Planned on just browsing. My first visit to Clifton Heights PA store. There was a big selection of sofa/loveseat/chair sets. I had a price in mind. I was just browsing. Found a couple sets that looked good and at the reasonable price. When the customer rep saw me taking pictures (to share with friends for an opinion); she approached me with information. Then she guided me to a recliner chair that would go with my pick. I was looking for a blue color. With more guidance, she showed me the set that I picked - a blue recliner set sofa/loveseat. She explained that this set was on sale, half price. Sanae ** softly encouraged me to sit down, test it out - and because the set was comfortable, a nice color blue, and on sale half-price! I bought it. Thank you to all the customer service reps in this store.

When arriving at St. Cloud Ashley store. Carl greeted my daughter and I. He helped us from beginning to end. It was nice that he explained where we could find bedroom furniture. I am disabled. So it saved us lots of time. He has very kind customer service. Explained a lot about the furniture. And the difference of each collection. He also explained each deal Ashley furniture had. Made me want to buy all the collections. He is very much a keeper for the store. Very much a asset to Ashley's furniture store.

He never pressured us into a sale—instead, he listened closely to what we wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and guided us with clarity and honesty.

I am a senior citizen, am not very good ordering online, therefore I went to the Ashley HomeStore located in Mesquite Texas,, I spoke with a salesman name David **. I told him of my situation, and ask if he could help me out, not only did he assist me in ordering online then, he was so great at his job, I went back several weeks later to order more furniture, he assisted me again. David went above and beyond his jobs in assisting me he didn't have to but he did. He was so professional, and very knowledgeable of the products and his job, I spoke with his supervisor and informed her of my experience and what a great job he did, and that they had a great employee. I've had my furniture from Ashley's signature collection for over 15 years and my youngest living room set is 11 years. Still in great condition like new. The only thing is that a couple of my pillows with the leather are crinkling now. I just scraped my chaise from my sectional moving last week but that's my fault but it still looks new. Ashley's and homeline are the only furniture me and my family and most of my east coast friends will buy. Everyone always think I just bought it. I misplaced my extra mirrors to my bed set and it seems it's no longer available. If anyone knows how I can get parts replaced please let me know. We purchased a bed frame. We picked it up and I’ve if the boxes had been opened and tape all around. We question it and the worker assured us everything was in there, but when we opened that boxes we were missing the bed slats and two boards were scratched. Also there were mixed pieces in there. Very dissatisfied that now we have to take some parts back which they should have offered to deliver the correct pieces and replace the scratched boards.

I recently purchased a new house in Green Valley AZ and needed some furniture to fill in. There was an Ashley Store in the area, I never shopped there but their things look decent for the price. One of the things I needed was a mattress to put on the new bed I purchased. All of a sudden the high pressure sales pitch was turned on to buy an expensive mattress. It was $2,199 plus an extra $300 for some sort of protector for it. It was a Sealy Posturpedic supposed to be good.

My name is Johnny ** and I bought a bedroom suite in Brandon and dealt with Daniel with the glasses. They ordered the wrong slats, I had to pick up new ones. The head board doesn’t work with the rails. The manager will not speak to you for some reason this place is a joke. After all the issues the disrespect from management is ridiculous and I still don’t have the problem solved. I’ve never seen a place where the manager will not speak to you. I paid almost $7,000.00 cash.

This store is very bad, the customer service tells you, that I have to wait a month and half to get the bed I wanted to purchased, ha ha ha what??? I need a bed so can lay down, nope that is not an option, ha ha ha, Ashley I don't want your business.

Will not purchase from Ashley again. Purchased a loveseat, and the electronic components quit working under one year. In October, filed a warranty ticket for repair. Repair granted, but it took over a month for them to order the parts and schedule the repair. The repair is scheduled for January, 3 MONTHS after my submission of the warranty ticket. We spoke with the company twice in an attempt to speed up the process, twice they promised to call me back within the day with a solution twice we received no return phone call. Today they called my 86-year-old mother and told her if she didn't respond to their text prior to them arriving at her house for the repair, they would cancel the repair. Poor quality item, horrible customer service, and now threats to an 86-year-old woman. Unacceptable.
