Send a Meal

I would not recommend. I ordered meals for my college aged sons who reside in different states and were unable to come home for Thanksgiving. The meal for one of them arrived - in 2 separate shipments and 5 days apart! The second never arrived at all. After multiple phone calls it was determined they had provided me with the wrong tracking number and they could not tell me the correct one or if it had ever shipped at all! I was told I would get a call right back from the next higher department. When I did not, I called again and the young woman who took my call was dismissive and rude! I still have heard nothing and my son does not have a Thanksgiving meal. Extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it!

I cancelled an order over 3 weeks before the delivery date. They charged me 15%. I asked why and they said the refund policy is on the website. Well I checked the website by going through the ordering process. I never saw such a warning. I then went to links within their web page and there was a link for questions and answers. Therein you had to hunt for an applicable question, therein was a statement about the 15%. It was a long list of questions! So you must find the link, you must then find the question and get the answer. Not acceptable in my opinion for a customer service procedure.

I like Send a Meal because it was less work than I normally would do and it was fun. It has freshness to it. It was yummy. So that was great. I have a big family so every little bit of help is real good. The food tasted real good for being delivered. The food was pretty healthy. My kids even liked it. My family will get it again and I would definitely tell a lot of my friends about it. I was new to it so I didnt know what to think but now I know how good it is. It is good when you dont have much time to make a meal. I liked everything about it and then some. I just love the food and the experience of getting the food you ordered for the first time. I didn't dislike anything but it is expensive for a large family to order every week.

What I like about Send a Meal is that they are easily affordable and have a really good variety of different meals that I can choose from. I also like their meal deals. I would like for them to add many more different types of recipes that I myself enjoy from time to time. I also would like them to have a better delivery schedule since they can be slow at times. I wasn't in the mood to cook anything for myself so I just scheduled something from a reliable place I knew about. The food was prepared well and I didn't really have any issues other than waiting for the food to arrive.

Has everything in the box. You can purchase ingredients or order a cooked meal. It is also a way to get out of a good funk since the recipe is included. The recipes are nice and healthy. It's fun to cook with your family. A nice thing to do from time to time. You can subscribe to this service yourself or send it as a gift to someone. It is very convenient but it's a bit pricey considering that you're just getting all the ingredients to a meal but still have to cook it yourself. Also it's very wasteful. I feel guilty about all the excess packaging.

I was unable to spend Thanksgiving with my grandmother this year so I sent her a turkey meal for dinner. I was very impressed by the service, my grandmother said it was beautifully wrapped and the food was absolutely delicious. I don't think I disliked anything about this service. They were very prompt with their delivery, my grandmother was very happy and she enjoyed every last morsel of her dinner.

They give you healthy meals. You get exactly what you need so you don't have to go to the store and buy more than you need. You can get anything you want. They allow me to mix and match what I would like and let me have options that aren't as healthy for when I want to indulge not always healthy. They also give me options to have it hot, as well as choice of cooking it myself or reheating it. They use the best ingredients and they will send them to anyone you want so you want to give a gift and surprise them. They will have a beautiful meal. All they have to do is heat up. What a wonderful idea.

There are so many options to chose from and the prices are great. There are not many meal delivery services like this one. The service is quick and the food is very addicting. I'll be using this meal delivery service for a long time. I love it. It's my favorite meal delivery service. It's like an experience I have never had with any other meal delivery service. I don't think there is anything I dislike or anything that I would like for them to improve. If they continue to stay the same then I'll definitely continue to use this meal delivery service. I'll tell my friend that she'll definitely be receiving the best meal delivery service ever. It will definitely be one the best experiences ever. She's just like me, so I know that she will enjoy this also.

I like that everyone they send is really cool and smart and the food is always hot, not to mention delicious and scrumptious. The ordering process was super easy and also cheap. It will always be my number one food delivery company hands down. I tried all the other so called "best" meal delivery services and no one compares to send a meal. It's simply impossible. I wouldn't change a darn thing about Send a Meal, it's the best to happen to America since the Declaration Of Independence.

The meal did come rather quickly which pleasantly surprised me. It was very quick delivery so I would definitely use it again when I'm in a rush and hungry. Because they travel fast, the food is still warm and it's the worst getting cold food. There isn't much bad to this company. I completely trust them to bring my order on time and warm. Maybe, Send a Meal could lower their prices? It's not like it's super expensive, but it's the only thing that makes me slightly hesitant when buying because I'm completely broke right now. If you're not broke it is reallllllllllllllllllly the perfect thing for you.
