Chad was great! Very diligent and extremely fair fees I highly recommend him and Taxlola. These guys really know their stuff if it’s for business or personal returns call Chad you will be glad you did! I researched several other outfits and nobody could come close to their rates and quality work.

They do my taxes every year. But I'm using them right now to do a settlement. They're great. Right now, I had a little issue and they're catching me back up. The rep I work with has also been great. I love him.

I first heard about this company through the Low Power Blowtorch, 101.5 KOCI local Costa Mesa/Newport Beach radio morning show, when Noah would talk about the many things you can do at Lola.com. Having previously dealt with Optima Tax Relief and being unhappy with their services I was interested in trying Tax Lola out to see if they could do what Optima couldn’t. I was most unhappy with Optima’s approach being totally digital and impersonal, and Lola couldn’t have been more opposite. I have a great tax guy now (Chad) that I can reach and ask questions, he is helpful, easy to talk to, and saved me lots of moolaa!

We were lucky enough to be referred to Chad at Tax Lola. We’ve been having a lot of issues with our taxes for the last few years. It was a lot of trying to figure things out for ourselves and tons of miscommunication. Luckily, we were able to speak with Chad and he untangled and explained everything to us! I had an issue with my taxes. A friend of mine told me about Chad. He started working on my taxes. All the questions I had, he could answer as he did all stuff. He kept me informed on everything. Sent me copies of everything. He was a godsend. When I didn’t have the money to make my payments, he wasn't hounding me. Every now and then, he would reach out and it was like, “Just checking to make sure you’re good.” He allowed me to pay the way I could. He really did a good job.

Chad has been working on my taxes for years now. He’s simplified a lot of this confusion and been getting me in compliance. Would definitely and have recommended people to his services. Chad is very responsive and puts me at ease especially when I’m receiving a bunch of notices from the IRS and FTB.

They've been very good with me. So I've liked their service. It's been helpful. I negotiated some things at first and had them do a few things. We touch base when I can. I'm getting to that time of year when I'm gonna have to get with them again. They've been very cooperative. I've been happy so far.

The first year that we used them, we did it remotely. It has been good. I've had some questions afterwards and was able to reach out to the gentleman that we worked with. His name is Chad and he's been real helpful. He doesn't wait days to get back to me. We had the IRS on our 2020 taxes and I sent the document that we received to Chad. I asked him if it was legitimate and he said yeah. The IRS sent us a bill for almost $1,000 that was missed in the taxes and we got that cleared up. Then we got another form from state tax and Chad said it was legitimate. So we made the phone call and took care of that.
