Losing my mother was difficult for sure however Ed from the Walnut Creek branch of the Trident Society made that difficult time easier on myself and family. The rep came to my house. She handled everything. She explained everything. She was very nice. She made me feel at ease. I had been putting this off for a long time. I was glad to get it over. When she left I had all the information that I need to pass on to my children.

It was fine. Stephen ** was very helpful. In short order we were able to make pre-need arrangements for Curtiss ** for whom I have Power of Attorney. Curt knows what's been set up and is agreeable to it. That's all I have to say for now!

The death of a loved one took only 2 days of a lot of chaos and unfamiliar experience. My wife and I had chosen to cremate some months before but had not signed an agreement. So I spoke with Diane who took the ball and ran with it. She took care of everything needed to be done. Explained what I needed to do and the sequence of events. Well Done from all those that served my wife well.
