I'm having credit issues. I was creating an account with Experian Bureau. The link with experian, directed me to the Credit Pros. I called the number. The agent that answered the phone was Mr. **, I think that's how you spell his last name. He was very informative. He was also patient and, understanding. He took the time! To explain everything to me. He also made sure that I had a good understanding. I could have done the work myself. I did start some of the process on my own. Upon talking to the agent. I began to feel more comfortable about it. They are taking care of all three bureaus altogether. So, that was less stress for me. And, I was stressful!! I feel pretty confident that they are going to do what they said. They also offered me a letter of evidence that they are handling my situation for proof of renting. That's until everything is finalized. They said they will handle it. And I believe they will. So, we will see 👀.

I am now highly proud to be a part of this company called "Credit Pros." They have shown me a way out... Much better way of getting those heavy tons of stones off my shoulder... While enjoying their services & my life at the same time! Plus... it's for as little as nothing to do it! Have been looking for months almost a year for company such as them to come to my aid! Thank you, Credit Pros! I will highly recommend as well promote your company!

These people are very thorough and good at their jobs, and I look forward to seeing the results! I love their portal and I can see what is going on! Which is a big plus. I know for sure that they're already working to take some things off my report that are dragging down my credit score.

I have only been working with The Credit Pros for a short time, and my credit score has already gone up 27 points. But the factors we've only just started. When I log into their portal I can read the letters that had they have written support my dispute with the credit card company. I have several mistakes, got arrested on my credit report, which is hurting my credit score. The people at the credit Pros are really putting in the work for me. They call me regularly to keep me informed of the process. I have really nothing but good things to say about these people and the company they work for. I feel confident, in recommending the credit Pros to anyone who needs help with repairing their credit.

They honestly work with you to do all they can. The Credit Pros stay with you til the end. Carlos was great. Natalie was simply awesome, polite, courteous and professional. After only talking to The Credit Pros they helped me increase my score the same day.

I have been with Credit Pros for almost 2 years. Every time I've reached out to them saying why is my credit score not getting improved I get a woman named Tori who is just customer service. She has refused to escalate this to the management team. She refuses to let me go beyond her scope and her pay grade which tells me very clearly she doesn't want her upper management to know the truth. They have made a lot of promises. As far as I'm concerned there are sales organization. They suck your money every single month. They have ripped my husband and I off severely thinking telling me you need a line of credit, you don't have positive credit. I have no other bills except the original ones. I have a very small file on the three credit bureaus. They have done very little for me and I've told them if they don't refund my money then I'm going to join the class action suit there's been several and there's an open one now.

Was explained and good answering the questions. I understand..and you all do a good job. Good to know what’s going on and reasons for each creditor to be disputed and how to keep the cards dn low … Thank you. Patricia **

This company is a total ripoff, I knew I didn’t have anything on my credit, 2 credit cards, both fairly knew, no money owed on either card, the guy even told me, there wasn’t a lot they could do for me except challenge that bill, so he said one time fee for the one bill, I was & am working on credit, I don’t make enough to pay a $149.00 a month even if my credit were bad. But trying to get ahold of someone to resolve absolute nightmare!!!! If you do businesses with them!! WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!!
