Bistro MD's customer service rep, Morgan, is simply THE BEST! After talking to several different customer service reps over the course of 2 weeks, she was the only one that actually took the time to research issues on my account, offer options for the short term fix, and followed up to be sure everything worked out. Patrick at BistroMD's Customer Service really went above and beyond to provide a solution for me. I called in to get a receipt for a shipment that had been improperly handled by FedEx, resulting in me not receiving the shipment for over a week from when I should have, so all the dry ice was far gone and the food had gone bad. Once I explained the issue, Patrick told me that he'd submit a request for a courtesy refund. I appreciate all his help to resolve this issue; he really came through to make things right again.
We are in our 8th decade and have tried four different meal plan companies. We wanted convenience, minimal preparation time, food variety, good taste, and reliability. We also wanted a user-friendly customer service department. Of the four companies, BistroMD checked all the boxes on our want list - especially convenience, food variety, and good tasting meals. When a situation required contacting BistroMD's customer service department, we found Marcie to be a delight to work with. She was professional, courteous, and resolved or issue quickly and efficiently. In summary, we found BistroMD the best of the meal plan companies we tried.
This will be my second order from Silver Cuisine. I am very happy with the various dinner menu choices because there's a lot to choose from. I hope that Silver Cuisine can get FedEx to send a text message when the food will be delivered or has been delivered.
All companies should handle their phone lines the way they do. No automated system, someone actually picks up the phone. They are genuinely friendly and you’re not sent to other departments to resolve your issue. I was amazed when I left a message after hours on the weekend and I received a non automated email that they resolved my issue. I do not know of any other company whose customer service operates like this.

Customer Service agent (Emily) knew the product, system, and guided me through my questions in a patient and supportive way! There were things about being new that I really didn't understand, and she kindly educated me. I know what I'm doing, and will continue with this service. I had questions about the timing of orders and delivery, what kinds of meals fit my needs, how to NOT order what I didn't like, such as beef, options for my calendar entries, and more. I've had mean services in the past, and wanted to start again. So far, I'm happy I chose BestroMD.

A lot of the meals are great. I do have to say I get very tired of some meals though and then they’re not so great. Then we have the issue of certain meals being sent and they taste like they’ve gone bad. Luckily it’s not the whole meal, just certain parts. They also have an issue of sending things to you that you didn’t order. Unfortunately, that is reflected on the website even though those certain things aren’t picked. I’ve reached out to them already about the possible rotted food but it started back up again. Don’t know if it’s actually on the verge of going bad or if it’s seasoning. Anyways, I reached out to them recently about sending me things I did not order, only to be met with no response.
Another issue I have is that they don’t have a variety of vegetables, they just mostly have carrots and green beans pretty much for every meal. Most of the time the green beans are bland. My favorite is the meal with the rosemary green beans. That one is actually a favorite. It costs so much for what you get, I don’t understand sending food you can’t fully customize or sending food that is going bad or sending food that isn’t what you ordered. I’d understand sending something not ordered if they only did it once in a while. They also don’t let you know if you can’t have what you ordered if what you ordered isn’t available. It’s unfortunate, because some of the meals are really good.

I received excellent customer service from Marcie who answered the phone immediately when I called in. My reason for calling was to update my plan and she answered a couple of questions for me at the same time. I have to say, I love BistroMD, and Marcie definitely put a bow on it with her willingness to help me. Actually, more business could learn from Bistro MD and Marcie for providing outstanding service and amazing food products! Kudos!!!

I called the customer service department because I had questions regarding substitutions in my weekly menus. I am new to the program so I was confused about substituted meals. Marcie was very helpful and walked me through the process explaining how the weekly menus worked. I highly recommend this program, the food is delicious and their customer service is top-notch!

I’ve lost 40 lbs, and bistroMD has made it possible. Best decision I’ve ever made. Everything is perfect. The website, the communication with the company, And most importantly, the food. It is fresh and delicious.
The meal sent, Beef Bulgogi meatballs, was substituted instead of my ordered diabetic plan Orange Chicken. Called customer service, was assisted by CHRIS. He was very helpful, quite professional and understanding about the issue. A refund was placed on my next bill. This was the only mishap to occur on all my weekly orders since starting the program last July 2. I am very pleased with the loss of 34 pounds, slow and steady. Only a couple of cheats since then, but I am committed to further weight loss, another 20 pound goal. The food is very tasteful, healthy, satisfying and plentiful. Best diet plan I've had.
My mom was having issues logging into her bistro MD account and she kept messaging me to see if I could help. I tried a few things but quickly realized it was a server issue on the company's side. I called customer support and a gentleman named Chris was there to help me. He was very friendly and while the problem was a strange one, he pretty quickly figured out what it was after some tinkering. It was fixed within a few minutes and then he even made sure my mom had enough time to customize her order before it was shipped out that day, which was above and beyond. My mom was extremely pleased and she had her first couple meals and is really loving it.

I cook for myself which normally works but I don't like cooking seafood so I started ordering it from bistroMD, I find all the seafood meals I order to be good but I especially enjoy the seabass. I will certainly continue to order from bistroMD.

I was able to lose over 30 pounds and thereby reduce my diabetic medicine from four pills to two pills. It was a pleasant experience because the entrees were varied and delicious. Talk with Emily. She is a wonderful rep who will guide you through the bistroMD process.

Emily was the customer service agent who helped me and she was great. I had the 7-day lunch/dinner meal plan with 2 snacks a day. The meals and snacks were delicious. They were decently portioned and I love the variety. They were well-seasoned and very appealing. The only downside is the cost, which I cannot afford at this time.

I ordered the breakfast, lunch, and dinner -5 days a week plan. The meals arrived neatly packed and frozen. They microwave well and taste great. No additional seasoning needed. It is easy to make swaps of meals I don't want. Customer service reps check up on you to make sure you are satisfied with their service.
