Just went to Papa Johns. Love the pizza and price. Breona was very helpful and patient. Thank you so much!! Always come here when I'm in town. Never disappointed when Breona is working!!

When I ordered a pizza from Papa John's in Sumter SC, my pizza was overcooked, hard, and the pizza was cut into four big slices. It was a disappointment. I called the store to Papa John's back and was kept on hold for 30+ mins. I went back to the store the next day and the manager Steven, apologized and remade my pizza. I was happy that he was nice and professional. I don't like to spend money to be dissatisfied. I'm glad Steven got my order straight.

I go to the Festus, Mo. Papa Johns weekly. After placing a pizza order and every time it is made perfectly the same, absolutely, delicious. All the staff are nice, helpful and always working hard. The Manager, is so kind, courteous to even help carry items to my car or hold the door open when I am struggling. Best Pizza place in Festus and perfect every time with friendly faces. Rhonda P.

I had boycotted Papa John's for 5 years. I on 5/8/26, I placed a delivery, ordered the pizza, was delivered as if the driver was in a NASCAR race. I called the store on Hamilton Ave and the manager was rude. I called corporate uncle to understand to rep. Who claim she unable to issue a refund but have a pizza remade. I don't have 25 to waste.

I have over the years had really good experiences with Papa Johns but today not so much. I paid 10.00 for a bowl that wasn't even a quarter inch thick. The whole bottom of the bowl was not even covered with melted cheese. Will not be order that again. Don't waste your money on one from this location. Or that is exactly what you will be doing wasting money.

I ordered pizza for my office and was charged twice on my credit card and my co-worker was charged once after being told the card didn't go through. I first spoke with customer service and a manager and was told they didn't see the charges even though I showed proof of the transactions. Now they won't respond nor issue refunds for the charges. I will NEVER go back! Avoid this place unless you want to get Ripped off!

You have no right to push for your customers to pay for your employees via tips. I'm referring to the message that is now shoved at everyone when they come to your company for food. You're going to lose customers over this because people are tired of being pushed around by arrogant companies and having tips demanded from them.

If could give 0 stars would, always messes up order and never willing to replace and management is trash and does not handle business well at Mall Road Florence location

Ordered some pizza tonight and it wasn't delivered until an hour later. 10:50- 11:01 was the delivery time and it came after closing, at 12:11 the pizza was ** cold, the wings were cold, one of my pizzas didn't even have cheese or toppings on it and it was ripped up on one side. This was the worse experience I've ever had with Papa Johns, the manager tried to say it was in a oven / hot box and that's a damn lie because ain't no way for a dasher to bring my food and it's completely cold. It's okay because I know now I won't order delivery anymore. The manager wasn't a help either, he said I could take the pizza back for a refund or they could remake it. What a total inconvenience. And annoying AF. I'll be taking the jacked up ** pizza back so they can refund me my money. I'd give less stars if possible.
