn't disperse heat as advertised; instead, it acts like a heat sink, and it concentrates your body heat in the area you're laying in, turning it into an inferno. After a few hours, I woke up feeling like I'm being cooked alive in an oven. I had to remove my covers and move to a cooler spot on my bed, but I kept waking up with the same sensation. That was the worse sleep I've ever had. I'm glad I got it for half off, but I'm still out $250 because GhostBed only accepts mattress returns. I hope the dumpster diver gets more use out of it than I did.

Bought a Ghostbed and realized quickly the bed was not for me. It left me stiff and achy the next day. Most of the time I ended up sleeping on my couch. They made the return process as difficult as possible. They would say they were going to send me a link or send me to the next department and then I would hear nothing. It took me almost two months to return and get my refund for my ghost bed. It was only after I reported them to the BBB that I made any headway. They literally had spent two weeks ghosting me. Would not recommend this company to anyone I actually liked. I hope the BBB fines them.

I will say Ghostbed has a warranty on mattress and if you follow through on the steps requiered to validate the claim. We first got the mattess and adjustable bases 4 years ago. One mattress started to hurt and bother my back, legs and shoulders. I notice a dig in a few areas and the sides buldge our of the mattress. I contracted Ghostbed who gave me steps for them to review which I did.

I ordered two Luxe Ghostbed Luxe mattresses one King and One Queen. Be very weary about the fine print in their policies. The salesperson will not tell you but the 101-day sleep trial is only for one mattress If you are contemplating ordering more than one mattress DON'T. They will only accept one mattress per household. I found the mattresses to be too firm. When I begged for service they were unwilling to allow me to return both mattresses despite being told I would have a 101-day sleep trial for both. Once they have your money you become irrelevant and they are not a company that stands behind their product. Order a mattress made in the USA that will stand behind their products. Do yourself a favor, order a Saatva Classic.

Before I made purchase of two twin mattresses from Ghostbed, I chatted with their representative and was informed that 101 night cover both mattresses. After I tried and felt dissatisfied with their mattresses, I requested a return and refund of the mattresses. Ghostbed tried in many ways to discourage return and gave me a runaround and refused to reply back. After I firmly and repeated insisted that I wanted to return the mattress. Ghostbed representative told me that I can only return one mattress. In addition, they told me that I needed to return the useless promotional items but didn't bother to provide instructions of how to return the items to them but was told that they would deduct a lot of money if such promotional items don't return to them. Ghostbed doesn't honor their guarantee and made the return process miserable. It intentionally misinform and mislead their consumers. Don't buy from Ghostbed.

I bought a mattress foam topper, VERY EXPENSIVE, at $300 hoping for the quality; by receiving the product, quality was awful! Worth Maxime $100, so without using, tried to return it but the answer from Ghostbed was: "SORRY, IT'S A PERSONAL ITEM AND CAN'T BE RETURNED!"

Be aware that Ghostbed has a "non-cancellation" policy. It won't appear on your receipt. They will charge you a 15% restocking fee and force you to pay to return their items. How do I know this? I tried to cancel and order I made on their web site 7 minutes after it was placed. Six days later the items arrived and I was required to ship them back at my expense and pay the restocking fee.

I recently (within 2 weeks) purchased a split king frame and mattress combo for approximately 6500$ (including sheets and pillow). I just saw that Costco online has the same frame and mattress selling for 2899.99$. I called Ghostbed and they said there is nothing that they will do. I asked them price match and their words were “definitely not.” So pls… save yourself the burden and don't deal with this company directly!!

I agree with many posts in here. In their site, everything looks honkydory. To start, their customer service is terrible. They just Ghost you when inconvenient to them. You buy a "bundle" (mattress and platform) and in the process of selling to you they fail to tell you that the 101 trial period only apply to the mattress. We slept terrible in their Venus Williams mattress. While trying to return, not a word of the platform, even though I requested the return of both. They gave me the run around for weeks to then point out the say in the site that the platform is not part of the 101 night trial regardless that you are buying a "bundle to "save" money (did you read the fine print?). Finally they said platform is now used so it can't be returned.

We bought this mattress and it took longer to deliver than it was supposed to. We tried it for at least 30 days then asked to return it. Took them four days to get back to me. Because I didn’t answer the question properly of why I wanted to return it they said I didn’t cover the stipulation of returning it. Said I didn’t like the bed, that’s all I should have to say, but they said because I didn’t say it was hurting my back or Uncomfortable or causing me pain that I couldn’t return it because wasn’t my initial response. On the website, they say that you won’t get ghosted if you want to return this product, that is absolute complete lie. They will go screw you over. They have no integrity whatsoever. Do not buy this product. You will hate it and it you’ll never be able to get rid of it.
