    They left out my sauce for my grilled nuggets and it made me very mad! I did a mobile order (Cameron **). I had to wait on my food too and didn’t have time to wait again for freaking sauce! And the survey site isn’t working so I can’t even get the free chicken sandwich!

    It took over 30 minutes in the drive through. I was not told when I placed my order that since I was ordering from the lunch menu at 10:10 am there would be a delay. When I got to the window I was told that mac and cheese was not available until after 10:30am. If the order taker had advised me of the delays I would have ordered from the breakfast menu.

      I used to be a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. But recently I have noticed all my points disappearing on the app. Also, they now purchase all of their goods from Bill Gates and Martin Brower the same warehouse as McDonald's. So sure it's pretty safe to say their food is no longer as good as it used to be. Considering people have done tests and the chicken sandwich is over 30 ingredients. I will no longer be going to Chick-fil-A. The only reason I left one star is because you have to and I must admit their service is still excellent. I will no longer give this establishment my money due to them resetting your points on the app so frequently as well as purchasing their not-so-great chicken from Martin Brower which is supplied by Bill Gates. I would help many others would follow suit so that they quit feeding us poison and charging us ridiculous amounts of money.

      I have never had an issue with Chick-fil-A, I always got great customer service and the food was always good. Last night I stop by and got the chicken sandwich meal and got home to a hard black burnt sandwich… Truly disappointed.

      I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich meal, upon arriving to the lady taking my order in the drive thru I asked for 2 spices chicken deluxe meals with water...she told me I had to get a regular chicken sandwich with the coupon. I said fine...she then told me I couldn't get water with the coupon. It had to be a drink..I said fine..then she said, "Sorry you can only use this coupon at a certain location. Your total is this..." So I couldn't use my coupon and didn't get what I originally wanted... Poor customer service.

      Spent 9.92 for Kids Meal and an added on milk. Kid didn't know how to make change. Never got the milk for $1.92. I called immediately, no one answered.

      Wasn't about to wait in drive-thru again and go inside in pouring rain. Since milk was an add-on, no receipt, kid probably took the 2.00. Food was cold.

      I entered their location at 918 8th Avenue in Manhattan on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 at 7:15 am and was turned away as I was told the store open at 7:30. The door was unlocked and both your storefront window and your website state this location opens at 6:30 am. I was also misgendered. I purchased my coffee at McDonald's, who were more than happy to provide service. I have no intention of using your restaurants ever again. My first and last time. I contacted this chicken company twice with no response. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, this chicken company did not respond.

      Most recent experience at the George Washington FSU (#02693) Ashburn, VA location was below expectations. On 06/08/2024 at 9:23:36 a.m. I visited for the first time through the drive-thru where no Chick-fil-A drive-thru service attendant was readily available for over 15 minutes to take orders at the drive-thru. The service attendants were extremely slow. My order was not taken within 3 minutes. I drove up to the window after sitting at the voice box kiosk for more than 15 minutes with no attendant readily available. I was greeted by a rude and unprofessional ** young (lady) worker who thought she would "scold" me for not waiting at the voice box kiosk until she was ready to take my order. It does not work that way. I am the customer at all times.

      The Chick-fil-a employee's expectation is and needs to be the "CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION IS PRIORITY." She approached me aggressively with "Did you order at the box?" as if she is speaking to a child. I firmly addressed her with my order. Then, after ordering a regular coffee with 4 Splenda's I was served a coffee with a flavoring of Hazelnut. I did not order Hazelnut flavored coffee therefore I tossed the coffee.

      Went to the Keller location this past Saturday May 25th. Store # 03226. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches that were loaded with SALT. So much so, that we tossed them. Not edible. The wait was long, the line was longer and only one cashier taking orders. Because of the very long car line, went into the store but, it was worst.

      I went to lakeside mall location. The cashier was nice. The lady in charge of picking up was not really nice and a bit rude and I felt that she treats me unfairly because of my ethnicity/color. I sent a review using my receipt.
