The Credit Pros really came through for me. They helped clean up my credit after a timeshare issue with my ex-husband and guided me every step of the way. As someone active in the military, they made the process simple and stress-free so I could focus on my duties. Highly recommend — they truly care and deliver results! 🇺🇸

I'm having credit issues. I was creating an account with Experian Bureau. The link with experian, directed me to the Credit Pros. I called the number. The agent that answered the phone was Mr. **, I think that's how you spell his last name. He was very informative. He was also patient and, understanding. He took the time! To explain everything to me. He also made sure that I had a good understanding. I could have done the work myself. I did start some of the process on my own. Upon talking to the agent. I began to feel more comfortable about it. They are taking care of all three bureaus altogether. So, that was less stress for me. And, I was stressful!! I feel pretty confident that they are going to do what they said. They also offered me a letter of evidence that they are handling my situation for proof of renting. That's until everything is finalized. They said they will handle it. And I believe they will. So, we will see 👀.

I am now highly proud to be a part of this company called "Credit Pros." They have shown me a way out... Much better way of getting those heavy tons of stones off my shoulder... While enjoying their services & my life at the same time! Plus... it's for as little as nothing to do it! Have been looking for months almost a year for company such as them to come to my aid! Thank you, Credit Pros! I will highly recommend as well promote your company!

Originally, when I started my credit score was very low and I had negative history on my credit. But as soon as I joined The Credit Pros between 4 to 6 months, my credit score started coming up and most of the negative history on my files are being cleared out. Thanks to the credit pros.

Scammers. I was a customer for about a year before deciding to cancel my account. My credit score has barely moved and I was ready to opt out of the service. The customer service representative gave me an extremely hard time canceling my account and demanded that I at least pay a fee of $32 to cancel. When I didn’t pay the $32 Credit pros withdrew $149 out of my account the next day. And then proceeded to send me a cancellation email after they withdrew the money out of my account. I repeatedly called and asked for a refund. Their team has gaslit me and refused to cooperate.

I just joined this firm for some very serious issues that I’m having. I would really like to believe that this firm or Company can really stand by what they are saying how they can be a help to me… Please email me some issues that I can request to be mentioned or that I should just end my membership now. I am very pleated with The Credit Pros. Each time I have spoken with a member of the Credit Pros team they have been very personable, professional and bring results. The service on my credit reports has been timely and successful.

I was with them for a few months. I at first was interested in the rent to own properties. Long story short moved without them. Now I'm paying 149.00 a month for so called credit repair. I make a couple payments no change to my credit. My score going in was 640. I tell them I can't afford it. Now after leaving my score dropped to 560. I can't believe it! I don't know what they did. Never deal with these people. I have more. I'll put it in another review.

I have been with Credit Pros for almost 2 years. Every time I've reached out to them saying why is my credit score not getting improved I get a woman named Tori who is just customer service. She has refused to escalate this to the management team. She refuses to let me go beyond her scope and her pay grade which tells me very clearly she doesn't want her upper management to know the truth. They have made a lot of promises. As far as I'm concerned there are sales organization. They suck your money every single month. They have ripped my husband and I off severely thinking telling me you need a line of credit, you don't have positive credit. I have no other bills except the original ones. I have a very small file on the three credit bureaus. They have done very little for me and I've told them if they don't refund my money then I'm going to join the class action suit there's been several and there's an open one now.
